        국내·외 관련 제도 및 실태분석을 통한 한국형 장애인 자립생활센터의 계획방향에 관한 연구

        The wealth of Korean disability people’s paradigm has developed by the meaning of whole rehabilitation of the small society for acception and protection. Today, that meaning has been changed to make and choose disability people’s future plans by themselves. The CENTER FOR INDEPENDENT LIVING in Korea has been accepted through the American and Japanese’s activity systems with no objection. Following result of the real reserching, because the CENTER FOR INDEPENDENT LIVING in Korea have no legal basement, so there are little support for these centers and no proper rules and check systems. Therefore, we have to make the legal basement of CENTER FOR INDEPENDENT LIVING and separate by each parts of system and to specialize about them. That means, each parts of system have to mark role mode for doing well, and each systems have to develop new programs and services, and to specialize for in Korea. To add, we should have more small CENTER FOR INDEPENDENT LIVING in each area, and the CENTER FOR INDEPENDENT LIVING which are already started should make network system to contact with other centers in society for giving support of proper information.

        연안역의 이용 및 개발 그리고 이에 따른 연안환경 문제는 더 이상 한 국가의 문제가 아닌 동북아 지역의 중대한 국제문제로 부상하고 있으며 환경적으로 지속가능한 연안역 관리는 동북아 연안국가들의 중요한 정책과제가 되고 있다. 동북아 지역의 대표적 연안국인 중국과 한국은 공통적으로 연안역의 지속가능성에 대한 위협을 받고 있으며 연안자원의 이용 및 연안역 관리에 있어서 지속가능성의 실현을 위한 노력을 핵심적 국가정책과제로 삼고 있다. 지속가능한 연안역 관리를 위한 동북아 연안국가간의 협력적 국제거버넌스 체계의 구축은 국가간 경제협력 못지않게 진지한 정책적 노력이 투입되어야 할 국제적 과제이다. 이를 위해서는 우선 동북아 지역의 연안환경문제를 국제정치경제라는 구조적 틀 속에서 바라보는 관점이 필요하다. 본 연구는 동북아 연안국가를 대표하는 중국과 한국의 국제정치경제적 관계에서 양국의 연안역 개발과 연안역 환경문제를 개관하고 지속가능한 연안역관리를 위한 한국과 중국의 제도적 노력을 살펴 본 뒤 양국의 지속가능한 연안역 관리를 위한 국가간 환경거버넌스 체계를 모색한다. 이 논문은 중국의 연안역이 개방정책에 다른 경제적 실험장으로서 연안도시들의 산업화와 이에 따른 연안환경 문제에 직면해 있음을 논의함과 동시에 한국의 연안역 개발과 연안환경문제를 개관한다. 그리고 한국의 지속가능한 연안역관리를 위한 통합연안관리제도의 출현을 논의하고 중국의 지속가능한 연안역을 위한 제도적 노력을 분석한 뒤 양국의 지속가능한 연안역관리를 위한 국제환경거버넌스의 실천적방안을 제시한다.

        장애인 및 노약자를 위한 생활관련 시설의 연계방향

        This study aims to plan connecting living facilities considering on the Barrier Free Walking of the disabled and the elderly in the residential area. We had found several physical problems on the peestrian's way that becomes the major factor of disturbing the barrier free movement for using living facilities in the local area by investigations and enquetes. We had suggested the arrangement method for these physical problems on the pedestrian's way and building the ideal area for living facilities by the disposition stages with the result of investigations and enquetes. After these process, we had planned connecting living facilities considering on the Barrier Free WaIking of the disabled and the elderly in the residential area.

      • 표면처리된 복합레진에 대한 수리용 레진의 결합강도에 관한 연구

        Composite resin repair requires strong bond strength between the new and old materials. The objective of the current study was to identify the optimal treatments for sufficient bond strengths. Bondings between same kinds of materials and cross bondings using chemical curing composites and light curing composites were tested. Surface treatments included the methods of sand-blasting, acid etching and coating of bonding agent. Seven kinds cases of combinations from three kinds of methods were experimented and compared with a control group of which surfaces were highly polished. Measurements of shear bond strength and observations of surface morphologic changes using a scanning electron microscope were done. Following conclusions were drawn 1. The highest bond strength among composite resins were exhibited by the treatment of the sand-blasting and the coating of bonding agent. 2. Acid etched surfaces showed the lowest bond strength. Bond strengths obtained from experimental groups including acid etching were lower than those obtained from same kinds of experimental groups without acid etching. 3. Simple method of the coating of bonding agent produced the slightly increased bond strength on chemical curing composite and reduced bond strength on light curing composite. 4. Bonding surfaces of chemical curing composite resin showed slightly higher bond strengths than light curing composite resin, however significant differences were not confirmed statistically. 5. More significant irregular surfaces were created by sand-blasting method than acid etching method. 6. A principal component of fillers of both resins was silicon. Acid etching method produced the seperations and degradations of fillers, these were significant on light curing composite resins which containing barium fillers.

      • 흰쥐에서 연령이 골격근의 당 대사에 미치는 영향

        Background: It is doubtful that aging causes deteriorated glucose metabolism and insulin resistance of skeletal muscle. Some researchers had different results about it. So we have studied the mechanism responsible for the abnormal glucose tolerance associated with aging in rapidly growing and matured rats. Materials and Methods: Animals were used S.D. rats. Growing rats were 7 weeks old (BW: 160-190 gm) and matured rats were 28 weeks old (BW: 420-525 gm). Results: Fasting blood glucose and plasma insulin levels were significantly elevated in matured rat compared with growing rats. And during oral glucose tolerance test the glucose level was also significantly elevated in matured rats. These results confirmed an insulin resistant state of aging. Insulin levels at 30 minutes of oral glucose tolerance test was significantly elevated in growing rat. But at 120 minutes it was maintained at higher level in matured rats than in growing rats. It suggested the possibility of increased insulin secretion by initial stimulation of beta-cells in growing rats, and increased secretion and decreased catabolic rate of insulin in matured rats. Glucose uptake rate of soleus muscle in matured rats was lower than that of growing rats, but the difference was not statistically significant. The dose(insulin)-responsive(glucose uptake) curve of soleus muscle was only slightly deviated to the right side. Conclusion: Glucose metabolism of rat skeletal muscle was worsened by aging. The data of glucose uptake experiments suggested the possibility of insulin resistance of skeletal muscle in matured rats, but the mechanism of insulin resistance of skeletal muscle need further studies.

      • 扶正抗癌湯이 抗癌作用 및 免疫機能에 미치는 影響

        Bujeonghangam-tang(BHT) has been used in Oriental Medical Hospital of WonKwang University as a drug anti-cancer in recently. So, the purpose of this study was to investigate effect of BHT on the proliferation of anti-tumor, immunocytes and nitric oxide(NO) production from mice peritoneal macrophages. BHT consists of the following components ; Coicis semen(薏苡仁), Lilii bulbus(百合), Testudinis plastrum(龜板) Acanthopanacis cortex(五加皮), Ginseng radix(人蔘), Atractylodis macrocephalae rhizoma(白朮), Corni fructus(山茱萸), Asparagi radix(天門冬), Proraleae fructus(補骨脂). This study estimated the proliferation of L1210 cell lines, mouse thymocytes and mouse splenocytes and nitric oxide(NO) production from peritoneal macrophages in vitro. and estimated the proliferation of L1210 cells, thymocytes and splenocytes, NO production from peritoneal macrophages in L1210 cells-transplanted mice in vivo. The proliferation and cytotoxicity of cells was tested using a colorimetric tetrazoliun assay(MTT assay). The results of this study were obtained as follow ; BHT inhibited on the proliferation of L1210 cell lines in vitro and in vivo, and BHT was accelate nitric oxide prodution from peritoneal macrophages in vivo. This results sugest that BHT have anti-cancer action by NO production from peritoneal macrophages.

        지하철 역사 승강장의 스크린도어 도입에 관한 연구

        In this paper, the problem of subway platform is analyzed and the alternative as a screen door is suggested. This paper aims to improve the facility law in subway platform. Because facility law related to platform is absent, the study scope is limited to detail design that is matched to rules. Field survey is performed to 300 persons that are 150 men and 150 women in Shingil station in which the screen door is established. Also the persons are used the screen door at least 3 times. It makes the field survey credible. The study is proceeded as follows ; First, the law related to platform, the problem of platform, and the plan and status of screen door are analyzed. Second, the definition, and composition of screen door are examined. Then, kinds of screen door is analyzed and the advantage and disadvantage of each kind of screen door are compared. Third, the necessity of establishing the, screen door is examined through field survey and error range of stop position is investigated. Through this flow, final results is abstracted. Direction of facility related to subway platform, applied objective and range are suggested based on this study. This study focuses the stability of platform, pleasantness, and energy saving and suggests facility improvement direction through introducing the screen door and further study.

        시각장애인 주택의 실태 및 요구도 분석에 관한연구

        Increasing the old and the senile disability, it is increased that the demand of barrier free house for the disabled the senior the pregnant and the young is strongly increasing recently. In this reason, this study focuses the problems of the house which is used by the Blind through the investigation of current status and tries to find out the differences between disability's demend and current design of their house. As well, through the research and analysis some cases of the residential alterations this study verifies what the demand is on each room and their need is committed correctly during the residential alterations. It is the purposes of this study finding the problems through these research and analysis Thus this study investigates houses of the Blind and finds out their house type scale and daily Iife through the statisticaI data and documentary survey and also investigates current status of their house. The basic standard for the current status and the demand analysis is researched by the barrier factors which are deducted from the former study.

        연립 주택 화재시 유독가스 방출 특성과 Rats를 이용한 독성평가

        화재에 의한 독성가스의 노출은 인간에게 있어서 화재시 생명에 아주 위험한 요소일 것이다. 다양한 화재에 의한 독성가스의 노출 중 본 논문에서는 경기도 안산시 재개발지구에서 한 연립주택을 이용하여 실제화재와 같은 조건으로 화재 시험을 하였다. 화재시 발생하는 가스 CO, CO_2, O_2, SO_2, NO 및 NO_2등을 측정하였으며, 발생하는 가스를 실험동물인 백서(S.D)에 노출시켜 2분간격으로 혈액을 체취하였다. 독성평가를 위하여 백서의 혈액과 혈청 중 Glucose, AST(GOT), ALT(GPT), CBC Count 및 CO(carboxy)-Hb를 분석하였다. 폭로되는 CO의 농도와 백서의 혈액중 CO-Hb 농도사이에 양-반응 관계(dose-response relationship)를 보였다. It has long been recognized that exposure to fire-induced toxic gases is a fatal hazard confronting people in fires. In this study, an indoor fire experiment was conducted in an unoccupied residential building located in An-san city, Kyoung-gi province, and the composition of effluent gases, which include CO, CO_2, O_2, SO_2, NO and NO_2, were measured by a gas analyzer A group of lab rats were exposed to the toxic gases released from fire, and the blood samples of the rats were gathered every 2 minutes. A toxicity evaluation was conducted by analyzing the concentrations of Glucose, AST(GOT), ALT(GPT), CBC Count and CO(carboxy)-Hb in the blood samples. Shown from the analysis is the does-response relationship between the CO concentration that rats were exposed to and the CO-Hb concentration in rat blood.
