Communication in a way of expressing our intrinsic world to the party and its importance doesn't need to be explained. All the daily life in made through communication and so our life itself can be concluded as the sum of communication. The success of communication lies in the individual s personality, his values and his attitude before the communication is mㄷade. Whatever kind of communication should be preplanned and only the communication with controlled emotion will attain its purpose. Moreover, as a way of training communication one should examine one's own perception, cognition, attitude and values and should have right decision and the ability to practice it.

TiO2 Nanotubes Preparation and Its Formation Mechanism

There has been a controversy on the formation mechanism of TiO2 nanotubes. This study was conducted to elucidate the formation mechanism of TiO2 nanotubes. TiO2nanotubes were prepared by a hydrothermal method. TiO2 nanotubes formation mechanism was investigated by controlling the formation time. It was found that TiO2 nanotubes were formed by growing, not by wrapping of sheets. The phase structure of hydrogen titanate nanotubes was different from that of TiO2 nanotubes. It is important to wash the sodium titanate nanotubes with an acidic solution to get hydrogen titanate nanotubes and then to calcine the hydrogen titanate nanotubes around 400℃ to obtain TiO2 nanotubes.

잠재력 화재 폭발 위험 지역 작업용 녹전환형 중방식 코팅제의 특성에 관한 연구

This study was concerned with the development of a heavy duty rust-converting agent, the function of which is to form metal complex coatings, containing vinyl halide-acrylic terpolymer emulsion, defoamer, emulsifying agent, glass flakes, chelating agent such as gallotannic acid, gallic acid, and pyrogallic acid, and other additives. The resulted emulson products(Sample No. 1∼No. 5) were characterized through test either in the forms of emulsions, which include Viscosity, Veneration rate, Acidity and Film drying rate test, or in the forms of coated layer on rusty steel substrates by FT-IR, which include hardness, gloss, salt spray, adhesion and flame retardant test. The test results are as follows ; Peneration rate(0.1∼0.4 ㎜/min), Soild content(70%), Acidity (pH 1.8∼2.0), Specific gravity(1.30∼1.35), Film drying rate(108min, RH 40%; 150min, RH 80%), Gloss(83∼92, incident angle 60˚; 88∼97, incident angle 85˚), Pencil hardness(4H∼5H), Adhesion (100/100), Salt spray test($gt;720Hr), LOI(%) value(38%), Vertical burning test(UL 94-v-1). According to the various performance of specimens show above, the evaluation of the availability of this heavy duty rust-converting agent can be concluded that all the samples(No. 1∼No. 5) are capable of being used in the field of chemical plant and in the hazard areas of fire and explosion potential. It was observed that the properties of sample No. 2, especially gloss and hardness, were much better than that of the other samples.

EC統合이 域外國에 미치는 影響과 우리의 對應策에 관한 硏究

The efforts to expand world trade liberalization has been being the most important tasks over the whole world after the second World War. Through these exertions, we could attain world economic welfare and efficient distribution during the two dacades, from the 1950s. But we couldn't have so satisfactory free trade systems that any countries intend to pursuit regional free trade system which was based upon the interregional agreement to the mutual nondiscrimination discipline Like this, ecoomic integration and regionalism appeared at the latter of the 1950s. To help understanding of this paper, I'd like to draw an outline the contents of this paper Chapter one is a simple overview of this paper as an introduction and shows the purpose, the way and scope of this And chapter two is the general theory and deals with significance and form of economic integration. Chapter three handled rationale, the present condition, advancement and difficulties for the EC integration Chapter four reviewed the economic effect as a consequence of EC integration Finallly, at the last chapter I have a mind to summarize this study and feel like making a proper conclusion. In this paper, I would like to survey the actual state of EC market integration which will be completed as an single market in Europe until the year 1992 and to suggest that we should make arrangement for the proper counter-policies to the EC integration. Conclusively, our counter-policies of the EC integration is as follows ; First, we should secure the vested rights before the completion of EC single market, because the mutualism of EC will be more widely expanded than ever lasted so far forth Therefore, we should broaden the potentiality which will continue to work together with EC countries. Second, our corporates should consider standardization of goods and consumer's preference in the European countries, and then should establish new internationalization strategies. Third, because European countries shall improve the competitiveness of almost all the goods and services, our enterprises should try to extend foreign direct investment and to raise competitiveness of owr commodities to the EC.

國際貿易에 있어서 EDI의 法的 諸問題와 活性化 方案에 따른 考察

The device of international trade has been established in the middle of the 19th century after the Industrial Revolution and also has been predominantly a safe and reliable means of transactin until today. With the extension of international trade scale, Electronic Data Interchange(ED1) was devised to simplify trade procedures and reduce the expense. ED1 means a method of electronic information transmission that the parties to contract can supersede traditional trade transactions without the re-input process of data between computers. ED1 system will cause considerable changes in international trade patterns based on traditional trade documents when it is widely used in the near future. The Purpose of this study is to research the expecting legal problems and commercial problems of ED1 message compared with traditional documents and possible solutions to them. First, now most traders have the only superficial knowledge and understanding of it, although the ED1 message has been parties used in trade business, Under the existing circumstances, one of most important tasks is how to simplify and standardize ED1 message. Second, there are some legal problems whether it has same legal function, like traditional trade documents, though ED1 message is the transaction of paperiness. Third, a sales contract is conclude on the principle of mutal agreement. It is apparent that the concept of arrival is applied to the data and place in the conclusion of a sales contract though the ED1 message. Fourth, there exist problems according to the performance of a contract in international trade. Electronic B/L which has title of document was suggested within the CMI rules and has made up the Crisis of traditional paper B/L. Fifth, in conclusion of a sales contract through the ED1 message, unexpected obstacles may arise due to the problems of the system or transmission. Therefore, the acknowledgement of receipt between contracting parties is necessary against unexpected troubles. Finally, the systematical device for the use of EDI message are as follows: ① It is necessary to have acknowledgement for the peculiarity and interest of relating industry and to have a new recognition that can adjust them and take a decisive introduction of EDI. ② It should be supported all cost for employee's software and administrative supports to spread ED1 message, namely, there might be some methods such as low-interest founds by long-tenn credit for the development fund of user's software and a special loan for the purchase of software. ③ It is essential to establish the intended business, the method of business conduct and ED1 system which can give a maximum satisfaction to the user. And it is necessary to support the training of experts and public relations through the cooperation between organizations. ④ It should be continuously and technically done research on, not temporary, the study of ED1 message form the views of legal and commerce.

電子商去來의 法的 諸問題에 관한 考察 : UNCITRAL 모델法을 중심으로

The electronic commerce through internet is a new pattren of communications which is quite different from the pattern of the traditional trade based on the paper documents. These electronic commerce are not limited to a specific trade or specific field, but cover all the business. So new legal problems on all the business lines and law activities can be expected, which need legislation to cover all the electronic commerce. The legislation on the electronic commerce makes a lot of change on the original law system. The contents are as follows. First, there should be systematic rearrangement on the process and security of the electronic letters. Second, it requires the ability of evidence of the electronic letters and research method of evidence. Third, it causes the problems of communication through the electronic letters and requires to stipulate the relationship of the participants right and responsibility. Besides them there can be problems of the unfair trade and the taxation. The legislation on the electronic commerce, therefore, will be the basic principle to solve the legal problems which can occur on the electronic commerce. To activate the electronic commerce, the private sector should play a leading role. When the comprehensive legislation is made to minimize the engagement of the government, the period of the electronic trade will be well prepared.

제강Slag 충진 폐플라스틱/복합 전도성 filler 복합재료의 전자파 차폐 효과

Electromagnetic interference(EMI) shielding characteristics of composite filled with Cu flake and carbon brush powder as hybrid conductive filler and EAF slag have been studied. The coaxial transmission line method of ASTM D4935-99 was used to measure the EMI Shielding effectiveness of composites as formulation in frequency rage 100~1,000MHz. The SE also increases with the increase in filler loading. The hybrid filler filled composites show higher SE compared to that of only Cu flake. The correlation between SE and conductivity of the various composites is also discussed. The results indicate that the composites having higher filler loading(≥40wt.%) can be used for the purpose of safety materials to protect hazardous electromagnetic interference.
