Bujeonghangam-tang(BHT) has been used in Oriental Medical Hospital of WonKwang University as a drug anti-cancer in recently. So, the purpose of this study was to investigate effect of BHT on the proliferation of anti-tumor, immunocytes and nitric oxide(NO) production from mice peritoneal macrophages. BHT consists of the following components ; Coicis semen(薏苡仁), Lilii bulbus(百合), Testudinis plastrum(龜板) Acanthopanacis cortex(五加皮), Ginseng radix(人蔘), Atractylodis macrocephalae rhizoma(白朮), Corni fructus(山茱萸), Asparagi radix(天門冬), Proraleae fructus(補骨脂). This study estimated the proliferation of L1210 cell lines, mouse thymocytes and mouse splenocytes and nitric oxide(NO) production from peritoneal macrophages in vitro. and estimated the proliferation of L1210 cells, thymocytes and splenocytes, NO production from peritoneal macrophages in L1210 cells-transplanted mice in vivo. The proliferation and cytotoxicity of cells was tested using a colorimetric tetrazoliun assay(MTT assay). The results of this study were obtained as follow ; BHT inhibited on the proliferation of L1210 cell lines in vitro and in vivo, and BHT was accelate nitric oxide prodution from peritoneal macrophages in vivo. This results sugest that BHT have anti-cancer action by NO production from peritoneal macrophages.
Polyubiquitin chain-dependent protein degradation in TRIM30 cytoplasmic bodies

Viral infection induces numerous tripartite motif (TRIM) proteins to control antiviral immune signaling and viral replication. Particularly, SPRY-containing TRIM proteins are found only in vertebrates and they control target protein degradation by their RING-finger and SPRY domains, and proper cytoplasmic localization. To understand TRIM30 function, we analyzed its localization pattern and putative roles of its RING-finger and SPRY domains. We found that TRIM30 is located in actin-mediated cytoplasmic bodies and produces colocalized ubiquitin chains in SPRY domain- and RING-finger domain-dependent ways that are degraded by autophagy and the proteasome. These results suggest a TRIM protein-dependent degradation mechanism by cytoplasmic body formation with actin networks.
초등학생의 사설 주말체육학원 참여 및 학교체육수업 인식에 관한 연구

This study purposes at leading elementary students positive participation in physical activities in schools and by that, introducing plans for activating schools physical education, through surveying the recognition of elementary students participation in private institute of after-school sports and school physical education and researching the students awareness about schools physical education class according to the participant students sex and the period of time of participation. The results are as follows, First, as the awareness of the participants in private institute of After-school sports about school physical education, in sex, the male rather than the female showed higher awareness, the longer the participating period, the more positive responses they showed. Second, in case of the students who were going to the institutes for doing their practice physical exercises and preparing the test of the schools, it showed that most of them felt satisfaction at the institutes contents and methods of class.
복원 프로그램 동작분석과 삭제된 인터넷 접속기록의 효율적인 복원에 관한 연구

컴퓨터 시스템을 대상으로 하거나 컴퓨터 시스템을 이용하는 범행의 상당수가 PC방에서 이루어지고 있다. 그러나 불특정 다수의 네티즌들이 이용하는 PC방은 관리상의 용이 등의 이유로 대부분 하드디스크 초기화 프로그램(복원)을 사용하고 있으며, 이와 같은 PC방의 관리 환경은 수사의 직접적인 목적인 증거수집 및 복구을 통하여 실체적 진실발견에 많은 어려움을 초래하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이와 같은 복원프로그램의 동작원리를 분석하고, 이를 바탕으로 인터넷 접속기록의 효율적인 복원 방법에 대한 논리적인 접근법을 제시하고, 프로그램 구현을 통한 정확한 디지털 증거수집의 실접근법을 제공한다.

Background: Multidrug-resistant pathogens such as carbapenemase-producing Enterobacterales (CPE) and vancomycin-resistant enterococci (VRE) are of concern in hospitals worldwide. Hydrogen peroxide sterilizer is one of the ‘no-touch’ disinfection systems. In this study, we aimed to confirm the efficacy of the activated ionized hydrogen peroxide (AIHP) system space sterilizer developed in South Korea. Methods: Eighty sheets contaminated with CPE and VRE were placed in each room. The AIHP space sterilizer (MUGYUN, SUNGSAM, Korea) was used for sterilization. After the intervention, the mediums were incubated at 37℃ for 24 h, and colony-forming units (CFUs) were analyzed. Results: The median number of strains on the sheets before sterilization was 2.64×106 CFUs (6.42 log10 inoculum). The median log10 reduction was 7.12 and 6.91 for CPE and VRE, respectively, after the intervention. Conclusion: The AIHP space sterilizer developed in Korea was effective for the sterilization of VRE and CPE in the healthcare environment.
10주간 줄없는줄넘기 운동이 비만 남자 중학생의 건강관련체력, 인슐린저항성 및 렙틴에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study was to investigate effects of the ropeless-skipping exercise for prevention and improvement of obese middle school students and to provide the basic information of the effective exercise program for physical strength and growth improvement. Twenty-one obese middle school students were randomly assigned t three groups: EG1(Rope-skipping exercise group, n=7), EG2(Ropeless-skipping exercise group, n=7), CG(Control group, n=7) and the ropeless-skipping exercise have been operated for 10 weeks(45∼70% of HRR, 3days/week, 45mins/day). Paired t-test and ANCOVA were performed to analyze the difference among groups. Significance was set at a value of α<.05. The results were as follows. First, the rope-skipping exercise group and the ropeless-skipping group showed significant decrease in percent body fat (p<.05)and significant increases in left(p<.05) and right hand grip strength(p<.01), muscle endurance(p<.01), flexibility(p<.01) and cardiopulmonary endurance(p<.05) and significant differences have been shown in lean body mass(p<.01), left(p<.05) and right hand grip strength(p<.001), muscle endurance(p<.01), and cardio pulmonary endurance(p<.001) among three groups. Second, insulin resistance has decreased significantly in both the rope-skipping exercise group(p<.01) and the ropeless-skipping exercise group(p<.05) and leptin has decreased significantly in the ropeless-skipping exercise group(p<.05) and insulin resistance(p<.01) has significant difference between the rope-skipping exercise group and the control group. In the conclusion, the ropeless-skipping exercise is effective for obese middle school students by increasing lean body mass and decreasing of Insulin-resistance and leptin levels.
