■ Objectives The purpose of this case study is to report that a hypertension with intracerebral hemorrhage of tae-eumin was treated with 'Cheongsim Yeunja-tang' and then the symptoms were improved and blood pressure was decreased. ■ Methods Although the patient who had hypertension with intracerebral hemorrhage took antihypertension drugs, intermittent increase of blood pressure was shown. We diagnosed him as Tae-eumin and treated with Cheongsim Yeunja-tang. We daily checked blood pressure and evaluated the symptoms. ■ Results After the treatment with Cheongsim Yeunja-tang, blood pressure was decreased and symptoms were improved. ■ Conclusion The result shows Cheongsim Yeunja-tang has antihypertensive effect and improve hypertension symptoms of Tae-eumin patient with intracerebral hemorrhage.
방선균 분리주가 생산하는 Phospholipase C 저해물질인 MT2617-2B의 분리 및 특성

방선균 분리주 MT2617-2의 배양액으로 부터 phospholipase C (PLC) 저해물질인 MT2617-2B를 n-butanol 추출 및 column chromatography 법을 이용하여 분리하였다. MT2617-2B는 IR ^13C- 및 ^1H-NMR 그리고 ESI-MS에 의한 구조분석 결과, 한 개의 hemiketal ring, polyhydroxyl 및polymethyl groups으로 구성되었으며 side chain으로 한 개씩의 malonate 및 guanidine group을 가지는 분자량 1057의 macrolide 화합물이었다. 따라서, MT2617-2B를 기존의 macrolide 항생제인 copiamycin 및 niphithricin A로 동정하였다. 한편, MT2617-2B는 methanol 용액에서 실온에서 방치하였을 때 도일한 분자량을 가진 두 개의 이성질체를 생성하였다. PLC γ1과 -β1에 대해 각각 25 및 50㎍/㎖의 IC_50 값을 가지며, Staphylococcus aureus 와 Candida albicans에 대해서는 항균활성을 나타내지만 Escherichia coli에는 나타내지 않았다. A phospholipase C (PLC) inhibitor (MT2617-2B) was isolated from the culture broth of actionmycetes isolate MT2617-2 by the extraction with n-butanol and column chromatographic techniques. The molecular weight of the inhibitor was 1057, by the spectroscopic analyses of IR ^13C- and ^1H-NMR and ESI-MS. The chemical structure of MT2617-2B was found to be a macrolide compound consisted of a hemiketal ring, polyhydroxyl and polymethyl groups, which had a malonate and guanidine group as its side chain. MT2617-2B produced its two isomers having the same molecular weight by standing in methanol solution at room temperature. Therefore, MT2617-2B was identified as copiamycin and niphithricin A, macrolide antibiotics. The values of IC_50 against PLC γ1 and PLC-β1 were 25 and 50㎍/㎖, respectively. MT2617-2B had antimicrobial activities against Staphylococcus aureus and Candida albicans, but not against Escherichia coli.

The purpose of this study was to evaluate a study on Cardiorespiratory Functions of Elite Tennis Player and Non-Elite Tennis Player in Female High-School. The subjects were included 2 group(each group n=7); Elite Tennis Player group and Non-Elite Tennis Player group. The conclusion of this study was as follows: 1. Elite Tennis Player group showed significantly high in VO2max(p<.001) 2. Elite Tennis Player group showed significantly high in VCO2(p<.001) 3. Elite Tennis Player group showed significantly high in VO2max/kg(p.05)

High precision machining technology has become one of the important parts in the development of a precision machine. Such a machine requires high speed on a large workspace as well as high precision positioning. For machining systems having a long stroke with ultra precision, a micro stage system with lever mechanism is proposed in this paper. The proposed micro stages are activated by the piezo-actuators with high precision, however, they have severe disadvantage for the travel range that the stroke is limited to a few microns. Because it is not easy to increase the stroke of piezo-actuator, it is very difficult to make an X-Y stage with only piezo-actuators. Therefore, in order to increase it, this paper proposes a lever mechanism for the piezo-actuator stage. In the experiments, we can confirm that the stroke is increased more than three times and it is possible to implement the micro X-Y stage using piezo-actuators.
기초주변지반의 마이크로 파일 보강에 의한 지지력 증가효과에 관한 연구

본 연구에서는 기초주변에 설치된 마이크로 파일의 길이와 보강범위에 따른 지반의 지지력 증가효과를 실내모형실험을 통하여 조사하였다. 실험 결과, 마이크로 파일의 최적 길이와 보강 범위가 제안되었다. 또한, 기초 직하에 설치된 마이크로 파일의 지지력과도 비교하였다. In this study, the increase in the bearing capacity of soil due to the variation of length and reinforcement scope of the micropiles installed near the foundation was investigated using model tests. From the test results, the length and the optimum reinforcement scope were proposed. In order to improve micropiles field application, it was compared with the increase in the bearing capacity for micropiles installed directly beneath the foundation.
규칙적인 유산소성 운동이 비만아동들의 신체구성 및 호흡순환기능에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study was to examined the effect of supervised regulary aerobic exercise program with cardiorespiratory function of obese children. The subjects were 16 obese Childrens(elementary school 4∼5 grade), and engaged in regulary aerobic exercise program for 9 weeks(5 days/week, 100 min/day, 60∼70% HRmax) with mountain climbing, basketball and football. The items of cardiorespiratory function measured VEmax, HRmax, RQmax, VCO₂max, VCO₂max, VCO₂max/kg and BFmax after treadmill exercise load. The conclusion of this study was as follows ; 1. In body composition, there were significant decrease(P<0.001) after aerobic exercise for 9 weeks in body weight, percent body mass index 2. In cardiorespiratory function, there were significant increase(P<0.001) after aerobic exercise for 9 weeks in VEmax and VCO₂max by treadmill exercise load. 3. In cardiorespiratory function, there were significant increase(P<0.001) after aerobic exercise for 9 weeks in VO₂mex and RQmax by treadmill exercise load. 4. In cardiorespiratory function, there were significant increase(P<0.001, P< 0.01) after aerobic exercise for 9 weeks in VO₂max/kg and BFmax by treadmill exercise load.

This study aims at examining the behavior patterns of training by basketball coaches at universities and professional teams and analyzing the difference between behavior pattern of coaches preferred by players and actual behavior pattern recognized by them for purpose of efficient coaching of basketball. The study aimed for total of 330 participants, except for 12 stand-by players by each team, including 13 teams at universities registered at University Basketball League in the year 2004 and 16 teams of male and female professional players registered at KBL and WKBL. This study used LSS survey for measuring sport leadership developed by Chelladurai & Saleh(1980), translated by Byeong-hyeon Kim in Korean in order to examine behavior pattern of coaches who train basketball players and adopted statistical analysis such as singular dispersion analysis and independent t-verification, dependent t-verification to get some findings. 1. basketball coaches prefer training and directive behaviors.2. The older the basketball coaches are and the more career they have, the more they prefer despotic behavior; the less career they have, the more directive and socially supportive behavior they showed in training. 3. Professional basketball players are in favor of despotic behavior of coaches, compared to basketball players at college. 4. Regardless of sex of basketball players, coaches showed training and directive behavior. male players supported socially supportive behavior of coaches, while female ones supported positive compensational behavior of coaches. 5. the more career the players have, the more they like despotic behavior of coaches the more career the players have, the more despotic behavior the coaches showed.
