■ Objectives The purpose of this case study is to report that a hypertension with intracerebral hemorrhage of tae-eumin was treated with 'Cheongsim Yeunja-tang' and then the symptoms were improved and blood pressure was decreased. ■ Methods Although the patient who had hypertension with intracerebral hemorrhage took antihypertension drugs, intermittent increase of blood pressure was shown. We diagnosed him as Tae-eumin and treated with Cheongsim Yeunja-tang. We daily checked blood pressure and evaluated the symptoms. ■ Results After the treatment with Cheongsim Yeunja-tang, blood pressure was decreased and symptoms were improved. ■ Conclusion The result shows Cheongsim Yeunja-tang has antihypertensive effect and improve hypertension symptoms of Tae-eumin patient with intracerebral hemorrhage.

SDWSN 환경의 PUF 기반 그룹 키 분배 방법 개선

In recent years, as the network traffic in the WSN(Wireless Sensor Network) has been increased by the growing numberof IoT wireless devices, SDWSN(Software-Defined Wireless Sensor Network) and its security that aims a secureSDN(Software-Defined Networking) for efficiently managing network resources in WSN have received much attention. In thispaper, we study on how to efficiently and securely design a PUF(Physical Unclonable Function)-assisted group keydistribution scheme for the SDWSN environment. Recently, Huang et al. have designed a group key distribution schemeusing the strengths of SDN and the physical security features of PUF. However, we observe that Huang et al.'s scheme hasweak points that it does not only lack of authentication for the auxiliary controller but also it maintains the redundantsynchronization information. In this paper, we securely design an authentication process of the auxiliary controller andimprove the vulnerabilities of Huang et al.'s scheme by adding counter strings and random information but deleting theredundant synchronization information. 최근, IoT 무선 디바이스 등의 증가로 WSN(Wireless Sensor Network) 환경에서 네트워크 트래픽이 증가하면서 네트워크 자원을 안전하고 효율적으로 관리하는 SDN(Software-Defined Networking)을 WSN에 적용한 SDWSN(Software-Defined Wireless Sensor Networking)과 그에 대한 보안 기술에 대한 관심도가 증가하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 SDWSN 환경에서 PUF(Physical Unclonable Function) 기반 그룹 키 분배 방법을 안전하고 효율적으로 설계하는 방법을 서술한다. 최근에 Huang 등은 그룹 키 분배에 SDN의 장점과 PUF의물리적 보안 기능을 이용하여 그룹 키 분배 방법을 설계하였다. 하지만, 본 논문에서는 Huang 등의 프로토콜이 보조 제어부 미인증과 불필요한 동기화 정보를 유지하는 취약점이 존재함을 발견하였다. 본 논문에서는 보조 제어부에인증과정을 안전하게 설계하고, 불필요한 동기화 정보는 삭제하되 카운터 스트링과 랜덤 정보를 추가하여 Huang의취약점을 개선하였다.

This study aims to reveal some things in common and differences in a psychological matter, that are analyzed in the whereabouts of a hero in E'mmanuel Carre`re's novel Adversary and of a heroine in Ozon's film Under the Sand. In particular, two main characters show tendencies of regression and fixation, so they are not free from a libido object in their past. In terms of the root cause of this psychology of reality denial that stops them from advancing toward life's next step, its prototype already exists in the unconscious structure that is the reparation of the damage and frustration for a childishly loved object or the defense against the anxiety of being deprived. This unconscious psychological structure is due to the frustration of the mouth and lips represented by a weaned child and the anal frustration represented by the study of cleanness, and an Oedipus tendency is generated from this. This occurs at three to five years, according to Sigmund Freud, and around the end of one year or at the beginning of two years, according to Melanie Klein. This period corresponds to the characteristics of the pre-genital phase that are common to baby girl and baby boy. A boy mixes the desire to have a baby and an awareness of a loving tendency due to the feminine complex encountered by a baby boy. Therefore, the feelings about his own disadvantage are hidden, and he tries to overcompensate by the sense of superiority derived from the fact that "I have a penis." This point is an unconscious structure e euated on the hidden e de of a hero's lie and fraud. On the other hand, a masculine tendency that consists of one's own overestimation is not observed in a heroine. Instead, the heroine's behavior is characterized by complexity and confusion; ambiguous and uncertain emotion; and illusion and feelings built around one's own world and internal objects.

Controversy over subtitling has arisen more often in movies of the superhero genre. This paper assumes the controversy is due to the characteristics of superhero movies especially concerning intertextuality, which is the information and the knowledge collected through non-verbal elements such as universe (world-view: Marvel Universe, DC universe), franchise storytelling, and characters. Therefore, it is important to translate not only linguistic elements but also the interwoven relationships in the intertextuality. The paper examined the subtitles extracted from six superhero films that have been criticized for being mistranslated by the fandom. According to the analysis, most of the criticism was due to the incorrect reflection of non-verbal elements, that is, intertextuality, rather than the misinterpretation of the linguistic elements. The paper concluded that considering intertextuality is important in subtitle translation of superhero genre movies.

Total oxy-radical scavenging capacity assay를 이용한 taurine과 hypotaurine의 항산화 활성 측정

Taurine, a sulfur containing non-amino acid, is one of the most abundant intracellular amino acid in humans, and hypotaurine is a precursor of the synthesis of taurine. While it is widely believed that taurine may play an important role in protecting cells against toxic injury by functioning as an antioxidant, there is a lack of evidence to support this hypothesis. In this study, total oxy-radical scavenging capacity(TOSC) assay was used to evaluate antioxidant activity of taurine and hypotaurine against peroxyl radical, hydroxyl radical and peroxynitrite. The present results show that taurine does not have oxy-radical scavenging activity and hypotaurine is comparable to glutathione, an antioxidant substance, in oxy-radical scavenging activity. The results suggest that protective effects of taurine against oxidative stress may not be associated with its direct oxy-radical scavenging activity. Difference in oxy-radical scavenging capacity between taurine and hypotaurine may be ascribed to their sulfur oxidation state.

‘발산과 수렴’의 언어, 문화적 발현-‘평서문과 의문문’을 중심으로-

The opposition in the way of thinking especially the opposition of emissivity and receptiveness revealed by analyzing the declarative and interrogative sentences in our study could be visualized by Taegeuk. The dualism of Yin-Yang can be subdivided into Sixiàng to better locate the characteristics of each part of our universe, which leads to two parts of trigrams, specifically the bigrams of Sixiàng. Our previous study which showed that the upper part of bigrams indicates the notion of ego while the lower part the relationships between an enunciator and its interlocutor was proved to be also valid both in the cultural phenomenon such as the way of painting, counting, and scribing dates, addresses, names, et cetera and in the linguistic phenomenon such as declarative and interrogative sentences in Korean and French. These two regions on our planet correspond to Yin and Yang. Our search specifically revealed that the properties of Soeum and Soyang are inherent in the concrete examples of Korean and French cultures and languages. 프랑스어와 한국어 안에 자리한 사유방향의 대립성 특히 발산과 수렴은 태극 그림에서 그 엄연한 법칙이 짚어지며 그러한 언어, 문화적 발현은 이원적 대립에서 나아가 보다 세분화된 사상(四象)의 이효 괘를 통하여 분석될 수 있다. 이효 괘에서 상부 효와 하부 효는 각각 ‘자아개념’의 자리, ‘발화자가 외부세계와 맺는 관계’의 자리로서 그 자리가 음인지 양인지에 따라 의문문/평서문, 숫자 세는 방법, 날짜나 주소, 성명 표기의 순서, 동양화의 화법과 원근법 등이 대립적 현상으로 나타나는 것이다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 언어분석에서 도출되는 사상의 소음(少陰), 소양(少陽)의 괘에서 상부 효와 하부 효가 음인지 양인지에 따라 한국과 프랑스에서 서로 문화적 가치판단이 대립적으로 뒤바뀌는 연원을 밝혀낸다. 그리하여 의문문/평서문 분석에서 시작된 사상적 뒤바뀜의 사유패턴은 결국 문화적 발산, 수렴과 직결되어 있다는 사실에 이른다. 그것은 한국과 프랑스의 일상에서 자주 접하게 되는 문화적 대척 현상을 이원성이라는 단순한 음양 대립보다는 소양, 소음의 이효 괘로 풀어내는 것이기도 하다. 이로써 자아개념(상부 효)이나 개인관계에 대한 가치관(하부 효)과 그로부터 야기되는 언어, 문화현상에 있어서 한국과 프랑스가 사상적으로 서로 뒤바뀌어 있음을 구체적 예를 통하여 밝혀내었다.

Cloning, Purification and NMR Studies on β-catenin C-terminal Domain

β-catenin is a key signaling protein which regulates cell signaling and gene transcription. Abnormal activation of β-catenin is linked to many cancers, particularly with colorectal cancers. Although many genetic and biological studies on Wnt/β-catenin have been reported and structures of the complex between β-catenin and its diverse binding partners have been published, many of them have focused on armadillo repeat domain of β-catenin. Both N- and C-terminal domains have been suggested to regulate interactions of β-catenin with other molecules, but still little is known about the C-terminal unstructured domain. To investigate the structure of this domain, construct of C-terminus was designed and structural studies were performed using size exclusion chromatography (SEC), circular dichroism (CD), fluorescence and nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectroscopy. We observed that not only the purified full-length construct but the purified C-terminal construct also dimerizes in solution by SEC, suggesting that this domain involves in dimerization of β-catenin. CD and fluorescence data indicate its flexibility and structural formation in the presence of membrane environments.
