        Increasing concern about a rice quality, it is considered postharvest technology as well as cultivation management as an important factor. Therefore it is necessary to find optimal drying, storage method that did not affected a rice quality. In order to find the optimum storage period of rice, the rice quality was investigated during storage period. The temperature and humidity of storage bin were greatly changed but those of rice were a little do. The germination rate was slowly decreased as the storage period is long. The content of moisture was affected by a room temperature, it was increased at stored rice in rainy season(10-Jul~20-Jul). As storage period is long, the content of amylose, fatty acidity were a just Little changed but did not showed a constant tendency to it. The content of protein was increased and mechanic palatability value was decreased during storage period. The chromaticity of milled rice showed a range of lightness(L); 75.15~71.75, redness(a); 0.21~0.91, yellowness(b); 16.78~19.28 during storage period.

      • 벼 담수산파 재배시 파종량·질소분시·물관리 방법의 차이가 생육 및 수량성에 미치는 영향

        This study was carried out to investigate in connection with seeding rate according to the fertilizer application method and water management in direct seeding on flooded paddy surface. The total nitrogen and chlorophyll contents was decreased as increasing amount of seeding. The total nitrogen and chlorophyll contents were high in the strong drainage methods than the custom water management. LAI and dry mater recording where the seeding amount will increase to the fertilizer application method it increases consequently were low tendency from the site which omits the omitted the top dressing at tillering stage. The number of panicles per square metre was increased according to amount of seeding, but the number of spikelets per panicle was decreased. When omitted the top dressing at tillering stage and increasing the amount of seeding, the rice yield was high and amount of seeding was 89 kg per hectare. The results indicate that increasing of seeding rate and omission of fertilizer application with strong drainage at tillering stage was to reduce field lodging degree, to economy of water culture and to save labor for fertilization.

        The purpose of this study is to investigate the internal and extemal line beauty of men's dress of the Chosun period from the views of dress design and dress aesthetics. 1) External Line Beauty of Men's Dress of the Chosun Period ① Functional Beauty: Having the beauty of functional line in terms of convenience, notion, effectiveness, practice and sanitation. ② Structural Beauty: H77ing the beauty harmonizing between lines of internal and external structures. ③ Ornamental Beauty: Having the beauty of simple line by mashing accessories (gat, fan, sejodae, shoes) with a simple dress. ④ Wearing Beauty: Making tall-looking or expressing a mature masculine beauty by a visual mistake caused by a combination of internal and external structural beauty lines. 2) Internal Line Beauty of Men's Dress of the Chosun Period Including a simple but natural beauty based on natural philosophy, the beauty of courtesy emphasizing official hat and dress and the beauty of dress having aesthetic consciousness with which people enjoy an idyllic life.

        조선복식에 표현된 선(線)의 미(美)에 대한 고찰

        The study is on the beauty of the line in the Cho-sun Costume. In the aspect of the Costume Aesthetics and Study of Clothing Design, I try to find the beauty of the line in the external form and the immanent beauty of the external line in the Cho-sun Costume. The results of the study is that: 1) The beauty of the line external form have ① the functional beauty of the line ② the beauty of draped line ③ combination of the line of internal and external structure. ④ the beauty of wearing with the Chi-ma. ⑤ the beauty of sharp line in the ornamenats 2) The immanent beauty of the line in the Cho-sun Costume: There are a natural beauty found by the reason of nature, temperate beauty, simple beauty in the Cho-sun Costeme.

      • 만성 간질환에서 혈중 Gelatinase (Matrix Metalloproteinase-2와 9)의 측정 의의

        목적: Gelatinase (MMP-2와 9)는 기저막의 주구성요인 type IV collagen을 분해하는 효소로, MMP-2는 간경변과 MMP-0은 간세포암의 진행과 연관이 있는 것으로 알려져 있다. 본 연구에서는 만성 간질환과 MMP-2와 9의 관계를 알아보고자 하였다. 대상과 방법: 간기능이 정상이고 간질환이 없는 건강 대조군 10예, 만성 간염 15예, 간경변 18예, 그리고 간세포암 25예를 대상으로 혈장을 채취하여 MMP-2와 9의 활성을 보기 위해 zymography를 시행하였다. 결과: 혈장 MMP-2의 활성은 간경변군에서 건강 대조군(p=0.009)과 만성 간염군(p=0.011)에 비해 증가되어 있었으나 간세포암군과는 차이가 없었다. 혈장 MMP-9의 활성은 간경변군에서 건강 대조군에 비해 증가되어 있었으나(p=0.035), 만성 간염군과 간세포암군과는 차이가 없었다. 간세포함이 없는 간경변군 15예와 간세포암을 동반한 간경변군 23예를 합친 총 간경변군 38예에서 MMP-2의 활성은 total bilirubin이 높을수록 (r=0.323, p=0.048) 그리고 Child-Pugh 점수가 높을수록(r=0.414, p=0.012) 증가되어 있었다. 총 간경변군에서 MMP-2와 MMP-9의 활성은 알코올 성 간경변군에서 HBV에 의한 간경변군 보다 현저히 증가되어 있었다(각각 p=0.009, p=0.002). 결론: 혈장 MMP-2의 활성은 간경변의 진단과 중증도에 유용한 표지자로 사용될 수 있을 것이다. 혈장 MMP-9의 활성은 간세포암에서의 유용성은 적으리라 생각되나 알코올성 간경변의 진단적 표지자로는 유용하리라 생각된다. MMP-2와 MMP-9의 활성은 간경변의 원인 별로 차이가 나는 것으로 생각되며 그 이유에 대한 연구가 필요하리라 생각된다. Background/Aims: Gelatinase (matrix metalloproteinase (MMP) -2 and 9) has an important role in the pathogenesis of liver cirrhosis (LC) and hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). In this study, we evaluated the relationship of gelatinase to chronic liver disease. Methods: Four groups of subjects were examined; healthy control (10 cases), chronic hepatitis (18 cases), LC (15 cases), and HCC (28 cases). The plasma of each subject was obtained, and the equal quantification of plasma protein was done. The plasma activities of MMP-2 and 9 were measured by zymography. Results: The activities of plasma MMP-2 in patients with LC were significantly higher than those in controls (p=0.009) and in patients with chronic hepatitis (p=0.011), but not different from those in patients with HCC. The activities of plasma MMP-9 in patients with LC were significantly higher than those in controls, but not different from those in patients with chronic hepatitis or HCC. In patients with LC (regardless of having HCC), the activities of MMP-2 correlated with total bilirubin (r=0.323, p=0.048) and Child-Pugh score (r=0.414, p=0.012). The activities of MMP-2 and 0 were higher in patients with LC (regardless of having HCC) caused by alcohol than caused by HBV (p=0.009 and 0.0002 for each one). Conclusions: The plasma activity of MMP-2 may be a useful marker for the diagnosis and determination of the severity of LC. The plasma activity of MMP-9 was not useful for HCC, but may be a marker for alcoholic LC. Further study is needed to determine why the plasma activity of gelatinase was higher in patients with LC caused by alcohol than by HBV.(Korean J Hepatol 2003;9:222-230)

        디지털 교과서와 서책형 교과서 사용시 두뇌 활성 차이-EEG 연구

        정보통신 전자기술이 발달하고 확산됨에 이를 이용한 스마트 교육이 점점 확산되고 있다. 이에 스마트 기기를 이용한 디지털 교과서의 사용에 대한 우려가 증가하고 있다. 이 스마트 교육의 보급을 위해서 디지털 교과서 사용에 따른 역기능에 대한 체 계적인 진단 및 분석에 대한 요구의 목소리가 높아지고 있다. 이에 본 연구의 목적은 디지털 교과서 사용의 뇌기능에 대한 영향을 규명하고 안전하고 올바른 활용 방안을 제시하는 것이다. 이를 위해 먼저 디지털 교과서 활용 시 학습자의 두뇌 활성 영향분석을 위해 실험 연구를 진행하였다. 연구 결과, 디지털 교과서 사용시 서책형 사용에 비해 델타와 감마대역에서 우측 전두엽, 두정엽, 피질하 일부 영역과 변연계 중뇌섬엽에서 유의하게 두뇌 활성 및 강도가 높게 나타났다. 본 연구를 바탕으로 디지털 교과서의 안전하고 올바른 사용을 위해 관련 뇌과학연구의 확대와 가이드라인의 제작 및 제시, 교사와 함께하는 스마트 교육의 발전을 위한 추가 연구의 필요성을 제시하였다. The smart education is spreading to more and more according to development of information and communication technologies and the proliferation of electronic communication. It is increasing concerns about using digital device based on digital textbooks. The growing calls for systematic diagnosis and analysis about dysfunction of using digital textbooks for the proper prevalence of smart education. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to investigate the effect on brain function using digital textbooks and to propose ways to ensure safe and proper utilization. To reach the purpose, experimental research was conducted for analysis effect on brain activation of learner using digital textbooks. A comparative study of active region of the brain when students use digital textbook or paper textbook, this results of this study, we observed a significant delta and gamma power increase in right frontal, parietal and insula(Sub-lobar) in using the digital textbook. Though this research, It is revealed that using digital textbook effect especially on brain function. And we propose a enlargement of smart education related brian science research, manufacture and present guide-line and necessity of additional research for development smart education with teachers.

      • Preclinical evaluation of the efficacy of an H5N8 vaccine candidate (IDCDC-RG43A) in mouse and ferret models for pandemic preparedness

        <P><B>Abstract</B></P> <P>Because H5N1 influenza viruses continuously threaten the public health, the WHO has prepared various clades of H5N1 mock-up vaccines as one of the measures for pandemic preparedness. The recent worldwide outbreak of H5Nx virus which belongs to clade 2.3.4.4 and of which H5N6 subtype belongs and already caused human infection also increases the need of pandemic vaccine for such novel emerging viruses. In this study, we evaluated the protective efficacy and immunogenicity of an egg-based and inactivated whole-virus H5N8 (IDCDC-RG43A) developed by CDC containing HA and NA gene of the parent virus A/gyrfalcon/Washington/41088-6/2014. Mice vaccinated two times elicited low to moderate antibody titer in varying amount of antigen doses against the homologous H5N8 vaccine virus and heterologous intra–clade 2.3.4.4 H5N6 (A/Sichuan/26221/2014) virus. Mice immunized with at least 3.0 µg/dose of IDCDC-RG43A with aluminum hydroxide adjuvant were completely protected from lethal challenge with the mouse-adapted H5N8 (A/Environment/Korea/ma468/2015, maH5N8) as well as cleared the viral replication in tissues including lung, brain, spleen, and kidney. Vaccinated ferrets induced high antibody titers against clade 2.3.4.4 H5N8/H5N6 viruses and the antibody showed high cross-reactivity to clade 2.2 H5N1 but not to clade 1 and 2.3.4 viruses as measured by hemagglutinin inhibition and serum neutralization assays. Furthermore, administration of the vaccine in ferrets resulted in attenuation of clinical disease signs and virus spread to peripheral organs including lung, spleen, and kidney from high dose challenge with maH5N8 virus. The protective and immunogenic characteristic of the candidate vaccine are essential attributes to be considered for further clinical trials as a pre-pandemic vaccine for a potential pandemic virus.</P>

        디지털 교과서 활용이 학습자의 인지 기능에 미치는 영향-EEG 연구

        본 연구의 목적은 디지털교과서 및 서책형교과서 활용이 인지 기능에 미치는 영 향을 알아보기 위한 것이다. 연구대상자는 모두 5학년으로 디지털교과서 활용반 20 명, 서책형 교과서 활용반 21명이었다. 뇌파 측정은 안정상태, 단기기억, 작업기억, 공간인지 과제 수행간 이루어졌다. 행동과제 분석 결과, 단기기억과 공간인지 과제 수행시 디지털교과서 활용 그룹과 서책형교과서 활용 그룹간 통계적 차이는 발견되 지 않았다. 뇌파분석 결과, 디지털교과서 활용그룹이 서책형교과서 활용그룹에 비해 우측 전두엽 인근 델타대역에서의 부적 두뇌 활성이 관찰되었다. 또한, 디지털교과 서 활용 그룹에 비해 서책형교과서 활용 그룹이 공간인지 과제 수행시 전두엽을 중 심으로 민감도가 높게 나타남을 확인할 수 있었다. 본 연구 결과를 통해 디지털교과 서 활용이 인지기능에 미치는 영향을 확인하였고, 이를 바탕으로 디지털 교재 개발 의 나아갈 방향과 후속 연구를 제안하였다. The purpose of the this study was to investigate effects of using a digital textbook on cognitive function. We recorded EEG(resting state, short term memory task, working memory task, spatial cognition task) from 20(digital textbook group) and 21(paper textbook group), 5th elementary school volunteers. The results of behavioral tasks(short term memory and spatial cognition task), revealed no significant differences between digital textbook and paper textbook group. The results of an EEG, the digital textbook group that negative oscillate more than the paper textbook group around the right frontal(delta range) and paper textbook group that higher sensitivity more than the digital textbook group appears around the frontal area performing the tasks in spatial cognition. The results of this study provide effects of using a digital textbook on cognitive function and suggest that the directions for development of digital textbook and further research based on analysis results.
