고주파수대역에 적용되는 Fe-( BN, Si₃N₄)박막의 미세구조와 자기적특성에 관한 연구

We have investigated the magnetic properties of FeBN thin films deposited by using RF magnetron sputtering and Fe-BN composite target. It was investigated that the area fraction of BN chips on the Fe target and partial pressure of nitrogen was the main factors influencing the soft magnetic properties and resistivity of FeBN thin film. The low addition of N₂increases significantly the soft magnetic properties and electrical resistivity. The good soft magnetic properties are obtained at N₂partial pressure of 5%, but futher increase in N₂ partial pressure degrade the soft magnetic properties due to formation of nitrides such as Fe₄N, Fe₂∼₃N. In a sputtering process, as the area fraction of BN increases, FeBN thin films fabricated at the area fraction of 0.25 exhibt soft magnetic properties (Bs∼17kG, Hc∼10e, μ∼1000).

This study was performed to investigate the characteristics of soft tissue profile of the class III malocclusion and to test the yardstick far differential diagnosis between surgical and orthodontic patients Initial lateral cephalograms of orthodontic group(30 patients) that have acceptable occlusion and profile by orthodontic treatment alone and surgical group(30 patients) that have favorable occlusion and profile by combined surgical-orthodontic treatment were selected in Ajou university hospital. Powell and Burstone II analysis were made on the tracing. Descriptive, comparative, factor, cluster, and discriminant analysis were carried out with computer program. The results were as followings : 1.Patients who received surgery had a more concave profile and a longer lower facial height than patients who received orthodontic treatment alone. 2.Nasolabial angle, ratio of vertical height, and mentolabial sulcus were significantly different at the 5% level. And facial protuberance, upper lip protuberance, mentocervical angle, nasofrontal angle, nasomental angle, mandibular vertical height, angle between cervix and lower face, ratio of mandibular vertical height divided by cervical depth, ratio of vertical height between upper and lower lip, and maxillary protuberance were significantly different at the 1% level. 3.8 factors were extracted and factor 2, 3, and 8 showed significant differences by factor analysis. 4.Orthodontic group (25) and surgical group (35) were classified by cluster analysis. 5.Discriminant function was D = 0.079Nasomental angle + 0.081Sn-Gn + 3.343Sn-Gn/C-Gn + 1.734Sn-St/St-Me'-26.460, and cutting score was 0, so we can discriminate that orthodontic group has the score above 0, and surgery group below 0. And 91.7% of original grouped cases were correctly classified.

Objectives : Sipjundaebo-tang is prepared by ten medical herbs that tone the blood and vital energy, and strengthen health. This prescription has long been used traditionally against anemia, anorexia, extreme exhausion and fatigue. The purpose of this thesis was to review the effects of Sipjundaebo-tang that are about immunopotentiation effects, antitumor activities and potentiation, detoxification of antitumor drugs Methods : We studied the research methods and results of experiments which were selected from Korean, Japaness and American theses were on the topic of immunopotentiation effects, antitumor activities and potetiation, detoxification of antitumor drugs from Sipjundaebo-tang Results and conclusions : Sipjundaebo-tang not only potentiates the effects of the combined use of chemotherapy, but also reduces and elimimate the immunotoxicity of antitumor drugs and radiotherapy. And it strengthen immunity and improve QOL, S/OH of cancer patients.

Purpose : The purpose of this study is to setup a standard treatment protocol in surgical correction of skeletal malocclusion with Angle Class III patients. We asessed the soft tissue changes according to skeletal changes of patients who undergone orthognathic surgery with bilateral split sagittal ramus osteotomy (BSSRO) and advancing genioplasty. Materials & Methods : The soft tissue change of 9 skeletal Class III patients was assessed after BSSRO and advancing genioplasty. The patient group was Class III who was surgically treated by BSSRO & advancing genioplasty. The average follow up period is 13 months with range of 6 and 30 months. All patients have undergone preoperative and postoperative orthodontic treatment. The assessment was devided into two groups. One was antero-posterior relationship and the other was vertical relationship of dimensional changes of soft tissue after orthognathic surgery. Results : In antero-posterior dimensional changes after surgery, the percentage of soft tissue change in comparison to hard tissue was 89%. Vertical ratio after surgery, 86% soft tissue changes were assessed.

As optical connectors dominate the performance of optical transmitters or receivers, they need an ultra-precise processing and are composed of optical fibers, ferrule and optical glass lenses. Therefore, this study suggests a nondestructive evaluation technique or a system using resonant ultrasound spectroscopy to evaluate flaws in a optical glass lens. It also conducted a nondestructive evaluation for flaws that are commonly found in a optical glass lens and reviewed the results.

In order to lock stability of geotextile filer to clogging or blocking, small scale laboratory tests were accomplished, considering to drainage conditions, on domestic and foreign nonwoven geotextile products used for filter, and permeable capacity of the geotextile filter was analyzed. The results obtained are as follows: 1. The permeable flow rate through the geotextile filter appears to be decrease remarkably in the initial stage of duration time but gradually afterward and is stabilized at 300 hours∼400 hours of duration time. 2. The increase ratio of permeable flow rate through the geotextile filter due to rising hydraulic head appears to be higher with protected soil having lower comparative content of fine particles, and the effect of rising hydraulic head finds to be higher with that protected soil. 3. The permeable flow rate through the geotextile filter appears to be higher with protected soil having lower content of fine particles and the increase of it trends to be considerable and to be decrease according to the elapse of time. From the fact, the flow rate finds to be more influenced by clogging or blocking with protected soil layer having lower content of fine particles. 4. It seems generally that the thicker the geotextile filter is, the higher the permeable flow rate is, but the decrease ratio of it in the initial stage finds to be lower in the case of thicker geotextile.

We have investigated physicochemical characteristics and behavior of chlorpyrifos(CPF) in the agricultural soil, soil + dry waste food(DWF) and soil +manure. Experiments were accomplished biological degradation of samples loaded with chlorpyrifos in incubator at 27℃ during 30days in laboratory. In this study, Sample containing soil + manure has shown to be better biological degradation than sample of soil + DWF. The kinetics of chlorpyrifos oxidation catalyzed by agricultural soil, soil + DWF, and soil + manure can be described by Henri-Michaelis-Menten equation, V=(Vmax)/( Km+ C), where Vmax is the maximum velocity and Km the concentration of the substrate(C) corresponding to an initial(V) half of Vmax. The value of Vmax and km is 0.0588㎍CPF/g.soil.hr and 7.3529㎍CPF/g.soil in agricultural soil, 0.0601㎍CPF/g.soil∙hr and 4.4117㎍CPF/g.soil in the soil loaded DWF and 0.0890㎍CPF/g.soil∙hr and 4.2818㎍CPF/g.soil in the soil added manure. Therefore the order of Vmax. were Manure> DWF> Agricultural soil.
