      • 배수방법에 따른 수수의 항산화성분 및 항산화활성

        This study investigated the changes of antioxidant compounds and antioxidant activity of sorghum (Sorghum bicolor L. Moench) by drainage methods in poorly drained sloping paddy field. The experimented soils in this study were very poorly drained (VPDP) and imperfectly drained paddy soil (IDP). Two drainage methods namely under pipe drainage (UPD) and open ditch (ODD) were installed within 1-m position at the lower edge of the upper paddy fields. The soil moisture contents of UPD and ODD on VPDP were 18.52±4.58 and 19.01±4.25%, and IDP were 14.87±4.82 and 18.64±3.85%, respectively. Generally, moisture, crude protein, crude fat and crude ash contents were 12.70~14.50, 0.28~7.02, 4.29~5.04, and 1.31~1.93 g/100 ᅠg, and Pᅠ2O5, K, and Ca contents were 206.18~822.84, 424.16~579.36, and 27.78~68.54 mg/100 g, respectively. The total polyphenol, flavonoid and tannin contents, and radical scavenging activity of the ethanolic extracts of sorghum showed significant differences by drainage methods. The total polyphenol, flavonoid, and tannin contents by drainage methods were 28.33~50.26 mg GAE/g, 5.24~17.10 mg CE/g, and 9.32~25.75 mg TAE/g, respectively. The DPPH and ABTS radical scavenging activities were 20.00~38.61 and 34.60~74.73 mg TE/g, respectively. The antioxidant compounds and radical scavenging activity of the sorghum by drainage methods were frequently affected soil water.

      • 넘어짐 방지를 위한 생체역학적 반응

        Dynamic postural control varies with the environmental context, specific task and intentions of the subject. In this paper, dynamic postural responses against forward and backward perturbations were experimentally determined using motion analysis system, electromyography and accelerometers. Ten young healthy volunteers, stood on a flat platform, were translated in forward and backward directions by an AC servo-motor. Joint angles, ground reaction forces(GRFs), electromyography and acceleration patterns at the heel and the sacrum were measured. The results based on the given perturbation showed that the dynamic postural balance recovery against forward-backward perturbations is achieved in the process of the ankle, the knee and then the hip. Joint flexion is important in the balance recovery against the forward perturbation, but joint extension is important against the backward perturbation. These responses depends on the magnitude and timing of the perturbation. From the present study the accelerometry-system appears to be a promising tool for understanding kinematic accelerative in response to a transient platform perturbation.

        An Infectious hematopoietic necrosis virus strain (IHNV-RTK) was isolated from cultured rainbow trout at Kumi in Korea during 2000 and 2001. In the RT-PCR amplification with the specific primer set designed from IHNV G protein region, a 540 bp PCR product was amplified from the RTK strain. The RTK strain showed higher sequence homology with the published IHNV G protein genes (RB-76, LR-73, Col-85, and Carson-89).

      • 계열별 고등학생집단의 뇌기능특성화 경향에 대한 연구

        본 연구에서는 계열에 따른 고등학생들의 대뇌반구기능의 특성화 또는 편재화의 경향을 알아보고, 전공분야에 대한 적응력과의 상관관계를 검토하고자 했다. 일반고등학교 인문계열 학생 359명, 자연계열 학생 371명, 음악과 미술전공 학생을 포함한 예능계열 196명, 체육특기자를 포함한 체육계열 학생 151명 등 1,077명을 대상으로 각 계열별, 남녀별, 성적별 고등학생 집단들의 대뇌반구의 특성화, 편재화 경향을 시나가와(품川)질문지법을 이용하여 분석하였으며, 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 1. 인문계열 고등학생의 뇌기능의 편재화 경향은 우뇌형 54.3%, 양쪽뇌형 32.6% 및 좌뇌형 13.1%였다. 남녀별로는 남학생은 우뇌형 62.9% 양쪽뇌형 27.9% 및 좌뇌형 9.5%로 나타났으며, 여학생은 각각 43.7%, 38.6% 및 17.7%로서 여학생이 남학생에 비하여 죄뇌화 경향을 보였다. 2. 자연계열 고등학생의 경우는 우뇌형 56.9%, 양쪽뇌형 29.9% 및 좌뇌형 13.2%로서 인문계열 고등학생과 비슷한 분포를 보였다 이를 남녀별로 구별하여 보면 남학생은 62.2%, 27.1% 및 10.2%, 여학생은 51.5%, 32.5%및 16.0%의 분포를 보여, 역시 여학생의 좌뇌화 경향이 뚜렷했다. 3. 예능계열 고등학생의 경우는 우뇌형 56.1%, 양쪽뇌형 35.2% 및 좌뇌형 8.7%의 분포를 보였으며, 이를 전공별로 세분해서 살펴보면 음악전공학생의 경우 53.7%, 35.5% 및 10.7%로서 전체 평균과 거의 비슷한 분포를 보였으나, 미술전공학생의 경우 60.0%, 34.7% 및 5.3%로서 , 특히 좌뇌형의 경우 음악전공에 비해 절반수준에도 못 미치는 경향을 보였다. 4. 체능계열 고등학생 집단의 경우 우뇌형 50.3%, 양쪽뇌형 37.7% 및 좌뇌형 11.9% 분포를 보였다. 5. 성적별로 보면 일반고등학교 학생 가운데 성적 우수 집단은 뚜렷하게 좌뇌형 경향(25.6% 및 25.0%)을 보였다. 6. 예능계열의 우수집단은 양쪽뇌형의 분포비율(50.0% 및 44.4%)이 특히 높았다. 7. 체육계열의 우수집단은 좌뇌형 분포(21.6%)가 높았다. According to the advanced study on differential theory of brain function, the left hemispheric functions are concerned more on the verbal, logical, sequential and arithmetic abilities, whereas the right hemisphere has characteristics of non-lingual, general, creative and aesthetic abilities. The authors compared the tendency of hemispheric specialization in high school students with different educational condition and facilities. Sinakawa's questionnaire method was the instrument for this study. The results obtained were as follows: Among 1,077 of whole subjects, right hemispheric dominant type was 55.0% (59.1% in male, 51.0% in female), bilateral type was 32.9% (10.6% in male, 35.1% in female) and left hemispheric dominant type was 12.2% (10.4% in male, 13.9% in female). 1. Of the 359 subjects in the field of humanity science, right hemispheric dominant type was 54.3% (62.9% in male, 43.7% in female), bilateral type was 32.6% (27.9% in male, 38.6% in female) and left hemispheric dominant type was 13.1% (9.5% in male, 17.7% in female). 2. Of the 371 subjects in the field of natural science, right hemispheric dominant type was 56.9% (62.2% in male, 51.5% in female), bilateral type was 29.9% (27.1% in male, 32.5% in female) and left hemispheric dominant type was 13.2% (10.2% in male, 16.0% in female). 3. Of the 196 art school students, 56.1% was regraded as right hemispheric dominant type, students majoring music was 53.7%, 35.5% and 10.7%, respectively, whereas the frequency for students majoring find art was 60.0%, 34.7% and 5.3%. 4. In students majoring physical education, 50.3% were shown in right hemispheric dominant type, 37.7% were bilateral type and 11.9% were left hemispheric dominant type. 5. Laterality patterns of students who adapt more successfully to their specific studying fields show following characteristics; Successful students of general high school show pronounced left shift in their laterality pattern, whereas successful students of art school exhibit more bilateral type. And successful students of physical education school show left shift in their laterality patterns.

      • 十二經脈의 經脈名에 관한 考察

        In the present study, we aimed. to consider the name of twelve main Meridian in order to understand the concept of the Meridian system and to applicate acupuncture theory in the clinical field properly and fundamentally. We referred to several literatures on the matter and we found out that the name of present twelve Meridian was not settled until the period of Yellow Emperor's Classic. In the time of Yellow Emperor's Classic, the two theory of Internal Organ and Meridian system were combined and added new theory of 'WoonGi'. The general rule of combination is that the component of name of Meridian consist of 'Hand' or 'Foot', 'three Eum and Yang' and internal organ. The internal organ coupled with the root ki or middle ki of 'three Eum and Yang' and the 'Hand' or 'Foot' depend on the location of internal organ that belongs to meridian. The name of Twelve Meridian is a kind of system formed to analyze the two concepts organically and dynamically. One is material internal organ and the other is immaterial meridian system.

      • 골프스윙의 운동역학적 코우칭 모델

        두대의 Photosonic 1PL 고속카메라로 레슨프로 5명과 아마추어 4명의 골프스윙 동작을 촬영하여 3차원 운동학적 자료를 얻어냈다. 이들 운동학적 변인들을 운동역학적으로, 그리고 통계적으로 분석하여 스윙의 파워를 향상시키는 요인들을 분류하였고 이를 근거로 파워를 향상시키는 골프스윙의 운동역학적 지도모형을 제시하였다. The swings of the five professional golfers and four amateur golfers were filmed by two Photosonic high speed cameras. Three dimensional kinematic data were determined using spatial coordinates which produced by Direct Linear Transformation algorithm.         양식산 터봇, Scophthalmus maximus에서의 Irido-like virus 감염

        본 연구는 병리조직학적 및 전자현미경적 방법을 통해 양식산 turbot에서 발생하는 irido-like virus의 감염증을 소개하고자 한 것이다. 2003년 6월 전북 고창 소재 육상수조에서 양식중인 turbot치어에서 50∼70%의 대량폐사가 발생하였다. 병어는 사료섭취가 저하되고 힘없이 유영하다 폐사되었으며, 죽기 직전의 어류는 복부가 팽만되고 안구가 돌출되며 체색이 옅어지는 증상을 보였다. 해부학적 조사 결과, 아가미 빈혈과 간이 퇴색되어 있었으며, 특히 비장조직이 심하게 비대되어 있었다. 병어에 대한 조직학적 검사에서 비대 세포를 특징으로 하는 특이 병변이 주로 신장과 비장의 조혈조직에서 관찰되었으며, 아가미, 심장, 위, 장, 간, 췌장, 지방 조직에서도 관찰되었다. 그리고 전자현미경적 관찰 결과, 비대 세포의 세포질내에서 육각형의 지름이 136∼159 ㎚인 Irido-like virus를 관찰할 수 있었다. The high mortality of cultured juvenile turbot, Scophthalmus maximus occurred in Gochang on June, 2003. The diseased fish was lethargic with reduced feed intake. Grossly, these fish showed pale body, abdominal extension and exophthalmia. The dominant internal gross features of diseased fish were severely enlarged spleen, pale gills and or liver. Diseased fish histologically showed basophilic enlarged cells in the kidney, spleen, gill, heart, stomach, intestine, liver, pancreas and adipose tissue. Transmission electron microscopy (TEM) reveled hexagonal virions in the cytoplasm of necrotic cells. The viral particles lead a central electron-dense core and an electron translucent zone, and were 136-159 nm in diameter. These results suggest that the virus belonging to the iridoviridae was responsible for the mortality of cultured juvenile turbot.

      • 충남 서북부 산업재해환자 실태조사

        In order to find out the situation of industrial accidents in area of Choongnam northwest and to obtain the basic materials for prevention of industrial accidents, 647 patient who had industrial accident were selected from five general hospital in Chunan Choognam. All industrial accident cases were analysed to draw characteristic patterns in relation to industrial type, time of industrial accident, age, work duration, site of accidents, degree of accidents. The period of this study was from June 1, 1996 to May 31, 1998. The results of the study were as follows. 1. Frequency rates of accident was 42.0% in manufacturing industries, the highest among industries and followed by 21.5% in construction industries, 14.5% in transport, storage & communications industries, 11.1% in other industries, 10.8% in electricity, gas & water supply industries. 3. while the highest frequency rate of accident by month was 24.4% in March and April, the lowest was 9,1% in November and December. 4. Frequency rate of accident by time was 22.7% in 10:00-11:00. the highest among time and followed by 10.7% in 14:00-15:00. 5. The highest frequency rate of accident by age group was 42.7% in older age group(above 40 years old). 6. While the highest frequency rate of accident by site was 30.9% in hands and feet, the lowest was 9.7% in upper limbs. 7. While the highest frequency rate of accident by duration of treatment was 73.49% in below 1 month, the lowest was 0.9% in above 6 months. 8. While the highest frequency rate of accident by duration of work was 59.4% in below 1 year, the lowest was 2.6% in above 10 years.

      • 검은비늘버섯의 포장재와 저장온도에 따른 저장 효과

        본 연구는 검은비늘버섯((CBPM-6호)의 선도유지 효과를 알아보기 위해 포장재(Wrap, PE, PP, AF) 및 저장온도(1℃, 3℃, 6℃)을 달리하여 18일간 결과를 다음과 같다. 저장기간 중 포장재별 중량 감모율은 랩 포장시 1℃에서 18일 후 3.17%이었으나, AF필름에서는 1.08%의 낮은 중량 감모율을 나타내었다. 색도는 저장기간이 연장될수록 명도와 황색도는 약간 증가하는 반면 랩 표장에서는 감소하는 경향을 나타내었다. 버섯 저장 전 색깔은 랩 포장에서는 3일, PE, PP, AF포장지에서는 18일까지 유지되었다. 경도는 저장온도가 높을수록 낮아지는 경향이었으며 1℃에서 저장할 때 AF 밀봉 저장이 경도의 변화가 가장 적은 것으로 나타났다. 신선도는 1℃ 저장시 신선도 8을 기준으로 랩 포장은 3일, PE 밀봉은 6일, PP 밀봉은 9일, AF 밀봉으로 15일간 저장시 상품성을 유지할 수 있다. This study was carried out to develop storage method for the keeping freshness with various packing film(Wrap, PE, PP and AF and storage temperature(1, 3 and 6℃) of Pholiota adiposa(CBPM-no6) mushroom. The rate of weight loss packed with Wrap film was 3.17%, but AF film was 1.08% after 18days. As the storage periods, lightness and yellowness of mushroom packed with PE, PP and AF were slighty increased, while Wrap film was decreased. The color of original raw mushroom preserved 3days using Wrap film and 18 dyas using PE, PP and AF. As storage temperature high, the rigidity of mushroom decreased. Rigidity of mushroom packed with AF film was less change compared with the other film. Freshness degree of mushroom(refer to Minamide method) could preserve for 3days using Wrap, 6 days using PE, 9 days using PP and 15days using AF film at 1℃.

      • 대학생집단의 뇌기능 특성화 경향에 대한 연구

        체육학과 학생 163명과 국가대표선수 211명을 포함한 체육 전공자들과 의과대학생 282명, 문과대학생 101명, 신학전공학생 96명 그리고 간호학과 전공학생 100명, 계 953명을 대상으로 남녀 대학생들의 대뇌반구의 특성화, 편재화 경향을 시나가와 ( 品川)질문지 법을 이용하여 분석한 결과 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 1. 체육과 남학생은 우뇌형 45.6%, 좌우뇌형 47.4%, 좌뇌형 7%로 나타났으며, 여학생의 경우 우뇌형 41.6%, 좌우뇌형 44.3%, 좌뇌형 14.2%로 나타났다. 2. 대표선수의 경우 우뇌형과 좌우뇌형에서 일반 체육학과 학생과 유사한 분포를 보였으나, 좌뇌형이 남자 12.9% 여자 12.6%로 남녀 고른 분포를 나타냈다. 3. 의과대학생의 경우 남학생은 우뇌형 63.5% 좌우뇌형 24.9% , 좌뇌형 11.6%인 반면, 여학생은 우뇌형 50%, 좌우뇌형 22.9%, 좌뇌형 27.1%로 나타났다.. 4. 문학은 전공하는 남녀학생과 신학을 전공하는 학생은 우뇌형, 좌우뇌형, 좌뇌형의 순으로 유사하게 나타났다. 5. 간호학전공 학생의 분포는 우뇌형42.0% 좌우뇌형 38.0% 좌뇌형 20%였다. Many Studies have demonstrated that the two hemispheres are functionally specialized in the majority of individuals, so that the left hemisphere regulates verbal-analytic cognitive abilities while the right hemisphere predominates in spatial-synthesis abilities. This research program have proceeded about the tendency of hemisphere specialization in sportsmen and variable subject classes in university. Sinagawa's questionnaire method was used as the instrument for this study . The results obtained were as follows: 1. In the physical education class(163subjects) 45.6%(male) and 41.6%(female) of the subjects were regarded as the left hemisphere dominant type, 47.4%(male) and 44.3%(female) of them were bilateral and 7%(male) and 14.2%(female) of them were regarded as left hemisphere dominant type. 2. In the representatives (mational players) group, very similar frequencies were shown except in the left hemisphere dominant type, whose percentile distributions appear as 12.9% in males and 12.6% in females. 3. Extremely higher frequency was shown in right hemisphere dominant type in the male students of medical science class : 63.5% of them were right, 24.9% were bilateral and 11.6% were left hemisphere dominant type. 4. The frequencies of the literature class also were shown very similar patterns with those of other female classes.
