영국 현대 체육 정책의 효시, ‘Sport: Raising the Game’에 대한 사적 고찰

This study is aimed to illuminate the sports policy of the UK, one of the world’s sports advanced countries. Under the theme of ‘Sport: Raising the Game’, which is the beginning of British modern sports policy, research was conducted mainly through literature review and on-site research in the UK. The research outcomes are as follows. First, after the passage of the Education Reform Act in 1988, physical education in Britain began to gain recognition as part of the national education process, and since the 1990s, ‘Sport: Raising the Game’, which was announced in 1995 under the leadership of Prime Minister John Major, is meaningful as the beginning of British modern sports policy. Second, ‘Sport: Raising the Game’ specifically proposed four areas of policy: school sports, Extending the Sporting Culture, Further and Higher Education, and development of excellence, as a result, it suggests the direction that laid the foundation for British physical education, which has its historical significance. 본 연구는 전 세계 스포츠선진국 중 하나인 영국의 체육 정책을 역사적으로 조명하기 위한 목적을 가지고 수행되었다. 현대적 개념에서 영국 체육 정책의 효시라 할 수 있는 ‘Sport: Raising the Game’을 주제로 하였으며, 주로 문헌고찰과영국 현지조사를 통해 연구를 수행하였다. 그 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 도출할 수 있었다. 첫째, 영국의 체육은 1988년교육개혁법 통과 이후 국가교육과정의 일환으로 편입되면서 그 가치를 인정받기 시작하였으며, 1990년대 이후 존 메이저총리의 주도 아래 1995년에 발표된 ‘Sport: Raising the Game’은 현대적 개념에서 영국 체육 정책의 효시로서 그 의미가있다. 둘째, ‘Sport: Raising the Game’은 학교스포츠, 스포츠 문화 확대, 심화 및 고등교육, 그리고 우수성의 발전이라는4가지 영역에서 결과적으로 현재 영국 체육의 기틀을 마련한 방향성을 제시하였다는데 그 역사적 의미를 둘 수 있다.

노인 여가의 새로운 패러다임: 파크골프의 도입과정 고찰

[목적] 본 연구는 우리나라 노인 여가 스포츠의 패러다임을 주도하고 있는 파크골프가 도입된 과정을 구체적으로 규명하는 것을 연구의 목적으로 설정하였다. [방법] 파크골프의 도입과정과 관련된 각종 문헌자료를 분석하였고, 그 과정에 관련된 백승두, 김계자, 조영규라는 인물에 대한 인터뷰를 수행하였다. [결과] 우리나라의 파크골프는 진주 노인종합복지타운(상락원)에 만들어진 파크골프장이 효시이다. 1996년 7월, 백승두 진주시장이 자매결연 도시인 일본 기타미시를 방문하면서 우연히 파크골프를 접하게 된 것이 시발점이 되었고, 기타미시에서 파크골프를 접한 백승두가 노인종합복지타운 건립 담당자였던 김계자에게 파크골프장 설립을 추진하도록 지시했다. 그 과정에서 담당 실무자였던 조영규가 일본을 방문해 파크골프의 경기방법, 운영계획, 장비 등 전반적인 사항을 확보했다. [결론] 백승두, 김계자, 조영규와 같은 진주시 관계자들은 우리나라 파크골프의 도입에 결정적인 초석을 쌓은 인물들이었으며, 그들의 노력은 15만 명 이상이 즐기는 파크골프가 한국의 노인 여가로 이식될 수 있었던 역사적 촉매제였다. [Purpose] The purpose of this study was to specifically identify the process of introducing park golf, which is leading the paradigm of leisure sports for the elderly in Korea. [Method] Various literature data related to the introduction process of park golf were analyzed, and interviews were conducted with figures such as Baek Seung-du, Kim Gye-ja, and Cho Young-gyu related to the process. [Result] In Korea, the park golf course built in Jinju Senior Welfare Town (Sanglakwon) began. In July 1996, Mayor Baek Seung-du of Jinju City came across Park Golf by chance while visiting Kitami City, Japan, a sister city, and when Baek Seung-du, who encountered Park Golf in Kitami City, instructed Kim Gye-ja, who was in charge of building the Senior Welfare Town, Cho Young-kyu, a practitioner in charge, visited Kitami City to secure overall matters such as how to play the park golf, operation plans, and equipment. [Conclusion] Baek Seung-du, Kim Gye-ja, and Cho Young-kyu were the contributors to the introduction of park golf in Korea, which was a historical turning point for the elderly leisure sports enjoyed by more than 150,000 people to be transplanted into us.

확산용액 중에서 LA-1 에 의한 Fe (3) 의 용매추출에 관한 연구

1. 緖論 黃酸溶液 中에서 Amine을 抽出劑로 使用하여 Fe(III)의 溶媒抽出에 關한 硏究는 1955年 Baes에 依하여 처음 行하여 졌으나 그후 그에 對한 硏究가 극히 미비한 실정이다. 특히 Amine에 抽出되는 Fe(III)種의 형태는 Fe(III)의 濃度가 0.001M 以下인 경우에는 FeOHSO₄인 것으로 밝혀졌으나 이보다 높은 濃度에서의 이합체 生成 여부는 명확히 규명되어 있지 않고 HClO₄ 溶液의 경우와 같이 (FeOHSO₄)의 이합체를 形成한 것이라고 제한되어 왔다. 또한 抽出에 영향을 미치는 여러가지 因子에 對하여서도 단편적인 硏究가 行하여졌을 뿐 특정한 推出劑에 對하여는 綜合的으로 調査, 검토되어지지는 않았다. 이에 本 硏究는 Secondary Amine 인 LA-1(Rhom & Hass Co. 製品)을 抽出劑(희석제는 Benzene)로 使用하여 黃酸溶液 中에서 0.01M Fe(III)의 抽出實驗을 行하여 그 抽出機構와 抽出에 영향을 미치는 因子들의 영향에 對하여 調査 검토하였다. 또 Fe(III)의 抽出에 直接 관여하는 Amine Sulfate와 Amine Bisulfate의 평형관계에 對하여서도 검토하였다. 2. 實驗方法 우선 Fe₂(SO₄)₃·xH₂O와 H₂SO₄ 그리고 Na₂SO₄를 증류수에 一定比率로 加하여 원하는 PH 및 total SO₄^(-2)로 조절, 一定濃度의 第二黃酸鐵 水溶液으로 만들었다. 이 水溶液과 LA-1을 Benzene에 희석시킨 有機溶液을 各各 20㎖씩 取하여 100㎖ Beaker에 넣고 常溫(25℃)에서 磁石攪拌器로서 5分間 攪拌시켰다. 다음 Seperatory Funnel에 옮겨 約 30分동안 靜置시켜 水相과 有機相을 完全히 分離시킨 후 水相中의 Fe(III)를 0.01M EDTA로서 分析하였다. 3. 結果 1) 黃酸-Amine Sulfate-Amine Bisulfate 平衡 (R₂NH₂)₂SO₄+ H₂SO₄ = 2(R₂NH)HSO₄ 反應에서 平衡常數 K의 값은 9,500(moles/liter)^(-3)이다. 2) PH의 영향 logD(D는 分配係數)와 PH는 直線的인 關係式이 成立되며 그 기울기는 1이다. 위의 結果로부터 Fe(III)의 濃度가 0.01M인 경우 Fe(III)의 加水分解 時 어떤 이합체도 形成하지 않는다는 것을 알 수 있다. 3) 黃酸溶液 濃度의 영향 Total sulfate의 濃度가 커질수록 抽出率은 떨어진다. 4) Fe(III)의 濃度의 영향 Fe(III)의 濃度 變化에 따라 다음과 같은 實驗式이 成立한다. D = 1.75([A]-6[M]_o) D : 分配係數 [A] : Amine의 濃度 [M]_o : 有機相中의 金屬 濃度 5) Amine 濃度의 영향 log D와 log[Amine] 사이에는 直線的인 關係가 있으며 그 기울기는 2이다. 6) 他이온의 영향 1) 음이온 음이온의 첨가는 추축율을 저하시키며 그 저하정도는 CH₃COO￣<Cl￣<NO₃<CIO₄￣順이다 2) 양이온 黃酸溶液 中에서 LA-1 全然 抽出되지 않는 Zn 및 Al의 첨가는 Fe(III)의 抽出率에 어떠한 영향도 미치지 않는다. 7) 溫度의 영향 15°∼55℃ 범위에서 log D는 溫度가 높아짐에 따라 直線的으로 감소하고 있으며 Arrehenius plot에 依하여 얻은 Acfivation energy는 5.4Kcal/㏖ 이다.

Ceramides, a class of sphingolipids containing a backbone of sphingosine that is linked to a fatty acid via an amide bond, are the most effective structural component of the stratum corneum. While ceramides can be converted to diverse metabolites with an action of appropriate enzymes, each metabolite acts as a key mediator in the regulation of multiple skin barrier functions, e.g., proliferation, differentiation, apoptosis, and other biological responses such as aging, wound healing, and immunity. The primary foci of my research group elucidate the precise role of sphignolipid metabolites in the pathophysiology of certain skin diseases, including atopic dermatitis, psoriasis march, squamous skin cancer, using state of the art analytical and molecular techniques in different cutaneous cells and animal models. In addition, another research focus lies on the development of preventive and therapeutic strategies for such diseases.

후두 편평 세포암에서의 HSP27 발현에 관한 연구

Background and Objectives: Heat shock protein(HSP) 27 is a member of the small HSP family that plays a part in the epithelial cell growth and differentiation, wound healing. apoptosis and cell protection against inflammatory cytotoxic mediators. The expression of HSP27 was investigated in normal laryngeal tissue and squamous cell carcinoma of the larynx. Materials and Methods : We studied expression of HSP27 by Western blot on 20 patients of laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma. Results: HSP27 expressed in all normal and cancer tissues. In 9 cases(45%), expression of HSP27 more prominent in cancer tissue. Statistically, there were no significant difference in the expression of HSP27 in normal and cancer tissue, clinical stage and tumor differentiation. Conclusion 45% of cancer tissues was more prominent than normal tissue. But further studies on expression of HSP27 in laryngeal cancer and relationship with clinical parameter should be done.
