The purpose of this study this study was to comparative analysis the V02max and HR through arm ergometer exercise, bicycle ergometer exercise, and treadmill exercise and to propose correct data of aerobic ability according to GXT. Subjects for study were 8 healthy male students. The process of the test were performed maximal GXT on arm ergometer exercise, bicycle ergometer exercise, and treadmill exercise and measured V02max, max heart rate and recovery time of 3 VO2 and heart rate respectively. The conclusions were supported by the findings of this study: 1.There were significant differences between test style and V02/kg/min(p<.05). 2.There were significant differences between test style and test stage at heart rate(p<.05) There were no effect of reciprocal action. Therefore, V02/kg/min should be on individual exercise prescription guiedlines for health promotion should be provided proper GXT which are arm ergometer exercise, bicycle ergometer exercise, and treadmill exercise.

이산사건시뮬레이터를 이용한 무선 LAN MAC simulator 구현

최근 무선 랜의 사용이 증가함에 따라 무선 랜의 성능을 측정할 수 있는 시뮬레이션에 대한 필요성이 대두되고 있다. 시뮬레이션의 가장 중요한 기능적인 면은 시뮬레이션의 신뢰도를 결정하는 IEEE 802.11 표준문서에 기초한 정확한 구현이다. 따라서 이 논문은 IEEE 802.11 표준문서에 기초한 무선랜 시뮬레이션, WLANSim의 구현에 대하여 설명하고 있다. 본 논문은 WLANSim의 소개, 상세한 설명과 WLANSim을 이용하여 실제로 CSMA/CA에 서 충돌발생을 측정한 결과도 실었다. 시뮬레이션의 결과는 제안된 시뮬레이션 WLANSim은 IEEE 802.11 표준문서를 따르고 그에 따라 구현되었음을 보여주고 있다. With the ever increasing use of wireless LAN, the simulator that could measure the performance of wireless LAN is getting much attention these days. The most important functional aspect of the simulator is the exact implementation of IEEE 802.11 standard which decides the reliability of the simulation results. This paper describes the implementation of the wireless LAN simulator named WLANSim based on the IEEE 802.11 standard. It contains the introduction and the detail description of WLANSim and the simulation results of the measurements of the collision occurrence. Simulation result shows that proposed WLANSim is implementing and following procedures described in IEEE 802.11 standard.

Pelviscopic surgery has been reported to have minimal tissue damage and bleeding, and to reduce cost and recovery time for patients undergoing a variety of procedures. The field of gynecologic operations that can be performed by pelviscopic procedures has expanded rapidly. This report is a retrospective review of 146 cases of pelviscopic surgery from January, 1991 to February 1996 to evaluate the efficacy of pelviscopic surgery in gynecologic patients. The results of this review were summarized as follows; 1. The majority of patients was between 21 and 40 years of age(84.2%), mean age was 33.1 years. 2. Preoperative clinical indications were adnexal mass 77 cases(52.7%), ectopic pregnancy 48 cases(33.9%), uterine myoma 9 cases(6.2%), and etc. 3. Types of surgery were salpingectomy 43 cases(29.5%), salpingoophorectomy 41cases(28.1%), LAVH 9 cases(6.2%) and etc. 4. The previous operation history was found in 34 cases(23.3%), and the type of previous operation were Cesarean section 11 cases(32.4%), appendectomy 10 cases(29.4%), and there were 5 cases of previous history of ectopic pregnancy. 5. The mean duration of hospitalization was 5.8 days.

2003년도 해양스포츠 체험활동을 통한 소아건강교실 사례 발표

부산에 소재한 3개 초등학교 청소년단체 소속의 초등하교 3학년부터 6학년까지 구성된 172명을 대상으로 청소년단체 지도자, 초등학교교사, 자원봉사자, 의사와 영양사가 1박 2일간의 해양스포츠 체험활동 을 통한 건강교실을 시행하였다. 대상자의 체질량지수, 체지방량을 측정하여 비만정도를 평가하였으며, 칼로리 섭취에 대한 강의를 시행하였고, 설문지 조사를 통해 대상자의 식이 섭취 습관에 대한 조사를 시행하였고, 본 건강교실에 대한 만족도를 측정하였다. 대상자중 남자에서는 40%, 여자에서는 25.69%에서 비만 경향을 보였다. 대상자의 대부분에서 시행된 건강교실에 긍정적 반응을 보였으며, 향후 체계적인 구성과 철저한 사전계획이 병행되어 본 증례 보고와 같은 건강교실을 시행한다면, 비만아동에서 거부감 없이 비만에 대한 교육을 실시할 수 있으며, 정상 체중 아동군에서도 비만에 대한 예방교육을 시행할 수 있는 프로그램이 될 것이다. 172 elementary school students involved this health program. This subjects were learened about obesity that affect health problem, ideal eating habits, calories that contained in the children's favorite foods by doctors and nutritionist. And this stubjects were checked heights, weight, body fat percent. Obesity is 40% in the boys and 25.69% in the girls. Most subjects were satisfactory with this health program. So we will effectively educate obese children without resistance and prevent normal weight children from obesity through structured and well-designed health program that similar to this program.

기존의 곡면 분할 알고리듬 비교 연구

Recently, designing and visualizing 3D objects become getting more important issues in related industrial fields due to new trends such as Virtual Design using CAD(Computer-Aided Design) systems and high-speeded internet. In this paper, we compare the existing surface subdivision algorithms. Subdivision algorithm is a 3D modeling technique that generates a very smooth surface through many times of refinement processes that split polygons of control mesh into several smaller polygons. We examine the methods of calculating new vertices and topological algorithms of three existing subdivision algorithms, Doo-Sabin, Catmull-Clark, and Loop subdivision scheme in detail, and compare them to find the differences, merits and demerits. In calculating new vertices, Doo-Sabin scheme is simpler than Catmull-Clark and Loop schemes. But in topological algorithm, Catmull-Clark and Loop schemes are simpler than Doo-Sabin scheme.

생쥐 대장 평활근 세포에서 내향 정류성 칼륨 전류의 특성 연구

Objectives: K^(+) channels play an important role in regulating cellular excitability. The aim of this study was to know whether or not inward rectifier K^(+) channel exists in colonic smooth muscle cells. Methods: Mouse colonic smooth muscle cells were isolated using collagenase, and then we recorded their membrane currents using a whole-cell patch clamp technique. Results: With 90 mM K^(+) in bath, hyperpolarization-induced inward currents from -120 mV to 20 mV with 400 ms duration at a holding potential of -10 mV showed rapid activation, inactivation and inward rectification. The inactivation showed single exponential time course. Reduction of external K^(+) to 60 mM decreased the amplitudes of the currents in whole test voltage range and shifted the reversal potential to more negative potential. The inactivation process and peak currents of hyperpolarization-induced inward currents were not affected by removing external Na^(+). External Ba^(+) blocked hyperpolarization-induced inward currents by dose-dependent manner and pure Ba^(+)-sensitive currents showed strong inward rectification. Cs^(+) also suppressed hyper- polarization-induced inward currents. Ba^(+) and Cs^(+)-induced inhibitiOn of hyperpolarization-induced inward currents was voltage-dependent, and the extent of inhibition increasing with membrane hyperpolarization. Conclusions: These results suggest that inward rectifier KU channels may exist in proximal colonic smooth muscle and may play an important role in regulating membrane potential.

캡슐화된 잠열 미립자 슬러리를 열 매체로 하는 축열식 냉방시스템

Microcapsules containing tetradecane as the phase change material (PCM) and ashell of meolamine-formalin resin were prepared by in situ polymerization. Tooptimize the encapsulation process, experiments were performed under various reaction conditions. Microcapsules with a high uniformity could be prepared, and the ratio of breakage of the microcapsules was less than 6% over 10,000 cycles using by a circulation pump. The cooling system, which has adopted MPCM slurry as a media for transporting cold thermal energy, is designed to investigate the performance of newly developed coolant. The discharging times of cold energy in circulating 20 wt% MPCM slurry are lasted to 260 minutes as long as the sensible cooling system. According, it was demonstrated that the microcapsules prepared in the current research are suitable for potential application as hat transporting media.

Due to the development of digital technology, new products come out with the convergence of one another. Especially telematics products show up in the new business area that is not merging the same business division products but merging IT business division products, and automobile business division ones. As IT products are merging automobile products, as quality management system(QMS) is not inevitable only in the QMS of automobile business division but also in the QMS of IT business division to acquire quality competitiveness in the new business division. On the basis of this change of business divisions, the necessity of new QMS establishment is gathering strength. So this research proposes a method to establish new QMS that is merging TL 9000 (IT division) & TS16949 (Automobile division)

전신성 홍반성 루프스 환자에서 발생한 자가 면역성 간염 1례

SLE 환자에서 간 효소 수치의 상승은 여러 가지 원인에 의하여 드물지 않게 관찰될 수 있다. 이 중 자가 면역 기전에 의해 발생되는 질환으로 자가 면역성 간염과 SLE에 동반된 간염이 있으며, 두 가지 질환의 감별은 환자의 예후 및 치료에 중요하다. 따라서 간 조직 검사를 포함한 정확한 진단 기준으로 조기에 진단하여야 하며, 이에 따른 적절한 치료를 통해서 간 부전 및 비가역적 간경변증으로 진행을 방지할 수 있을 것으로 사료된다. Patients with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) have a 25-50% chance of developing abnormal liver tests in their lifetime and various causes are related to elevation of liver enzyme, such as hepatic involvement of lupus, hepatotoxic drug, viral infection, autoimmune hepatitis and so on. Discrimination of autoimmune hepatitis from SLE-associated hepatitis is important because complications and therapy are quite different, although both are autoimmune syndromes. Here we are presenting a case of SLE patient with type I autoimmune hepatitis proved with liver biopsy.
