      • The “Container-Cloud” Architecture and Scene Perception in IoE Era

        This paper introduces a new innovative mobile application architecture called "Container-Cloud", which could be probably an inevitable trend in complex cloud, connected devices and network ecosystem in IoE(Internet of Everything) era. The significance of C-C is comparably to Java for web, and android for mobile. There are some innovations in platform operations, in service operations, in developing and in use. The "Container-Cloud" architecture can solve those application silo, enable applications developed, debugged and deployed transparently in cloud, allows mobile applications to be generated on demand, and be migrated and scheduled automatically among cloud, and creates an opportunity for implementation of "context-aware" application in cloud. The paper also gives some "context-aware" application examples based on C-C support in IoE era.

        Application of advanced biomaterials in photothermal therapy for malignant bone tumors

        Malignant bone tumors are characterized by severe disability rate, mortality rate, and heavy recurrence rate owing to the complex pathogenesis and insidious disease progression, which seriously affect the terminal quality of patients' lives. Photothermal therapy (PTT) has emerged as an attractive adjunctive treatment offering prominent hyperthermal therapeutic effects to enhance the effectiveness of surgical treatment and avoid recurrence. Simultaneously, various advanced biomaterials with photothermal capacity are currently created to address malignant bone tumors, performing distinctive biological functions, including nanomaterials, bioceramics (BC), polymers, and hydrogels et al. Furthermore, PTT-related combination therapeutic strategies can provide more significant curative benefits by reducing drug toxicity, improving tumor-killing efficiency, stimulating anti-cancer immunity, and improving immune sensitivity relative to monotherapy, even in complex tumor microenvironments (TME). This review summarizes the current advanced biomaterials applicable in PTT and relevant combination therapies on malignant bone tumors for the first time. The multiple choices of advanced biomaterials, treatment methods, and new prospects for future research in treating malignant bone tumors with PTT are generalized to provide guidance.

        Association of Lipoprotein-Associated Phospholipase A_2 with Characteristics of Vulnerable Coronary Atherosclerotic Plaques

        Purpose: Lipoprotein-associated phospholipase A2 (Lp-PLA_2) is an inflammatory enzyme expressed in atherosclerotic plaques. We investigated the association of circulating Lp-PLA_2 with characteristics of vulnerable coronary atherosclerotic plaques. Materials and Methods: We recruited 113 patients with either unstable angina (UA, n=59) and stable angina (SA, n=54) by coronary angiography. Thirty-six healthy subjects served as controls. Intravascular ultrasound (IVUS) was used to evaluate the characteristics of coronary atherosclerotic plaque, and serum Lp-PLA2 concentration was measured as well. Results: Lp-PLA_2 concentration was significantly higher in both UA and SA patients [(396±36) μg/L and (321±39) μg/L, respectively]compared with the controls [(127±49) μg/L, p<0.01], and higher in UA than SA group. IVUS findings showed that remodeling index (RI) (0.91±0.15 vs. 0.85±0.11, p=0.005) and eccentricity index (EI) (0.73±0.16 vs. 0.65±0.22, p=0.039) were larger in UA than in SA group, and fibrous caps were thicker in SA than UA group [(0.91±0.23) mm vs. (0.63±0.21) mm, p=0.032]. Moreover, Lp-PLA_2 correlated positively with EI (r=0.439, p<0.01) and RI (r=0.592, p<0.05) in UA group. There was an inverse relationship between Lp-PLA_2 and fibrous cap thickness in both UA (r=-0.587, p<0.001) and SA (r=-0.318, p<0.05) groups. The independent risk factors in UA group were Lp-PLA_2 (OR=1.055, 95% CI: 1.03-1.08, p=0.013), LDL-cholesterol (OR=0.032, 95% CI: 0.00-0.05, p=0.041) and fibrous cap thickness (OR=0.008, 95% CI: 0.00-0.45, p=0.019). Lp-PLA_2 was strongly associated with both EI and fibrous cap thickness in both groups. Conclusion: Serum level of Lp-PLA_2 is associated with both eccentricity index and fibrous cap thickness in both UA and SA groups. Elevated levels of circulating Lp-PLA_2 might to be a strong risk factor and more serious for unstable angina than stable angina.

        Comparative Study of Ultimate Bond Strength Models for FRP-to-Steel Bonded Joints

        This paper presents a comparative study of current ultimate bond strength models for fi ber reinforced polymer (FRP)-tosteel bonded joints. A database that includes the test results of 106 single and 93 double lap joints was assembled from the open literature for this comparison. Comparative results show that Xia and Teng’s and Hart-Smith’s models have the highest accuracy for predicting the ultimate bond strengths of single and double lap joints, respectively. Current ultimate bond strength models for single or double lap joints have some applicability to both single and double lap joints. Xia and Teng’s model has the best performance for predicting the ultimate bond strengths of both single and double lap joints. However, the predictions by Xia and Teng’s model have a large deviation for double lap joints and for joints whose adhesives have trilinear bond–slip behavior. Based on comparative results, an improved ultimate bond strength model for both single and double lap joints is proposed. The proposed model further considers the eff ects of the joint type, the stiff ness ratio of the double lap joint and the bond–slip behavior of the adhesive. The comparison between model predictions and test results indicates that the improved model is more accurate and applicable than current models for both single and double lap joints.

        Effect of Different Cooling Rates in High Rheological Rate Forming Process on Mechanical Properties of Zr57Cu20Al10Ni8Ag5 Bulk Metallic Glass

        The influence of cooling rates on the mechanical properties of a Zr-based bulk metallic glass prepared with high rheologicalrate forming (HRRF) was investigated and compared with traditional suction cast methods. Amorphous samples of Zr57Cu-20Ni8Al10Ag5 were prepared in copper molds with different sizes in order to obtain different cooling rates for both HRRFand traditional cast methods. These specimens were subjected to compression experiments, including microhardness testing,X-ray diffraction testing and differential scanning calorimetry analysis. The results indicate that the plasticity of the samplesformed by HRRF are higher than that of the as-cast ones at the same cooling rates, while the microhardness manifests theopposite principle. As the cooling rate increases further, the difference in plasticity further increases between two methods,indicating that the plasticity of metallic glasses is more sensitive to cooling rates during the HRRF process. At the core ofthis phenomenon is the fact that HRRF methods can introduce more free volume into glasses than traditional cast methodswith an elevated cooling rate are able to.

        Molecular evolutionary analysis reveals Arctic-like rabies viruses evolved and dispersed independently in North and South Asia

        Background: Arctic-like (AL) lineages of rabies viruses (RABVs) remains endemic in some Arctic and Asia countries. However, their evolutionary dynamics are largely unappreciated. Objectives: We attempted to estimate the evolutionary history, geographic origin and spread of the Arctic-related RABVs. Methods: Full length or partial sequences of the N and G genes were used to infer the evolutionary aspects of AL RABVs by Bayesian evolutionary analysis. Results: The most recent common ancestor (tMRCA) of the current Arctic and AL RABVs emerged in the 1830s and evolved independently after diversification. Population demographic analysis indicated that the viruses experienced gradual growth followed by a sudden decrease in its population size from the mid-1980s to approximately 2000. Genetic flow patterns among the regions reveal a high geographic correlation in AL RABVs transmission. Discrete phylogeography suggests that the geographic origin of the AL RABVs was in east Russia in approximately the 1830s. The ancestral AL RABV then diversified and immigrated to the countries in Northeast Asia, while the viruses in South Asia were dispersed to the neighboring regions from India. The N and G genes of RABVs in both clades sustained high levels of purifying selection, and the positive selection sites were mainly found on the C-terminus of the G gene. Conclusions: The current AL RABVs circulating in South and North Asia evolved and dispersed independently.

        Robust Output Tracking Control for a Class of Uncertain Nonlinear Systems Using Extended State Observer

        This paper investigates the global robust output tracking control problem via output feedback for a classof nonlinear uncertain systems with the integral input-to-state stable (iISS) dynamic uncertainties. By performingthe coordinates transformation and employing an extended state observer (ESO), it can be seen that the robust setpointtracking control is well solved. The proposed control strategy simplifies the control design procedure. Thiscontrol scheme finds its application in the mass-spring mechanical system. It is shown that the asymptotic trackingcontrol for any desired displacement can be achieved in the mass-spring mechanical system in the case of unknownparameters. The simulation results demonstrate that the proposed control scheme has a better tracking performance. This verifies the effectiveness of the developed method.

        Barrier Lyapunov Functions-based Adaptive Control for Nonlinear Purefeedback Systems with Time-varying Full State Constraints

        This paper studies the problem of controller design for pure-feedback nonlinear systems with asymmetrictime-varying full state constraints. The mean value theorem is employed to transform a pure-feedback system intoa strict-feedback structure with non-affine terms. For the transformed system, a time-varying asymmetric BarrierLyapunov Function (ABLF) with the error variables is employed to ensure the time-varying constraints satisfaction. By allowing the barriers to vary with the desired trajectory in time, the initial condition requirements are relaxedefficiently. The presented control scheme can guarantee that all signals in the closed-loop system are ultimatelybounded. It is also proved that the tracking error converges to an adjustable neighborhood of the origin even in thepresence of disturbance. The performance of the ABLF-based control are illustrated through two examples.

        In this study, it is necessary to study the psychological and social factors in order to understanding importance of participating sports leisure of China"s university student. From September 2014 to January 015, in order to achieve the purpose of study, it was selected as a participant in the sports leisure four-year university in Jiangsu, China. 308 parts were used in the actual analysis. The data was analyzed by SPSS Windows ver 20.0 and Amos 18.0 Program. It was used to Confirmatory Factor Analysis, Frequency Analysis, Independent sample t-test, One-Way ANOVA Analysis, Correlation Analysis, Multiple Regression Analysis. Results were as follows. First, female students sport leisure participation in China"s university was higher school regulation than male students. This was a first grader who participates in sport leisure sociality cultivation and accomplishment higher than fourth grade. This was a first and second grader who participates in sport leisure teacher relation higher than fourth grade. This was a first grader who participates in sport leisure school regulation higher than third and fourth grade. Second, the fun of sport leisure participation in China"s university students had a positive effect on school life adaptation. The physical·psychological health planning and accomplishment of sport leisure participation in China"s university students had a positive effect on teacher relation, peer relation, school regulation.
