구조물의 건전성을 적절하게 모니터링을 하기 위해서는 정확하고 신뢰할 수 있는 계측데이터가 중요하다. 하지만, 실제로는 환경영향 및 센서고장으로 인해 불완전하고 신뢰할 수 없는 데이터가 계측된다. 센서고장인 경우에는 모니터링을 하기 위한 데이터 자체가 계측이 되지 않는 문제가 발생하고, 온도변화와 같은 환경영향에 의해서는 구조물이 손상되었을 때보다 고유진동수 등의 동특성이 더 큰 폭으로 변화한다. 본 논문에서는 구조건전성 모니터링을 위한 데이터 처리 및 분석의 체계적인 절차를 제시하였으며, 보정된 데이터를 사용하여 통계적으로 산정하는 건전성지수로 Mahalanobis 지수를 적용하였다. 제안된 방법을 트러스구조에서 수치적으로 모사한 데이터를 사용하여 검증하고, 서해대교에서 계측한 현장데이터에 적용하였다. It is important to collect reliable measured data for proper bridge health monitoring. However, in reality incomplete and unreliable data may be acquired due to sensor problems and environmental effects. In case of sensor malfunction, parts of measured data are missing and thus health monitoring cannot be carried out reliably. Due to environmental effects such as temperature variation, dynamic characteristics of natural frequencies may change as if the structure is damaged. The paper proposes a systematic procedure of data processing and data analysis for reliable structural health monitoring. Also, it applies the Mahalanobis distance as a health index computed statistically using revised data. The proposed procedure has been examined using numerically simulated data from a truss structure and then applied to a set of field data measured from Seohae cable-stayed bridge.

This paper This paper examines the sources of competitive advantage that Chinese hot pot restaurant company Haidilao has emerged as the number one in the industry despite its less than 30 years of history in terms of differentiation, cost advantage, and resource compliance. We looked at the implications of the sustainability of the existing competitive advantage of Haidilao, whose business environment remains uncertain due to the prolonged crisis due to the COVID-19 pandemic. As a result of the study, Haidilao has a price advantage through quantitative top-line growth through expansion of the number of stores and systematic supply chain management. In addition, under an organizational culture that places great importance on employee satisfaction, a system of active delegation of authority to employees, training and management of human resources, and a fair and fair work environment such as ‘I can change my destiny with my two hands’ are established to continuously gain competitive advantage. Is leading. This was remarkable in terms of customer satisfaction and creating customer value through Hadilao unique excellent service. As an implication, this study aims to provide important information for strategic decision-making to related managers by suggesting ways to secure a competitive advantage for foreign franchise restaurant companies that have entered China in the post-COVID-19 era.

A meteo-tsunami occurred along the coastline of South Korea on 31 March 2007, with an estimated maximum amplitude of 240 cm in Yeonggwang (YG). In this study, we investigated the synoptic weather systems around the Yellow sea including the Bohai Bay and Shandong Peninsula using a weather research and forecast model and weather charts of the surface pressure level, upper pressure level and auxiliary analysis. We found that 4-lows passed through the Yellow sea from the Shandung Peninsula to Korea during 5 days. Moreover, the passage of the cold front and the locally heavy rain with a sudden pressure change may make the resonance response in the near-shore and ocean with a regular time-lag. The sea-level pressure disturbance and absolute vorticity in 500 hPa projected over the Yellow sea was propagated with a similar velocity to the coastline of South Korea at the time that meteo-tsunami occurred.

역사영화는 단순한 역사적 사실을 넘어 감독이 전달하는 다양한 메시지를 모두 읽을 수 있는 복합적인 장르이다. 신상옥과 이준익은 한국의 역사영화에 있어 중요한 감독으로, 두 감독의 역사영화 역시 다양한 역사 재현 방식과 감독만의 스타일을 보여준다. 신상옥과 이준익은 각각 <폭군 연산>과 <왕의 남자>에서 연산이라는 동일한 인물을 묘사한다. 두 감독은 동일한 역사를 각기 다른 방식으로 묘사하는데, 이는 사료 해석 능력을 넘어 두 감독이 역사를 재해석한 시기와 역사관 등 다양한 외부적 요인이 영향을 미치기 때문이다. 이에 따라 본고에서는 두 감독이 연산을 묘사한 방식과 차이를 보이게 된 원인을 감독의 역사관과 영화 제작 당시의 사회적 환경 등 다양한 측면에서 고찰이 가능하다고 보고, 이를 중심으로 각 감독의 캐릭터 구축과 내러티브의 전개, 그리고 종합적인 역사 재현 방식을 비교해보고자 한다. The historical film is complex genre that give various messages of directors besides a historical fact. Shin Sangok and Lee Joonik are important historical film directors. Their films show director’s style by various method of historical reproduction. Sin Sangok and Lee Joonik portrayed same person Yeonsan, in 〈Tyrant Yeonsan〉 and 〈King and the Clown〉. They described identical person and historical fact in a different way. This is due to director’s view of history, time of reinterpretation of history, and so forth. Therefore this paper is going to analysis the method of representation on history.

Provider-oriented weather information has been rapidly changing to become more customer-oriented and personalized. Given the increasing interest in wellness and health topics, the demand for health weather information, and biometeorology, also increased. However, research on changes in the human body according to weather conditions is still insufficient due to various constraints, and interdisciplinary research is also lacking. As part of an effort to change that, this study surveyed medical practitioners at an actual treatment site, using questionnaires, to investigate what kind of weather information they could utilize. Although there was a limit to the empirical awareness that medical staff had about weather information, most respondents noted that there is a correlation between disease and weather, with cardiovascular diseases (coronary artery disease (98.5%) and hypertension (95.9% ), skin diseases (atopic dermatitis (100%), sunburn (93.8%)) being the most common weather-sensitive ailments. Although there are subject-specific differences, most weather-sensitive diseases tend to be affected by temperature and humidity in general. Respiratory and skin diseases are affected by wind and solar radiation, respectively.

Objective: This study aims the sound quality analysis of baby crying sound to understand the sound characteristics of baby crying. Background: Baby crying may be the fundamental communication method between babies and adults. Thus, baby crying can represent various emotion, request, condition, or alarm. Due to those features, a number of studies are reported that medical diagnosis based on baby crying analysis are possible. Recently, unfortunate accident that baby is left in a car leading to sometimes death is often reported, so automatic detection of baby crying is also tried. However, there is few study showing the timefrequency analysis of baby crying which illustrates the intuitive understanding the characteristics of baby crying. Therefore, clear demonstration for the sound analysis for baby crying needs to be investigated. Method: 10 baby crying sounds are used for time-frequency analysis. For Fast Fourier Transform (FFT), Hann window is utilized, and 50% overlap is applied. Fundamental frequency of baby crying is found, and the magnitudes of harmonics are detected and tabled. Also, different crying patterns are compared with a typical crying sound with the same baby. Lastly, various sound sources, man and woman"s voice and an instrument, are investigated and compared. Results: Baby crying has certain characteristics which show the 1st fundamental component around below 500Hz, and 1~3kHz components tend to be amplified. In addition, different crying patterns show distinguishable sound characteristics. Conclusion: Baby crying is unique in terms of the sound characteristics which show human ears sensitivity. Application: The results can assist the study in the field of medical application for diagnosis of baby conditions or baby safety method detecting baby crying sound.
