        The job shops addressed in this paper are characterized by the presence of different types of workcenters, some of which have setup times, reentrant product flows, where a job may return to a machine several times, and transport times. The model including practical features such as release time, due date, transport time, and setup times is introduced and the modified shifting bottleneck heuristic, which combines the shifting bottleneck prodedure and dispatching rules, is developed in this paper. And the experiments comparing the modified shifting bottleneck heuristic and simple dispatching rules are performed.

        The public Vehicle Routing Problem(PVRP) is to find the minimum total cost routes of M or less Public-Vehicles to traverse the required arcs(streets) at least once, and return to their starting depot on a directed network. In this paper, first, a mathematical model is formulated as minimal cost flow model with illegal subtour elimination constraints, and with the fixed cost and routing cost as an objective function. Second, an efficient branch and bound algorithm is developed to obtain an exact solution. A subproblem in this method is a minimal cost flow problem relaxing illegal subtour elimination constraints. The branching strategy is a variable dichotomy method according to the entering nonrequired arcs which are candidates to enter into an illegal subtour. To accelerate the fathoming process, a tighter lower bound of a entering nonrequired arcs. Computational results based on randomly generated networks report that the developed algorithm is efficient.

        Pancreatic pseudocysts usually develop as a complication of acute pancreatitis or repeated attacks of chronic pancreatitis. Pseudocysts may also develop as a result of traumatic injuries or neoplasms. An uncommon complication is massive hemorrhage inside the pancreatic pseudocyst. The exact mechanism of hemorrhage is unknown. Enzymatic digestion, pressure erosion from the cyst mass or a combination of these processes may play an important role. Gastrointestinal hemorrhage associated with a pancreatic pseudocyst can occur in 10 percent of cases. When hemorrhage occurs because of erosion into a blood vessel involved in the pseudocyst, surgery is indicated since the episodes of hemorrhage are often severe and may even be fatal. When there is colonic involvement, various complications may occur. The most dangerous one is spontaneous rupture into the colon, which requires immediate surgical treatment because of high incidence of fulminating sepsis or massive hemorrhage. We examined a sixty eight-year-old man complaining of hematochezia and dizziness, and reported that it was a case of massive lower gastrointestinal hemorrhage caused by pseudocyst of the pancreas ruptured into the colon associated with chronic pancreatitis. On operative findings, the peripancreatic fatty tissue had severe adhesions to transverse colon and tail portion of pancreas, where the pseudocyst had formed. A distal pancreatectomy, splenectomy and resection of transverse colon were performed. By microscopic examination, hemorrhagic necrosis and inflammatory change were observed in the pancreas specimen. The tail portion of pancreas had a 6×6 cm sized cystic mass and was proven to be a pseudocyst with no epithelial lining.

        Small bowel leiomyoma is a rare tumor which may occur wherever smooth muscle is present. The small bowel is the most common site and it makes up 20~30% of all benign small intestinal neoplasms. A spectrum of symptoms are common ranging from nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, to massive intestinal bleeding. Bleeding is the most common symptom and is usually gross and recurrent. Occasionally it may be life threatening. But, the most serious problem is both the absence of specific clinical symptoms, and the difficulties shown in radiological diagnostics of the small bowel. If conventional diagnostic methods fail to reveal any positive findings for gastrointestinal bleeding, the diagnosis of intestinal leiomyoma should be suspected and an SMA angiography shoud be performed. The angiographic criteria of small bowel leiomyoma is very characteristic. We present a case of leiomyoma with considerable and prolonged gastrointestinal bleeding, which was diagnosed by angiography. A 61-year old woman was admitted with a history of melena over the last 10 days. An SMA angiography showed a hypervascular mass with a diameter of 3×3cm. A segmental resection was performed under the impression of the gastrointestinal bleeding due to leiomyoma of the small bowel. Microscopic examination of the lesion shows interlacing or whorl bundles of spindle shaped ces and no mitosis.

        췌장을 침습한 위의 암육종 1 예

        Carcinosarcoma of the stomach is regarded as a rare malignant neoplasm composed of both carcinomatous and sarcomatous components in a given tumor. Few cases have been reported since 1904. This is a case of carcinosarcoma of the stomach in a 61-year-old man. He suffered from indigestion, vomiting, and epigastric pain. Endoscopic finding showed a huge protruding mass with intact mucosa on the posterior wall of the antrum up to the pylorus. Surgery was performed and carcinosarcoma with pancreatic invasion was confirmed by pathology.

      • Helicobacter pylori 항원을 이용한 면역우유 생산 및 항체특성에 관한 연구

        본 연구는 위염, 위궤양, 위림프종 및 위암과 같은 소화기 질환의 원인균으로 알려진 Helicobacter pylori균을 항원으로 하여 젖소에 면역시킨 후 생산된 우유의 anti-H. pylorigkdcp의 생성능을 검토하고, 백신투여량과 항체 생성과의 관계, 항원 항체의 특이성, H. Pylori균 응집력, 항체의 산과 열에 대한 안정성, 그리고 백신투여가 젖소에 미치는 영향을 알아보았다. 1. 백신 투여량에 따른 혈청과 유청내의 anti-H. pylori항체의 함량은 10㎖, 20㎖, 30㎖ 백신투여 모든 군에서 대조구에 비해서 높은 양의 항체 생성을 확인하였다. 유의적인 차이는 없었으나 20㎖투여가 항체 생성이 가장 많은 것으로 조사되었다. 백신 투여량에 따른 유청내의 anti-H. pylori항체 생성량은 혈청에서 나타난 결과와 유사한 양상으로 형성되었다. 2. Anti-H. pylori항체의 SDS-PAGE에 의한 분자량측정 결과 heavy chain은 50kDa정도, light chain은 24kDa정도로 확인 되었다. 3. H. pylori항원 단백질의 분자량측정 결과 12개의 band가 형성되었다. Anti-H. pylori의 항원 특이성을 알아보기 위해 western bloting을 한 결과 혈청, 혈청정제, 유청, 유청 정제 모두 7개의 항원성 물질을 확인할 수 있었고, 주 항 원성 물질은 분자량이 97, 66, 34kDa 이었다. 4. 응집반응결과 유청속의 anti-H. pylori항체가 H. pylori균에 대해 1/10의 응집가를 나타내었다. 5. Anti-H. pylori항체의 산·알칼리에 대한 안정성 실험에서는 pH 5 ∼ pH 10 범위에서 안정한 상태로 100%의 활성을 나타내었다. 6. Anti-H. pylori항체의 열에 대한 안정성 실험에서는 60℃에서 60분간 안정한 상태를 보였고, 70℃에서도 비교적 안정한 상태였으나 60분 경과후 40%정도 활성이 감소하였다. 80℃에서는 4분간 처리했을 때 77%의 활성을 유지하였고, 100℃에서도 1분간은 비교적 안정한 상태였다. 7. 백신투요로 인하여 유량이 12% 감소하는 경향을 나타냈고, 최장 1주일 정도 지나면서 회복되었다. 8. 백신투여 후 젖소의 체온을 측정한 결과 대조구에 비해 정상적인 범위 내에서 체온이 상승하는 경향을 나타내었다. This study has been to examine bio-function of anti-H. pylori antibodies of milk produced from cows immune with antigen germ of Helicobacter pylori and search the relation between vaccine dosage volume and antibody formation, peculiarity of antigen antibody, cohesion of H. pylori germ, stability about add and heat of antibody, and impact of vaccine dosage on cows. The content of serum and Anti-H. pylori antibody within whey in accordance with vaccine dosage volume has confirmed the formation of high-quantified antibody compared to the controlled conditions in all groups vaccine dosages of 10㎖, 20㎖, and 30㎖. It has been turned out that the antibody was farmed most in 20㎖ dosage on while there was no attention difference. The molecular weight of Anti-H. pylori antibody measured by SDS-PAGE were turned out as about 50kDa in the heavy chain and about 24kDa in the light chain. 12 bands were formed as the result of measured molecular weight of antibody protein. The western blotting was performed in order to examine the antigen peculiarity of Anti-H. pylori that all 7 antigen substances including serum, serum refining, whey and whey refining could be confirmed and the main antigen substances were 97, 66, 34kDa of molecular weight. As a result of cohesive response Anti-H. pylori antibody in whey showed 1/10 cohesive rate about H. pylori germ. In stability test about acid and alkali of antibody there was 100% activated in the range of pH 5-pH 10. In stability test about heat it showed stable condition in 60℃: for 60 minutes and comparatively stable condition in 70℃, but reduced activation to 40% after 60 minutes. It maintained 77% activation in 80℃ for 4 minutes and comparatively stable in 100℃ for I minute. It was inclined to reduce to 12% of flow caused by vaccine injection, but recovered after about maximum 1 week. In measurement of body temperature of cows after vaccine injected, it was inclined to rise with the normal scope in comparison with the controlled conditions.

        개인정보 영향평가 정보시스템 설계·구현 및 적용 사례

        Privacy infringement accidents, which recently have occurred in various ways, show that they are man-made accidents and that they are confined to underdeveloped countries and that privacy is being very poorly managed. Privacy protection is not the exclusive duty of any one employee in an organization but an activity that requires all executives and employees to establish continuous improvement plans, implement them, and inspect related improvement tasks by raising awareness of privacy protection and diagnosing related activities accurately. Meanwhile, the reality is that small & medium-sized businesses are having trouble understanding privacy, recognizing risks associated with its management, and taking countermeasures. Therefore, this study is intended to suggest a management environment that ensures and promotes continuous privacy protection activities. The main focus of the study is to propose an environment that allows privacy operators to manage private information files with more ease and to have efficient means of communication that allows them to comply with the report form of PIA. In particular, Cloud services will be presented as a way to protect privacy effectively and policy directions for privacy protection will be suggested so that improvement plans can develop into common components. In addition, effective improvement tasks for privacy protection will be discussed with suggestions as to how they might be implemented.
