금호건설외 9개사 공동도급으로 시공한 광주광역시 신청사 건립공사 현장은 광주광역시 서구 치평동 1200번지에 위치하고 있으며, <그림 1>에서와 같이 선박 형태의 단일 건물로 지하주차장을 비롯한 의회동, 시민홀, 대회의실, 행정동 등 5개 구역으로 구분되어 있다. 아울러 외부 광장은 열린 음악회 등 야외행사를 할 수 있도록 건물 좌측의 문화광장이 있으며, 건물 전면 중앙의 시민광장을 비롯한 행사광장, 건물 우측편의 공원 및 휴게마당 등 시민과 함께 하는 열린 시청으로 거듭 날 것이다. 신청사는 현청사의 협소 및 시설의 노후화등으로 신축필요성이 대두되었으며, 현 청사가 여러 곳에 분산 배치됨으로써 제기되었던 시민 불편사항들이 신청사 건립을 통해 해소될 것으로 기대된다.(중략)
기능성 한과 제조를 위한 찹쌀 발효 공정 Starter 개발

A starter to be used in the glutinous rice fermentation process was developed to improve the quality and safety of Korean traditional Hangwa. Among the lactic acid bacteria produced during glutinous rice fermentation, strains with excellent growth, excellent gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA) productivity, and antibacterial activity against pathogenic microorganisms were isolated. The absorbance of the separated lactic acid bacteria was measured to confirm the viability of the starter, and 50 strains with an optical density of 2.3 or more were initially selected. Of the 50 selected strains, three strains with excellent antibacterial activity and GABA production were selected. In an in vitro experiment in which the three selected strains were applied to the fermentation of Korean sweet glutinous rice, one strain with strong activity was selected. Finally, candidate strain No. 97 was selected as the final starter and identified as Lactobacillus brevis by 16S rRNA sequencing. The purpose of this study was to use it as a starting point to develop Korean traditional Hangwa with excellent functionality.

Pneumonia is the disease caused by inflammation of lung parenchyma. Major symptoms of pneumonia are fever, cough, etc and consolidation is seen in chest x-ray. When pleurisy gets in complication of pneumonia, pleural effusion occurs. Also chest pain occurs by pleurisy. Gyulhyung is the disease of which major symptom is chest pain. Sugyulhyung from in Gyulhyung, the water sound is audible from the flank side the fact that as Sugyulhyung. Symptom of Gyulhyung is similar to that of pneumonia. We diagnosed this case as Gyulhyung and administrated Banhabogryeongtang to patient. As result, there is remarkable Improvement in symptom and chest x-ray.

Spironolactone reduces potassium excretion in renal collecting ducts and causes hyperkalemia. A 66-year-old female with urinary incontinence had to discontinue diuretics for hyperkalemia. After treatment with Jesaengsinkihwan-gagambang. she reduced urinary incontinence and her total urine volume was increased. BUN decreased from 32.2 to 16 and creatinine decreased from 1.5 th 0.9. So. we report one case of urinary incontinence with discontinuance of diuretics for hyperkalemia treated with Jesaengsinkihwan-gagambang.
지상 무선 백본망과 위성 통신망 통합을 위한 동적 라우팅 연동 방안

The terrestrial wireless backbone network and satellite communications system have been independently developed depending on their own purposes and operational concepts, which results in different characteristics in terms of network architecture and routing protocol operation. In this paper, we propose a method for structurally integrating them in consideration of routing mechanism in an autonomous system. Our approach is that the routers of satellite network operate the OSPF in PTP mode on their interfaces connected to the routers of terrestrial wireless backbone network with grid connectivity, whereas the OSPF in satellite network whose topology is of hub-spoke type runs in NBMA mode. We perform some simulations to verify that the satellite communications system can be integrated and interwork with the terrestrial wireless backbone network by our proposed approach. From simulation results, it is also found that the increases of network convergence time and routing overhead are acceptable.
