        소뇌-교각종양 수술시 수술 중 전기생리학적 신경감시에 따른 수술 후 기능적 결과

        Objectives : Intraoperative neurophysiologic monitoring(INM) is a well known useful method to reduce intraoperative neurological complications during neurosurgical procedures. Furthermore, INM is required in most cerebellopontine angle(CPA) surgery because cranial nerves or brain stem injuries can result in serious complications. Object of this study is to the correlation between the changes of intraoperative monitoring modalities during cerebellopontine angle tumor surgery and post-operative functional outcomes in auditory and facial functions. Material and Methods : Fifty-seven patients who underwent intraoperative neurophysiologic monitoring during CPA tumor surgery were retrospectively reviewed. Their lesions were as follows ; vestibular schwannomas in 42, other cranial nerve schwannomas in seven, meningiomas in five and cysts in three cases. Pre- and postoperative audiologic examinations and facial nerve function tests were performed in all patients. Intraoperative neurophysiologic monitoring modalities includes brainstem auditory evoked potentials(BAEP) and facial electromyographies(EMG). We compared the events of INM during CPA tumor surgeries with the outcomes of auditory and facial nerve functions. Results : The subjects who had abnormal changes during CPA tumor surgery were twenty cases with BAEP changes and facial EMG changes in twenty one cases. The changes of intraoperative neurophysiologic monitoring did not always result in poor functional outcomes. However, most predictable intraoperative monitoring changes were wave III-V complex losses in BAEP and continuous neurotonic activities in facial EMG. Conclusion : These results indicate that intraoperative neurophysiologic monitoring in CPA tumor surgery usually provide predictive value for postoperative functional outcomes.

        Objective: To induce a mouse model of scleroderma with repeated bleomycin injections for research into human scleroderma at our research laboratory. Methods: The protocol of Yamamoto et al. was replicated to establish the bleomycin-induced mouse model of scleroderma. Results: A mouse model of scleroderma was induced by repeated subcutaneous injections of bleomycin. The dermal thickness increased with homogeneous and thickened collagen bundles. Semiquantitative measurements of dermal fibrosis were prominent in bleomycin-treated mice. Conclusion: A mouse model of scleroderma was induced with repeated injections of bleomycin at our laboratory.

        일반논문 : 반응중심 문학교육과 구성주의 문학교육의 기본 관점과 교육 내용 비교 고찰

        This study is in an attempt to take a look at the commonalities and differences between ``Response based on literature education and ``Constructivism based on literature education.`` The literature educational commonalities are as follow. First, both criticize the ``New criticism`` and overcoming its limitations at the same time. Second, both agree that the ``text`` is just ``paper and ink``. Third, both deny the unity of the response or interpretation about the literary and pursuing its diversity. Fourth, both are strongly opposed to rote teaching on conceptual knowledge in literature. Fifth, both emphasize the importance of debates and discussions among the learners. The differences are as follow. First, the former pursues variations of ``reaction`` of reader, while the latter pursues their ``interpretations``. Second, The former encourages and highlights the individual reader``s response to the each text. The latter claims the ``communny cart``, the subjective reactions that occur after the individual readers to read the text, which is not recognized as the meaning or interpretation, but only to the interpretation or meaning obtained through the process of communication between members of social and cultural ``intersubjectivity``. Third, when it comes to in the evolution of the educational paradigm, The former belonging to the ``Cognitivism`` that respect for the individual readers`` subjective responses, and The latter belongs to constructivism, especially ``German radical constructivism``. The commonality in educational contents is that both are strongly opposed to conceptual knowledge teaching from the new criticism perspective. The difference, on the other hand, the former minimizes conceptual knowledge teaching on the literature, and encourages teachers to improve and diversify the reactions of learners. Meanwhile, the latter claims that teachers should teach the empirical knowledge, the ``Genre scherma`` that needed no interpret the literature text.

        국어과 교과서의 장르 지식 제시 양상 - 2015 개정 국어과 교육과정 중학교 1학년 교과서 쓰기 영역을 중심으로 -

        이 연구는 2015 개정 국어과 교육과정에 근거한 중학교 1학년 국어과 교과서 단원 가운데 ‘수필 쓰기’ 단원의 장르 지식 제시양상을 검토한 것이다. 대부분의 장르 전문가들은 장르 지식을 단원의 앞부분에서 명시적으로 설명하고 시범 보이도록 제안하고 있다. 이러한 이론적 배경에 따라, 2015 개정 국어과 교육과정에 근거한 중학교 1학년 ‘수필 쓰기’ 성취기준에 대한 9종의 검정 국어과 교과서를 분석한 결과, - 명제적 지식 지식을 명시적으로 제시한 교과서는 1종뿐이며, 그 위치는 단원의 앞부분이었다. - 절차적 지식을 명시적으로 제시한 교과서는 6종인데, 3종은 단원의 앞부분에, 3종은 뒷부분에 제시하고 있으며, 나머지 3종은 제시하지 않고 있다. 이러한 단원 구성은, 학생들이 자기 주도적으로 해당 장르를 표현(생산)하고 이해(수용)하는 데 학습하는 데 어려움을 겪게 될 것이다. 따라서 이를 개선하기 위해서는 특정 장르의 표현 혹은 이해 단원에서는 그 장르의 명제적 지식과 절차적 지식을 단원의 앞부분에 명시적으로 제시하고 학생들이 이를 먼저 익히고 난 뒤에 그 지식을 바탕으로 해당 장르를 표현하거나 이해하는 절차로 단원을 구성해야 할 것이다. This study reviewed the genre knowledge presentation style of 'essay writing' unit in the first grade Korean language middle textbook based on the Korean language curriculum revised in 2015. Most genre experts suggest that genre knowledge be explicitly described and demonstrated earlier in the unit. In this theoretical background, results of analyzing nine different kinds of Korean language textbooks for performance standards of ‘writing essays’ in the first grade of middle school based on the revised Korean language curriculum in 2015 are as follow. - There is only one textbook explicitly suggesting the propositional knowledge, and its location was at the beginning of the unit. - There are six textbooks that explicitly present procedural knowledge, three of which are presented at the beginning of the unit, three at the back, and the remaining three are not presented. These result are differ from the method proposed in most Genre based approach, and will require an improvement efforts.

        일반논문 : 문학교육 패러다임에 따른 교육방법 변천 양상

        This study is focused on the comparison of the learning methods regarding the text-centered, responds-centered, and constructivism literature education. The comparisons of the three literature education paradigms are as follow. First, the text centered literature education which occurred in the late 1st educational course is based on the behaviorism. It leaves out the both reading activities and progress of learners which re-composes literature meaning, and only provides the answers from the authoritative critics. Therefore, it can be leads to the conventional problems such as teacher-centered, result-centered paradigms. Second, the response based literature education paradigm had succeed in paradigm shift by moving the literature reading focus from ‘text’ to ‘learner’, and ‘result’ to ‘progress’. It excludes the literature knowledge on purpose, while promoting the learners` responses. For that reason, the learning contents become uncertain, and it can also cause the problems regarding specific learning methods. Lastly, the constructivist literature education which started since 1998, brings back the literature knowledge to the ground and insists to teach ‘genre knowledge’ that can interpret empirical knowledge besides the Ontological knowledge in the past newcriticism. In conclusion, we need to search for the right educational methods based on the comprehends of past literature paradigm shifts to generate the actual changes in our literature education.

        홍석호의 항일무장투쟁과 ‘고마령참변 밀고설’ 검토

        본 논문은 1925년 진동도독부 제1사령장이자 제4중대장인 홍석호의 항일무장투쟁을 검토하고, 고마령참변의 밀고자라는 의혹을 해소하기 위해 작성한 것이다. 고마령참변은 1925년 2월 26일 일제 경찰이 대한민국임시정부 육군주만참의부 제2중대 주둔지였던 고마령에 습격하여 참의부원 다수가 전사한 사건이다. 그런데 고마령참변 직후 일제는 “홍석호가 일본 관헌에게 밀고한 결과”라고 보고하였다. 이로써 홍석호는 독립운동가이면서 동지를 배신한 밀고자라는 의혹을 받았다. 홍석호를 둘러싼 의혹을 해소하기 위해 고마령참변 이전 홍석호의 행적과 항일무장투쟁을 검토하였다. 애국지사들의 기록에서는 홍석호에 대한 몇 가지 오류를 확인하였고, 신문보도에서는 홍석호가 독자적인 유격대를 조직해 활동한 점과 위장 입대한 밀정으로 인해 피해받은 상황을 확인하였다. 또한 일제의 문서에서는 홍석호가 남만 지역 독립군의 내분에 개입된 정황과 진동도독부의 제4중대장으로 활동한 사실을 확인하였다. 본 논문에서는 길림성당안관자료를 통해 고마령참변 직후 홍석호가 중국 당국에 체포되었고, 일제가 중국 당국에 홍석호의 신병 확보를 요청한 사실을 확인하였다. 통상 일제가 밀정을 앞세워 독립군을 습격하던 정황에 비춰볼 때, 고마령참변 직후 일제가 홍석호의 신병을 확보하지 못한 사실만으로도 그의 밀고설은 해소된다. This thesis was written to review the anti-Japanese armed struggle of Hong Seokho, the 1st commandant of the Jindongdodokbu and commander of the 4th company in 1925, and to resolve the suspicion that he was an informant of the Gomaryeong disaster. The Gomaryeong disaster occurred on February 26, 1925, when the Japanese police raided Gomaryeong, where the 2nd Company of the Korean Provisional Government Army Manchuria Chamuibu was stationed, and many members of the Chamuibu were killed. However, right after the Gomaryeong disaster, the Japanese Empire reported that it was “the result of Hong Seokho inform on to the Japanese government.” As a result, Hong Seokho was suspected of being an independence activist and an informant who betrayed his comrades. In order to resolve the suspicion surrounding Hong Seokho, Hong Seokho’s activities and anti-Japanese armed struggle before the Gomaryeong disaster were reviewed. In the records of patriotic governors, several errors about Hong Seokho were confirmed, and in newspaper reports, it was confirmed that Hong Seokho organized and operated an independent guerrilla unit and suffered damage due to his camouflage enlisted spy. In addition, documents from Japanese imperialism confirmed that Hong Seokho was involved in the internal conflict of the independence army in southern Manchuria and that he acted as the commander of the 4th company of the Jindongdodokbu. In this thesis, it was confirmed through the materials of the Jilin Province archives that Hong Seokho was arrested by the Chinese authorities immediately after the Gomaryeong disaster, and that the Japanese Empire requested the Chinese authorities to secure Hong Seokho. Considering the situation in which the Japanese imperialists usually attacked the independence army with secret agents, the fact that the Japanese imperialists failed to secure Hong Seokho immediately after the disaster in Gomaryeong dispels the rumor of his informant.
