        교직원이 지각한 학교장의 통합적 지도성과 역할 갈등 연구

        본 연구는 교직원(학교장, 교사, 행정실장)이 지각하는 학교장의 통합적 지도성과 학교장의 역할 수행시 발생하는 교직원간의 갈등관계 유형을 분석하여, 학교장의 통합적 지도성이 학교경영 발전에 부응할 수 있는 계기를 마련하는 데에 목적을 두었다. 연구 방법은 질문지를 통한 양적 연구를 택하였고, 자료처리는 SPSS 프로그램을 활용하여 연구문제 별로 Cronbadh's α 계수 산출, 삼원변량분석, Scheffe's test 등의 방법을 사용하였다. 연구 결과, 첫째, 학교장의 통합적 지도성 덕목 7가지는 학교장의 역할 수행시 교육과정 영역을 포함한 전 영역에서 교직원(학교장, 교사, 행정실장)의 변인별(직위, 근무지역, 학교급별)로 유의한 차이를 나타냈다. 둘째, 학교장의 역할 수행시 나타나는 갈등 유형은 교육과정 영역에서 개인간 갈등, 집단간 갈등, 조직간 갈등이 발생되며, 행정실장, 교사, 학교장 순으로 높게 나타났으며 직위별, 근무지별, 학급별 상호작용 효과는 없는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 학교장의 역할 수행에서 발휘되는 통합적 지도성의 덕목과 갈등유형간의 상관관계에서는 통합적 지도성의 덕목간에는 정적 상관을, 지도성 덕목과 갈등유형별 수준 간에는 부적 상관이 있는 것으로 분석되었다. 따라서, 본 연구는 학교장의 통합적 지도성 7가지 덕목이 학교장의 역할수행시 교육과정 영역을 포함한 전 영역에서 학교경영 발전을 위하여 널리 활용되고 보급되어야 할 필요성을 제시하였다는 데에 의미가 있다고 하겠다.

        A Study on the Principal's Integrated Leadership Perceived by School Personnel and Conflict in Role Performance

        This study is to analyze the virtue of the principal's integrated leadership perceived by school personnel and conflict in role performance. It aims to provide basic resources to consider how to improve the leadership of the principal and the development of school administration management. To accomplish this purpose, the instrument used in this study was quantitative research through questionnaires and all data were processed by the SPSS program. The findings of this study were as follows: First, it was found that there was a significant difference in all the role domains about the principal's integrated leadership according to the variables(position, working area, school class) of school personnel(principal, teachers, director of school administration). Second, it was found that the interpersonal conflict, the intergroup conflict and the interorganizational conflict were high in the domain of the curriculum, in the orders of the director of school administration, the principal and teachers. And also there was no correlation according to the position, working area and school class. Third, there was positive correlation among the virtue of the principal's integrated leadership and there was negative correlation between the virtue of the principal's integrated leadership and conflict type when the principal performs the role. As a result, the conclusion was reached that the seven virtues of integrated leadership should be widely spread and practically utilized when the principal performs all the role domains.

        유치원 4세반에서 간식과 점심시간의 교육적 의미 재조명

        The purpose of this study was to examine educational meanings of snack and lunch time of 4-year-old children and their teachers in a kindergarten class. The study was done in the Class of 4-year-old children in S Kindergarten located in Songpa-gu, Seoul. And 30 children of this class, Teacher A who is the teacher in charge of the Class, and Teacher B who is the researcher and teacher in charge of it participated in it. The study was carried out by the ethnography method and data collection was done through participation observation, interviews, video and voice recording, and data collection of photography shooting. The results are as follow: First, the children had private conversations, shared their cultures, deepened and expanded their existing concepts, expressed their emotions and relieved their tension, and strengthened relations with friends during the snack and lunch time. Second, the teachers promoted conversation and communication, gave the opportunity that the children can set the lunch table by themselves and tried to make the snack and lunch time with the children by discussing what they are how they are operated with them together. In conclusion, the snack and lunch time can be more meaningful time for children when there are proper educational plans and support of teachers which are considered childrens viewpoints.

        슬와부 베이커 낭종에 의한 총비골 신경 및 경골 신경의 포착증후군

        하퇴부의 위약감을 동반한 하지 통증은 흔히 요추부의 퇴행성 디스크 병변에 의해 유발되는 복합적인 병변이다. 그러나 신경 압박에 의한 하지 통증과 하퇴부 위축이 드물게 보고되고 있다. 우리는 슬와부 베이커 낭종에 의한 총비골 신경 및 경골 신경의 포착증후군이 발생한 드문 증례를 보고하고자 한다. 일차적으로 관절경하 반월상 연골 절제술 및 관절경하 낭종 감압술을 시행하였으나 낭종이 재발하여, 개방적 낭 절제술을 시행하였다. 술 후 1년이 경과한 상태로 낭종은 재발하지 않았으며 하퇴부 근육 둘레는 증가하였고, 근전도 검사에서도 호전되고 있었다. 그러나 환자는 여전히 하퇴부의 위약감과 발바닥의 감각이상을 호소하고 있는 상태로 근전도의 조기 진단 및 조기 감압 치료가 필요한 증예로, 문헌 고찰과 함께 이를 보고하는 바이다. Degenerative disc disease of the lumbar spine caused leg pain with associated calf weakness and atrophy. However, an unusual case of leg pain and calf atrophy due to neural compression is reported. We reported a rare case of a Baker's cyst causing common peroneal nerve and tibial nerve entrapment neuropathy. Initially, after arthroscopic menisectomy and cyst decompression, Baker's cyst was recurred and then open excision was done. Until 1 year after surgery, the cyst was not recurred, increased muscle bulk was noted and EMG showed improved findings. But she continued to complain of lower leg weakness and sole paresthesia owing to delayed diagnosis and cyst decompression.

        노인 관절염 환자의 보완·대체요법 이용실태

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the rate of utilization, kinds and effective complementary-alternative therapy in elder arthritics, and then utilize the results as basic data for nursing intervention for elder arthritics.<br/> Study subjects consisted of 157 elder arthritics over 60 years old, data were collected through a structured questionnaire and face to face interviews, Data collection was done from July 2001 to August 2001. Subjects were sampled out from outpatients of department of rehabilitation of a university hospital in S city, outpatients of a local hospital in D city, and outpatient at public heath center in K and S city.<br/> Sexual distribution of subjects showed male 19.1% and the female 80.9%. The diagnosis distribution showed degenerative arthritis at 91% and reumatoid arthritis at 8.9%. Duration of arthritics was 10 years over by 46.5%, duration of hospital treatment was 1-5 years by 41%. The degree of pain by arthritis pointed out a mean point of 3.37 on a 5-point numeric scale. 94.2% of subjects have experience complementary-alternative therapies used.<br/> Of the kind the subjects used, physiotherapy occupied 38.2%, Oriental medicine 36.3%, physical exercise 35.7%, nutritional therapy 22.3%, animal diet 8.9%, herbal diet 3.8%.<br/> The hardest thing due to arthritis represented disability in daily life by 59.8% and the pain problem by 30.5%.<br/> In conclusion, results of the study reveal that elder arthritics have used physiotherapy. Oriental medicine, physical exercise. Concrete strategies for nursing intervention about these complementary-alternative therapy are required to the established soon.
