        코로나19로 인한 불안, 우울, 학습만족도가 간호대학생의 대학생활 적응에 미치는 영향

        목적 본 연구는 코로나19 확산으로 인해 이론교육과 교내⋅외 실습교육을 병행해야 하는 간호대학생들이 느끼는 불안, 우울, 학습만족도, 대학생활 적응 정도를 파악하여 간호교육에 필요한 기초자료를 제공하고자 시도되었다. 방법 B 대학의 간호대학생 2학년부터 4학년까지 138명을 대상으로 하였다. 자료수집을 위한 설문조사는 2020년 12월 4일부터2021년 1월 10일까지 연구자가 학생들에게 연구에 관해 설명 후 온라인 설문지로 설문을 시행하였다. 자료분석은 기술통계, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson’s correlation, 단계적 다중회귀분석으로 분석하였다. 결과 간호대학생의 대학생활 적응에 영향을 주는 요인은 우울이었으며(F=56.919, p<.001) 설명력은 38%였다. 간호대학생의 대학생활 적응은 불안(r=-.398, p<001), 우울(r=-.622, p<.001)과 음의 상관관계를 가지며 학습만족도(r=.240, p=.021)와 양의상관관계를 보였다. 결론 본 연구 결과를 통해 코로나19 이후에 학생들이 느끼는 불안, 우울을 이해하고, 대학생활의 적응을 돕기 위한 학생 개인별 특성을 고려한 수업전략과 학습만족도 향상을 위한 교육환경의 개선이 필요할 것으로 생각한다.

      • 프리셉터 경험이 간호업무수행과 직무만족에 미치는 영향 연구

        The purpose of this study was to investigate how preceptor experience has an effect upon preceptor nurses. This study was so designed that it could compare the difference between clinical performance and Job satisfaction of preceptor nurses and those of nonpreceptor nurses. Study subjects were sampled out from those nurses who worked with two university hospitals where preceptor programs were implemented. The number of subjects totaled to 134, including 69 preceptor nurses and 70 nonpreceptor nurses. The score of preceptor nurses' clinical performance and job satisfaction revealed a higher value than that of nonpreceptor nurses. A similar result was also shown in the subdomains. However these difference were not statistically significant. Among all of the preceptor nurses, the highest number of preceptor experience was just one time. Except for five times in preceptor experience, the more the number of times of preceptor experience, the higher score in clinical performance. It was manifested that the number of preceptor experience was not related to job satisfaction. The score of preceptor nurses' clinica1 performance and job satisfaction revealed a higher value than that of nonpreceptor nurses. A similar result was also shown in the subdomains. However these difference were not statistically significant. The reward that preceptor nurses wished most was a reduction of the work load assigned to them. Currently preceptor nurses are only receiving a small quantity of financial reward related with their preceptor role. Most of preceptor nurses (96.8%) were not satisfied with their existing reward. Almost half of the preceptor nurses(43.5%) did not want to play a role as preceptor again. The reason why the scores of clinical performance and job satisfaction were low might be attributed to the inadequate preceptor training program and reward system. Appropriate knowledge and clinical skill are expected to enhance the level of preceptor nurses' clinical performance and appropriate internal and external reward to elevate the level of preceptor nurses' Job satisfaction. Therefore, it is needed for us to develop more effective preceptor education program, financial reward, support of colleague nurses and nursing managers, and adjust workload for the purpose of more effective preceptor programs.

        상부 위장관 출혈 환자 간호의 시뮬레이션-기반 학습효과와 만족도

        본 연구는 상부 위장관 출혈 환자 간호에 시뮬레이션 기반 학습을 적용하여 임상수행능력에 대한 자신감 변 화와 시뮬레이션 만족도를 알아보고자 간호대학생 77명을 대상으로 하였다. 본 연구방법은 단일군 전후설계방법을 이 용하였으며, 임상수행능력에 대한 자신감 변화는 paired t-test를, 시뮬레이션 만족도는 기술통계로 분석하였다. 임상수 행능력에 대한 자신감 점수는 시뮬레이션 전에 비해 후의 점수가 유의하게 증가하였다. 시뮬레이션 만족도 점수는 4.20점(5점 척도)로 높게 나타났으며, 학습자 만족도와 동기유발 항목에서 4.54점으로 제일 높은 점수를 보였다. 시뮬 레이션 기반 학습이 임상수행능력과 학습만족도에 긍정적인 효과를 보였으므로 다양한 주제로 시뮬레이션 기반 학습 을 간호학 교과과정에 적용하여 운영하는 것이 필요하다. With the reinforcement in patient's rights and safety, simulation-based learning is getting popular in nursing education. Therefore, The purpose of this study was to identify the outcomes and satisfaction of simulation-based learning in nursing on patient with UGI bleeding. Participants of this study were 77 second year nursing students who never experienced simulation-based learning. The collected data was analyzed by using SPSS Statistics 18.0. Frequencies, % for general characteristics and satisfaction in simulation, and paired t-test for learning outcomes in simulation were used. Confidence on clinical performance, satisfaction in simulation significantly increased by simulation-based learning. The applying the simulation-based learning is a practical alternative to patient safety and nursing students were satisfied. Well trained and educated instructors are the first line rather than facilities for the quality of learning.

        High-fidelity와 Multi-mode 시뮬레이션을 이용한 학습 효과 비교

        Purpose: Simulation-based learning has become a powerful method to improve the quality of care and help students meet the challenges of increasingly complex clinical practice settings. The purpose of this study was to identify the learning effects using high-fidelity SimMan and multi-mode simulation. Methods: Participants in this study were 38 students who were enrolled in an intensive course for a major in nursing at R college. Collected data were analyzed using Chi-square, t-test, and independent t-test with the SPSS 18.0 for Windows Program. Results: There were no statistically significant differences in learning effects between high-fidelity SimMan and multi-mode simulation group. However, skills in clinical performance in the high-fidelity SimMan group were higher than in the multi-mode group (p=.014), communication in clinical performance in multi-mode simulation group was higher than in the high-fidelity SimMan group (p<.001). Conclusion: Multi-mode simulation with a standardized patient is an effective learning method in many ways compared to a high-fidelity simulator. These results suggest that multi-mode simulation be offered to students in nursing colleges which cannot afford to purchase a high-fidelity simulator, or offered as an alternative.

        간호사의 호르몬 대체요법에 대한 지식 및 태도

        연구목적: 본 연구는 간호사의 호르몬 대체요법에 대한 지식, 태도를 조사하여 폐경기 여성의 호르몬 대체요법의 환자 상담과 교육 등의 기초자료를 위해 시도하였다. 연구재료 및 방법: 전국 산부인과 병원 간호사를 대상으로 한 것으로 총 221명을 대상으로 하였다. 질문지는 폐경 관련 지식과 호르몬 대체요법에 대한 지식과 태도로 구성되었으며 총 9문항이다. 결과: 간호사들은 폐경 여성에게 우려되는 질환으로 골다공증 (78%), 우울증 (69%)이라고 답하였다. 대부분의 간호사는 (95%) 호르몬 대체요법이 폐경 증상의 효과적인 치료법이라고 하였다. 또한 간호사들은 호르몬 대체요법의 장점 (59%)과 단점 (44%)에 대해 잘 알고 있다고 하였다. 호르몬 대체요법으로 우려되는 질환은 암(71%), 부작용 증상에는 유방통 (77%)과 질 출혈 (77%)이었다. 호르몬 대체요법의 적절한 치료기간은 기간제한을 할 필요가 없다고 (46%)하였다. 호르몬 대체요법 선택 시 가장 중요 고려사항은 안정성 (59%), 삶의 질 개선(36%)이었다. 대부분의 간호사들이 (95%) 본인/가족에게 폐경 증상의 치료로 호르몬 대체요법을 권유하겠다고 답하였다. 폐경 증상에 대한 호르몬 대체요법 상담은 진료 전 (40%), 약물 처방 후 (42%) 모두에서 시행되고 있었다. 결론: 호르몬 대체요법에 대해 매우 긍정적인 태도를 가지고 있는 것으로 나타났으나 호르몬 대체요법에 대한지식이 부족하므로 앞으로 교육이 더 이루어져야 할 것이다. 또한 이러한 교육은 간호사가 호르몬 대체요법을 설명하고 상담하는 효과적인 간호중재가 될 것이다. Objectives: This study was performed to identify nurses` knowledge and attitudes on hormone replacement therapy (HRT) of menopausal women. Methods: Data were collected from 221 nurses who were working at maternity hospitals in the whole country using questionnaires consisting of 9 questions related to menopause-related knowledge and HRT-related attitudes and knowledge. Results: According to the nurses`s responses, the diseases of concern in menopausal women were osteoporosis (78%), and depression (69%). Most nurses replied that the most effective treatment of menopausal symptoms is HRT, and nurses were very knowledgeable about its strengths (59%) and weaknesses (44%). Cancer was regarded as the major complication of HRT (71%), and its side effects were breast pain (77%) and vaginal bleeding (77%). Forty-six percent of nurses thought that the appropriate treatment duration of HRT is not necessary to limit the period. The most important considerations when conducting HRT were drug stability (59%) and improving the quality of life (36%). Ninety-five percent of nurses responded that they personally would use HRT for menopausal treatment or would recommend their family. HRT for menopausal symptoms was being utilized before seeking medical treatment (40%) and after drug prescription (42%). Conclusion: Nurses have very positive attitudes about HRT but appeared to lack critical knowledge about HRT. Therefore, more educational programs for nurses about HRT should be required.

        프로포폴에 대한 의료인의 지식, 태도, 실천 및 일반인의 인식정도

        본 연구는 프로포폴에 대한 의료인의 지식, 태도, 실천 정도를 알아보고, 일반인이 인지하고 있는 프로포폴 에 대한 인식 정도를 파악하기 위한 서술적 조사 연구이다. 연구대상은 의사 및 간호사 359명과 외래 및 건강검진실 에서 내시경 검사를 받기 위해 방문한 일반인 682명을 대상으로 실시하였다. 수집된 자료는 t-test, ANOVA, 상관분석 으로 분석하였고 다중비교방법으로는 Scheffe 검정을 이용하였다. 연구결과 프로포폴에 대한 의료인의 지식은 평균 7.16, 태도는 3.26, 실천은 3.95 등으로 나타났다. 프로포폴에 대한 의료인의 태도는 간호사가 의사보다 높았고 (p=.001), 실천은 의사가 간호사보다 높게 나타났으며(p=.025) 일반인의 53.4%가 프로포폴 약물이름을 들어본 적이 없 다고 응답하였다. 이상의 연구결과를 통해 프로포폴의 올바른 사용, 현실성 있는 철저한 관리 및 교육을 위한 맞춤형 간호중재를 개발할 수 있을 것으로 사료된다. With the propofol-induced accident such as adverse effects, abuse, death is becoming to the fore as a social issue, there is an increasingly loud call for self-examination about excessive propofol use. The purpose of this study was to identify the knowledge, attitudes and practices in health care professionals and awareness in the public toward propofol. Participants in this study were 359 health care professionals, and 682 publics who is going to undergo endoscopy. The collected data was analyzed using t-test, ANOVA, Scheffe for knowledge, attitude, and practice toward propofol in health care professionals, Pearson Correlation for its correlation. and frequencies, %, mean for others. Scores of knowledge, attitudes, and practices were 7.16 (11), 3.26 (5), 3.95 (5) respectively. Nurses' attitudes toward propofol was much more higher than doctors', doctors' practice toward propofol was higher than nurses'. There was a correlation among knowledge, attitudes, and practices toward propofol. 53.4% of the publics answered that never heard what is propofol. Considering these results, regular customized and standardized-education strategies for both groups need to be developed for the purpose of proper use and management of propofol.

      • 간호정보제공이 질식자궁적출술 환자의 심리적 적응과 자궁의미지식에 미치는 효과

        Purpose : The purpose of this study was to understand the effect the provision of nursing information for patients who underwent vaginal total hysterectomy had on the fear and anxiety about physical recuperation and the emblematic knowledge of uterus. Method : The study was designed for a quasi-experimental study, with nonequivalent control group non-synchronized. Subjects were 60 patients who underwent vaginal total hysterectomy with benign uterine disease. Subjects were divided into 30 for experimental group and 30 for control group. Result; 1)“the experimental group that is provided with nursing information will have less fear of physical recuperation than control group", was supported. 2) “the experimental group that is provided with nursing information will have less anxiety than control group", was supported. 3) "the experimental group that is provided with nursing information total hysterectomy will have more emblematic knowledge of uterus than control group", was supported. Conclusion : The provision of nursing information appears to be valuable for being clinically utilized as an independent nursing intervention.
