        옴니채널 리테일링 경험고객의 정서적 몰입이기업과 고객 간 관계에 대한 만족과 지속이용의도에 미치는 영향

        Purpose: As technology has improved, new ways of providing products to customers have introduced in the retail industry. Omnichannel, integrating the physical and online retailing, provides a ubiquitous shopping environment for customers. Understanding the attitudes and behavioral intentions of customers is the first step for firms to gain benefits by adopting omnichannel as their new retail paradigm. This paper aims to examine how the characteristics of omnichannel and attitudes towards omnichannel influence the customers’ behavioral intention. This research also investigates what factors do affect relationship satisfaction and customers’ continuous intention of omnichannel service. Research design, data, and methodology: Using an online survey, customers who had experience of omnichannel service participated in the study. Structural equation modeling was used to estimate the relationships between omnichannel characteristics, subjective norm, perceived behavioral control for TPB (Theory of Planned Behavior), perceived value, affective commitment, relationship satisfaction, and continuance intention. Results: The results showed the significant influence of pleasurable omnichannel experience on the perceived value. Further, this research highlights the positive effect of perceived behavioral control on the perceived value of the omnichannel. The results showed that there was a significant positive relationship between perceived value, affective commitment, relationship satisfaction, and continuance intention. This research demonstrated that relationship satisfaction is the key determinant to continuance intention for omnichannel. There was no direct relationship between satisfaction and continuance intention. However, customers who satisfied with a relationship did show the intention to use the omnichannel continuously. Conclusions: This paper provides a managerial implication for managers to develop competitive strategies for customer retention. Firms need to strengthen their relationship quality to prevent customer churn. By giving an enjoyable experience to their customers, customers can perceive the value of omnichannel positively. Further, once customers perceive the value, they become committed to that firm. The present research provides evidence that affective commitment can positively influence relationship satisfaction and continuance intention for omnichannel. It is also necessary to let customers believe they can handle the omnichannel. The current findings suggest that retailers should give a pleasurable and controllable omnichannel experience to make customers committed with them, and satisfied with the relationship.

      • 연구한려해상국립공원 소매물도(小每勿島)의 관속식물상

        관속식물은 95과 267속 382종 1아종 46변종 10품종으로 439분류군이 출현하였다. 국화과가 53 분류군으로 가장 많이 출현하였고 우리나라 관속식물 4,881분류군의 약 8.99%가 출현하였다. 벼과 가 50분류군, 콩과가 22분류군, 백합과가 18분류군 등의 순으로 출현하였다. 희귀식물은 좀갈매나 무, 갯방풍, 야고, 초종용, 석곡 등의 8과 9속 8종 1변종 9분류군이 출현하였고. 한국특산식물은 5 분류군(점현호색, 해변싸리, 좀갈매나무, 섬초롱꽃, 신이대)이 출현하였으며, 식물구계학적 특정식물 은 53과 82속 88종 7변종의 95분류군이 출현하였다. 귀화식물은 10과 26속 34종 34분류군이 출 현하였다. 귀화율은 7.7%, 도시화지수는 10.59%였다. 염생식물은 갯씀바귀, 왕모시풀, 돌가시나무, 사철쑥, 해국, 갯장구채, 갯까치수염 등의 14과 25속 25종 3변종 28분류군이며, 생태계 교란종은 돼지풀과 환삼덩굴의 2분류군이 출현하였다. The purpose of this study is to provide the basic data necessary for the vegetation management plan of the Somaemuldo Island in the Tongyeong-si. Vascular plants were investigated a total of 439 taxa including 95 families, 267 genera, 382 species, 1 sub-species, 46 varieties, and 10 forms. It accounted for 8.99% of vascular plants(4,881 species) in Korea. Gramineae was the most abundant as 50 taxa, followed by Leguminosae as 22 taxa, Liliaceae as 18 taxa. The survey showed 9 taxa of rare plants such as Juniperus chinensis var. sargentii, Celtis choseniana, Cimicifuga heracleifolia var. bifida etc. The endemic plants were 5 taxa including 5 families, 5 genera, 5 species. The floristic special plants were 95 taxa including 53 families, 82 genera, 88 species, and 7 varieties. Naturalized plant species were 34 taxa including 10 families, 26 genera, 34 species appeared. The naturalization rate and the urbanization index were 7.7% and 10.59%, respectively. The survey indicated 28 taxa of Halophytes such as Ixeris repens, Aster spathulifolius, Silene aprica var. oldhamiana etc. Ecological disturbance species were 2 taxa. Ambrosia artemisiifolia var. elatiormay has harmful effects on native plants, these plant must be completely removed.

        국내 블록체인 법제 및 정책 분석과 한계점 도출 및 향상점 제시 -산업 활성화와 정보보호 중심으로-

        Recently, various platforms utilizing blockchains have appeared. In order to develop the blockchain, it is required to improve related laws and institutions. In this respect, we analysis of the laws and systems related to domestic blockchains, draw out the limitations, and suggest directions for improvement. The research method was analyzed the literature and related laws through literature review. It is difficult to analyze the whole law and system at one time, so we examined the necessary laws and systems to revitalize the blockchain. It is confirmed that legal improvement is needed on the scope of electronic transactions and electronic financial transactions, electronic commerce, digital signatures, import and export, personal information protection, blockchain industry promotion and research. Through this, we expect a balanced development of effective blockchain revitalization and protection of national fundamental rights. Individual studies on the legal provisions and systems for each item in the future can be conducted. 4차 산업혁명이 화두로 등장하면서 블록체인에 대한 관심과 함께 블록체인을 활용한 다양한 플랫폼이 등장하고 있다. 블록체인 기술의 발전을 위해 관련 법률과 제도의 정비가 요구되고 있다. 이러한 측면에서 국내 블록체인 관련 법률 및 제도를 분석하여, 한계점을 도출하고 개선방향을 제시하였다. 연구방법은 문헌연구를 통하여 연구문헌과 관련 법령들을 분석하였다. 전체적인 법률과 제도를 한 번에 분석하기는 어려운 일이어서 블록체인 산업 활성화와 정보보호를 중심으로 우선적으로 필요한 법률과 제도를 살펴보았다. 분석 결과 전자거래 및 전자금융거래의 범위, 전자상거래, 전자서명, 수출입, 정보보호, 블록체인 산업진흥 및 연구 등에 관한 법률적 개선이 필요하다는 것을 확인하였다. 이를 통해 효과적인 블록체인 산업 활성화와 정보보호의 균형 있는 발전을 기대한다. 향후 각 항목에 대한 법조항과 제도에 대한 개별적인 연구가 진행될 수 있다.

        This paper aims at explaining the function of the ‘-si-(-시-)’ as a syntactic marker that agrees with the subject being honored by the speaker. Here I considered that only the subject being honored by pragmatic level could realize ‘-si-’ in the sentence and examined it by dividing into general construction which has one subject and some disputed construction as like so-called double subject construction and some construction which has genitive or locative NP being honored. Especially I noticed that in the general constructions there are no exceptions at the realization ‘-si-’ by the honored subject. By that I guessed it will be the same case on the other constructions. To prove it, I regarded the double subject construction as the phrase-verb construction and to the construction which has genitive or locative NP being honored I suggested that the subjects in these sentences could be honored by the process of the metonymy which can make it the same as the [+honored] person.(Inha University)

        This study is a proposal of quality scale and measurement for the Mobile Hospital Information System Usability used to the Chungnam National University Hospital in Daejeon Korea. This study is to provide decision- making guideline for hospital managers and to provide feedback for the users`information needs in Mobile Hospital Information System. The target people of the study were medical doctors in Chungnam National University Hospital. The service contexts of usability were request of medical Care, Vital sign check of Patient, Care Agreement of Patient, Blood management, Check of care state, Sign of choice doctors, Query of doctor order and patient measurement result. The Usability factors were the efficiency, effectiveness and satisfaction of quality model ISO9241-11. This study shows that the Mobile HIS is used for the communication and education between doctor and patients. Especially, The Care Agreement of Patient is a part of the most utilized in the Mobile HIS.
