The demand of blasting work in civil engineering work is increasing because of the increasing social infra-structural construction work. The blasting method creates large benefit in regard to the economic aspect and shortening construction period. This method, however, has problems to be solved in respect to the blasting vibration and noise. Blasting vibration and noise have been studied by many workers, regarding to the impact on the structure and human body. This investigation is concerned on the affect of blasting vibration and noise on the animals which is relatively new. In general, animals have inferior mental capacity than human in hearing but have higher sensitivity on the vibration and noise due to blasting. 칼라 영역의 크기와 뭉침을 기술하는 칼라 동시발생 히스토그램을 이용한 영상검색

For the efficient image retrieval, the method has studied that uses color distribution and relations between pixels. This paper presents the color descriptor that stands high above the others in image retrieval capacity. It is based on color co-occurrence histogram that the diagonal part and the non-diagonal part are attached the weight and modified to energy of color co-occurrence histogram, and the number of bins with petty worth have little influence is curtailed. It’s verified by analysis that the diagonal part carries size information of homogeneous color region and the non-diagonal part does information about the coherence of it, Moreover the non-diagonal part is more influential than diagonal part in survey of similarity between images. So, the non-diagonal part is attached more weight than the diagonal part as a result of the research. The experiments validate that the proposed descriptor shows better image retrieval performance when the weight for non-diagonal part is set to the value between 0.7 and 0.9. 칼라 영상을 효과적으로 검색하기 위해 칼라의 분포와 화소 간 위치 정보를 이용하여 영상을 검색하는 방법이 연구되었다. 본 논문에서는 적은 빈 개수로 칼라 분포와 화소 간 위치 정보를 효율적으로 기술하여 영상을 검색할 수 있는 기술자를 제안한다. 이는 칼라 동시발생 히스토그램의 대각성분과 비 대각성분에 가중치를 주어 에너지를 변형하고, 의미가 약한 값의 빈을 제거한 것이다. 분석을 통해 칼라 동시발생 히스토그램의 대각성분과 비 대각성분은 같은 칼라를 가지는 영역의 크기 정보와 그 영역 간의 뭉침 정보를 기술하며, 비 대각성분이 대각성분에 비해 영상검색에 더 우수한 특성을 나타낸다는 것을 확인하였다. 그래서, 비 대각성분의 가중치를 대각성분의 가중치에 비해 높게 주면 영상검색을 효과적으로 할 수 있다는 사실을 밝혔다. 64 레벨로 칼라 양자화된 RGB 칼라 좌표계에서의 실험영상에서, 가중치가 0.7에서 0.9인 제안한 기술자가 기존의 기술자에 비해 우수하게 영상을 검색함을 알 수 있었다.

(1) 화약발파작업을 시작하기 전에는 필히 시험발파, 안전진단을 통해 공해 및 안전사고 발생요소들을 면밀히 분석하고 파악하여 발파공법, 천공공법, 사용폭약 의 종류, 사용약량 등을 결정하고 이에 따른 적합한 안전거리의 설정, 안전덮게, 안전망의 사용, 필요시 휀스철망 설치등의 안전조치를 완벽히 취해야겠다. 또한 현행 소음진동규제법에 의하면 폭약 사용시 7일전 신고의무 규정을 우리나라의 공사 현실을 감안해 볼 재검토 할 필요가 있다. (2) 선진국의 발파진동 기준을 우리나라 의 경우와 비교 분석해 볼때 우리나라의 경우 발파진동 안전기준은 도심지에는 대체 로 0.5cm/sec가 적당하고 고주택, 아파트 등이 밀집된 지역이나 건물지반이 특히 약한 곳은 0.2cm/sec을 적용함이 타당하다고 판단된다. 또한 도심지에서의 안전발파 를 위한 터널공법으로는 주변 생활환경 소음진동방지를 위한 심발법으로 브이 컷법 을, 여굴방지와 미려시공 등 공사시 안전사고, 소음진동을 방지하기 위한 공법으로는 슬러리, 파이 넥스 폭약을 이용한 정밀면 발파법을 권장한다. (3) 연화발사시 안전 거리를 3.deg. 기준 최소반경 129m, 12' 기준 최고 반경 200m로 설정하여야 겠다. 또한 연화발사시 발생하는 폭발 소음은 80 - 100dB 정도로써 대량으로 장시간 발사 시는 청력장해 등의 피해가 발생할 수 있으나 우리나라의 경우는 발사 총 시간이 대체로 30분을 초과하지 않으므로 관람자나 일반인들이 소음피해를 호소할 수준은 아니라고 결론지을 수 있다.수 있다.

Capsaicinoids가 삼차신경감각핵의 신경전달물질 유리에 미치는 영향

Excitatory amino acids(EAA) neurotransmitters, glutamate and aspartate, play a role in transmission of primary afferents of orofacial pain in trigeminal spinal sensory nucleus. This experiment was performed to study the role of capsaicin, its derivative and analogue on release of glutamate and aspartate from trigeminal spinal sensory nucleus in slice of brainstem. Horizontal slice of caudal brainstem of rat was prepared and perfused with modified Krebs-Ringer solution in brain slice chamber. Release of EAAs was induced by capsaicin(10μM), KR-25018(10μM) and shogaol(10μM), which was added to perfusion solution to observe the changes in EAAs release and effect of ruthenium red and capsazepine on the capsaicinoids. And then EAAs being determined by HPLC. Release of glutamate and aspartate from horizontal slice of caudal brainstem was increased by capsaicin and KR-25018. But shogaol had not affected on release of EAA. Effect of capsaicin and KR-25018 was partially blocked by capsaicin antagonists, ruthenium red and capsazepine in vitro.

It is indispensible to cause vibration, noise and dust due to blasting and breaker operations. And, since the control of those is supposed to be extremely difficult, the claim of compensation for material and mental damages have been increased. Economically feasible blasting operation with controling vibration and noise can be achieved by the establishment of scienced-based plan, accurate operation and responsible inspection, and the application of efficient management system. And it also be remarked that the relevant law and regulation should be observed by the operator, and the law and regulation should be applied without prejudice by the authority. In addition, the public claim against operators should be investigated in detail and the prosecution should be made under the careful consideration of scientific and reasonable conception. It suggested that the operators, public and authorities should made great efforts to develop higher technology and to overcome the invasion of foreign construction market.
