Recently, wind power as a renewable energy resource has been widely used throughout the world, and the range of structure types, including small and rooftop wind turbines, has expanded. Consequently, the demand for small wind turbines on rooftops in residential areas is increasing, underscoring the importance of safety evaluations. However, there are no domestically certified rooftop small wind turbines, and reasonable safety assessments have not been conducted for the introduction of existing small wind turbines onto rooftops. Therefore, this paper proposes an index for the safety assessment of rooftop wind turbines and suggests a methodology for evaluating safety. The proposed index combines weights based on the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) and Fuzzy logic to quantify qualitative factors. In the case study, the proposed safety index for rooftop wind turbines is assessed based on actual data obtained through a survey of approximately 150 experts, and its usefulness is validated. It is expected that the proposed safety assessment methodology will serve as a criterion for the installation and distribution of rooftop small wind turbines, ensuring their safe operation.

The technologies of the 4th industry and new service fields introduced in logistics are at the center of the logistics market flow, and among them, artifcial inteligence and robots are emerging as the core of logistics 4.0. The importance of logistics demand, procesing, and management in the post-corona era emerges, and big changes in automation and optimized logistics and distribution networks such as IoT and artifcial inteligence are expected. Universites are also aware of the necesity and necesity for online and remote education due to this change and the COVID-19 pandemic, and university education is facing an era of great transformation in the education paradigm based on big data and artifcial inteligence. Korea's logistics 4.0 policy is a strategy for fostering a high value-aded logistics industry, promoting the establishment of a convergent logistics system betwen industries and fostering customized profesionals. It is a time when universites ned to cultivate talented people who can solve problems through fusion of knowledge by field and creative fusion talents. In this paper, it is sugested that it is desirable to aply it from the undergraduate level in order to cultivate creative problem-solving abilty as a talent of logistics convergence education. Convergence education based on industrial demand that responds to the impact of 6 types of education types and key element technologies of 4th industry on the overal logistics industry as a logistics convergence model by analyzing the common major courses related to logistics of each university including online. Four areas of curiculum model were presented. For the university's convergence logistics major education, rather than newly establishing a major department acording to the characteristics and status of the university, it was proposed to use the existing major for a flexible convergence education operation with low cost. The proposed convergence curiculum for logistics was based on a personal perspective on opening a new major course, asuming that the establishment of convergence education courses was confirmed as a result of colaboration betwen related departments or faculties. Not only profesors majoring in logistics, but also various major profesors necesary for convergence education should participate and open integrated courses through colaboration. We propose to introduce a convergent logistics education model suitable for the logistics 4.0 era by cultivating individual students' creative abilties and fostering convergent talents that met the neds of the industry.

Korea is worldwide top manufacturer of offshore plant industry, while shown weakness in high-valued offshore plant service industry (OPSI). The governmental support policies and studies for fostering programs are centered on shipbuilding and engineering sector. On the other hand, offshore logistics service sector among the programs is neither included as governmental fostering support sectors nor ever-studied. Domestic shipping and logistics companies have many experience of handling various project, heavy-lift cargo and even super blocks on shipbuilding industry. However they are faced with lack of appropriate heavy carrier and others. So for their successful entering into offshore plant logistics market, systematic preparation, studies and supporting policies are highly recommended.

Domestic large group logistics company(2nd-party logistics company)has made inroads on large portion of domestic logistics market, whereby the domestic 3rd-party logistics market has been shrinking every year to a level of 30% or so. Global logistics enterprise is steadily increasing 3rd-party global market portion while Local one facing with stagnating growth has very minimal level in the global market share. Fortunately new government strengthening policy change toward local SME and also recent UN's supplying line enlargement to Asia regions are positive factors which make Local SME very positive environments to advance to UN procurement logistics market. On this occasion, the purpose of this paper is to help local logistics company perform successful bidding through study of UN-transportation case and also suggest in SWOT analysis a segmented measure and support policy between Industry, Academia, Government and Institute.
