        Frequency Tracking of Resonance Frequency Variation of L-C Circuits for Wireless Energy Transmission to Medical Devices in Human Organs

        A capsular endoscope (CE) for inspection of the large intestine requires a motor for backward navigation against the autonomous travel in the intestine. This study proposes an HF power system for generating a magnetic field and for delivering wireless power to the internal or implanted medical devices. The magnetic field is generated by a wound coil (L) around a wooden frame, and the current is driven to the coil through a resonating capacitor (C). The characteristics of the resonance frequency shifting of the L-C series circuit are analyzed. A stable magnetic field intensity in the field coil is maintained by a specially designed frequency tracking system that automatically follows the L-C resonance frequency. Testing confirmed that the oscillation system tracks well the parameter changes of the electric components caused by the operating conditions or environmental variations.       • 시간 영역 유한 차분법을 이용한 마이크로스트립 패치 안테나의 해석

        In this paper, the finite difference time domain (FDTD) method was applied to analyze the microstrip patch antenna. Using the FDTD method, input impedance, field distribution and far field radiation pattern of microstrip patch antenna were calculated. Also the frequency dependence of effective permittivity and characteristic impedance of a single microstrip feed line were calculated. Absorbing boundary condition was applied for effective absorptions of both propagating and evanescent wave. Using the magnetic wall boundary condition, computing time and memory size were reduced by half. The measured input impedance shows good agreement with the FDTD method result. The radiation pattern showed a little difference between them in back lobe.

        Novel heterozygous MCCC1 mutations identified in a patient with 3-methylcrotonyl-coenzyme A carboxylase deficiency

        Isolated 3-methylcrotonyl-CoA carboxylase deficiency is an autosomal recessive disorder affecting leucine metabolism; it is one of the most common inborn metabolic diseases detected in newborn screening. Mutations in the genes MCCC1 or MCCC2 cause a defect in the enzyme 3-methylcrotonyl-CoA carboxylase, with MCCC2 mutations being the form predominantly reported in Korea. The majority of infants identified by neonatal screening usually appear to be asymptomatic and remain healthy; however, some patients have been reported to exhibit mild to severe metabolic decompensation and neurologic manifestations. Here we report the clinical features of a patient with asymptomatic 3-methylcrotonyl-CoA carboxylase deficiency and novel heterozygous MCCC1 mutations.

        In this paper, we made the space 900 ㎒ electromagnetic field, using the strip line which has been applied to EMC test for communication equipments and vehicles etc.. We analyzed electromagnetic distribution and scattering parameters of strip line to obtain the characteristic of this designed strip line, using the numerical method of FDTD(Finite Difference Time Domain).

        문화산업 진흥을 위한 법체계 연구

        우리 헌법은 문화국가원리를 표방하고 있다. 이를 위해 다양한 문화정책의 수립과문화산업의 진흥을 위한 기본 법제를 두고 있다. 문화를 진흥한다는 것은 문화가 성장할 수 있는 토대를 마련해준다는 것을 의미한다. 문화는 유기적인 현상이자 관계이며 유무형의 어떤 것을 의미하는 것이기 때문에 이를 인위적으로 진흥하기에는 어려움이 있다. 문화산업의 진흥을 위한 목적은 문화의 발전으로 귀결된다. 이처럼 문화산업의 진흥은 문화에 대한 진흥을 정책적으로 이끌어가겠다는 문화정책의 발로로 이해될 수 있다. 문제는 문화의 의도적 진흥이라는 것인데, 이는 문화의 자율성을 훼손할 우려가 있다. 이와 더불어 문제가 되는 것은 문화적 경험을 차단하는 규제이다. 문화융성을 중요한 국정과제로 삼고 있지만 정작 정부부처에서는 문화가 갖는 의미를제대로 이해하고 있는지 의문이다. 왜냐하면 수립되는 정책 중 문화규제가 작지 않고,실제 그러한 규제가 문화를 규제하는 것인지에 대한 인식조차도 없는 것으로 보이기때문이다. 따라서 규제정책을 수립하기 위해서는 단순하게 산업이나 서비스에 미치는 영향만이 아닌 사회⋅문화적인 영향에 대해서 까지 고려해야할 것이다. The principle of our Constitution is advocating a national culture. In addition, it puts the law for the establishment and promotion of cultural industries in a variety of cultural policy. Giving means that provided the foundation to grow a culture that is promoting a culture. Because culture is an organic phenomenon and related interest, would mean that thetangible and intangible. Partially it is difficult to promote artificially. The problem is thedeliberate promotion of culture, which is likely to undermine the autonomy of culture. The question has to advocate the principles in the Constitution and national culture, important national issues and culture, but fully understand the meaning of that culture in government. Will increase the value of culture and cultural prosperity, and eventually have to increase the value of human culture. If you need to see the growth of the cultural industries in the cultural diversity of the area is secure, that the company is self-regulatory region can represent them. If the policy is to promote self-regulation operators themselves, can be understood as a national policy to improve regulation of the self-regulatory nature which takes place in the government area of the country or cultural impact assessment for local government policy. Thus, for a number of cultural factors affect the government's policy to actively go out and enforce the cultural impact assessment, verification, and alternatives for the policy to be presented. The immediate field is subject to culture industry and can be described as culture contents area including the particular game.
