Au 층간박막 두께에 따른 ZnO 박막의 전기광학적 특성 변화

ZnO single layer films (100 nm thick) and Au intermediated ZnO films (ZnO/Au/ZnO; ZAZ) were deposited on the glass substrate by RF and DC magnetron sputtering at room temperature and then the influence of the Au interlayer on the electrical and optical properties of the films were investigated. ZnO thin films show the visible transmittance of 90.3 % and sheet resistance of 63.2⨉10<SUP>8</SUP> Ω/□. In ZAZ films, as Au interlayer thickness increased from 6 to 10 nm, the sheet resistance decreased from 58.3⨉10<SUP>8</SUP> to 48.6 Ω/□, and the visible transmittance decreased from 84.2 to 73.9 %. From the observed results, it can be concluded that the intermediate Au thin film enhances the opto-electrical performance of ZnO films without intentional substrate heating.
전자빔 조사 및 Ag 완충층에 의한 ZnO/Ag 박막의 구조적·광학적·전기적 특성 개선 효과

In this work, in order to effectively improve the electrical conductivity and visible light transmittance of ZnO thin films, ZnO single layer and ZnO/Ag bi-layer films were deposited on glass substrates by radio frequency and direct current magnetron sputtering, and then, the effects of an Ag buffer layer and electron beam irradiation on the electrical and optical properties of the films were investigated. The observed results indicate that ZnO 100 nm / Ag 7 nm films show higher opto-electrical performance than the ZnO single layer film. In addition, electron beam irradiation also effectively enhanced the visible transmittance and electrical conductivity of the ZnO/Ag bi-layer films.

In this study, the effect of electron beam irradiation on surface properties, such as hardness, adhesion, and surface roughness, of TiN films was investigated. The films were deposited on an SKD-61 substrate through cathodic arc ion plating. After deposition, the films were bombarded with an intense electron beam under incident energies of 500, 1000, and 1500 eV for 10 min. From the results, the surface hardness increased up to 3357 HVIT at 1500 eV, and the critical load increased proportionally with irradiation energy from 15.8 to 23.4 N. In addition, the surface root-mean-square roughness of the films was significantly influenced by electron irradiation. Films subjected to electron irradiation at 1500 eV exhibited the lowest roughness of 397 nm.
구절초(Chrysanthemum zawadskii var. latilobum)에서 분리된 다당류의 대식세포 면역조절 활성

본 연구는 전통약재로 주로 사용되는 구절초에서 분리한 다당류(CZPS)가 선천 및 적응면역에서 중추적인 역할을 수행하는 대식세포의 활성화에 미치는 영향에 관하여 관찰하였다. 구절초에서 분리한 다당류를 마우스 유래 대식세포주인 RAW 264.7 cell에 처리하였을 때, iNOS의 발현을 조절하여 NO의 생성이 증가되었으며, 또한 면역활성 물질인 TNF-${\alpha}$, IL-$1{\beta}$ 및 IL-6 등의 cytokine의 분비능이 증가되었으며, 이러한 면역활성 매개자인 NO 및 cytokine의 증가의 원인에 관한 정확한 면역세포내 신호전달에 관하여 알아본 결과, CZPS 처리는 MAPKs(ERK, p38)의 인산화를 촉진시키며, 이로 인한 전사인자인 NF-${\kappa}B$의 인산화를 증가시켜, 대식세포의 활성화를 유도시키는 것으로 관찰되었다. Macrophages play a pivotal role in the innate and adaptive immune systems. This study investigated the immuno-modulatory activities of polysaccharides separated from Chrysanthemum zawadskii var. latilobum (CZPS) in macrophages. Polysaccharides from Chrysanthemum zawadskii var. latilobum were extracted by the ethanol precipitation method. RAW 264.7 mouse macrophage cell line was treated with CZPS (4 to $128{\mu}g/mL$), and there was no cytotoxicity at a dose below $32{\mu}g/mL$. The levels of nitric oxide (NO) and pro-inflammatory cytokines (tumor necrosis factor (TNF)-${\alpha}$ and interleukin (IL)-6, IL-$1{\beta}$) production in the CZPS treated group ($32{\mu}g/mL$) were $6.5{\pm}0.12{\mu}m$ (NO), $1252.8{\pm}79.85$ (TNF-${\alpha}$), $305.4{\pm}29.41$ (IL-6), and $683.3{\pm}59.71$ (IL-$1{\beta}$), respectively, and they were significantly increased when compared to the control group; $2.2{\pm}0.03{\mu}m$ (NO), $452.3{\pm}38.34$ (TNF-${\alpha}$), $31.7{\pm}5.75$ (IL-6), and $184.1{\pm}11.52$ (IL-$1{\beta}$). Additionally, protein expression of inducible nitric oxide synthase (iNOS) and phosphorylation of MAPKs and NF-${\kappa}B$ expression were significantly increased upon CZPS treatment. Therefore, these results indicated that polysaccharides separated from Chrysanthemum zawadskii var. latilobum (CZPS) may have a potential immunomodulatory activity in macrophages through MAPKs and NF-${\kappa}B$ signaling, and this information is useful for the development of immune enhancing adjuvant materials using a natural ingredient.

본 연구는 항행위험개소에 설치되어 있는 항로표지(등표) 구조물에 변형이 발생함에 따라 그에 대한 원인분석을 통한 내구성 및 안정성평가를 실시하였다. 내구성 측정결과 콘크리트 품질에는 큰 문제가 없는 것으로 평가되었으나, 안정성검토에서 국부적으로 구조물의 안전성에 문제가 발생하는 것으로 검토되었다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 적절한 보수 보강공법 등을 제시하여 향후 동일한 유형의 구조물에 발생할 수 있는 연구대상 구조물과 같은 결함에 대한 대책을 제시하였다. In this study, we evaluate durability and stability for deformations of navigation mark structures, which are constructed at dangerous navigation places. For the measurement of the durability, the quality of the concrete materials was not serious, but for the assessment of the stability, the results obtained show significant problems in local parts. Using appropriate repair-reinforcement methods presented in this study, the results may serve as a benchmark for future guidelines in analyzing such structures with defects.

The chemical composition of differentiating xylem of Populus deltoides M. were investigated and compared with those from sapwood. The cell wall polysaccharides were extracted sequentially from a differentiating xylem and sugar composition was analyzed with G.L.C, H.P.L.C and gel chromatograpy. The pectin substance and hemicellulose are rich in the cell wall of differentiating xylem. The H₂O extract polysaccharides from differentiating xylem were composed with xylose-glucose residues which seem to be xyloglucan and a pectin. The arabinogalactan and the mannan were extracted with Na₂CO₃ solution and also the xylan was extracted with KOH solution. Sugar composition of each fractions in gel filteration of purified H₂O polysaccharide suggests that the xyloglucan can be extracted with Hz₂O from differentiating xylem.
