        무수석고와 C<sub>12</sub>A<sub>7</sub>계 슬래그를 사용한 수축저감제 및 모르타르 특성

        In this study, shrinkage reducing agent was fabricated with $12CaO{\cdot}7Al_2O_3(C_{12}A_7)$ of CA-based slag and anhydrite. Mortars added shrinkage reducing agent were experimented for enhancement of shrinkage reduction and compressive strength. The properties of setting time, length change and compressive strength of mortar changed with mixing ratios. From 0% to 6% $C_{12}A_7$-based slag, setting times got shorter and length changes of mortars were similar to 7days. From 1day to 7days, the more mortar had $C_{12}A_7$-based slag, the higher compressive strength. At 28days, compressive strength of mortars with 6% $C_{12}A_7$-based slag was about 36MPa. After 35days, mortar with 6% $C_{12}A_7$-based slag had the lowest ratio of shrinkage reduction. So mortar with 6% $C_{12}A_7$-based slag had the excellent characteristics such as compressive strength and shrinkage reduction ratio. 본 연구에서는 CA계 슬래그와 무수석고를 사용하여 수축저감제를 제조하였으며, 모르타르의 압축강도와 건조수축 특성을 향상시키기 위해서 상기 수축저감제를 첨가하였다. 모르타르의 응결시간, 길이변화율 및 압축강도는 수축저감제의 배합비율에 따라 변화하였다. 슬래그가 0~7%까지 첨가된 모르타르는 슬래그 첨가량 증가에 따라 응결시간이 짧아졌으며, 7일까지의 길이변화율은 유사하였다. 7일 양생조건의 압축강도는 $C_{12}A_7$계 슬래그 첨가량 증가에 따라 증가되었다. $C_{12}A_7$계 슬래그가 6% 첨가된 모르타르의 28일 강도는 약 36 MPa이었으며, 35일에서의 건조수축율은 가장 낮은 값을 나타내었다. 그러므로 $C_{12}A_7$계 슬래그가 6% 첨가된 모르타르에서 우수한 물리적 특성을 발현하는 것으로 판단할 수 있었다.

        산업부산물을 활용한 제철·제강용 합성 칼슘 페라이트 특성 - (1)

        칼슘 페라이트는 기존 소결광용 결합제 및 제강용 융제보다 용융온도가 낮아 결합제 및 융제로서의 효과가 우수하다. 본 연구에서는 제조비용절감과 생산성 증대를 위해 기존 용융법이 아닌 시멘트 제조공정에서의 소성법으로 칼슘 페라이트를 제조하였다. 칼슘페라이트의 석회질 원료로 소성슬러지 및 석회석을 사용하였고, 철질 원료로 제강슬러지, 고로분진 및 철광석을 사용하였다. 이때 소성온도는 $950{\sim}1170^{\circ}C$이며, 저융점 특성을 가진 '소결광용 결합제' 또는 '전로 및 전기로용 융제'로의 사용 가능성을 검토하고자 원료를 분석하고 소결 특성을 평가하였다. Calcium ferrite is more effective binder for making sintered ore and flux for steel making because of it's low melting temperature. In this Study, calcium ferrite was made by calcinating method in the cement manufacturing process in order to reduce manufacturing costs and increase productivity. Limestone and calcination sludge were used as CaO source, steelmaking sludge, blast furnace dust and iron ore were used as Fe-bearing raw materials. The sintering temperature of specimens is in the range of $950{\sim}1170^{\circ}C$. For Calcium ferrite can be used 'binder for making sintered ore' or 'flux for converter/electric furnace' with a low melting point properties, the raw material characteristics and sintering properties were investigated.

        한국십진분류법 기록관리학 분야 분류체계 개선에 관한 연구

        기록관리학이 독자적인 학문영역으로 발전해가고 있다. 하지만 KDC를 비롯한 기존의 문헌분류표에서는 분류 항목 배열이 기록관리학의 특성을 제대로 반영하지 못하여 분류항목의 전개가 불합리한 부분이 있으며, 주제영역별 세목전개의 재배치가 필요하다. 따라서 이 연구에서는 기록관리학의 학문 특성에 따라 주제영역을 기록관리 일반, 기록관리 법 정책, 기록물의 수집 선별 평가, 기록물의 조직, 기록정보서비스, 기록물 관리 및 보존, 기록관 운영, 기록관리 기관 등 8개 영역으로 설정하고, 현대 주요 문헌분류표인 KDC, DDC, NDC, UDC, LCC의 분류체계를 분석한 후, "대한민국 국가서지"의 기록관리학 분야 유별 자료현황 및 주제어 분석 결과를 반영하여 KDC 기록관리학 분야의 분류체계 수정 전개 방안을 제시하였다. 기록관리학 관련 주제영역 8개 분야의 내용은 KDC 028로 통합할 수 있도록 변경하였다. Archives and Records Management Studies is being developed its own independent domains. However, the existing library classification scheme such as the KDC don't properly reflect the characteristics of Archives and Records Management Studies. This classification scheme has the irrational part of the arrangement of the subject items and should be required to rearrange subdivision of the subject areas. In this study, According to the characteristics of Archives and Records Management Studies, It is set up 8 subject areas, Records Management (General), the law and polices of records management, the collection and appraisal of the records, the documentary organization, recording information services, preservation of the records, archives management, archives and records center, etc. After analyzing the major contemporary library classification system such as KDC, DDC, NDC, UDC, LCC, then It is suggested that improvement measures through analyzing classification status and keywords of the Archives and Records Management data contained in Korean National Bibliography. In Archives and records management studies, The contents of the eight subject areas related to the field are changed to allow integration with KDC 028.

        MANET에서의 Reactive Routing Keyword 기반 라우팅 프로시듀어

        In MANET(Mobile Ad-hoc Network), unlike in wired networks, a path configuration should be in advance of data transmission along a routing path. Frequent movement of mobile nodes, however, makes it difficult to maintain the configured path and requires re-configuration of the path very often. It may also leads to serious problems such as deterioration of QoS in mobile ad-hoc networks. In this paper, we proposed a Reactive Routing Keyword (RRK) routing procedure to solve those problems. Firstly, we noticed it is possible in RRK routing to assign multiple routing paths to the destination node. We applied this feature into active networks and SNMP information based routing by storing unique keywords in cache of mobile nodes corresponding to present and candidate routings in a path configuration procedure. It was shown that the deterioration of QoS which may observed in Dynamic Source Routing(DSR) protocol was greatly mitigated by using the proposed routing technique.

        양막을 이용한 각막 간질세포의 배양과 중배엽 줄기세포의 분화유도

        Purpose: To investigate the characteristics of cultured rabbit corneal keratocytes in vitro and evaluate the possibility of differentiation of mesenchymal stem cells to keratocytes using the keratocyte conditioned medium (KCM). Methods: Isolated keratocytes were seeded on the stromal side of amniotic membranes (AM) or plastic dishes, and morphologic changes were evaluated. Rabbit mesenchymal stem cells were cultured on AM with α-MEM (minimum essential medium alpha) and KCM. The gene expression patterns of specific keratocyte markers (keratocan, lumican, and aldehyde dehydrogenase family, member A1 (ALDH1A1)) of cultured cells were evaluated by RT-PCR. Results: Keratocytes on AM showed dendritic morphology with slow proliferation in contrast, cells on dishes were stellate in shape with fast proliferation. Cultured keratocytes on AM maintained the expression of keratocan, lumican and ALDH1A1 while keratocytes on plastic dishes steadily lost their keratocyte marker gene expression. Additionally, mesenchymal stem cells cultured with KCM on AM induced expression of keratocan and ALDH1A1. Conclusions: Keratocytes cultured on AM stromal matrix maintained their characteristic morphology and marker gene expression. Morphology changes and marker gene expressions of mesenchymal stem cells suggest an ability to differentiate into keratocytes when grown on AM with KCM. J Korean Ophthalmol Soc 2010;51(12):1652-1658

        페로니켈 슬래그를 이용(利用)한 수산화(水酸化)마그네슘 제조방법(製造方法)

        Ferro-Nickel slag is a byproduct of Ferro-Nickel manufacturing process. Ferro-Nickel slag mostly discarded or used as aggregates despite having useful ingredients such as magnesium oxide and silicon oxide. This study tried to extract process for Mg ion using $H_2SO_4$ solution. And remove impurities and get high purity $Mg(OH)_2$ using NaOH. Mg ion was extracted with the Fe ion and other Ferro-Nickel slag composition by $H_2SO_4$ solution. It is important to control the pH because remove impurities and obtain high-purity $Mg(OH)_2$. The impurities were removed by precipitation of the hydroxides. After this process, we added NaOH and high-purity $Mg(OH)_2$ was obtained. 페로니켈 슬래그는 페로니켈 제조 공정의 부산물이다. 페로니켈 슬래그가 마그네슘 산화물 및 규소 산화물 등 유용 성분을 갖는데도 불구하고 대부분이 폐기되거나 골재로 사용된다. 이 연구는 $H_2SO_4$ 용액을 사용하여 Mg 이온을 추출하고, NaOH 용액을 사용하여 불순물 제거 및 고순도의 $Mg(OH)_2$를 얻으려고 하였다. $H_2SO_4$ 용액에 의해 Mg 이온은 Fe 이온 및 기타 페로니켈 슬래그 구성 성분과 함께 추출되었다. 불순물을 제거하고 고순도의 $Mg(OH)_2$를 얻기 위해서는 침출액의 pH 조절이 중요하다. 불순물은 가수분해에 의한 수산화물 침전으로 제거하였다. 이 과정 후, 여과액에 NaOH를 첨가하여 고순도의 $Mg(OH)_2$을 얻었다.

        황연해독탕(黃連解毒湯)과 건강부자탕(乾薑附子湯)이 LPS유도에 의한 마우스 혈중 IL-6와 $TNF-{\alpha}$ 변화에 미치는 영향

        Objective : This study was conducted to investigate the effects of Hwangryunhaedok-Tang and Geongangbuja-Tang on the change of interleukin-6 (IL-6) and tumor necrosis $factor-{\alpha}$ ($TNF-{\alpha}$) level induced by LPS I.C.V. injection in mice. Method : We devided group into 6 mice and 6 mice were assingned to each group. In the normal group only saline was administered intragastrically, and in the control group LPS was injected intracerebroventricularly 1 hr after intragastric administration of saline. In the experiment groups Hwangryunhaedok-Tang(0.5g/kg, 1.0g/kg, 3.0g/kg) was administered intragastrically to mice 1 hr prior to LPS(100mg/mouse) I.C.V. injection.. Also Geongangbuja-Tang (0.5g/kg, 1.0g/kg, 3.0g/kg) was administered intragastrically to mice 1 hr prior to LPS(100mg/mouse) I.C.V. injection. To measure the plasma IL-6 and $TNF-{\alpha}$ level of mice, their blood samples were collected from retro-orbital plexus, immediately centrifuged at $4^{\circ}C$, and plasma was removed and stored frozen at $-83^{\circ}C$ for later determination of IL-6 and $TNF-{\alpha}$. The level of IL-6 and $TNF-{\alpha}$ production was measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay in the plasma. Result : Regarding IL-6 level, The 0.5g/kg and the 1g/kg groups of Geongangbuja-Tang decreased IL-6 level. Especially the 3g/kg control group decreased IL-6 level significantly than the normal group(p<0.01). Regarding $TNF-{\alpha}$ level, the 3g/kg group of Geongangbuja-Tang decreased it significantly(p<0.05). Conclusion : These data revealed that Hwangryunhaedok-Tang might not have the anti imflammatory effect and Geongangbuja-Tang(3g/kg)might have the anti imflammatory effect by reducing the plasma IL-6 and $TNF-{\alpha}$ level in mice LPS Injection.EIM (Eighteen Incompatible Medicaments) is an important component in Oriental pharmacology and is directly related to clinical prescriptions. Medical practitioners argued that the definite cause and meaning of EIM was ambiguous and therefore debated the issue of clinical application of the EIM. This study conducted an in-depth literary research on the origin, meaning and contents of EIM with the purpose to contribute in its efforts to be used clinically. Even after thousands of years have past since establishment of Oriental medicine, EIM is still tabooed and was an obstacle that hindered ideologies. Modern herbal medicine texts claim that the use of EIM can reduce treatment effects and promote poisoning and side effects. However, since long ago, there has been medical practitioners who reject this as false. Recently, poisoning caused by EIM has been claimed to be from the toxicity of the drug itself, rather than the result of interaction between the drugs, and therefore they suggest that EIM is not a forbidden domain. In addition, EIM showed a difference in number depending on the era. However, this can be understood not as a definite number, but instead as a warning to be careful during combination of drugs for use as clinical medicine. Historically, there were very few cases in which EIM was used for clinical tests and thus, the clinical value is not, while others applied EIM directly to their bodies, which showed signs for the usefulness and potential of EIM for us. A more concrete and in-depth study must be made on EIM.

        5개국 바이오헬스 산업의 기술융합과 트렌드 분석 : 특허 동시분류분석과 텍스트마이닝을 활용하여

        본 연구는 IP5국가(KR, EP, JP, US, CN)의 바이오헬스 분야 특허데이터를 기반으로 기술의 융합과 트렌드를 파악하여 해당 산업 분야의 발전 방향을 제시하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 기술융합 현황 파악을 위해 특허 동시분류분석 기반의 네트워크분석과 TF-IDF 기반의 텍스트마이닝을 주요 방법론으로 활용하였고, 분석 결과 바이오헬스 산업의 기술융합 클러스터는 크게 (A)치료용 의료기기, (B)의료데이터프로세싱, (C)생체계측용 의료기기의 세 가지 형태로 도출되었다. 또한 기술융합 결과를 토대로 한 트렌드 분석의 결과에서 우리나라는 (B)의료데이터프로세싱 분야에서 시장선도국으로 도출됨에 따라 향후 상업적 가치가 높은 특허로 시장 우위를 선점할 수 있는 가능성이 높다고 분석되었다. 특히 해당 분야는 2019년 1월 국회에서 통과된 '데이터3법'이라는 정책적 변환과 더불어, 국내 바이오헬스 기업들의 의료데이터 활용 가능성이 확대됨에 따라 해당 기술에 대한 기술융합 활성화 정책 수립과 R&D 지원 전략이 필요할 것으로 전망된다. The study aims to identify convergence and trends in technology-based patent data for the biohealth sector in IP5 countries (KR, EP, JP, US, CN) and present the direction of development in that industry. We used patent co-classification analysis-based network analysis and TF-IDF-based text mining as the principal methodology to understand the current state of technology convergence. As a result, the technology convergence cluster in the biohealth industry was derived in three forms: (A) Medical device for treatment, (B) Medical data processing, and (C) Medical device for biometrics. Besides, as a result of trend analysis based on technology convergence results, it is analyzed that Korea is likely to dominate the market with patents with high commercial value in the future as it is derived as a market leader in (B) medical data processing. In particular, the field is expected to require technology convergence activation policies and R&D support strategies for the technology as the possibility of medical data utilization by domestic bio-health companies expands, along with the policy conversion of the "Data 3 Act" passed by the National Assembly in January 2019.
