「語頭脫落의 時期에 대한 考察」 : 't' 口蓋音化時期와 관련하여

It is generally believed that the dropping of /n/ and /1/ followed by /i/ or /y/ in word-initial position is related, to a considerable degree, to the phenomenon of /t/-palatalization. It has, thus, also been generally accepted that the /n/-and /1/-dropping occurred a short while after the /t/-palatalization was completed. With respect to the peiod of the /t/-palatalization, however, no clarification has ever been attempted. This makes it impossible to pinpoint when the dropping of /n/ and /1/occurred. It is the purpose of this paper to find evidence suggesting the specific periods of the occurrence of the above phonemic phenomena. A close examination of the data that originated from the second half of the 16 th century through the 17 th century enables the author to suggest that the /t/-palatalization began in the southern dialects in the second half of the 16 th century and was completed by the end of the 17 th century. By investigating the above data, the author has alos come to the conclusion that the dropping of /n/ and /1/ in word-initial position is definitely related to /t/-palatalization and occurred in the period stretching from the second half of the 16 th century to the beginning of the 17th century.

The constrained α-helical structure of a C-peptide is useful for enhancing anti-HIV-1 activity. The i and i+3 positions in an α-helical structure are located close together, therefore D-Cys (dC) and L-Cys (C) were introduced at the positions, respectively, to make a dC-C disulfide bond in 28mer C-peptides. Accordingly, this study tested whether a dC-C disulfide bond would increase the α-helicity and anti-HIV-1 activity of peptides. A C-peptide can be divided into three domains, the N-terminal hy-drophobic domain (HPD), middle interface domain (IFD), and C-terminal hydrogen domain (HGD), based on the binding property with an N-peptide. In general, the dC-C modifications in HPD enhanced the anti-HIV-1 activity, while those in IFD and HGD resulted in no or much less activity. The modified α-helicity than the native peptides, while those with higher activity showed an almost similar or slightly increased α-helicity. Therefore, the present results suggest that the introduction of a dC-C bridge in the N-terminal hydrophobic domain of a C-peptide may be useful for enhancing the anti-HIV-1 activity.
오양75호 사례로 본 한국국적 원양어선에서의 외국선원에 대한 인권침해

2012년말 현재 한국의 원양어선은 남빙양을 포함한 4대양 21개국, 21개 기지에서 조업 을 하고 있다. 이들 한국 원양어선에는 4,647명에 달하는 외국인선원이 임금을 목적으로 근 로를 하고 있다. 오양 70호는 뉴질랜드 배타적경제수역에서 외국용선으로 조업을 하는 한국 의 원양어선 중 한 척이다. 그런데, 오양 70호가 뉴질랜드 리틀턴 항에 정박 중이던 2011.6.20에 인도네시아 선원 32명이 성희롱, 신체학대 및 비인간적 처우를 주장하면서 이 탈했다. 이 사건은 뉴질랜드 오클랜드대학 및 뉴질랜드 정부에서 조사를 실시하여 그 결과를 발표 했다. 한편, 한국의 국가인권위원회, 정부합동조사단 및 해양수산부에서도 이에 관한 사실조 사를 하는 등 국내외적으로 중대한 관심사로 등장하게 되었다. 이 논문은 인도네시아 선원들이 폭로한 오양 70호에서 성희롱, 신체학대 및 비인간적 처 우의 사실관계를 문헌을 통하여 확인하고자 하였다. 또한 외국인선원들이 국제인권법상 어 떠한 권리를 갖는지를 설명하고 이들의 인권을 보호하기 위한 개선방안을 제안하였다. As of the end of 2012, Korean deep water fishing vessels are operating at 21 countries, 21 bases 4 oceans including the Antarctic Ocean. All 4,647 foreign crew have been working for make money in the Korean fishing vessels. The Oyang 75 is one of the Korean vessels has been operated in exclusive economic zone of New Zealand as a form of foreign charter vessels(FCVs). When the Oyang 75 vessel in Port of Lyttelton, 20th June, 2011, 32 Indonesian crew walked off the vessel alleging sexual harassment, labour physical abuse, and inhumane punishments. The university of Auckland and a group of Government investigated this case and published the result. On the other hand, National Human Rights Commission, joint investigation party of the Government and the Ministry of Oceans and Fisheries of Korea investigated this case, so it was a matter of the inside and outside of the country. This paper is intended to study measures in order to improve the labour environment and human rights of foreign migratory workers on the Korean deep water fishing vessels.
A Case of Autoimmune Progesterone Dermatitis Misdiagnosed as Allergic Contact Dermatitis

Autoimmune progesterone dermatitis is a rare autoimmune response to endogenous progesterone that usually occurs in fertile females. Cutaneous or mucosal lesions develop cyclically during the luteal phase of the menstrual cycle when progesterone levels are elevated. Symptoms usually start 3–10 days before menstruation and resolve 1–2 days after menstruation ceases. We report the case of a 48-year-old woman with intermittent eczematous skin lesions of the legs, forearms, and buttocks. She was diagnosed with allergic contact dermatitis, and topical steroids were prescribed. Her skin eruptions waxed and waned for 6 years and were associated with her menstrual cycle. We performed an intradermal test using progesterone,which was positive, and prescribed gonadotropin-releasing hormone analogues monthly for 3 months. The patient’s skin lesions improved, confirming the diagnosis. Autoimmune progesterone dermatitis should be included in the differential diagnosis of recurrent eczema that is refractory to treatment in women of child-bearing age.
현장 계측자료를 이용한 온도분포 역해석 프로그램의 개발

It is well known that the thermal load in PSC box-girder bridge is the principal cause of detrimental crack. The longitudinal stress caused by the lateral stress from the temperature gradient in slab of PSC box-girder bridge has a considerable influence on the durability and economy of bridge structure. The dependency of geographic condition including meteorology, location, solar radiation, geometry, orientation of bridge is important factor in the determination of thermal load, but a few research group in Korea has studied the thermal load in bridge in connection with regional condition. As the basic study for the rational consideration of thermal load and the derivation of design guide, the inverse thermal analysis program for PSC box-girder bridges using field measurement data is developed. In this study, thermal analyses are performed using field monitoring data .for the sample PSC box-girder bridge. It is proposed that the link between monitoring program and the inverse analysis program is available. It is expected as a result of this study that the thermal load design guide appropriate to Korea's geographic condition can be derived dependent on the long term analysis data considering various regional variation.
