        This study is concerned with air-conditioning system in use of thermoelectric device. It is introduced that the well designed structures for better cooling & heating performance with high efficiency. And also it is performed that the system performance test of four types trial products for the use of hybrid commercial vehicle. System performance is affected by many component parts, especially heat sink design & power control method. It is applied that dual extrusive fin tube with buffer zone for the effective radiating of circulating liquid in tube. And also it is applied that power supply method with constant-current system. It is attained that system cooling capacity is 1.2kW, COP is 0.95.

        프레임 기반의 우선순위화를 적용한 네트워크 적응형 HD MPEG-2 스트리밍의 설계 및 구현

        최근 네트워크 미디어 기술의 발달로 인터넷 망에서 HDTV급의 고화질 비디오를 스트리밍하는 시도가 많이 이루어 지고 있다. 그러나 최선형 서비스(best-effort service)를 기반으로 하는 인터넷 망에서 고화질 비디오를 안정적으로 스트리밍하기 위해서는 네트워크 상황에 적응할 수 있는 전송 기법이 요구된다. 본 논문에서는 MPEG 프레임(I, P, B)기반의 패킷 우선순위화를 적용한 네트워크 적응형 HD MPEG-2 스트리밍 시스템을 설계 및 구현한다. 전송 비디오는 JVC HDV 카메라로부터 실시간으로 입력받으며 19.2 Mbps의 비트율과 MPEG-2 TS (MPEG-2 MP@HL) 형식을 갖는다. 네트워크 상태의 측정은 스트리밍 클라이언트에서의 RTP 패킷 헤더의 파싱을 이용한 패킷 손실율과 평균 지터의 측정을 통해 이루어지며 이 정보는 주기적으로 스트리밍 서버로 피드백 된다. 스트리밍 서버의 네트워크 적응 관리자(network adaptation manager)에서는 네트워크 상태에 따라 프레임의 중요도에 따른 프레임 폐기(frame dropping)를 함으로서 전송률 적응을 수행한다. 이와 관련하여 TS 패킷의 실시간 파싱 및 프레임 기반 패킷 우선순위화 기법이 제안된다. 제안 시스템은 소프트웨어로 구현되며 LAN 환경에서의 실험을 통해 네트워크의 이용 가능한 대역폭이 변동하는 상황에서 HD 스트리밍의 종단 간 서비스 품질을 향상시킴을 보여준다. As the networked media technology have been grown in recent, there have been many research works to deliver high-quality video such as HDV and HDTV over the Internet. To realize high-quality media service over the Internet, however, the network adaptive streaming scheme is required to adopt to the dynamic fluctuation of underlying networks. In this paper, we design and implement the network-adaptive HD(high definition) MPEG-2 streaming system employing the frame-based prioritized packetization. Delivered video is inputted from the JVC HDV camera to the streaming sewer in real-time. It has a bit-rate of 19.2 Mbps and is multiplexed to the MPEG-2 TS (MPEG-2 MP@HL). For the monitoring of network status, the packet loss rate and the average jitter are measured by using parsing of RTP packet header in the streaming client and they are sent to the streaming server periodically The network adaptation manager in the streaming server estimates the current network status from feedback packets and adaptively adjusts the sending rate by frame dropping. For this, we propose the real-time parsing and the frame-based prioritized packetization of the TS packet. The proposed system is implemented in software and evaluated over the LAN testbed. The experimental results show that the proposed system can enhance the end-to-end QoS of HD video streaming over the best-effort network.

        중소기업 맞춤형 기술보호 수준평가 모델 연구

        In today's highly competitive environment, the importance of technology protection cannot be overemphasized. To evaluate technology protection competency of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises(SMEs), Government has conducted surveys every year but its effectiveness is still in question. To enhance the effectiveness of technology protection for SMEs, a customized evaluation model of technology protection competency has been suggested in this study. Surveys are conducted to measure the relative importance of evaluation areas that can be influenced by the size and type of business. The analysis shows that there exists significant differences between evaluation areas. This study suggests that the effectiveness of technology protection can be enhanced by utilizing a customized evaluation model depending on the size and type of business. Also, the proposed model can be used for SMEs to identify and enhance their weakness in technology protection. Overall, it is expected that the proposed model can be effectively used to protect valuable technologies in various SMEs.

        중소기업 기술보호지원제도에 대한 이용자와 정책담당자의 인식차이 분석

        As the risk of technical leakage is increasing, technology protection support systems for small and medium-sized businesses have gained attention. This paper analyzed the perception gap of the user and policy-maker regarding technology protection support systems. First, to identify key elements of technology protection support systems and construct measurement factors, interviews with experts are conducted. Then, surveys are conducted to analyze the perception differences between the users and policy-makers. Factor analysis and ANOVA have been utilized to analyze survey results. The result shows that the perception gaps exist in the following areas: management system, cost reduction, copyright protection, customer satisfaction, leakage prevention, and awareness. To enhance the effectiveness of technology protection support systems, this paper suggests technology protection support systems should be customized in terms of the company's size and type of busines.

        3차원 지지체 제작을 위한 다중 분사체 노즐 바이오프린팅 시스템 개발

        The aim of this study was to develop a multi-nozzle based bioprinting system for fabrication of three-dimensional (3D) biological structure. In this study, a thermoplastic biomaterial that has relatively high mechanical stability, polycaprolactone (PCL) was used to make the 3D structure. A multi-nozzle bioprinting system was designed to dispense thermoplastic biomaterial and hydrogel simultaneously. The system that consists of 3-axes of x-y-z motion control stage and a compartment for injection syringe control mounted on the stage has been developed. Also, it has 1-axis actuator for position change of nozzle. The controllability of the printed line width with PCL was tested as a representative performance index.

        The advancement in semiconductor technology is leading toward smaller critical dimension designs and larger wafer manufactures. Due to such phenomena, semiconductor industry is in need of an accurate control of the process. Photolithography is one of the key processes where the pattern of each layer is formed. In this process, precise superposition of the current layer to the previous layer is critical. Therefore overlay parameters of the semiconductor photolithography process is targeted for this research. The complex relationship among the input parameters and the output metrologies is difficult to understand and harder yet to model. Because of the superiority in modeling multi-nonlinear relationships, neural networks is used for the simulator modeling. For training the neural networks, conjugate gradient method is employed. An experiment is performed to evaluate the performance among the proposed neural network simulator, stepwise regression model, and the currently practiced prediction model from the test site.

        학생 중심 비교과 프로그램 운영을 통한 대학 생활 만족도 제고

        이 연구의 목적은 대학의 비교과 프로그램 운영의 특징을 분석하고 학생 인식 설문조사를 통해 학생들의 대학 생활 만족도 제고에 효과적인 비교과 프로그램 운영 방안을 제시하는 데 있다. 이를 위해 본 연구는 S 대학 재학생 293명을 대상으로 비교과 프로그램 운영에 따른 전공 공부, 취업 준비, 대인관계, 학습 동기, 자기계발, 대학 생활, 소속감, 비교과 추천 의향 8개 요인별 만족도 설문조사를 하였다. 데이터 코딩 후 SPSS 22.0 통계패키지를 활용하여 성별, 학년별, 요인별 만족도 차이를 분석하였다. 연구결과, 학교 중심(School-Based) 비교과 프로그램은 학생들의 성별에 따른 전공 공부 요인에서 만족도 차이를 보였으며, 남학생의 만족도 점수가 여학생보다 높게 나타났다. 학년 간에는 취업 준비, 대인관계, 학습 동기, 대학 생활, 소속감, 비교과 추천의향 6개 요인에서 만족도 차이를 보였으며, 대체로 3, 4학년의 만족도 점수가 1, 2학년보다 높게 나타났다. 반면 학생 중심(Learner-Centered) 비교과 프로그램에서 성별에 따른 요인별 만족도 차이는 없었고, 학년 간에는 취업 준비 요인에서만 만족도 차이를 보였으며, 3학년의 만족도 점수가 1학년보다 높게 나타났다. 학교 중심 비교과프로그램과 학생 중심 비교과 프로그램 간의 요인별 만족도를 비교한 결과, 취업 준비를 제외한 7개 요인에서 학교 중심보다 학생 중심 비교과 프로그램에 대한 만족도가 더 높게 나타났다. 특히 학생들은 학생 중심 비교과 프로그램을 통해 대인관계 개선에 대한 도움을 많이 받는 것으로 분석되었다. 따라서 앞으로 대학들이 학생 중심 비교과 프로그램 확대에 역량을 더 집중할 것을 제언한다. The purpose of this study is to analyze the characteristics of university extracurricular programs and to propose effective management methods for students satisfaction with extracurricular programs through university students perceptions. For that purpose, this study conducted a survey of students satisfaction with the management of extracurricular programs at S university, and 293 students participated. Questionnaires consisted of eight factors: major study, job preparation, interpersonal relationship, motivation, self-development, college life, sense of belonging and extracurricular recommendation. As a results, statistically significant differences were observed in the participants gender and grade levels on satisfaction with school-based extracurricular programs. In relation to the gender level, male students scored higher than female students on satisfaction of major study factor. With regard to the grade level, junior and senior students scored higher than freshman and sophomore students on satisfaction of job preparation, interpersonal relationship, motivation, college life, sense of belonging and extracurricular recommendation factors. On the other hand, a statistically significant difference was not observed in the participants gender level on stisfaction with learner-centered extracurricular programs but there was a statistically significant difference in the grade level. Junior scored higher than freshman on satisfaction of job preparation factor. Students satisfaction on learner-centered extracurricular programs showed higher than their satisfaction on school-based ones in major study, interpersonal relationship, motivation, self-development, college life, sense of belonging and extracurricular recommendation factors. Especially, it was found that students are more helped to improve interpersonal relations through learner-centered extracurricular programs. Therefore, the universities should expand the management of learner-centered extracurricular programs and minimize school-based extracurricular programs.

        측판이 음속 제트의 코안다 효과에 미치는 영향에 관한 실험적 연구

        An experimental study for the characteristics of the thrust-vectoring of a sonic jet utilizing the coanda flap installed at a rectangular nozzle exit is performed. Two side plates are installed at both sides of the flap to decrease the three dimensional effects of the jet on the flap surface. Schlieren flow visualizations and quantitative measurements of the deflection angle of thrusting vector show that the side plates are able to delay the separation of the jet at the downstream of the flap surface. Substantial increase in the deflection angle of the jet as high as 72˚ and small thrust loss as low as 7% are obtained by the present thrust-vectoring technique using the side plates.
