우리나라에서 건축물 내장재의 화재안전성능은 국토해양부 고시 제2011-39호에 의한 평가방법에 의해 불연성시험(KS F ISO 1182), 열방출률시험(KS F ISO 5660) 및 가스유해성시험(KSF 2271)을 실시하여 그 결과로서 분류하도록 되어 있다. 그 중 연기 및 연소독성가스에 대한 시험인 가스 유해성 시험은, 건축재료 및 내장재의 연소시 발생하는 가스의 유해성을 마우스의 평균 행동정지시간으로 측정하는 방법으로 사용하여 왔다. 이 중 연소 독성가스 4종(HCl, HF, HCN, SO2) 흡입독성시험방법의 확립을 위하여 ICR계 mouse와 전신흡입노출장치를 이용하여, 독성가스 노출 및 병리검사를 수행하였다. 그 결과 호흡기관지와 가까운 폐포에서 대식세포(Macrophage)의 침윤을 유발하는 것으로 나타났고, 4종의 물질에 대한 조직의 병리검사로 전체적으로 충혈과 울혈은 확인되었다. 조직 중 폐와 신장에서 조직손상이 심하였고, 물질로는 HCN이 가장 많은 병리소견을 보였다. Smoke toxicity is the test for the toxicity evaluation of smoke and hazardous gas, caused by combustion of building materials and finishing materials. Smoke toxicity can be evaluated by the mean incapacitation time of mice. This test result can be influenced by the health status of mice and test condition. In acute inhalation toxicity test of hazardous gas, no typical clinical findings and histopathologic abnormalities were observed. Tracheitis and bronchitis as well as acute lung inflammation around terminal bronchiole in some mouse of the highest dose group. Through this study, we established the method for inhalation toxicity test of hazardous gas as well as the SOP of inhalation toxicity test. However, in the future studies, the concentration control methods for inhalation technologies on hazardous gas will be needed to improve continuously and also further studies on other gas inhalation toxicity will be needed to conduct.

When the fire occurred in building, the fire-resistance-structure has to be constructed to prevent collapse of building and to have a time for evacuation of peoples. because of the features of the fire resistance test is similar with real scale, there is no way to confirm quality of fire-resistive-structure in building construction site. Therefore the purpose of this study, a study by spectroscopic analysis using near-infrared spectroscopy (NIR), is to suggest of useful and scientific testing-methods in building construction site by identification-analysis-study for fire resistive paint. 건축물의 화재발생 시 건축물 붕괴방지 및 인명의 피난시간 확보를 위하여 내화구조(내화피복재)를 시공하도록 하고 있으나 실제 규모와 가까운 내화시험의 특성으로 건축물 시공현장에서 내화구조(내화피복재)의 품질을 확인할 수 있는 현장품질방법이 부재하다. 따라서 근-적외선분광분석을 통하여 현장에서 적용할 수 있는 일치성 분석기법 연구를 통해 정확하고 간편한 과학적 내화구조현장관리 시험방법을 제시하고자 함.

The purpose of this study is to make a contribution to understand the traditional confucian morals in the light of the modern sense in the education of national ethics. In this explanation, first of all I thought that the establishment of an attitude to be conceived in order to comprehend it was very important. So I paid attention to the meaning of Chinese Classics which had the quality of not to be restricted by time. And then I discoursed upon the origin of Confucian morals and the traditional form of it in our country. On the basis of these I tried to find out the modern significance of the above issue. The essential contents of the meaning are; ① Being based on the innate identity of a person, ② The pursuit of the principle of reciprocity between one and the other, ③ Caltivating the capacity to be temperate, ④ Emphasizeing the way of life to rectify names (正名), ⑤ Maintaining the function of self-examination and admonition. And the representative types of Confucian morals are moral rules to govern the Five Human Relations(五倫). The above statements are important to overcome the problems of the modern morals. So to speak, those elements seem to be n ecessary to modern society in which materialism and self-interest are pervaded. Therefore I think that we must work hard to find out the ways of practiceing on it.

In the time of the former therm of 20century Cho-Sun Dynasty was perished by the Japanese Imperialism. The Confucianists in those days were infatuated with human nature and natural philosophy, and adhered to their traditionalism. But the standpoint against the Japanese aggression was various style. ① The style of setting up against it with an army in the cause of justice ② the style of killing himself against it ③ the style of escaping from it forward sea or mountain ④ the style of accepting the change of it Then, where is the motive of those various style? In case of deal with this problem, we find that their viewpoint of Confucan classics was not just the same and the was of thinking at the times likwise different.

Lee Hoe-Jae (1491∼1553) was a great Confucianist in the early 16th century of Cho-Sun Age. Especially he had a profound knowledge on Neo-Confucianism. Therefore the political theory which he maintained in the political world was founded on the origin of Confucian Idea. And it was realized by presenting a memorial to the king(上疏). The main point on his political theory was of elevating the temperament of a king to the level of a good and wise king(聖君). Because he was convinced that all the political appearance depended on the character of a king. The very important contents, which laid emphasis on the king, consisted of keeping up the real character(心術), devoting himself to equilibrium and harmony(中和) and continueing the state of entire sincerity(至誠). Those subjects were necessary for realizing to govern according to Heaven's will(天命) on Confucian Ideology. And then on the basis of his political theory he accentuated the following details; ①Continueing pure connection at Court, ② Establishing of official discipline, ③ Engaging men of wisdom and ability, ④ Maintaning the origin nature of a man and the sprit of a society, ⑤ Appreciating the common peoples difficulties, ⑥ Enlarging the chance of political utterance, ⑦ Framing a policy toward military affairs. The major parts of his political theory are related to the fundamental problems of political appearances. At the same time such contents come under the duty of a politician himself. Therefore I think that his confucian political theory essentially has many good points on the spirits of modern politicians
