        감성 마케팅 전략에 있어 데카르트 마케팅의 효용성에 관한 연구

        오늘날 기업들의 기술수준이 점차 보편화되고 평준화 되어가고 있다는 사실은 기능이나 가격으로 경쟁 할 수 있는 것의 한계가 들어나고 있음을 증명하는 것이다. 20세기에는 제품의 품질 개선을 위한 기술 분야 또는 제품의 미적 향상을 위한 디자인 분야와 같이 한 분야를 집중적으로 개발하던 시대였다고 한다면 21세기는 이러한 기술과 디자인이 자연스레 통합되어지면서 함께 진화 발 전하고 있다고 볼 수 있다. 이러한 이유들로 인해 상품을 만드는 디자이너나 상품의 판매를 기획하는 기획자들은 입맛 까다로운 소비자들을 만족 시킬 수 있는 상품을 개발하고 더 낳아가 디자인 할 수 있는 멀티플레이어로 요구되어진다. 또한 끊임없이 발전하는 기술력은 더 이상 소비자들의 호기심을 자극하는 신비함으로 다가오지 못하는 가운데 같은 가격과 기능을 지닌 제품을 선택할 시 소비자는 보다 감각적으로 이끌리는 제품 또는 美(아름다움)미적 가치를 지닌 상품을 찾는 것이 선호되어지고 있다는 사실을 우리는 소비 시장에서 쉽게 찾아 볼 수 있다. 이는 감성과 데카르트마케팅의 연관성을 보여 주는 결과이며 점점 삭막해져 가는 사회에서 정신 적으로 위로 받고 싶은 현대인들을 고려한 마케팅으로 해석되어지기도 한다. 본 연구에서는 여러 선행 연구를 통하여 감성마케팅 전략의 구성요소를 재정리 하고 대표적인 데카르트 마케팅 전략의 한 사례로써 스와로브스키 크리스탈을 이용한 아티스트 김지아나의 조형예술 작품을 전면으로 내세운 LG전자의 2008 휘센 에어컨을 통하여 예술적 가치를 이용한 데카르트 마케팅 효용성의 기초연구를 하고자 한다. These days nobody will disagree with the fact that the levels of technology of companies are gradually being generalized and equalized. While the 20th century was a period when companies concentrated on one thing whether technology or design in the 21st century it can be said that the evolution is under process naturally combining technology and design. We can easily find out that customers are prefer to have that products which are more designed or sensual in customers' market. The similarity of sensibility and Descartes seems to be in the aspect of choosing one which attracts by feeling if the prices and functions are same and choosing a beautiful one if functions are same. WHISEN air-conditioner of LG Electronics can be taken as an application example of Descartes marketing through possessing an artistic value by presenting formative arts of Jiana Kim. The components of emotional marketing were rearranged through the research previously performed in this study and we intend to carry out basic research on efficacy of Descartes.

        K리그 축구 경기에서 나타난 상황 요인 별 주요 공격 분석인자의 상대성 분석

        본 연구는 2020 K리그 경기에서 발생한 주요 공격 인자들을 수집하고 이를 상황 요인(경기 장소, 상대팀 수준, 최근 팀 경기력, 최근 상대팀 경기력) 별 상대성 분석을 하고자 하였다. 본 연구에서는 2020 K리그 모든 팀들의 전 경기(스플릿 후 경기 제외)를 대상으로 하였으며, 연구의 대상이 된 경기 수는 132경기였다. 자료 수집을 위해 한국프로축구연맹에서 제공하는 ‘데이터포탈’의 공식 자료를 사용하였고, 자료를 정리하기 위해 1차적으로 Microsoft Office Excel 2007을 이용하였다. 통계 분석은 IBM SPSS 25.0을 이용하였으며, 정규성 분포를 이루지 않아 비모수 통계 기법인 Mann-Whitney U 검정법과 Kruskal-Wallis H 검정법을 이용하여 평균 차이를 비교 분석하였다. 본 연구에서 나타난 결과는 첫째, K리그 팀들은 홈에서 경기를 할 때가 원정에서 경기를 할 때보다 더 높은 볼 점유율을 기록했고(α<.05), 둘째, 강팀을 상대로 경기할 때가 중팀과 약팀을 상대로 할 때보다 더 적은 슛, 유효 슛, 패스, 전진 패스와 낮은 볼 점유율을 기록했으며(α<.05), 셋째, 팀의 최근 경기력이 좋을 때와 상대팀의 경기력이 좋지 않을 때 더 많은 패스, 전진 패스와 높은 볼 점유율을 기록했다(α<.05). The aim of this study was to identify the effect of situational variables e.g. match venue, opposition quality, current form, current opposition’s form on key attacking performance indicators from 2020 Korea Football League. All match(n=132) excepted for split matches were used for analysis and the data were provided by Korea Professional Football League(data.kleague.com). Microsoft Office Excel 2007 was used to collect data and the data were analysed in IBM SPSS 25.0 to determine differences between independent variables. Normality tests were firstly conducted and Mann-Whitney U test and Kruskal-Wallis H test was conducted as a non-parametric statistics method. The results showed that ball possessions were significantly different between home and away teams whilst all key attacking performance indicators were significantly different according to different quality of team. Also, there were significant differences in passes, forward passes and ball possessions among current team forms and opposition team forms.

        청강 김영훈 진료기록에 나타난 病因 七情에 관한 연구

        본고에서는 청강 진료기록DB를 활용하여 김영훈이 칠정과 관련된 질환을 어떻게 접근하고 치료하였는지를 분석하였다. 김영훈은 칠정과 기, 담, 화 및 이들의 울증을 병인으로서 병기하는 경우가 많았으며, 병명은 탈영과 함께 기재하는 경우가 많았다. 칠정 관련 병인이 1950년대에 특히 많이 기재되어 있었는데, 이는 한국전쟁의 영향을 받은 것으로 보인다. 김영훈이 칠정 관련 병인을 치료하기 위해 사용한 상위 빈도 처방은 대개 육울탕의 변방으로 소개되어 있었다. 그가 실제로 사용한 약재를 분석한 결과, 김영훈은 주로 二陳湯과 香附子를 준용하여 化痰理氣를 칠정 치료의 대원칙으로 삼았음을 추정할 수 있었으며, 利濕藥, 消導藥, 淸熱藥, 四物湯의 류를 때에 따라 가감한 것을 확인하였다. The purpose of this study is to consider how Kim Young-hun approached and treated diseases caused by seven emotions using Cheonggang medical records database. Kim Young-hun often related seven emotions with qi, phlegm, fire and depressions of these three and with the loss of dignity (脫營). Records of seven emotions were especially concentrated in the 1950s, and it seems to have been influenced by the Korean war. The prescriptions which Kim used frequently were introduced as modified 六鬱湯. Analyzing the medicinal herbs Kim used, it was estimated that Kim would have applied “allevating phlegm and regulating qi” as the principle of the treatment of the seven emotions using 二陳湯 and Cyperus(香附子) with some adjustment of 利濕藥, 疏導藥, 淸熱藥, and 四物湯.

        Effects of operation conditions on absorption of nitric oxide and sulfur oxide using Fe(II)EDTA2− absorbents

        We report simultaneous removal of NO and SO2 by Fe(II)EDTA2− absorbent in a wet absorption system. Effects of various operation parameters, such as Fe(II)EDTA2− concentration, solution volume, NO inlet concentration, and pH of absorption solution on NO absorption in a semi-batch reaction, were investigated. NO loading capacity increased with increasing NO inlet concentration since NO loading capacity was highly influenced by NO inlet concentration. NO loading capacity increased in neutral and alkaline environments compared to that in an acidic one. To evaluate NO absorption performance of practical flue gas components, simultaneous absorption of NO and SO2 in the presence of O2 over Fe(II)EDTA2 was carried out. As a result, when all gas emission components (NO, SO2 and O2) were introduced, simultaneous removal of NO and SO2 was obtained with a high NO loading capacity (ca. 88.8%). Antagonistic effects of both SO2 and O2 played an essential role in the regeneration of Fe(III)EDTA and Fe(II)EDTA-NO2 to Fe(II)EDTA2, keeping a neutral pH of absorption solution and resulting in a dramatic improvement in the absorption of NO and SO2.

      • The Efficacy of Lymph Node Embolization Using <i>N</i>-Butyl Cyanoacrylate Compared to Ethanol Sclerotherapy in the Management of Symptomatic Lymphorrhea after Pelvic Surgery

        <P><B>Abstract</B></P> <P><B>Purpose</B></P> <P>To compare the efficacy of lymph node (LN) embolization using <I>N</I>-butyl cyanoacrylate versus ethanol sclerotherapy in the management of symptomatic postoperative pelvic lymphorrhea.</P> <P><B>Materials and Methods</B></P> <P>Thirty-three patients with 40 instances of symptomatic postoperative lymphorrhea were treated with either LN embolization or sclerotherapy at Seoul National University Hospital from January 2009 to July 2017 and were retrospectively included (LN embolization group: 24 lymphoceles of 19 patients, mean age of 59.29 years; sclerotherapy group: 16 lymphoceles of 14 patients, mean age of 60.95 years). The types of operations were hysterectomy and bilateral oophorectomy with pelvic lymph node dissection (n = 9), radical prostatectomy (n = 3), and renal transplantation (n = 2) for the sclerotherapy group and radical prostatectomy (n = 10) and hysterectomy and bilateral oophorectomy with pelvic lymph node dissection (n = 9) for the LN embolization group. The 3 most common indications of treatment were lower extremity edema (n = 11), pain (n = 11), and fever (n = 8). The amount of leak before treatment (initial daily drainage) and clinical outcomes, including the clinical success rate in 3 weeks, treatment period, and complication rate were compared between both groups.</P> <P><B>Results</B></P> <P>LN embolization showed a higher 3-week clinical success rate than sclerotherapy in a univariate analysis (83.3% and 43.8%, <I>P</I> = .026). There was no statistically significant difference in the treatment period and the complication rate (7.1 days and 12.3 days, <I>P</I> = .098; 8.3% and 25.0%, <I>P</I> = .184).</P> <P><B>Conclusions</B></P> <P>LN embolization is more effective for treating postoperative pelvic lymphorrhea than sclerotherapy with similar safety.</P>

        Parameters for successful pig islet isolation as determined using 68 specific-pathogen-free miniature pigs

        <P>Abstract: Background: </P><P>Islet cell transplantation is a novel therapeutic modality for the cure of diabetes. Pig islet cells are an attractive substitute for human islet cells; however, they are known to be particularly difficult to isolate because of a weak islet capsule and a tendency to be fragmented during enzymatic digestion. Therefore, parameters favoring successful pig islet isolation were investigated using specific-pathogen-free (SPF) miniature pigs.</P><P>Methods: </P><P>Sixty-eight SPF miniature pigs were used for islet isolation. Birth weight, body weight, age, sex, pregnancy history, and the fasting blood glucose levels of each pig were determined. Each pig’s general condition was assessed with regard to feeding status and physical activity. Pancreas procurement was performed by one surgical team. Anesthesia duration, operation duration, procedure quality, and perfusate type were recorded. After pancreatectomy, a biopsy was performed for islet density analysis. Decapsulation, cannulation duration, degree of distension, and cold ischemic time were assessed. During islet isolation, pancreas weight, digestion time, and digested tissue proportion were recorded. Isolation results were evaluated by total islet equivalents (IEQ), islet equivalents per gram of pancreas (IEQ/g), isolation index, islet recovery rate, purity, and visual grade. To identify the predictors of higher islet isolation yield, we performed binary logistic regression analysis with significant (P < 0.05) variables from the univariate analysis.</P><P>Results: </P><P>The pigs were categorized into high (n = 34) and low yield (n = 34) groups according to the median IEQ/g or total IEQ values. Body weight and age were significantly different between the two groups. Being male or a positive history of pregnancy in females was factors favoring successful islet isolation. General condition assessments failed to estimate islet isolation results. Long anesthesia duration, which might have caused ischemic injury to the pancreas, negatively affected islet isolation results. Decapsulation, cannulation duration, and subsequent pancreas distension were significantly important in successful islet isolation. Inter-lot variability of Liberase was not observed because of screening processes performed before purchase. Isolation index and islet recovery rate correlated well with islet yields.</P><P>Conclusions: </P><P>Multivariate analysis using total IEQ and IEQ/g as outcome variables indicated that age older than 2, being male and moderate distension by Liberase injection are major determinants influencing successful islet isolation.</P>

        Influence of strain and age differences on the yields of porcine islet isolation: extremely high islet yields from SPF CMS miniature pigs

        <P>Abstract: </P><P>Background: </P><P>Porcine pancreas is a potential source of material for islet xenotransplantation. However, the difficulty in isolating islets, because of their fragility and the variability of isolation outcome in donor age and breed, represents a major obstacle to porcine islet xenotransplantation. In this study, we compared the islet isolation yield of specific pathogen-free (SPF) Chicago Medical School (CMS) miniature pigs with that of another miniature pig breed and market pigs from a local slaughterhouse.</P><P>Methods: </P><P>Nine adult CMS miniature (ACM) pigs (>12 months), six young CMS miniature (YCM) pigs (6–7 months), four adult Prestige World Genetics (PWG) miniature (APM) pigs (>12 months), and 13 adult market (AM) pigs from a local slaughterhouse were used for islet isolation. </P><P>Results: </P><P>The islet yield per gram of pancreas from ACM pigs (9589 ± 2823 IEQ/g) was significantly higher than that from APM pigs (1752 ± 874 IEQ/g, P < 0.05), AM pigs (1931 ± 947 IEQ/g, P < 0.05), or YCM pigs (3460 ± 1985 IEQ/g, P < 0.05). Isolated islets from ACM pigs were significantly larger than those from AM pigs or YCM pigs. The in vitro and in vivo function of isolated islets showed no difference among experimental groups. The pancreases of ACM pigs contained higher mean islet volume density percentages and larger size of islets than those of AM or APM pigs. </P><P>Conclusions: </P><P>We isolated extremely high yields of well-functioning islets from ACM pigs bred under SPF conditions. SPF CMS miniature pigs should be one of the best porcine islet donors for clinical porcine islet xenotransplantation.</P>

        Current Status of the Heavy-Ion Accelerator Facility RAON

        The baseline design of the heavy-ion accelerator facility called RAON was completed in 2012, and its construction is scheduled to be completed in 2021. The rare isotope science project (RISP) was organized to establish the facility under the auspices of Institute for Basic Science (IBS). A complex of superconducting (SC) linacs will be used for the accelerations of high-power heavy-ion beams to utilize the technique of in-flight fragmentation for isotope beam production and for the post acceleration of the rare isotope beams produced by using the isotope separation on line (ISOL) method. The ISOL system will be driven by a 70 MeV H$^-$ cyclotron. Many efforts have been directed to developing prototypes of the SC cavities and related components, which are the core parts of the SC linac. Mass production of all the components with proper quality control is a major concern of the project. Recently, a test facility equipped with a 330 W LHe cryoplant was completed, and it has been used to test prototypes of and actual SC-linac components. Progress on RAON construction is described.

        Kidney Transplantation in Sensitized Recipients; A Single Center Experience

        <P>A successful transplantation, across a positive crossmatch barrier, is one of the most persistent long-standing problems in the field of kidney transplant medicine. The aim of this study was to describe seven consecutive living renal transplantations in recipients with positive crossmatch for donors or positive for donor specific antibodies (DSAs). A preconditioning regimen including plasmapheresis and intravenous immunoglobulin was delivered three times a week until the crossmatch and/or DSAs became negative. Mycophenolate mofetil and tacrolimus were started two days before the plasmapheresis. The protocol was modified to include administration of anti-CD 20 antibody (rituximab, 375 mg/m<SUP>2</SUP>) from the patient number 3 through the patient number 7. All seven patients achieved negative conversion of the crossmatch or DSAs, and the kidney transplantations were successfully performed in all cases. Acute cellular rejection occurred in two patients, which were subclinical and controlled with high dose steroid treatment. Antibody-mediated rejection occurred in one patient, which was easily reversed with plasmapheresis. All recipients attained normal graft function during the 7-24 months of follow up. Our study suggests that sensitized patients can be transplanted successfully with desensitization pretreatment.</P>
