        디지털미디어 시대 시노그래피(Scenography) 관점의 무대미술 전공교과목 개발 연구 - 소품디자인을 중심으로 -

        The expansion of ways to produce and distribute online media contents in the culture and arts industry has brought about a shift in the digital media contents paradigm. In performing arts industry, too, various attempts are being actively made to produce and distribute various contents combined with digital media. In the field of theatre art, videos and digital images that stress the scenographic characteristics of theatre art to realize a work as a miseenscene that is implicit and symbolic are being produced as new contents. University education in the field of theatre art, there is a necessity to develop a curriculum to enhance practical capacities equipped with convergent and age-responsive characteristics which combines creative contents of stage art with digital media and tries the multilateral use of digitalized contents. Accordingly, this study is aimed to develop a curriculum for the subject of props design, one of the areas of theatre art, as a major course of theatre art in universities by connecting education on theatre art design, education on production and practice, and education on the convergence of digital media and analyze the actual case of operation.

        건강정보이해능력과 개인의 특성이 스마트 헬스케어 이용 경험에 미치는 요인 분석

        As the paradigm of healthcare shifts from the center of treatment to the center of prevention, products and services related to disease prevention are emerging at domestic and abroad. The government considers the smart healthcare industry as a solution to healthcare problems such as an increase in the number of chronic illnesses and an increase in the burden of medical expenses. The purpose of this study is to explore the factors affecting the use of smart healthcare products and services focusing on Health Literacy and health related personal characteristics and to provide policy implications. The subjects of the questionnaire are 1,027 adults over 20 in the nation, and conducted an online survey. In addition, the factors were analyzed by decision tree method. As a result, most of the respondents(76.9%) did not have experience using Smart Healthcare products and services. However, in the Health Literacy question, there was a difference in use experience depending on the degree of difficulty in using the mass media information. Other factors were the degree of intention to use new technology, the understanding of counseling about family members and friends, and health checkups. In order to enable self-healthcare through smart healthcare products and services, the ability of consumers to explore and utilize health information from the mass media should be improved. In addition, government and enterprise efforts are needed to achieve this. 헬스케어의 패러다임이 치료 중심에서 예방 중심으로 변화함에 따라, 질병 예방과 관련된 제품 및 서비스가 국내외로 많이 등장하고 있다. 스마트 헬스케어는 만성질환자 수의 증가, 의료비 부담의 증가 등의 보건의료 문제점의 대안으로 언급되어 기업 및 정부는 산업 확산 움직임을 보여주고 있다. 기업은 웨어러블 기기, 앱 등의 형태로 제품 개발 및 출시를 하고 있고, 정부는 보건소를 중심으로 모바일 헬스케어 사업을 시행하고 있다. 본 연구는 소비자의 스마트 헬스케어 제품 및 서비스 이용에 미치는 요인을 건강정보이해능력(Health Literacy)와 건강관련 개인특성을 중심으로 탐색적 연구를 진행하고, 정책적 시사점을 제공하고자 한다. 전국의 20대 이상 소비자 1,027명을 대상으로 온라인 설문조사를 실시하고 의사결정나무 기법으로 요인을 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 응답자의 대부분(76.9%)은 사용 경험이 없는 것으로 나타났지만 건강정보이해능력 중 ‘대중매체 정보의 활용’의 어려움 정도에 따라 사용 경험에 차이를 보였다. 그 밖에는 신기술 활용 의향 정도, 주변인의 조언 이해, 건강검진 유무가 관련이 있는 것으로 분석되었다. 스마트 헬스케어를 통한 자가 건강관리가 가능하려면, 건강정보를 대중매체로부터 탐색하고 활용할 수 있는 소비자의 건강정보이해능력이 제고되어야하며 이를 위한 정부와 기업의 노력이 필요하다.

        토픽모델링을 활용한 농촌연구 동향분석

        The purpose of this study is to identify rural research topics, differences in research topics over time, and key mediators through the analysis of academic research trends using topic modeling. This study analyzed a total of 1,183 articles published in the Journal of Rural Planning and Rural Society over a 23-year period (2000-2022). We categorized rural research topics into 30, examined the proportion of research in each topic, and identified major changes in research topics over time. We also identified key words that mediate between research topics. The study found that, first, rural research trends can be categorized into five types (resources and utilization, area/space, people, ecosystem/environment, and tourism), with area/space being the most studied. Subtopics include rural amenities, rural disappearance/village miniaturization, and rural landscape management. Second, the research topics for each period were different. In the first period(2003-2007), the main research topics were rural amenities and Agricultural production- based climate vulnerability assessment. In the second period(2008-2012), the main research topics were Rural extinction and village depopulation, and rural landscape management, and in the third period(2013-2017), the main research topics were rural sixth industrialization and rural ecotourism. In the fourth period(2018-2022), rural development planning and rural life services(life SOC) were the main research topics. The significance of this study is that it extends the existing method of analyzing research trends and provides basic data to enhance comprehensive insights and understanding of rural research.

        염소의 DNA 개체식별을 위한 초위성체 마커 개발

        The purpose of this study was to develop individual goat identification and paternity DNA testing methods to eradicate the illegal distribution of goats and goat meat and maximize the effects of goat improvement through scientific pedigree management. To reduce goat allele discrimination errors and increase the reliability and accuracy of the analysis, 15 new goat individual identification genetic markers consisting of 3- and 4-repeat microsatellite loci (KCH004, KCH006, KCH015 KCH027, KCH047, KCH067, KCH086, KCH114), KCH117, KCH121, KCH122, KCH134, KCH153, KCH165, KCH212) were developed. As a result of performing muliplex polymerase chain reaction (PCR) microsatellite genotyping on 96 goats using the selected 15 loci, a total of 54 alleles were found, and it was confirmed that each locus had an average of 3.60 alleles. The polymorphism information content (PIC) value, which is a measure of polymorphism and information power of markers, ranged from 0.090 (KCH153) to 0.545 (KCH121), and loci KCH006, KCH015, KCH114, and KCH121 had a PIC of 0.35 or higher. The average PIC value of all 15 markers was confirmed to be 0.28, and it was verified that there was a polymorphism as an individual identification marker. Using the developed markers, the genetic characteristics of native black goats (Dangjin, Jangsu, and Tongyeong lines) and five foreign breeds (Alpine, Boer, Nubian, Saanen, and Toggenburg) were analyzed. The heterozygosity of the genetic markers was measured. The expected heterozygous ratio was found to be within the range of 0.167 (Nubian) to 0.467 (Boer), and the native black goat had values of 0.393 (Dangjin), 0.415 (Tongyeong), and 0.437 (Jangsu). The analysis of the affinity relationship between native black goats (Dangjin, Jangsu, and Tongyeong) and the five foreign breeds was performed by estimating the genetic distance based on specific allele frequencies. It was found that the genetic distance between the native black goat and the Boer population was the closest and it was farthest from Saanen. It is believed that the 15 markers developed by confirming the genetic differentiation patterns of goats can be used not only for individual identification and paternity genetic identification but also for goat genetic diversity and related relationship analysis.

        Effects of Illite-Containing Fertilizer Prototypes on Nutrients Uptake and Antioxidant of Lettuce (Lactuca sativa L.)

        Illite, a clay mineral, contains high levels of K+ content to be available by plants. Effect of illite on soil andcrops have been reported, but more examples are needed to extend to a variety of crop plants. This study wascarried out to investigate the effects of illite-containing prototypes as an alternative fertilizer on nutrientuptake and antioxidant activity of lettuce. Lettuce was grown for 30 days with six different fertilizer treatments(control, NPK, illite, prototype-A, prototype-B, and prototype-C) using acidic nutrients-poor soil (AC-NPS)and alkaline nutrients-rich soil (AK-NRS). The pH adjustment by illite-containing prototypes was not observedfrom both two soils, AC-NPS and AK-NRS. Prototype-A resulted in an enhancement of total nitrogen contentof soil at both AC-NPS and AK-NRS. Total nitrogen of lettuce shoots was remarkably higher in prototype-Band -C at both soils. Illite-only treatment showed the highest level of total ploypenols (19.5 mg g-1), flavonoids(3.8 mg g-1) and ABTS (37.2%) in the AC-NPS. Overall, illite-containing prototype B- and -C showed a significantincrease not only macro nutrients (nitrogen, calcium and magnesium) but antioxidant activity in theAC-NPS. Accordingly, it is considered that illite-containing prototypes might be an alternative or supplementof chemical fertilizer to promote lettuce growth.
