        서울동화축제의 발전적 연구- 축제 구성요소의 유기적 관계성을 중심으로 -

        The Seoul Fairytale Festival is the festival launched by the autonomous district office as part of the cultural policy of Gwangjin-gu, Seoul. The fairy tale, the core theme of the festival, takes on a character of being readily accessible to anyone regardless of age and is diversely used at domestic and overseas festivals as its utilization value is recognized as the source of humane imagination. Amidst the poverty of domestic festivals making active of the fairytale storytelling, Gwangjin-gu District Office of Seoul has attempted to construct the differentiated district image of ‘fairytale city’ in linkage with the fairytale-related facilities within the district such as Children’s Grand Park. This project was first planned by the proposal from a perspective of humane contents. The festival has seven times been opened ever since. But it has not still been put on a right track in diverse terms of the long run, organization operation and so on but exhibited the problem of the festival of the Korean local government. The biggest problem of this festival is that it has not made use of the humane utilization value of the fairy tale, its core theme but been operated as the superficial festival for children. It is now a high time that examination and analysis are needed to regain the original meaning of the festival amidst the flooding of festivals devoid of philosophy. And there is a need to make efforts to differentiate it from the other festivals by making use of its humane value. This study made the first attempt to examine the scheme for development of the Seoul fairytale Festival. And it divided the component elements of the festival into three such as organization, hardware and contents ware and then attempted to propose the scheme for its humane contents development by finding out what development and organic relationship these three elements formed. The scheme for planning the Seoul Fairytale Festival by utilizing the original text of the fairy tale consists of four steps. The first step is to select the original text of the fairy tale capable of reflecting the trend of the times into the festival. The second step is to elicit as the festival concept the core value discovered by production personnel through the understanding and exploration of the fairy tale. The third step is the job of storytelling that enables this concept to be crystallized into the space and the program as one story. The fourth step is the job of embodying the festival program to highlight the linkage between the above elements. It is the system of the organization that can support this process. In addition, these jobs of planning and embodiment need the policy that enables the members of the district able to participate in them with the affectionate vision towards the district to develop the contents linking the fairyl tale and the district through the help of promotion committees. Finally, this study attempted to propose these points. 서울동화축제는 서울특별시 광진구의 문화정책의 일환으로 출범한 자치구 축제이다. 축제의 핵심 테마인 동화(童話)는 연령에 상관없이 누구에게나 친근하게 다가갈수 있는 성격을 지니며 인문학적 상상력의 근원이 되는 활용 가치를 인정받아 국ㆍ내외 축제에서 다양하게 활용되고 있다. 동화 스토리텔링을 적극적으로 활용하는 국내 축제가 미비한 가운데 서울특별시광진구는 어린이대공원 등 지역 내 동화와 직접 관련된 시설물을 연계하여 ‘동화도시’ 라는 차별화된 지역이미지 구축을 꾀하였다. 본 축제는 현재까지 7회의 축제를 시행하였으나, 아직 흥행성과 조직운영 등 다양한 방면에서 궤도에 오르지 못하고 한국지자체 축제의 문제를 유사하게 드러내고 있다. 본 축제의 가장 커다란 한계는 핵심테마인 동화(童話)의 인문학적 활용 가치를 제대로 살리지 못하고 피상적인 어린이축제로 운영이 된다는 점이다. 본 연구는 서울동화축제의 발전 방안 점검을 위하여 먼저 최초 기획 의도를 복기하였다. 그리고 축제의 구성요소를 조직(Organization), 공간(Hardware), 콘텐츠(Contents ware) 세 가지로 분류한 뒤, 이 세 가지 요소의 현황과 과제를 확인함으로써 인문콘텐츠적 발전방안을 제안하고자 하였다. 연구자가 탐색한 서울동화축제의 동화 원전(原典)을 활용한 기획 방안은 네 가지단계이다. 첫 번째는 시대의 트렌드를 반영할 수 있는 동화 원전(原典)의 선정. 두 번째는 제작 인력이 동화에 대한 이해와 탐구를 통하여 발견한 핵심가치를 축제컨셉(Concept)으로 도출. 세 번째는 이러한 컨셉이 하나의 이야기로서 공간과 프로그램에 구현되도록 하는 스토리텔링(Storytelling)작업. 네 번째는 위의 요소들과의 연계성을 부각시키기 위한 축제 프로그램의 구체화 작업이다. 이러한 과정을 뒷받침 해줄 수 있는 것은 조직의 체계이다. 아울러 이러한 기획과구체화 작업은 지역에 대한 애정 어린 시선으로 참여할 수 있는 관내 구성원들이추진위원의 도움을 받아 스스로 동화와 지역을 연계한 콘텐츠를 개발할 수 있도록하는 정책적 고려가 필요하다. 마지막에서는 이러한 점들을 제안하여 보았다.

        미용 종사자의 직무스트레스가 조직시민행동과 삶의 질에 미치는 영향

        As the beauty industry further develops improved service quality, customers’ expectations also increase and employees’ mental stress grows higher in diverse situations. This study segmented beauty industry employees’ job stress factors and analyzed the importance of each variable by characterizing organizational citizenship and quality of life. This study analyzed the opinions of 410 beauty industry employees using SPSS 21.0 statistical program. Three-phased mediation regression analysis was implemented to characterize mediated effects along with frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, Cronbach’s α, descriptive statistical analysis, correlation analysis and linear regression analysis. Here, we identify four job stress factors (ie, role-related, interpersonal relationrelated, compensation-related, and family-related). Descriptive statistical analysis was used to identify any potential correlation between each variable and revealed that, in terms of sub-factors of job stress, role-related stress (p<0.001), interpersonal relation-related stress (p<0.001), compensation-related stress (p<0.01), and family-related stress (p<0.001) were statistically significantly and negatively (-) correlated with organizational citizenship behavior. Rolerelated stress (p<0.01), interpersonal relation-related stress (p<0.001), compensation-related stress (p<0.001), and family-related stress (p<0.001) had statistically significant negative (-) correlations with the quality of life. Moreover, the organizational citizenship behavior (p<0.001) was observed to have a statistically significant positive (+) correlation with quality of life. Given that beauty industry employees’ organizational citizenship behavior and quality of life decreased due to their high job stress, it seems necessary to consider offering mentoring, coaching, counseling, etc. to such employees to prevent their emotional labor while contemplating individual and social ways to help reduce and, ultimately, solve emotional disharmony

        영재학생의 창의적 성격, 학업흥미, 부모양육태도가 과제집착력에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of creativity personality, study interest and parenting style on task commitment of gifted students. Participants are 186 students from 93 elementary students and 93 middle students of Korean schools and gifted education institution. The variables of creativity personality, study interest and parenting style were analyzed using correlation analysis and multiple regression. The result were as follows. First, creativity personality, study interest and parenting style were correlated with on task commitment. But sub-factor achieve-non achieve of parenting style is found to have nothing to correlated with sub-factor self control of task commitment. Second, creativity personality, study interest and parenting style effects on task commitment. Especially, creative personality has much significant effects on task commitment. These results showed that both individual internal and environmental factors have an effects on task commitment and importance of balancing the affective features of gifted students as well as cognitive features in curriculum program and teaching processes at the site of gifted education. This study is meaningful in that there has not been much study of task commitment and correlation and impact of task commitment focusing on the affective features.

        통증관련 단어에 대한 주의편향이 만성통증 환자의 일일 통증강도와 일상기능 관계에 미치는 영향: 일지연구

        Attentional bias is a selective attention to specific information in the environment and can be classified into two types: engagement and disengagement. It has been reported that these two types of attentional bias impact the development and maintenance of chronic pain. The purpose of this study was to investigate if the type of attentional bias in patients with chronic pain has a differential impact on their daily function. We recruited 33 patients with chronic pain in the Oriental medical clinic. The subjects completed a questionnaire and then performed an engagement-disengagement task involving pain-related and neutral word pairs and eye tracker. They completed the online diary for 14 days from the day following the task. The data were analyzed by the HLM statistical program. The results of the analysis showed that when the subjects’ engagement with pain-related words was slow, the greater the intensity of pain, the greater the avoidance of daily activities. Also, when the subjects’ disengagement from pain-related words was rapid, the greater the intensity of pain, the greater the avoidance of daily activities. Additionally, when the subjects’ attentional maintenance in pain-related words was longer than in the neutral words, the greater the intensity of pain, the greater the distractibility of daily activities. This study revealed that the type of attentional bias in chronic pain patients has different impacts on their daily function. These findings suggest that patients with chronic pain who slowly engage with or quickly disengage from pain-related words may have difficulties in different areas of their daily function. 통증이 있는 경우, 위협이 되는 자극에 주의를 과도하게 지속하거나 회피하는 것은 통증을 만성화시키는 데 취약성 요인으로 작용할 수 있다. 이 연구는 주의편향 유형이 만성통증 환자의 일일 통증강도와 일상기능의 관계를 차별적으로 조절하는지에 대해 알아보고자 했다. 이에 대전 소재 한의원에서 만성통증 환자 41명을 모집했다. 연구 참여자는 설문지 작성 후, 아이트래커(eye-tracker)를 통해 주의개입-주의이탈 과제를 수행했고, 이후 14일 동안 매일 통증일지를 작성했다. 수집된 데이터를 HLM(Hierarchical Linear Modeling) 통계 프로그램으로 다층분석한 결과, 일일 통증강도와 일일 활동회피, 일일 집중곤란 간 주의편향의 조절효과가 유의했다. 구체적으로, 지속 주의과정에서 통증관련 단어를 느리게 응시하거나 빠르게 이탈할 때, 일일 통증강도가 높을수록 일상에서 활동을 더 많이 회피했다. 또한 통증관련 단어를 중립단어보다 오래 응시할 때, 일일 통증강도가 높을수록 일상에서 집중을 더 어려워했다. 반면, 초기 주의과정에서는 주의편향이 일일 통증강도와 일일 활동회피, 일일 집중곤란 간의 관계를 조절하지 않았다. 이러한 연구 결과는 만성통증 환자의 주의편향과 일일 통증강도, 그리고 일상기능 간의 관계를 보여주며, 만성통증의 예방 및 관리 개입에 대한 방향성을 시사한다.

        노인장기요양 현금급여 통제정책에 대한 국가 간 비교연구- 독일, 스웨덴, 영국을 중심으로 -

        The purpose of this study is to compare and analyze cash-for-care regulatory policies for the elderly long-term care in three countries, Germany, Sweden, and the UK, and to seek policy implications in preparation for regulatory policies that are suitable for the direction of South Korea’s welfare state and the socio-cultural environment. For this purpose, each country’s cash-for-care regulatory policy was analyzed in four different aspects: supplier designation, service provider qualification, use of cash benefit, and professional support. As a result, it was confirmed that cash-for-care regulatory policies of the three countries are being operated differently depending on the institutional and socio-cultural characteristics of each country. Through this analysis, it is suggested to primarily apply the regulatory policy of the Swedish model, which provides support by individual cases, and then to apply the German model, which offers active professional support, in the future when the group of the cash benefit recipient expands. To this end, it is suggested that there should be active discussions for the cash-for-care regulatory policy of South Korea to be prepared in a direction suitable for the policy context and intention of the institution, and ultimately, an official service system through case management should be established. 본 연구의 목적은 독일, 스웨덴, 영국 3개국에서 실시하고 있는 노인장기요양 현금급여에 대한 통제정책을 비교 분석하고, 한국의 복지국가 방향에 적합한 통제정책 마련을위한 정책적 시사점을 모색하는 것이다. 이를 위하여 각 국가의 현금급여 통제정책을 공급자 지정, 서비스 제공자격, 현금급여 이용, 전문적 지원의 4가지 측면에서 분석하였다. 그 결과, 3개국의 현금급여 통제정책은 각국의 제도적 및 사회문화적 특성에 따라 상이하게 나타나고 있음을 확인하였다. 이러한 분석결과를 바탕으로 일차적으로는 개별 케이스를 중심으로 지원하는 스웨덴 모델의 통제정책을 적용하고, 향후 급여대상의 규모가확대될 경우 전문적 지원이 활성화되어 있는 독일 모델의 적용을 제안하였다. 이를 위해우리나라의 현금급여 통제 방안이 제도의 정책적 맥락 및 의도에 적합한 방향으로 마련되기 위한 논의가 활발하게 이루어져야 하며, 궁극적으로 사례관리 중심의 공적 지원 체계가 구축되어야 함을 제시하였다.

        미용 종사자의 직무스트레스가 서비스 사보타주와 조직시민행동에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of job stress of beauty workers on service saboteurs and organizational citizenship behavior. SPSS v. 21.0, frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, Cronbach's α, descriptive statistical analysis, correlation analysis, and linear regression analysis were performed using the process of data coding and data cleaning. The results of this study were as follows. First, service sabotage increases as family- related, interpersonal-related, and role-related stress increases by sub-factors of job stress. Second, organizational citizenship behavior decreases as interpersonal, family, and role-related stress increases by sub-factors of job stress. Specifically, the results showed that service sabotage had a statistically significant positive (+) effect on organizational citizenship behavior. Therefore, the higher service saboteurs, the lower the organizational citizenship behavior. As the job stress of beauty workers increased, service sabotage increased, and as job stress increased, organizational citizenship behavior decreased. As the number of service providers has increased, organizational citizenship behavior has shown a decreasing trend, and development of programs for management of stress at the personal level of beauty workers is needed.
