Since the frequency of heavy rainfall is increasing due to climate change, water levels in the river exceed past historical records. The rating-curve is to convert water level into flow dicscharge from the regression analysis of the water level and corresponding flow discharges. However, the rating-curve involves many uncertainties because of the limited data especially when observed water level exceed past historical water levels. In order to compensate for insufficient data and increase the accuracy of flow discharge data, this study estimates the flow discharge in the river computed mathematically using Monte Carlo simulation based on a 1D hydrodynamic numerical model. Based on the existing rating curve, a random combination of coefficients constituting the rating-curve creates a number of virtual rating curve. From the computed results of the hydrodynamic model, it is possible to estimate flow discharge which reproduces best fit to the observed water level. Based on the statistical evaluation of these samples, a method for mathematically estimating the water level and flow discharge of all cross sections is porposed. The proposed methodology is applied to the junction of Yochoen Stream in the Seomjin River. As a result, it is confirmed that the water level reproducibility was greatly improved. Also, the water level and flow discharge can be calculated mathematically when the proposed method is applied.
로봇 잔류 진동 저감을 위한 모션 가감속 시간 설계 연구

In this paper, we proposed a method to determine the acceleration/deceleration time of the motion for reducing the residual vibration caused by the resonance of the robot in the high-speed motion. The relationship between the acceleration/deceleration time and the residual vibration was discussed for the trapezoidal velocity profile by analyzing the time when the jerk happens. The natural frequency of the robot can be estimated in advance through the dynamics simulation. The simulation and experiment for both cases where the moving distance of the robot is long enough and the distance is short, are implemented in the 1-DOF linear robot. Simulation and experimental results show that when the acceleration/deceleration time is a multiple of the vibration period, the settling time and the amplitude of the residual vibration become less than when the time is not a multiple.

People are getting more interested in their “quality of life” as they achieved certain level of economic development. Governments pay great attention on well-being and happiness of people as well and try to find the best way to improve citizens' quality of life. However, South Korea is still on 27th out of 39 OECD and G20 countries in quality of life index, which means that there are great needs to improve Koreans' quality of life. Moreover, it is expected that Korean women's quality of life might be worse than this in its patriarchal environments. In fact, there are few research regarding Korean women's quality of life and it is unknown what personal and social factors affect Korean women's quality of life and how we can improve it. This research attempts to find out factors related to Korean women's quality of life through the surveys of 536 Korean women. The results show that quality of life is most influenced by factors such as self-fulfillment, socio-economic independence, satisfaction with the residence, and satisfaction with cultural activities. In addition, happiness of Korean womem is greatly affected by various factors such as mental health, interpersonal relationship, self-respect, self-fulfillment, socio-economic independence, satisfaction with the residence, and satisfaction with cultural activities. Among various factors related to quality of life and happiness of Korean women, scores of self-respect, self-fulfillment, and interpersonal relationship are high, while scores regarding income are relatively low. Due to the climate change the drought had been occurring more frequently in recent two decades as compared to the previous years. The change inthe pattern and frequency of the rainfall have a direct effect on the farming sector; therefore, the quantitative estimation of water supply is necessaryfor efficient agricultural water reservoir management. In past researches, there had been several studies conducted in estimation and evaluation of watersupply based on the irrigational water requirement. However, some researches had shown significant differences between the theoretical and observeddata based on this requirement. Thus, this study aims to propose an approach in estimating reservoir rate based on empirical method that utilizedobserved reservoir rate data. The result of these two methods in comparison with the previous one is seen to be more fitted for both R2 and RMSEwith the observed reservoir rate. Among these procedures, the method that considers the drought year data shows more fitted outcomes. In addition,this new method was verified using 15-year (2002 to 2006) linear regression equation and then compare the preceeding 3-year (1999 to 2001) datato the theoretical method. The result using linear regression equation is also perceived to be more closely fitted to the observed reservoir rate data thanthe one based on theoretical irrigation water requirement. The new method developed in this research can therefore be used to provide more suitablesupply data, and can contribute to effectively managing the reservoir operation in the country.
대퇴-대퇴동맥 우회 인조혈관 폐색에서 AngioJet Rheolytic Thrombectomy System과 색전보호기구를 이용한 혈전제거술: 증례 보고

The authors report a successful thrombectomy using the AngioJet Rheolytic Thrombectomy System (AngioJet) and an embolic protection device in a patient with femorofemoral bypass graft occlusion. Lower extremity CT angiograms showed occlusion in the left-to-right femorofemoral bypass graft. A rheolytic thrombectomy using the AngioJet and balloon angioplasty restored blood flow to the right lower extremity, and distal embolization may be effectively prevented by placing an embolic protection device within the right superficial femoral artery during the procedure. 저자들은 대퇴-대퇴동맥 우회 인조혈관 폐색 환자에서 AngioJet Rheolytic Thrombectomy System (이하 AngioJet)과 색전보호기구를 이용하여 성공적으로 혈전제거술을 시행한 1예를 보고하고자 한다. 하지 혈관 전산화단층촬영에서 좌측에서 우측으로의 대퇴-대퇴 우회 인조혈관 폐색 소견을 보였다. AngioJet을 이용한 흐름 용해 혈전제거술과 풍선 혈관성형술을시행하여 우측 하지 혈류를 재개통 시켰으며, 시술 중 우측 표재성 대퇴동맥에 색전보호기구를 거치시켜 효과적으로 원위부 색전을 예방할 수 있었다.
텍스트 피쳐 추출 방식에 따른 음식점 거짓리뷰 탐지성능 비교분석

Blog reviews about restaurants may have a great influence on the customers’ choice as the use of social network services (SNS) increases. Thus, few restaurant owners bribe to post fake positive reviews on the social networking sites, which can fool many customers. Since the number of the fake reviews increases sharply, detecting the fake reviews become important to protect customers. In this paper, we detected the fake reviews by using the similarity between other fake reviews. To analyze the similarity of the review contents, we use feature extraction algorithms from the documents. Specifically, we compared performance of three different feature extraction algorithms: Term Frequency (TF), Term Frequency Inverse Document Frequency (TF-IDF), and doc2vec. – doc2vectakes accounts for the meaning of keywords in the documents similarly that famous word2vec algorithm does, while TF and TF-IDF only consider the occurrence of the keywords. Accordingly, doc2vec demonstrated the best performance in detecting the fake reviews.
