        韓國人에서 VNTR D1S80 遺傳座位의 遺傳的 多樣性 및 集團의 均質性 檢定

        Human genomic DNA prepared from whole blood sample was analyzed to estimate allelic frequencies and genetic diversity at a hypervariable variable number of tandem repeats(VNTR) D1S80 locus in 127 Korean. Target DNA fragments were amplified by polymerase chain reaction(PCR) and separated by polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. Then, the following results were obtained. 1. A total of 23 alleles were identified at this locus, which is the biggest number of alleles observed at this locus so far(cf. 16 from U. S. Caucasians and 15 from Finnish). 2. Sixty-two genotypes, included 3 homozygotes and 59 heterozygotes, out of a total of 276 probable genotypes were also observed, which might be resulted from the small sample size compared to the number of alleles observed in this study. 3. General pattern of allelic distributions was concordant with those observed in previous studies from Finnish and U. S. Causccasians where two alleles, M18 and M23, were observed most frequently and the rest of them were observed rare(<10%) with the exception of M30 allele(14.6%) in Korean. The number of M30 allele is suspected to be increased in Korean at or after the divergence of Korean from the hypothetical ancestor probably caused by random genetic drift such as founder effect of bottleneck effect. 4. Higher level of heterozygosity was obtained in Korean(H=0.866 and H=0.881) than in Finnish(H=0.77 and H=0.79) and U. S. Cauccasians(H=0.808 and H=0.797). 5. Population homogeneity was tested to corroborate the obtained population genetic parameters calculated based on the assumption of Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium, which could be done by Chi-square test between the observed number of alleles and the expected number of alleles, because of the small sample size analyzed in this study which resulted in high proportion of undetected genotypes (78.5%) and several genotypes significantly deviated from hardy-Weinberg expectation in a sample population. The result suggests that samples were drawn from geneticically homogeneous population. 6. This study suggests that Korean is more diversified than Finnish and U. S. Cauccasians on the basis of the number of alleles and the level of heterozygosity, although Korean is known to be entirely composed of single race. Though we need more informations from other Asian countries, this result suggests frequent gene flow from neighbor countries, which is also expected based on the old Korean history of frequent invasions from Japan and China. 7. Based on the Hardy-Weinberg expectation, 216 out of 253 genotypes at D1S80 locus can be shared by less than 5 individuals among 1,000 unrelated individuals by chance. Our results suggest that the analysis of VNTR D1S80 locus can provide powerful, but imperfect by itself, DNA markers for forensic study, which can be corroborated by analyzing additional VNTR loci.

      • Laparoscopic primary repair of gastric perforation caused by umbilical trocar insertion

        Objective: Present an unusual case Target: Adanced practicioners Methods: Background and Aims: We present a case of iatrogenic gastric perforation caused by umbilical trocar insertion with subsequent laparoscopic primary repair. Design: Case study. Patients: A 58-year-old Korean woman with no history of abdominal surgery was scheduled to undergo a laparoscopic assisted vaginal hysterectomy for myoma ureti. Interventions: Laparoscopy. Results: A 58-year-old Korean woman had a laparoscopic assisted vaginal hysterectomy on June 26, 2019. During abdominal entry, a 5-mm trocar was then placed by direct trocar insertion method, but introduction of the laparoscope revealed that it had been placed within the lumen of the stomach. We inserted nasogastric tube to remove gas and liquid from the stomach. The stomach perforation, which had been marked by leaving the original trocar in place and appeared to be an 5-mm clean injury with minimal bleeding The perforation site was repaired laparoscopically with 2-0 vicryl sutures, using intracorporeal interrupted full-thickness suture. Her nasogastric tube was removed on postoperative day one. The patient did well postoperatively and recovered without complications. Conclusion: Our experience indicate that laparoscopic primary repair of gastric perforation caused by umbilical trocar insertion is safe and feasible.

      • The efficacy and safety of the WOMEN CARE(SJ global, bucheon) for washing the vagina: Randomized Controlled Study

        Objective: To analyze the efficacy and safety of the WOMEN CARE(SJ global, bucheon). Methods: This study is conducted by randomized controlled trial of 20 patients with Women care(Tap water) and 22 patients with control group(Dressing with Povidone iodine) from September 1, 2019 to Febrary 28, 2020 in Hanyang University Hospital. Each group patients were visited our center four times. At first visit(VISIT 1), patients were examed of STD 12 and cervical culture. About 7 days later(VISIT 2), they were visited and grouped by Women care or povidone iodine dressing by randomized selection. They were dressing by each method. After 2 days later(VISIT 3) from VISIT2, cervical culture was done. After 2 days later(VISIT4) from VISIT3, cervical culture was done finally. Results: There were no significant differences in demographic and clinical characteristics between the two groups. We compared the results of cervical culture gram positive bacteria at VISIT 1 and VISIT3. The quantitative decrease of bacteria was seen the 6 patients of 20 patients in WOMEN CARE group. In the control group, The quantitative decrease of gram positive bacteria was seen the 5 patients of 22 patients. Conclusion: By this study, there was no significant side effect of WOMEN CARE; Vaginal itching sensation, redness and burning sensation. We confirmed the safety and efficacy of the WOMEN CARE.

      • Successful laparoscopic repair with omental interposition of a recurrent vesicovaginal fistula after total laparoscopic hysterectomy and primary laparoscopic repair

        Objective: Present an unusual case Target: Adanced practicioners Methods: We present the case of a 45-year old Korean women with a recurring vesicovaginal fistula after three weeks after laparoscopic primary repair of vesicoveginal fistula caused by a total laparoscopic hysterectomy. Results: 45-year old Korean women underwent total laparoscopic hysterectomy due to severe dysmenorrhea and abnormal uterine bleeding seven weeks ago at another institution. However, about three weeks postoperatively she presented with urine leaking from her vagina and underwent laparoscopic primary repair immediately at that institution. We performed a laparoscopic vesicovaginal fistula repair with omental interposition on June 28th, 2018. We encountered a large adhesion from prior surgery in the pelvic cavity, so performed adhesiolysis using a harmonic sheers. After adhesiolysis, we performed bilateral ureterolysis that continued to the posterior bladder until it reaches the vesicovaginal space, which is then sharply dissected laterally and distally until the fistula is encountered. A bulb syringe was used to mobilize the vaginal cuff so that the dissection of the vesicovaginal space and mobilization of the vagina could be performed easily. After adequate dissection and resection of the fistula tract from both the vagina and the bladder, a double-layer closure using 3-0 Vicryl was placed in a interrupted suture to secure the bladder. After the first layer of closure, the bladder was retrograde filled with 300cc of sterile water. Then second layer was closed in the same manner. And a single-layer closure of the vagina using a 1-0 Vicryl was placed transvaginally. After omental interposiotion to the fistula site, the procedure was over. There were no serious intraoperative or postoperative complications. On postoperative day 14, the Foley catheter was removed and the patient has had no complication so far. Conclusion: Laparoscopic repair with omental interposition of a recurrent vesicovaginal fistula is feasible and effective.

        Application of an IPM-based Spray Program to Protected Cultivation of Strawberry in Korea

        An IPM-based spray program (ISP), based on ecological and agronomic information, is necessary for reducing pesticide sprays and producing strawberries safely. In this study, the applicability of ISP to safe production of strawberries was compared with a conventional spray program (Con-SP) during the 2005-2006 and 2006-2007 seasons in plastic houses in Nonsan, Korea. The ISP program consisted of fungicide, insecticide, and miticide treatments as well as release of natural enemies before and after harvest. The ISP treatment schedule was as follows: dipping transplants in azoxystrobin before transplanting (mid-September); spraying with abamectin and thiacloprid when black mulch was applied (early October); spraying with pyraclostrobin + acetamiprid and tetraconazole + abamectin before blooming in early and mid-November, respectively; transplanting banker plants colonized by Aphidius colemani in mid-February (2005-2006 season) or November (2006-2007 season); and releasing Phytoseiulus persimilis in mid-March. Number of pesticide sprays per season for ISP and Con-SP was five and nine, respectively. Anthracnose crown rot, caused by Colletotrichum gloeosporioides, did not occur in ISP in either season, but incidence was ≤ 3.3% in Con-SP during the 2005-2006 season. Powdery mildew (Sphaerotheca aphanis var. aphanis) did not occur during harvest in ISP, but occurred during early and late harvest stages in Con-SP in both years. Incidence of Botrytis fruit rot did not differ between ISP and Con-SP. Two-spotted spider mite (Tetranychus urticae) did not appear until March in ISP; subsequently, spider mite density remained at ≤-0.5 mite per leaf until the last harvest period in both years. The number of spider mites in ISP and Con-SP during the harvest did not differ. Populations of cotton aphids (Aphis gossypii) were also higher in ISP than Con-SP but decreased from March to April, accompanied by production of aphid mummies by A. colemani. The results showed that ISP was more effective than Con-SP, and required fewer pesticide sprays.

      • FDM 방식 3D 프린터에 대한 딥러닝 기반 물성 추정

        Additive manufacturing (AM) is playing a major role in Industry 4.0. AM can simplify the fabrication of complex shapes while minimizing manufacturing time and cost. However, the poor surface quality and weak mechanical properties of the output hinder the broad application of AM. In this study, we propose a deep learning-based method for estimating the mechanical property in a fused deposition modeling-type 3D printer. Acceleration signals were acquired in the process of outputting a tensile specimen through construction of a test-bed. In addition, a tensile test was performed using the specimen to collect information on mechanical properties. After that, features were extracted from the divided signals to analyze the correlation with the mechanical properties. Finally, the quality of highly correlated property was estimated through deep neural network. We confirmed that deep learning-based method is good at estimating property through mean square error loss and root mean square error.

        살균제와 미생물제 처리시기에 따른 딸기 잿빛곰팡이병 방제효과

        Botrytis cinerea에 의한 딸기 잿빛곰팡이병은 최대 50%까지 발생하여 큰 피해를 주는 딸기의 주요 병해이다. 약제 살포시기는 잿빛곰팡이병의 성공적인 방제를 좌우하는 필수적 요소이다. 딸기 ‘설향’ 품종에 대한 잿빛곰팡이병 방제효과 검정을 위해 fenhexamid + imonoctadine tris, cyprodinil + fludioxonil, Bacillus subtilis QST713을 ex vivo에서 개화전, 개화기, 미착색과, 성숙과 단계부터 처리하여 효과를 비교하였다. 또한 ‘설향’ 품종을 공시하여 ex vivo와 재배포장에서 cyprodinil + fludioxonil 혹은 fludioxonil을 저온(0℃, 5시간) 전후 처리하여 잿빛곰팡이병 방제효과를 조사하였다. 딸기 꽃과 성숙과실은 미착색과실보다 B. cinerea에 더 감수성이었다. ex vivo에서 개화단계별 약제방제효과는 fenhexamid + iminoctadine tris는 개화직전과 개화기, cyprodinil + fludioxonil은 개화기에 효과적이었으나 Bacillus subtilis QST713은 처리간 유의성이 없었다. 2010년 딸기 잿빛곰팡이병 방제효과는 fludioxonil을 개화기에 1주일 간격으로 2회 처리시 효과적이었다. 딸기 ‘Redpearl’과 ‘설향’ 품종은 ‘매향’과 ‘Akihime’ 품종보다 저온에 더 감수성이어서 주의를 요했으며 cyprodinil + fludioxonil을 저온처리 전에 살포시 90%이상의 방제효과를 나타냈다. 2010년 재배포장에서 잿빛곰팡이병 방제효과는 저온 발생 전 혹은 저온 발생 후 1주일 간격 2-3회 fludioxonil처리가 효과적이었다. 이런 결과로 딸기잿빛곰팡이병 방제를 위한 약제의 효과적인 처리시기는 개화와 저온이 밀접한 관련이 있음을 알 수 있었다. The fungus Botrytis cinerea causes fruit rot of strawberry and the damages can result in harvest losses upto 50%. Proper timing of fungicide application is essential for successful control of Botrytis fruit rot, fenhexamid plus iminoctadine tris, cyprodinil plus fludioxonil, fludioxonil alone, and Bacillus subtilis QST713 were applied to individual buds, flowers, and green and red fruit of cultivar ‘Seolhyang’ ex vivo. Cyprodinil plus fludioxonil or fludioxonil alone was applied i) before and after a 5-hr period of low-temperature (0℃) incubation ex vivo ii) in field trials. Strawberry flowers and red fruit were more susceptible to B. cinerea than the green fruits. Incidence of Botrytis rot with fenhexamid plus iminoctadine tris and cyprodinil plus fludioxonil was the lowest at flowering, whereas B. subtilis QST713 did not significantly among treatments. In 2010, incidence of Botrytis fruit rot was significantly reduced when fludioxonil was applied two times at 1 week intervals from 50% bloom in field trials. Cultivars Redpearl and Seolhyang were more susceptible to low-temperature than cvs. Maehyang and Akihime. Cyprodinil plus fludioxonil application was effective when applied before onset of the low-temperature treatment period. Fludioxonil showed the most effective when it was sprayed one and more than two times in before and post low-temperature condition, respectively. These results demonstrate that fungicide selection and timing can interact with stage of fruit development and low-temperature in determining effectiveness of suppression of Botrytis fruit rot.

        대뇌 침범이 확인된 Henoch-Schonlein 자반증 1 예

        Henoch-Schonlein purpura is a generalized small vessel vasculitis of the hypersensitivity type characterized by the association of cutaneous lesions with gastrointestinal, joint and/or renal symptoms. The syndrome may occur in infants as well as in adults, but it occurs most commonly in childhood. Neurologic involvement was recognized in 1914 by Osler who described a child with $quot;allergic purpura$quot; associated with a hemiplegia. Since then, relatively little has been written in the medical literature concerning the neurologic manifestations of this illness. The neurologic symptoms and signs may be due to the involvement of the meningeal and cerebral parenchymal vessels by the fibrinoid necrotizing arteriolitis or arteritis of this disease causing the diffuse cerebral ischemia. And it may be aggrevated by a consequence of the hypertension and metabolic derangements that can accompany renal involvement. We report a case of Henoch-Schonlein purpura with neurologic involvement, which was menifestated by typical clinical pictures including severe headache and generalized seizure associated with multifocal low density on computed tomography and abnormal EEG findings.
