        As animal cancers, Ehrlich ascites cancer was used and tumor transplantation was performed into experir2' ! mental mice. Tissue growth promoting factors was extracted from liver, spleen, kidney, brain and muscle of the Hybrid rats. Liver of dog, rabbit and mouse were used as comparison factors. 1. The tissue promting factors(extracted as Chin's Nlethod)from liver was prepared in both low and high concentration and injected separately into the tumor transplanted mice and tumor growth compared both and control group. 2. The tissue factors were divided into the filtrable and dialyzable and the non-filtrable part and similar experiment carried out. 3. Fraction 1, 11 and III were obtained by ultracentrifugation. 4. The promoting tissue factor was treated by trypsin, HCl, ethanol and methanol. 5. The extract was treated with NaOH, ether and Trichloracetic acid(TCA). 6. The extract was heated at 40 C.,56' C. and 100 C. and also frozen at-20C. and OC. 7. Extracts were obtained from spleen, kideny, brain and skeletal muscle as well as from liver of rats and injected into experimental mice. 8. Extracts were obtaineed from liver of dog, rabbit and mouse. as well as rat and injected into exper 'mental mice. 9. Extract obtained from liver of rats was injected together with Ehrlich ascites on the back of mouse and compared different site injection(abdomen, intraperitoneally). Results The factor promotes tumor growth in mice at high concentration, but inhibits tumor growth at very high concentration. 2. The factor is unfiltrable and undialysable. 3. The factor is included mostly in the microsome(Fraction )i ) and mitochondria(Fraction I) of the ultracentrifugation. 4. Trypsin, Hcl, ethanol and methanol have no effect on the promoting factor, while TCA, NaoH and ether neutralize the action of the promoting factor. 5. The factor is heat-labile and cold-stable. 6. The factor does possess species specificity. 7. The promoting action of the factor is most pronounced in the extract from liver. 8. The promoting action of the factor is most prononnced when it is injected together with tnmor cell sus pension.

        ESG 경영과 책임윤리

        과학은 기술 권력을 형성하고 그 힘의 남용은 환경위기를 초래하였다. 책임윤리는 힘에 대한 가치 평가이며 그것의 방향성에 대한 논의이다. 책임윤리는 인간의 힘을 자유의 실현뿐 아니라 책임의 능력에도 적용하는 것이다. 소극적 자유는 우리가 타자의 간섭 없이 원하는 것을 실천할 수 있는 영역이며, 적극적 자유는 그 실천을 결정하고 통제하는 영역이다. 기업은 책임윤리의 시대적 요구를 경영에 적용해야 하며, 이러한 요구를 비재무적 요소인 환경, 사회, 지배구조의 영역에서 실천하는 것이 ESG 경영이다. 이윤이란 단지 재화로만 평가되는 것이 아니라 도덕적 차원을 포함한다. 기업의 이미지 개선도 이윤이다. 환경영역은 인간과의 관계에서 책임적 주체가 될 수 없기에 인간이 자신의 행위와 행위 결과를 통하여 환경에 책임적이다. 기업의 사회영역은 이해관계자와의 신뢰를 통하여 형성되고 유지된다. 따라서 상호적 응답에 기초한 대화적 책임 유형이 그 영역에 적용할 수 있다. 지배구조 영역은 준법 경영이며 사회적 규범의 준수에 기초하기 때문에 사회적 책임 이론의 관점에서 설명할 수 있다. Science has created technological power, and the abuse of that power has led to an environmental crisis. Responsible ethics is an evaluation of power and a discussion on its directionality. Responsible ethics applies human power to the realization of freedom and the capacity for responsibility. Passive freedom is the area where we can practice what we want without interference from others, and positive freedom is where we decide and control the practice. Companies must apply the contemporary demands of responsible ethics to their management. ESG management is putting these demands into practice in the areas of environment, society, and governance, which are non-financial factors. Profit is not evaluated just in terms of goods but includes a moral dimension. Improving the image of the company is also profitable. Since the environmental area cannot form for itself a responsible relationship with humans, he is responsible for the environment through his actions and their results. The social sphere of the company is formed and maintained through trust with its stakeholders. Therefore, a type of dialogical responsibility based on the reciprocal response can be applied to the social sphere. The area of governance is compliance management, which can be explained from the perspective of the theory of social responsibility because it is based on compliance with social norms.

        세포검사로 유두갑상샘암종이 의심되는 갑상샘 결절의 Galectin-3 발현과 BRAF 돌연변이 분석

        Background : Fine needle aspiration, which is known as the most accurate and cost-effective ethod for diagnosis of thyroid nodule, still may result in indeterminate cases that are pauci-cellular and show minor nuclear atypia, but most cases are associated with suspicion of papillary thyroid carcinoma (PTC). A B-type Raf kinase (BRAF) mutation was found in about half of PTCs and galectin-3 was expressed by malignant tumors, helping us to differentiate malignancies from benign lesions. Methods : Cases studied included histologically 44 confirmed PTC cases and 18 benign cases previously diagnosed as suspicious of PTC using cytologic examination. Cases were analyzed for galectin-3 expression by immunohistochemical staining and BRAF mutation by polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism (PCR-RFLP) with a new restriction enzyme. Results : All 44 cases of PTC and 8 of 18 benign controls expressed galectin-3. BRAF mutations were found in only 9 of the 44 PTC cases. Assessment of galectin-3 expression demonstrated high sensitivity but low specificity. Evaluation of BRAF mutation revealed high specificity and low sensitivity. Conclusions : This study suggests that the combined application of these two methods for PTC of suspicious cytology is complementary.

        Wort und Geist bei Helmut Thielicke

        Der Heilige Geist erstreckt sich in zweierlei Hinsicht in die Geschichte. Erstens übt er in geschichtstheologischer Hinsicht eine Funktion der Neuschöpfung aus. Er schafft eine neue Identität des Menschen, so daβ die Alternative von ‘passiv-aktiv’ ebenso wie ‘objektiv-subjektiv’ aufgehoben wird. Der Geist trifft jedoch nicht nur den einzelnen Menschen. Er bewirkt auch die strukturellen und interpersonalen Bindungen seiner Existenz, indem er in der geschichtlichen Struktur Gestalt annimmt. Auf diese Weise tritt er nicht nur in den Geschichtsablauf ein, sondern er wirkt selbst die Geschichte. Das Verhältnis von Pneuma und Einzelperson wird methodisch auf das Verhältnis von Pneuma und Institution übertragen. Dabei erhält die Person-Geschichte-Figur eine andere Richtung als Thielickes früher Ekklesiologie. Dort unterwanderte das Wort Gottes indirekt, nämlich durch die Einzelperson vermittelt, die vorhandene Geschichtsstruktur. Nun aber erstreckt sich der Heilige Geist in die Geschichte, indem er interpersonal sowie zwischen Person und Geschichtsstruktur wirkt. Zum anderen ist die Lehre vom Heiligen Geist bei Thielicke eine hermeneutische Disziplin. Der Geist schlieβt nicht nur alle theologischen Aussagen, sondern auch die zeitliche Erweckung der Heilsgeschichte zur Einheit zusammen, indem er das vergangene Heilsgeschehen ebenso wie das zukünftige hier und jezt vergegenwärtigt. Es geht um eine Vorwegnahme des Eschatons. Dabei wird die Spannung zwischen Gegenwart und Zukunft im Vergleich zur Ethik neu verstanden. Das Eschaton kommt nicht bloβ aus der Zukunft, weil der Geist diese Zukunft schon hier und jezt eröffnet. Es kann auch als Entfaltung dessen begriffen werden, was in der Gegenwart schon geschieht. Damit will Thielicke nicht die futurische Eschatologie durch die präsentische verdrängen. Es ist bei Thielicke abwegig, beide Eschatologien auseinanderzureiβen und sie in einen Widerstreit zu setzen. Er versucht, die zwei Richtungen der geschichtlichen Entwicklung, die der Geist wirkt, zu verdeutlichen, nämlich die Entwicklung der Geschichte von der Zukunft zur Gegenwart und umgekehrt. Thielicke etabliert seine Pneumatologie als eine Antithese zu Strömungen seiner zeitgenössischen Theologie, z.B. zur existentialen Theologie und Theologie des Todes Gottes usw., die sich seiner Meinung nach auf den Adressat des Wortes, nämlich auf das Subjekt des Glaubens, gründen. Er gibt diesem Denkschema eine genau umgekehrte Richtung. Durch den Heiligen Geist vollzieht sich das Wort am Menschen und gliedert ihn in das Heilsgeschehen ein, statt es dem Bewuβtsein des Menschen anzueignen. Der Heilige Geist schlieβt die Divergenz zwischen Gott und Mensch, indem er die Umgestaltung der menschlichen Identität bewirkt. Das bedeutet insofern auch eine Veränderung des menschlichen Selbstbewuβtseins, die jedoch als Identitätsänderung vom auβen zu verstehen ist.

        Depth와 Amplitude Image를 이용한 차량 문 주변 장애물 인식 및 거리 추정

        Vehicle-related accidents can occur not only when the vehicle is moving but even during the boarding and alighting processes. To prevent accidents that may occur when the vehicle door is being opened, we propose a sensor system that can be used to notify people or control the door directly when certain obstacles exist within the door’s motion range and when the distance between the obstacle and the door is less than a certain distance. To develop the proposed system, a low-resolution ToF(Time of Flight) camera is attached to a vehicle door. This paper describes the overall system configuration including the problems encountered in recognizing obstacles from the ToF camera image and possible solutions to these problems. The developed system can process a single frame at approximately 30ms in a controlled environment and can detect obstacles while estimating the distance from the vehicle door. .

        죽음 이해와 임상목회 - 틸리케의 죽음이해를 중심으로 -

        죽음은 삶의 부정적 파국이 아니라 궁극적 실현이다. 삶의 본질이 하나님과의 관계 안에 있기 때문에 죽음의 무상성은 죽음 자체보다 그 관계의 단절 안에 있다. 성서에서 죽음은 아담의 죄를 통하여 세상 안에 들어왔다. 각 사람은 스스로 죄를 현실화함으로써 자신의 죽음을 경험한다. 인간은 하나님과의 관계를 거부하고 스스로 존재하려고 하면서 죽음을 선택하였다. 인간의 본질은 스스로 형성된 것이 아니라 하나님으로부터 주어진 것이다. 인간의 인격성은 육체적 죽음의 차원을 초월한다. 하나님과 인간의 관계는 죽음을 넘어서 영원하다. 죽음은 하나님의 진노가 폭로되는 장소이며 영원하신 하나님 앞에서 인간의 유한성이 드러나는 장소이다. 그것은 인간의 죄에 대한 하나님의 심판이다. 태초에 인간은 하나님과 함께 살 수 있도록 창조되었다. 이것은 축복일 뿐 아니라 사명이다. 그러나 인간은 하나님과의 관계 안에 있기 보다는 스스로 존재하려고 하였다. 인간의 죽음의 본질은 ‘하나님 앞에서’ 비로소 드러난다. 인간은 그리스도의 삶에 참여함을 통하여 죽음의 유한성 한 복판에서 무한성을 직면한다. 신약성서에서 영원한 삶에 대한 진술은 예수 그리스도의 부활 사건에 기초한다. 부활은 옛 계약에 대한 결정적인 새 계약이다. 이 계약을 통해서 죄와 죽음의 연속성이 무너진다. 그리스도의 부활에 참여하는 사람에게는 죽음이 더 이상 한계로서 설정되지 않는다. Death is not a negative catastrophe, but the ultimate realization of life. The vanity of death lies not so much in death itself as in the severance of relationship between God and man, because the essence of life is due to this relationship. Death in the bible came into the world through Adam's sin. Each person experiences his own death, actualizing sin by himself. Man chose his death by refusing his relation to God and trying to exist for himself. Human nature is not formed himself but given by God. The human personality transcends the dimension of physical death. God‘s relation with human beings is everlasting beyond death. Death is the place where God reveals his wrath and the human finitude is to be exposed in front of eternal God. It is the punishment of God for man's sin. In the beginning, human beings were created to live with God. It is a mission as well as a blessing. However man tried to exist for himself rather than in a relationship with God. The nature of human death is revealed at last "in the presence of God." In the midst of finitude of death, he is confronted with infinity through the participation in the life of Christ. The statement about the eternal life in the New Testament is based on the resurrection of Jesus Christ. The resurrection is a decisive new covenant for the old one. The continuity between sin and death falls down through this covenant. For those who participate in Christ's resurrection, death should be no longer established as a boundary.

        CCTV를 이용한 미세먼지 농도 유추 방법

        본 논문에서는 추가 설비 없이 기존 CCTV 영상을 디지털 영상 처리를 통하여 미세먼지 농도를 측정하는 방법을 제안한다. 영상처리 알고리즘은 노이즈 제거, 샤프닝, ROI 지정, 엣지 강도 계산, HSV 변환을 통한 보정 순으로 구성되며 C++ OpenCV 라이브러리를 이용해 구현하였다. 한달동안 캡쳐한 CCTV 이미지들에 본 알고리즘을 적용한 결과 ROI 영역에 대해 계산된 엣지 강도는 미세먼지 농도와 밀접한 관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 두 데이터간 상관관계를 추론하고자 MATLAB을 이용하여 거듭제곱 방정식 형태의 추세선을 수립하였으며 그 추세선으로부터 이탈한 데이터 포인트들의 개수는 12.5% 내외로 나타나 전체적으로 약 87.5%의 정확도를 보였다. This paper proposes a method for measuring fine dust concentration through digital processing of images captured by only existing CCTVs without additional equipment. This image processing algorithm consists of noise reduction, edge sharpening, ROI setting, edge strength calculation, and correction through HSV conversion. This algorithm is implemented using the C ++ OpenCV library. The algorithm was applied to CCTV images captured over a month. The edge strength values calculated for the ROI region are found to be closely related to the fine dust concentration data. To infer the correlation between the two types fo data, a trend line in the form of a power equation is established using MATLAB. The number of data points deviating from the trend line accounts for around 12.5%. Therefore, the overall accuracy is about 87.5%.
