김수영 글에서 니체가 보일 때 「달나라 장난」「헬리콥터」 : 김수영과 니체(2)

이 글에서는 첫째 김수영이 산문에 니체를 인용한 부분을 살펴보았다. 니체가 즐겨 썼고 김수영도 썼던 “Homo sum, humani nil a me alienum puto”는 김수영의 세계관과 겹친다는 사실을 확인했다. 둘째, 김수영의 시 「달나라의 장난」과 「헬리콥터」에 나오는 “스스로 도는 힘”이 위버멘쉬 Übermensch와 비교할 수 있다는 사실을 확인했다. 이 시를 썼을 때 김수영이 니체를 읽지 않았을 수도 있다. 그렇다면 우리는 우연히 겹쳐 있는 두 작가의 글을 만난 것이다. 그 “스스로 도는 힘”이 위버멘쉬와 통하고 영원회귀와도 통한다는 것을 확인할 수 있다. 김수영과 니체의 관계를 한 편의 논문으로 다 쓸 수 없다. 아직 써야 할 내용이 많다. 「폭포」에 나오는 “떨어진다”는 동사와 니체의 몰락과의 비교 등은 전혀 언급하지 못했다. 김수영과 니체 사이의 ‘창조적 차이’에 대해서도, 니체에게 보이지 않고 김수영에게 보이는 ‘식물성 다중(多衆 multitude)적 혁명론’에 대해서도 전혀 쓰지 못했다. 김수영의 공동체론은 니체보다는 스피노자의 『정치론』에 가깝다. 두 사람은 시대도 다르지만, 두 사람의 생각에는 닮음과 다름이 있다. 둘 사이의 닮음, 둘 사이의 다름은 여전히 미래를 열어가는 유효한 시각을 제시한다. This article, at first, examines the part where Sooyoung Kim cited Nietzsche in his prose. Both cited the expressive provision, Homosum, Humaninil a melienum puto and they seem to think alike. This article then confirms that the power of spinning by itself in The Game of the Moon and Helicopter was related to Übermensch and an eternal circle. When Kim wrote those poems, he might not have read Nietzsche, but we meet the writings of two overlapping authors again. The relationship between Kim and Nietzsche cannot be written in a single paper. Including the comparison between the word falling in Kim’s Fall and Nietzsche s fall, the multiple vegetative revolutionary theory in Kim (but not in Nietzsche), and the creative differences between them, there is a lot to work. Kim s thinking of community is closer to Spinoza s Theory of Politics. Kim and Nietzsche lived in different times, but their thoughts are similar (while being different). The resemblance and the difference between them suggests a valid viewpoint on our future.

단일공법 복강경하 질식자궁절제술 110예의 고찰 및 다공법과의 비교

목적: 통상적인 복강경기구만을 사용한 단일공법 복강경하 질식자궁절제술을 다공법 복강경하 질식자궁절제술과 비교하여 안전성 및 유용성을 평가하고자 하였다. 연구 방법: 2007년 4월부터 2009년 11월까지 인천성모병원에서 자궁근종 또는 자궁샘근증의 질환으로 단일공법 복강경하 질식 자궁절제술을 시행받은 환자 110명과 다공법 복강경하 질식자궁절제술을 시행받은 환자 110명, 총 220명의 환자를 대상으로 하였다. 우리는 모든 수술에서 통상적으로 사용되는 구부러지지 않는 일직선의 복강경기구를 사용하였다. 또한 단일공법 및 다공법 복강경하 질식자궁절제술 둘 다에서 수술자 (Kim, YW)의 이름을 따서 명명한 새로운 질단부 봉합 방법인 김씨 질구개 현수법 (Kim`s Vaginal Vault Suspension Method)을 사용하였다. 결과: 환자 나이, 수술 시간, 자궁의 무게, 혈색소 수치의 변화, 수혈 빈도, 수술 후 발열에서 두 군 간에 유의한 차이를 보이지 않았다. 환자들의 평균 나이는 46.7±7.0세(단일공법)와 45.5±6.3세(다공법)이었다. 평균 수술 시간은 87.2±21.0분(단일공법)과 83.3±20.3분(다공법), 평균 자궁의 무게는 261.4±139.7 g(단일공법)과 257.8±132.9 g(다공법), 평균 혈색소 수치의 변화는 1.1±0.7 g/dL(단일공법)와 1.2±0.6 g/dL(다공법)이었다. 두 군 모두에서 수술 중 장 또는 요로의 손상은 없었다. 두 군 모두에서 각각 한 건의 개복수술로의 전환이 있었다. 단일공법을 시행한 군에서 입원 기간이 유의하게 짧았다(2.6±0.6일 [단일공법], 3.3±0.7일 [다공법], P<0.05). 결론: 통상적으로 사용하는 구부러지지 않는 일직선의 복강경기구를 이용한 단일공법 복강경하 질식자궁절제술은 다공법 복강경하 질식자궁절제술에 대한 안전하고 유용한 대체 수술이 될 수 있다. Objective: To evaluate the safety and feasibility of single-port access laparoscopically assisted vaginal hysterectomy (SPA-LAVH) using conventional laparoscopic instruments compared to multi-port access laparoscopically assisted vaginal hysterectomy (MPA-LAVH). Methods: We reviewed the medical records of 220 patients with uterine leiomyoma or adenomyosis who underwent 110 SPA-LAVH and 110 MPA-LAVH in Incheon St. Mary`s Hospital between April 2007 and November 2009. We performed SPA-LAVH with conventional rigid straight laparoscopic instruments in all cases. We also performed a new vaginal cuff closure method, Kim`s Vaginal Vault Suspension Method, named after the operator (Kim, YW) in both SPA-LAVH and MPA-LAVH. Results: There was no significant difference in patients` age, operating time, uterine weight, hemoglobin change, frequency of blood transfusion, and incidence of postoperative fever between the two groups. The patients` mean age was 46.1±7.0 years (SPA-LAVH) and 45.5±6.3 years (MPA-LAVH). The mean operating time was 87.2±21.0 minutes (SPA-LAVH) and 83.3±20.3 minutes (MPA-LAVH). The mean uterine weight was 261.4±139.7 g (SPA-LAVH) and 257.8±132.9 g (MPA-LAVH). The mean hemoglobin change was 1.1±0.7 g/dL (SPA-LAVH) and 1.2±0.6 g/dL (MPA-LAVH). Neither bowel injury nor urinary tract injury occurred during the operation in the two groups. One of the SPA-LAVH and one of the MPA-LAVH cases were converted to abdominal total hysterectomy. The mean hospital stay time was shorter with SPA-LAVH (2.6±0.6 days [SPA-LAVH] and 3.3±0.7 days [MPA-LAVH], P<0.05). Conclusion: SPA-LAVH using conventional rigid straight laparoscopic instruments can be offered as a safe and feasible alternative to MPA-LAVH.

1960년대 중반 북한의 자주외교노선 채택에 관한 연구

본 연구는 구조적 환경과 행위자의 선택, 그리고 구조와 선택을 매개한 정책결정자의 인식의 상호 작용을 통해 1960년대 중반 북한 자주외교노선의 결정요인을 분석하고자 한다. 정권수립 이후 북한은 동아시아에 형성된 냉전구조 속에서 사회주의 대국이었던 소련과 중국에게 편승함으로써 상대적으로 "밖"의 문제보다 "안"의 문제에 집중할 수 있었다. 김일성은 경쟁세력을 차례로 숙청하며 권력을 집중화할 수 있었고, 단일지도 체제를 구축할 수 있었다. 하지만 김일성은 1956년 소련공산당 제20차 대회이후 전개된 흐루시초프의 신노선에 소극적으로 대응하였고, 이에 정권의 중심에서 밀려나 있던 소련파와 연안파의 불만을 촉진시켰다. 김일성에 대한 개인숭배 심화와 당 지도부의 경제,인사 정책에 불만을 가졌던 경쟁 세력은 외부의 힘을 이용하여 당의 노선 변화를 도모하고자 하였고, 이러한 계획은 1956년 8월 전원회의를 통해 현실화되었다. 하지만 사전에 계획을 인지하고 있었던 김일성의 방해로 인해 연안파와 소련파의 계획은 실패하였고, 주도자들은 종파주의자로 낙인 찍혀 대규모 숙척의 대상이 되었다. 하지만 김일성의 과도한 권력집중을 일탈로 여기고 이를 우러한 소련과 중국은 미코얀과 팽더화이를 파전하여 북한의 내정에 간섭하였다. 이로써 김일성의 반(反)대국주의 의식은 심화되었고, 이후 중소 분쟁이 본격적으로 시작하면서 국내정치에서 외부의 힘을 제거하고 단일지도 체제를 구축하였다. 1960년대가 시작되면서 중국과 소련의 갈등은 이념적 차원을 넘어 정책적 차원으로 확대되었으며 북한은 국내외의 문제에 사로잡힌 양국의 관심에서 벗어나 본격적으로 대외관계를 주도할 수 있었다. 이 전까지 북한의 대외관계는 소련과 중국의 압도적인 영향력 아래 있었지만 상호방위조약을 통해 양국과 대등한 관계를 형성함은 물론, 제3세계 국가들과의 대외관계를 적극적으로 확대하면서 자주외교노선의 기틀을 마련하였다. 소련공산당 제20차 대회와 중소분쟁으로 이어지는 사회주의 진영의 구조적 환경의 변화 속에서 김일성을 비롯한 당 지도부는 역사적으로 형성된 반 (反)대국주의 인식으로 인해 어느 한 국가에 대한 일방적인 편승을 배제한 채 1960년대 중반 대외적으로 자주 외교노선을 공식화할 수 있었다. The purpose of this paper is to analyse North Korea` foreign oplicy, called the self-feliance foreign oplicy, which was implemented in the mid-1960s Arnong the various factors that can influencce foreign policy, this paper concentrates on the interaction of structure, decision maker`s intention. and perception or vales according to Carlsnaes` dynamic model of alalysing foreign policy change. After nation building, there have been two critical structural diversions in the Communist bloc-the Twentieth Party Congress of the CPUS in February 1956 and the Sina0Soviet conflict that began in the late 1950s. In each event. Kim ll-sung attempted to increase DPRK`s policy-making autonomy and exclude the political leverage of to brotherhood countries. Soviet and Chian, in the domestic oplitics. Kim`s strong anti-great power chauvinism was strengthened from his past experiences, and it was reinforced by two countries`s intervention in 1956. These two primary elements had influenced Im ll-sung`s foreign oplicy decision makin gduring his reign. ln the late 1950s. Kim and his partisans concluded the intra-party conflict with two rival groups, the Soviet Korean and Yan`an groups. These events completely monpolized power in domestic politics, As the dispute between China and Soviet aggravated in the 1960s, North Korea could secure its oplicy- making autonomy form these two cuntries. lt had become mare equal that North Korea extended its diplomatic relations to the Third World nations in this period. On the basis of the consecutive oplicies North Korea could implement the self-reliance foreign oplicy in around 1965.

Locally recurrent rectal cancer is a difficult clinical problem. Local recurrence following treatment for rectal cancer is a major cause of morbidity and mortality. The reported range of local recurrence rates following surgical treatment for rectal cancer has varied from 4% to 50%. We retrospectively reviewed the charts of 142 rectal cancer patients from January 1991 to December 1999. Analysis of patients factors included age, gender, type of surgery, and adjuvant therapy. Tumors were assessed for level, stage, and grade. Local recurrence and distant metastases were also documented. Variables influencing local recurrence in this group were identified and disease-free survival is determined. Of the 142 patients(74 males, 68 females; mean age 62.6 years), 137 consecutive patients operated on for rectal cancer and followed up to December 2000 (range 23-118months) were analyzed. Local recurrence rate was 18.3%. Age and sex of patients, type of surgery, location of tumor in the rectum, size, morphology and grading of the tumor were all unrelated to the event under investigation. At Cox regression, the Dukes stage and the postoperative radiotherapy were the only independent prognostic factors for local recurrence, and Dukes stage (Hazard ratio=2.89, p<0.001) and local recurrence (Hazard ratio=3.31, p<0.01) were the only independent factors associated with improved survival.

한약에 의해 유발된 급성 간질성 신염 2례

간질성 신염은 신장의 간질을 선택적으로 침범하는 염증성 질환으로 여러가지 원인에 의해 유발되며, 이 중 약물에 의한 경우는 각종 항생제, 비스테로이드성 진통제, 항경련제, 이뇨제, 면역억제제등에 의한 증례들이 보고되고 있다. 현재 각종 질환-특히 만성질환-의 치료에서 한약이 차지하는 비중이 적지 않으나, 그 각각의 성분들이 유발할 수 있는 부작용들에 대한 연구는 거의 없는 실정이다. 저자들은 관절염 치료를 위해 중국산 한약을 복용한 후 복통, 피로감 및 육안적 혈뇨를 주소로 내원한 두 환자에서, 단백뇨와 신기능 장애를 보여 시행한 신조직 생검상 급성 간질성 신염에 합당한 병리학적 소견을 보이고, 한약 복용 중지 후 급속한 회복을 보여, 한약에 의해 유발된 것으로 사료되는 급성 간질성 신염 2예를 경험하였기에 문헌고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다. Acute interstitial nephritis is a disease characterized by renal interstitial inflammatory cell infiltration and acute renal functional deterioration. This is caused mainly by antibiotics, NSAID and diuretics such as thiazide, but cases induced by herb medication are rare. We experienced two cases of acute interstitial nephritis after treatment with herb medication. One 71-year-old female patient and the other 60-year-old female were admitted to the hospital because of general weakness and gross hematuria. Microscopic hematuria, pyuria, and proteinuria were presented. After definitive diagnosis with a renal biopsy, we noted rapid recovery of renal function by drug withdrawal and steroid therapy. We report these cases with a review of the referenced literatures. Key Words : Herb medication, Acute Interstitial nephritis.

Measurement of lysosomal enzyme activity in the rabbit eye was effected using acid phosphatase as enzyme markers. Acid phosphatase in the retinal pigment epithelium of the rabbit eye was studied using standard enzymological techniques. The enzyme activity in the lysosomal extract of the pigment epithelium was 54.9±23.0 King-Armstrong Unit/dl.

비장애 아동과 전반적 발달장애 아동에서 회전 후 안구진탕 기간의 비교

Objective : The purpose of this study was to get the mean of duration of post-rotatory nystagmus test in normal children and to differentiate the duration of post-rotatory nystagmus test between normal children and children with pervasive developmental disorder. Method : 84 subjects were between 3 and 5 years of age and consisted of 64 normal children and 20 children with the pervasive developmental disorder. Analysis of the data was done by using t-test and ANOVA. Results : The results were as follows: 1. Range of duration of post-rotatory nyatagmus test in normal children was 5-22second on left and 7-21 second on right and the mean was 12.63 second on left and 12.59 second on right. 2. Range of duration of post-rotatory nystagmus test in children with the pervasive developmental disorder was 3-11 second on both and the mean was 5.65 second on left and 5.60 second on right. 3. There was no significant difference between males and females with normal children in duration of post-rotatory nystagmus test. However, there was a significant difference of the mean duration between 3 and 5 years old normal group. 4. Children with pervasive developmental disorder significantly have relatively lower duration than the duration of post-rotatory nystagmus test of normal children. Conclusions : The results of the study showed significant difference between normal children and children with pervasive developmental disorder in duration of post-rotatory nystagmus test and suggest that they could be applied to the baseline of clinical therapy.
