The purpose of this study is to derive the concept and category of aesthetic development for dance education by paying attention to ‘how dance education develops humans?' To this end, the theory of dance was reviewed based on research in the fields of philosophy, psychology, and art education on aesthetic development. Based on this, the concepts and categories of aesthetic development were summarized, focusing on the aesthetic characteristics and elements of dance. As a result of the study, aesthetic development in dance education is an aesthetic education through dance experience, and is a balanced and qualitative change process in which senses, thoughts, and actions are connected and integrated through harmony of body, movement, and emotions. The category of aesthetic development for dance education is based on three basic elements of ‘body, movement, and emotion' that reveal the characteristics of dance and was divided into ‘aesthetic senses and perception, aesthetic thinking and judgment, and aesthetic behavior and expression'. The ‘sense' of seeing and feeling aesthetically structured body movements leads to an ‘thinking' that distinguishes and judges the characteristics of movement along with an emotional feeling. When this is implemented as a specific movement, it becomes an ‘behavior'. Therefore, dance education is a useful methodology that can harmonize body, emotion, and movement and integrate senses, thoughts, and actions. This is significant as a basic study that can present one educational standard for the creation, performance, and appreciation of dance education. 본 연구는 ‘무용교육은 인간을 어떻게 발달시키는가?’에 주목하여 무용교육에 있어서의 미적 발달의 개념과 범주를 도출하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 내용분석방법을 적용하여 미적 발달에 대한 철학적·심리학적·예술교육학적 연구를 토대로 무용의 이론적 논의를 검토한 후 무용의 미적 특성과 요소를 중심으로 미적 발달의 개념과 범주를 정리하였다. 연구결과, 무용교육에서의 미적 발달은 무용 경험을 통한 미적 차원의 교육이며 신체, 움직임, 감정의 조화를 통해 감각, 사고, 행위가 연결되고 통합되는 균형적이고 질적인 변화과정이다. 무용교육을 위한 미적 발달의 범주는 무용의 특성을 드러내는 ‘신체, 움직임, 감정’의 세 가지 기본요소를 토대로 하며 ‘미적 감각·지각, 미적 사고·판단, 미적 행위·표현’으로 구분될 수 있었다. 미적 감각·지각은 무용을 보고 느끼는 ‘감각의 차원’이고, 미적 사고·판단은 이를 구별하고 분석하여 판단하는 ‘사고의 차원’이며, 미적 행위·표현은 감정과 생각과 의미를 움직임으로 표현하는 ‘행위의 차원’이다. 미적으로 구조화된 신체의 움직임을 보고 느끼는 감각은 감정적인 느낌과 함께 움직임의 특성을 구분하고 판단하는 사고로 연결된다. 이것이 구체적인 움직임으로 구현될 때 미적 행위가 된다. 그러므로 무용교육은 신체와 감정과 움직임의 조화를 이루고 감각과 사고와 행위를 통합할 수 있는 유용한 방법론이다.

쌍성계로 이루어진 왜신성에서, 백색 왜성 주위에 정지 상태의 accretion disk가 형성되었다고 가정하고, 중심평면에서 최대온도를 갖는 지점에서의 수직 구조를 구하였다. Disk의 점성은 대륙에 의한 난류로서 가정하였고, disk의 두께에 따라 Z_0/R=0.005와 0.01의 두 가지 경우가 고려되었다. 물리적 변수들의 수직 분포를 구한 결과, 이러한 disk가 구형인 별과 비교하였을 때 포피 부분에 해당함을 알았다. 또한 disk의 대부분이 대류층으로 확장되어 있고, 중심 평면으로 갈수록 점성이 급격히 증가하였는데 이는 disk가 매우 불안정한 상태에 있음을 의미한다. 즉, disk의 안쪽 물질들이 백색 왜성의 표면 위로 떨어져 내릴 가능성을 시사하며, 이는 왜신성의 폭발과 연관될 것이다. In dwarf novae, which are binary systems, a steady accretion disk is assumed to be around a white dwarf. We have calculated models of vertical structure at the radius where the temperature has its maximum value. The turbulent viscosity driven by convection is assumed. For the thickness of the disk, two cases of Z_0/R=0.005 and 0.01 are considered. From the vertical distributions of physical parameters, it is found that this kind of the disk seems to corresponds to envelopes of spherical stars. Due to the extensive convective zone and the rapid increase of viscosity in the median plane we suggest that the disk should be very unstable. It may imply that the inner materials of the disk would fall to the surface of the dwarf and associated with the outburst mechanism of dwarf novae.

Six members of Korean association of sensory integration(KASI) participated the treatment course named C-course of japanese association for the study of sensory integrative dysfunction(JASSID) during Jul. 27$\sim$Aug. 3, 2005. After the course, we investigated the education program of Japan and Korea and how it had been changed and developed. Through investigating JASSID with history for 23 years and KASI with history for 8 years, we find out that the common contents of sensory integration exist and the diversities of their own cultural and social contexts also exist. In korea, KASI would develop our own educational program and research based on having the close relationship with Japan and other former country developed education of sensory integration.

Objectives: The purpose of this study is to evaluate the efficacy of Hominis Placenta Aqua-acupuncture Solution in patients of melasma. Methods: The treatment was performed twice weekly in 15 volunteer patients for 8 weeks by Hominis Placenta Aqua-acupuncture Solution. We used Melasma Area and Severity Index(MASI) to evaluate the severity of melasma. Results: MASI score was decreased from A to B and the significant clinical improvement was proved compared to before treatment. Conclusions: On the basis of this study, Hominis Placenta Aqua-acupuncture Solution is an effective treatment of melasma.
일부 간호대학생의 혈액매개질환 예방 지침에 대한 지식과 실천 정도

The purpose of this study was to identify knowledge of universal precautions and its performance in practice. The research was conducted from November 2 to 30, 1998. A total 515 student nurses ; 249 from a baccalaureate nursing college and 266 from second and third year of a 3-year community nursing college were surveyed. The results are as following : 1. The average score for universal precautions knowledge was 270.41$\pm$19.43/300(range 150-300). The results showed that 99.2% of students avoid injury from used needles, 98.6% answered that they always wash their hands if they had contact with the patient's blood and they always dispose of used needles in special collectors (97.7%) for needles. But, 39.2% responsed that they dispose of used needles after recapping them. 2. The average score for universal precautions knowledge of the senior students in the 4-year college was the highest (277.65$\pm$13.99). 3. The average score for the performance of universal precautions knowledge was 53.18 $\pm$5.91(range 14-70). The items : ‘I cautiously avoid injury from the used needles’(4.92$\pm$0.33), ‘I always wash my hands if there has been contact with the patient's blood’(4.91$\pm$0.34), and ‘I always disposed of used needles in the appropriate collector’(4.89$\pm$0.42) showed the highest performance. However ‘I always dispose of used needles after recapping them’(2.19$\pm$1.39) and ‘I always use protection goggles when in danger of contamination’(2.19$\pm$1.20) showed low performance level. 4. The highest average score for universal precautions performance was shown among the second year students in 3-year nursing college (54.19$\pm$6.92) between the groups. It showed that the level of the universal precautions performance was higher for those who had education on university precautions prior to performance of the universal precautions than for those without any prior education. 5. The percentage of students who reported the experience of direct contact with patients' blood and/or body fluids was 42.30%. The experience of direct contact with blood and/or body fluids of the educational group was significantly higher than those were not educated. 6. The most frequent cause of the direct contact was ‘needle pricking and/or skin cut’(63.04%). The most frequent substance with which the students contact was ‘blood’(59.85%). The majority of the sample had answered that the mode of contamination was ‘unknown’(63.54%). The majority of the sample answered that strategies used after contamination included ‘washing with soap’(33.61%). Reviewing the chart of patients or asking other health professionals(28.85%). 7. The number of students who had the experience of a needle stick and/or skin cut was 145(28.16%). The clinical practice places where the incidents occurred were mainly in the internal medicine unit (45.07%) and the surgical unit (31.92%) followed by the intensive care unit and the emergency unit in order. The experience of a needle stick and/or skin cut happened during on intra-muscular injection 47.34% and intravenous injection 21.81%. The causes of the needle stick and/or skin cut were ‘putting the needle cap back on 77(35.81%)’. The number of students who took an appropriate post management blood test and/or vaccination was 27(18.62%). 8. The Pearson Correlation Coefficient between the knowledge of universal precautions and performance of universal precautions in practice showed a positive correlation.
부부의사소통 프로그램이 한국계-미국인 여성의 우울증에 미치는 효과

본 연구의 목적은 부부 의사소통 프로그램이 미국에 사는 한국계 미국인 여성의 우울증에 미치는 영향을 검증하는데 있다. 실험 대상은 12명의 한국계-미국인 여성이었으며 연령의 범위는 25세에서 46세였다. 실험대상 가운데 실험집단(n=6)과 통제집단(n=6)으로 무선 배치하였다. 본 연구를 위한 프로그램은 본 연구자가 고안한 부부 의사소통 프로그램을 사용하였다. 부부 의사소통 프로그램은 1회에 2시간 30분으로 8회 동안 실시하도록 구성되어 있으며 한주에 1회씩 실시하였다. 부부 의사소통 프로그램은 숙제점검, 지도, 행동적 모델, 행동적인 연습, 피이드백, 느낌 나누기 등이 포함되어 있다. 경험집단에게 부부 의사소통 프로그램이 실시되었으며 통제집단에게는 같은 기간 동안 아무런 처치를 하지 않았다. 본 연구에서 우울증 정도를 측정하기 위하여 사용된 도구는 Aaron Beck이 고안한 Beck Depression Inventory(BDI)를 사용하였다. 한국계-미국인 여성들과 그들의 남편간의 우울증 정도를 변량분석(ANOVA)해 본 결과 p.01수준에서 유의한 차이가 있다. 부부 의사소통 프로그램의 효과검증을 위한 도구는 t검증을 하였다. 부부 의사소통 프로그램을 실시한 후의 사후검사 결과는 실험집단과 통제집단간의 차이를 t검증해 본 결과 p.05 수준에서 유의한 차이가 있다. 실험집단에 있어서 사전 검사와 사후 검사간의 차이를 t검증해 본 결과 p.01 수준에서 유의한 차이가 있다. 통제집단에 있어서 사전과 사후 검사를 해 본 결과 유의한 차이가 없다. 본 연구의 결과를 통한 결론은 다음과 같다. 1. 한국계-미국인 여성들은 그들의 남편보다 우울증의 정도가 높다. 2. 부부 의사소통 프로그램은 한국계-미국인 여성의 우울증 감소에 효과가 있다.
