대학생의 진로결정 자율성, 자아분화, 자기주도 학습능력 및 진로탐색행동 간의 구조관계분석 = Analysis of the Structural Relationship among Career Decision-making Autonomy, Self-differentiation, Self-directed Learning Ability and Career Exploration Behavior of University Students

대학생의 진로결정 자율성, 자아분화, 자기주도 학습능력 및 진로탐색행동 간의 구조관계분석

Analysis of the Structural Relationship among Career Decision-making Autonomy, Self-differentiation, Self-directed Learning Ability and Career Exploration Behavior of University Students

본 연구의 목적은 대학생의 진로결정 자율성, 자아분화, 자기주도 학습능력 및 진로탐색행동 간의 구조적인 인과관계와 직․간접효과를 규명하는 것이다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위해 부산 및 울산광역시 소재 7개 대학교 2, 3, 4학년 762명을 대상으로 진로결정 자율성, 자아분화, 자기주도 학습능력, 진로탐색행동 검사를 실시하였으며, 최종적으로 전체 705명의 자료가 분석에 포함되었다. 수집된 자료를 AMOS 18.0을 이용한 구조방정식모형으로 구조적 관계를 확인하였다.
모형 추정 가능성을 확인하기 위해 최대우도 추정법으로 측정모형의 적합도를 추정하였으며, 변인들 간의 구조적 관계를 분석하기 위해 구조회귀분석을 실시하였다.
본 연구의 결과와 논의를 통해 얻어진 결론은 다음과 같다.
첫째, 진로결정 자율성과 자기주도 학습능력은 진로탐색행동에 직접효과가 있다.
둘째, 진로결정 자율성과 자아분화는 자기주도 학습능력에 직접효과가 있다.
셋째, 진로결정 자율성은 자기주도 학습능력을 매개로 진로탐색행동에 간접효과가 있다.
넷째, 자아분화는 자기주도 학습능력을 매개로 진로탐색행동에 간접효과가 있다.
본 연구에서는 진로결정 자율성, 자기주도 학습능력이 진로탐색행동에 미치는 직접효과와 진로결정 자율성 및 자아분화가 자기주도 학습능력을 매개 변인으로 해서 진로탐색행동에 미치는 간접효과가 있음을 확인할 수 있다. 이는 진로탐색행동을 수행하는데 있어서는 진로결정 자율성과 자기주도 학습능력이 중요한 작용을 한다는 것을 의미한다. 또한 자아분화가 진로탐색행동에 직접효과는 없지만 자기주도 학습능력을 매개로 간접효과가 있음을 고려할 때 진로탐색행동의 개인차를 설명하기 위해서는 가족 환경변인 뿐만 아니라 동기, 자기 주도성과 같은 개인적 특성변인 등이 함께 고려되어야 한다는 것을 알 수 있다. 결론적으로 대학생들의 진로탐색행동을 촉진시키기 위해서는 변인들 모두를 포함하여 이들 간의 인과관계를 고려한 진로탐색 프로그램이 필요하다.
