This paper provides e-commerce environment, the web service technology to compare prices for dynamic wire / wireless system design and implementation of web service. This web service system composes web service client module including functions of product search, product sort, product order and server module including functions of remote procedure call for product search/order and functions of UDDI publish browser, and mobile client module surpporting functions for product search/order in wireless environments. This web service system can exchange product information based on SOAP messages and support independence of platform and flexible potability in environment conforming to SOAP, WSDL and UDDI standards.

사회복지학 전공 대학생의 노화불안에 영향을 미치는 요인

The purpose of this study is to examine social work students' aging anxiety. Following previous literature review, a questionnaire was developed. A set of questionnaires (n=361) were analyzed, using statistical methods such as descriptive statistics and regression analysis. The results of this study are as follows. First, social work students' experienced relatively low level of aging anxiety. No socio-demographic factors were identified as statistically significant variables associated with aging anxiety. Second, there was a negative relationship between friendliness with the elderly and aging anxiety. Further studies are needed to assess this result. Third, there was a positive relationship between vertical individualism and aging anxiety while a negative relationship between horizontal collectivism and aging anxiety. Fourth, both social work students' perceptions of themselves at age 75 and their attitudes toward filial piety have positive influences on aging anxiety. Finally, social work students' intention to work for the elderly has negative effects to aging anxiety. A number of recommendations were made, including enhancing gerontology education. Suggestions for future research were also provided.

Economic activities of korean women is in the trend of continuous increase. The ratio of Korean women entrepreneurs is 36 percents of total business men and women, and has already reached the level of advanced countries. As a result of the basic statistic research on total business entities in korea, Korean women entrepreneurs are in the trend of annual increase, such increase performs the promotion of women economic activities, which ,in turn, develops women socio-economic position, dissolves the differentiation of females from males, and causes the effects on enlargement of employment, and, in the long, contributes the development of national economy. However, in comparison with the increase in the number of women entrepreneurs, the size of business enterprises is vary small to the extents as for the ones which have less than five employers to reach the degree of 92 percents of total women enterprises. in addition, in contrast that the economic contribution of women is uprising than ever before, the support of central or local government and financial agencies is relatively short. although 'the act on supporting women-owned business' is established and performs supporting policies, by the lack of recognition of the women business systems, in contrast of the increase of the number, owing to the skewness of small size and unwealthy and lower growing business, the real growth of them is getting declined. The study is based on the Research of Women Business issued bi-annually since 2001 by Small and Medium Business Administration, and Korean Women Entrepreneurs Association, and on the statistics of the basic research on national business enterprises in 2006. The purpose of the study is on the situation analysis and on the recognition of the realities of creation and business operation of women business enterprises, and on what the factors affected on the decline of them are. and on supporting policies about how the growth of women business enterprises can be developed. Especially, the study centers on the women business enterprises located in Kwangju-Jeonnam-Jeonbuk district, which reach only 14.7 percents, in comparison with 36 percents of the numbers of total business enterprises.

dieser Arbeit handelt es sich um die unechte Unterlassungsdelikte. Aber bis der Weimarer Zeit gab es andere viele Lehren in der unechte Unterlassungsdelikte. Gemeinsamheit der viele Lehren sind strafbare T?tigkeit und Kausalit?t. Zuerst ist es in deiser Arbeit fraglich, dass strafbare Unterlassung bestimmt wird, welche Unterlassung strafbar ist. Das ist die Bestimmtheit der strafbare Unterlassungen. Das wird im deutschen Strafrecht vorgagangen. Zweitens ist es, dass historische Bedeutung der Lehre von der Garantenstellung beleutet hat, wie sie gegen?ber die strafbare Unterlassung wegen der Schwierigkeit des vorherigen Versuchs ?berbunden ist. Drittens wird die Entwicklung der Lehre von der Garantenstellung in der Unterlassungsdelikten versucht. Danach wird es von Armin Kaufmann betrachtetn, welche Rolle zwei Voraussetzungen, sogennate gleiche Werte und die Stellung der Garaten, in der Literatur und Rechtsprechung ?ber unechte Unterlassungsdelikte haben und welche Schwierigkeit sie im Vorgrung liegen. Ferner wird es beleutet, worauf die Grenzen der Lehre von der Garantenstellung in der Unterlassungsdelikten liegen soll und wie sie diese daraus verursachten Grenzen ?berwinden kann. Schlie?lich wird die neue Richtung der der unechte Unterlassungsdelikte versucht.

The purpose of network administration is to give clients the high quality services of well-managed stability and efficiency. Contemporary network administration has been managed by the way of controlling network elements through network status monitoring. The larger in scale and the more complex the network is, the more complicated and difficult network administration has become because of the obstacles which are simultaneously occurred. Therefore, the PBNM(Policy-Based Network Management is proposed to ensure the simplicity and automatism in the administration of computer networks. Recently, the DMTF which is a PBNM standards technology adapted to WBEM, DEN, and IETF is leading policy modeling. In the paper, We show a modeling and sharing of secure policy object-oriented and secured network administration by showing PBNM or reinforced LDAP (Lightweight Directory Access Protocol). Also, LDAP server is applied iPlanet and suggested the way of how to share network security information and LDAP schema. Tested to manage policy information stored in LDAP server by domain browser using Ponder toolkit that is PMT (Policy Management Tool).

XML, is standard of web document, and is used in language for document data exchange. XML document is used as example that change existing document to XML or makes new document by XML increases and XML search system to search XML document efficiently accordingly is requiring. This paper describes design and implementation of query processing system for translating XML elements and data between XML documents and relational database and consists of XML to DB processor, DB to XML processor and XML document management processor. Through this, described for design and embodiment of efficient XML document search system of JAVA base using XQL that is proposed in language of quality of XML document.

CRM과 e-CRM, m-CRM의 비교분석 연구

CRM, which stands for Customer Relationship Marketing, supports characterized marketing activities of customers by extending internal and external data, utilizes customer information taking advantage of being able to aquire customers' information and includes the characteristics of BRR(Business in the Process Reengineering) which intends to change companies' concept about customers. The organizations that anticipate being the leaders of competition are starting to reform paradigm for the current customers. In Korea, CRM was first introduced in the late 1990s with financial organizations and communications companies being leaders, and in the beginning of the 2000s, the entire service business, including the distribution industry, was starting to have interests and anticipations of CRM. E-CRM was introduced from late 1999 to early 2000 and the enterprises that are adopting m-CRM have been increasing since 2002. In a changing environment, where the speed of technology development is faster than that of marketing paradigm development, the companies which have already taken CRM have much interest in e-CRM and m-CRM, but they do not have objective data about ROI (Return On Investment), so e-CRM or m-CRM which requires considerable expenses is being delayed. In addition, even though there are much previous research about CRM, e-CRM and m-CRM, the systematic research of those by comparative analysis is insufficient. The purpose of this research ,in this environment, is topresent practical guidelines to the companies which have already taken and operated the CRM system but is hoping to extend to e-CRM, m-CRM through understanding CRM, e-CRM and m-CRM by examination of those theories and the accumulated examples and through comparatively analyzing those systems systematically.

항공마일리지의 편익과 지식이 소비자의 몰입과 가치 및 충성도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

Since more and more people have experienced long-haul travel with more free time and higher income from work, customer's interest in use of airline mileage has been highly increased. However, most recent studies were focused on airline mileage program as a service factor. Hence, this study aims to examine the influence of benefit from using mileage, convenience, and knowledge on customer loyalty along with mileage value perception. Moreover, it tends to investigate how the differences appear between its correlations depend on customer's personal experience with airlines. In order to do this, the data were collected from 187 tourists out of 210 who had used airline service recently and the final samples of 182 were used for statistics analysis. SPSS 11.1 for windows was used to analyzed the collected data. It has analyzed validity, reliability, and multiple regression in order to test hypotheses. A summary of the analyzed results is as follows: First, the study presents that customer's use benefit of mileage and convenience influence on mileage value perception while knowledge about mileage program does not. Second, it showed that customer's use benefit of mileage, convenience, and experience influence on customer commitment. It implies that mileage is an important factor to choice which airline to fly with. Third, the study showed that mileage value perception influences on customer commitment. Fourth, when it comes to use of mileage program, mileage value perception and customer commitment influence on customer loyalty. Fifth, it has shown that customer's personal experience of using mileage influences on convenience, customer commitment, and loyalty. In other word, the more experience using mileage program customers have, the higher convenience, use benefit, and loyalty they show. Therefore, airlines should notice that use of airline mileage program is an important factor to increase customer loyalty encouraging more frequent use. Further more, to customer's benefit, airlines should offer more various mileage programs to help them perceive the value of the mileage use. 교통 안전운전 정보제공 웹사이트의 전자상거래 활성화 연구

This study discussed the chances of success of e-business for the information provider supplying the traffic information on the Web for safe driving. About 70 companies are doing their business as a traffic information provider on the Internet. An attempt was made to grasp an understanding of these companies' business conducted on the Internet, and some typical Web sites run by these companies were then chosen for the study of the advanced form of e-business through an analysis of the user's purposes of accessing such Web sites as well as the factors influencing their success. There are various activities aimed for preventing a traffic accident, which are being carried out online and offline. Among them those traffic information providers on the Internet experience difficulty in charging the user for the information they provide and establishing an e-business transactions, as people tend to believe that information on the Internet is to be given free and that plenty of 'alternative' are available on the Web. However, it is suggested in this study that information providers can be successful, under the circumstances in which an increasing number of netizens begin to consent to the use of information available on payment, by providing the user with high quality content and custom-designed information for an individual user, while establishing an syndicate of the information providers.
