고속통신망 기술과 컴퓨터 기술의 발전과 함께 다양한 멀티미디어 응용서비스가 개발되고 있으며, 특히 지역적으로 떨어져 있는 다수의 사용자들이 대화형식으로 회의를 진행하기 위한 영상회의 시스템은 매우 중요하고 활용도가 높은 분야이다. 그 중 이미 기업체나 학교 등에 통신망으로 이용하고 있는 근거리 통신망에서의 영상회의시스템은 활용도가 매우 뛰어나고, 관심을 받고 있으며, 이를 위하여 ITU에서는 표준안을 내고 있다. 즉 H.323은 QoS(Quality of Service)가 보장되지 않는 통신환경에서 영상회의를 할 수 있도록 하기 위한 1TU-T 권고안이다. 본 논문에서느 인터넷 환경에서의 영상회의 표준안인 1TU-T 권고안이다. 본 논문에서는 인터넷 환경에서의 영상회의 표준안인 1TU-T H.323의 내용을 소개하고, 이를 이용하여 인터넷에서 운용될 수 있는 다자간 멀티미디어 회의 시스템 설계와 구현, 그리고 이를 응용한 1대1 통신의 영상전화의 설계와 구현에 대하여 기술한다. A various multimedia application services are developed with techniques of high speed networks and computer. Especially the videoconference system is important and useful in a remote discussion with multiple users. A videoconferncing system in local area network used in corporation and university is useful and important. A standardization for it should be showed in ITU. Recommendation H.323 describes terminals, equipment, and services for videoconference over communication networks which do not provide a guaranteed Quality of Service. In this paper, we introduce ITU-T H.323 which is the standardization over internet, and show a multipoint videoconferencing system and peer to peer videophone system using the ITU-T H.323.

본 논문에서는 PECVD(Plasma Enhanced Chemical Vapor Deposition)방법으로 Si3N4층을 증착한 다음 KOH와 항온수조를 이용하여 이방성 습식식각(anisotropic wet etching)방법을 통하여 실리콘 박막화 제조 및 박막의 특성을 분석하였다. 실리콘 라이트리드박막의 전면은 0.5㎛, 후면은 가운데 부분만(15cm×1.5cm)을 제외한 나머지 부분을 1㎛로 증착하여 KOH를 45% 무게비로 증류수와 혼합하여 95℃에서 식 각하였다. FESEM(Field Emission Scanning Electron Microscophy)의 측정결과 2시간 식각후에 남아 있는 실리콘의 두께는 399㎛, 4시간 식각후에는 215㎛, 6시간 식각 후에는 58.9㎛의 실리콘이 남아 있음을 확인할 수가 있었다. 본 실험에서의 식각비는 약 1.29 ㎛/min을 나타내었다. 또 Veeco 장비로 Si3N4/Si 구조에서 Si3N4 층의 전후면 표면조직형태를 관찰하였다.

This study offered realistic approach method for computing Service Quality Score by using T.L. Saaty's Analytic Hierarchy Process technique. That is, Service Quality Score of this study is computed by using customer's priority(weights) for five dimensions(Tangible, Reliability, Assurance, Responsiveness, Empathy). This method is more realistic than the existing method computed by an arithmetical average of dimension's variables.

Under the sudden change of competitive environment, the economic cooperation as a part of survival strategy is being a big issue among countries. There was much discussion based on the geological adjacency as well as cultural homogeneity regarding the economic cooperation of three countries, Korea, China, Japan. It has been also known that major trade countries of the world concluded the treaty of region trade, then extended the number of export, and drew a success in foreign direct investment. It can be considered that Korea will play a major role in the three countries' automobile industry based on Japanese demonstrated technology. Chinese resources, market and experience with their economic cooperation. Therefore it is expected that a big result will be achieved throughout such a role play of each country. This paper has a purpose to light up the distinctive quality and the present condition of each country in automobile industry, and to promote the foundation of three countries' economic cooperation. It is convinced that the economic cooperation of three countries. Korea, China and Japan in automobile industry, will play a great role in the world automobile market.

Until now, the design method of Pier have had an economic and safe problem. Generally, pier coping with long cantilever was designed as cantilever beam and that with long depth to shear span was applied according to the theory of deep beam. In this study, the finite element method considering crack section has been applied to T-type pier coping for analyzing nonlinear behavior. The crack section was idealized for tension and shear crack and was taken into account the one-fourth model of nonlinear stress-strain behavior. Analysis results were compared and analyzed to the test results of T-type pier coping, and changes and effects of shear behavior were analytically studied following shear reinforcement method and shear reinforcement ratio by the verified model . As the result of analysis which was applied to finite element method considering crack section. the analysis result was similar to the test result, so it was shown that the finite element method considering crack section was resonable. This study indicated that yield strength was increased by web horizontal reinforcement . Besides, as the result of shear reinforcement method, shear reinforcement which was vertically reinforced the expected crack was resonable. As the result of analysis which was of T-type pier coping with different shear reinforcement ratio, in case of same shear span to depth ratio, the yield strength of T-type pier coping with web reinforcement was incresed 29.5% compared to that of T-tyre pier coping without web reinforcement. The increase of vertical reinforcement ratio when the horizontal reinforcement ratio is constant has no effect on the yield strength of T-type pier coping. but, The increase of horizontal reinforcement ratio under the same vertical reinforcement has a little effect on the yield strength of T-type pier coping.

Leaking underground storage tanks are a major source of groundwater contamination by petroleum hydrocarbons. Bioremediation of aromatic hydrocarbons in groundwater and sediments is often limited by dissolved oxygen. Aerobic bioremediation has been highly effective in the remediation of many fuel releases, but Many aromatic hydrocarbons degrade very slowly under anaerobic conditions. Nitrate is a good alternative electron acceptor to oxygen and denitrifying bacteria are commonly found in the subsurface and in association with contaminated aquifer materials. Because nitrate is less expensive and more soluble than oxygen, it may be more economical to restore fuel-contaminated aquifers using nitrate rather than oxygen, the mechanisms which regulate electron transfer to oxygen and nitrate are complex. This review 1) describes th factor which may affect the utilization of oxygen and nitrate as dual electron acceptor during biodegradation. 2) demonstrate that denitrifying bacteria are capable of degrading some aromatic compounds under anaerobic/low aerobic conditions. 3) presents evidence of the biological removal of BTEX compounds under enhanced nitrate-reducing conditions.
무기계 산업폐기물을 활용한 인공경량골재 및 이차제품 개발현황

전세계적으로 환경오염방지에 대한 관심도가 높아지면서 각종 폐기물의 적절한 처리 및 재활용 기술에 대한 연구가 활발하게 진행되고 있으며, 특히 이를 활용한 인공경량골재의 연구가 관심을 끌고 있다. 본 논문에서는 무기계 산업폐기물을 활용한 인공경량골재의 제조방법과 비중에 따른 골재의 종류와 활용 범위를 알아보고 이를 활용한 2차제품의 사용 분야와 방안에 대하여 고찰하였다.
