Objective : The purpose of this study is to evaluate the clinical effect of the non-pharmacological anti-hypertension method, acupuncture, for hypertensive patients. Methods : 26 patients diagnosed with hypertension were each treated by one of three methods: an anti-hypertension drug(adalat soft capsule), venepuncture, and acupuncture. In cases of rising blood pressure, patients were treated by their one of the three methods, and blood pressure was measured at regular intervals. Result : As for the group of acupuncture treated patients on Young-gol(ling-gu) and Gang-ap-hyul(jiang-ya-xue), readings dropped 18.0mmHg in systolic blood pressure and 6.50mmHg in diastolic blood pressure. This was a greater effect than that seen in the venepuncture treated patients. Blood pressure checked one hour after acupuncture treatment showed a greater difference than blood pressure checked after thirty minutes. Conclusion : Safe reductions in blood pressure were observed through the non-pharmacological method of acupuncture on Young-gol(ling-gu) and Gang-ap-hyul(Jiang-ya-xue).
본 연구는 도시공학 전공 학생의 국가기술자격 취득 및 취업, 진학 등에 필수적으로 요구되는 도시공학 관련 기초지식을 연마하고 전공지식을 심화 교육함으로서 산·학·연 연계체계에 기초하여 도시공학 전공 학생의 취업증진을 도모하기 위한 종합적이고 구체적인 방안을 모색하고자 하는 것이다. 이를 위하여 본 연구에서는 사회수요에 부응하기 위한 기술교육의 강화, 국가기술자격 취득 제고, 현장실습제도 등 3가지 측면에서 취업증진을 위한 추진실적 및 문제점을 점검하고 이에 대한 향후 개선방안을 모색하고자 하였다. The purpose of this study is to search for the comprehensive and concrete methods of increasing the graduates' employment based on both fundamental and advanced knowledge concerned urban engineering major. For this , existing condition, problems and improvement of students employment are searched in 3 view points such as strengthening of technical education to follow the social demands, enhancement of acquisition of the national qualifying examination and making the best of the field training system.
Purpose: Because data as a basis for the determination of proper age and modality for screening of colorectal neoplasms is lacking, we evaluated detection rates and anatomical distribution of colorectal neoplasms according to age in healthy individuals who underwent total colonoscopy for health checkup. Methods: A total of 16,100 cases that had received the colonoscopic examination from January to December in 2014 were analyzed. The total number of individuals who received total colonoscopy were divided by the number of individuals harboring colorectal adenoma to calculate the detection rate of colorectal adenoma. Individuals ≤50 years old were classified as young-age group and aged >50 were old-age group. Differences in anatomical locations of colorectal neoplasms were analyzed in the 2 age groups by chi-square test. Risk factors for colorectal adenoma in each age group were analyzed using univariate and multivariate logistic regression analyses. Results: Detection rates of colorectal adenoma were 13.7% in all cases and 12.8% for those in their 40’s. The main anatomical location of colorectal adenoma was proximal colon in both age groups (P < 0.001). Hyperplastic polyp was mainly distributed to the distal colon in both age groups (P < 0.001). Distal colon was the major site for colorectal cancer in the old-age group (P = 0.001). Proximal location of neoplasms was a risk factor for colorectal adenoma in both age groups with multivariate analysis. Conclusion: These data could be the bases for earlier initiation of screening for colorectal neoplasms with total colonoscopy to detect clinically significant colorectal polyps.
본 연구는 철봉운동에서 기본이 되는 동작인 몸펴 한번 뒤돌아 내리기 동작을 단계적으로 분석한 후, 이를 토대로 하여 현재 시합상황 중 가장 널리 사용되는 응용동작인 몸펴 두 번 뒤돌아 내리기 동작과 몸펴 두 번 뒤돌며 한번 비틀어 내리기 동작의 운동학적 분석을 수행하여 개개분절 간의 상호작용을 해부학적 3차원 각운동과 각속도로 설명하고 이해할 수 있는 운동학적 자료를 제시하는데 있다. 피험자들은 현재 K대학교에 재학중이며 대학 대표선수인 남자 기계체조 선수 7명을 선정하였으며, 연구에 사용된 인체의 모델은 Zatsiorsky와 Seluyanov(1983, 1985)이 사용한 16개의 분절로 이루어진 인체의 모델을 사용하였다. 신체무게중심이 이동방향을 설명할 수 있는 투사각도 및 투사속도는 공중동작의 회전수가 증가할수록 신체무게중심이 투사되는 각도가 증가되며, 이렇게 증가된 신체무게중심의 투사각도는 신체무게중심의 최고점을 증가시키는 경향을 보였다. 3차원 투사속도를 살펴본 결과 Z방향(수직방향)은 공중돌기 회전수가 증가할수록 증가하는 경향이 나타났으나, 운동진행 방향인 Y방향 속도와 좌우측 기울기를 설명할 수 있는 X방향 속도에서는 의미 있는 차이를 보이지 않았다. 철봉 내리기 공중동작에서의 신체분절 및 각도 변화도 중요하지만 각운동량을 만들어내기 위한 동작준비구간의 각도 변화가 더욱더 중요하다고 할 수 있다. 즉, 상체가 철봉 아래 봉과 수직될 때부터 릴리즈 순간까지의 각도 변화에 주목해야 하는 데, 회전수가 증가할수록, 어깨관절 각도와 엉덩관절 각도 변화가 두드러지게 나타나 준비구간의 추기기 동작(Whip swing)의 주된 관절로 작용을 한다. 관성좌표계에 대한 상체의 움직임을 나타내는 3차원 방향의 각도 즉, 뒤돌기(somersault)각도, 틀기(twist)각도 그리고 기울기(tilt)각도로 설명이 되는데, 본 연구의 결과 릴리즈시 뒤돌기 각은 세가지 내리기 동작 유형에 따라 평균 57,7도, 38.8도 그리고 39.7도로 나타났으며, 기울기 각은 평균 -1.5도, -5.4도 그리고 -8.4도로 유의한 차이를 보이고 있으며, 틀기각도는 평균 13.4도, 10.6도 그리고 23.3도로 몸펴 두번 뒤돌며 한번 비틀어 내리기 경우 가장 큰 수치를 나타냈다. The purpose of this study was to investigate the relations between the segments of the body, the three dimensional anatomical angle and the angular velocity of the air born phase and understand the control mechanism of the high-bar movement, the somersault, the double somersault, the double somersault with full twist. For this study seven well trained university gymnastic volunteered, Zatsiorky and Seluyanov(1983, 1985)' sixteen segment system anatomical model was used for this study. For the movement analysis three dimensional cinematographical method(Arial Performance Analysis System : APAS) was used and for the calculation of the kinematic variables a self developed program was used with the LabVIEW 5.1 graphical profromming(Johnson, 1999) program. By using Eular's equations the three dimensional anatomical Cardan angles of the joint and angular velocity were defined. 1. As the rotation of the body increased in the air born phase the projection angle of the CM of the total increased, this resulted the increased of the max hight of the CM. 2. In three dimensional angular velocity the Z axis(vertical direction) projection angular velocity increased as the rotation of the body increased in the airborn phase, but the Y axis and the X axis projection angular velocity did not show significant differences. 3. As the rotation of the body increased in the air born phase the angular movement of the shoulder and the hip showed significant change. These movement act as the starter in the preparation phase. 4. The somersault angle, the twist angle, the tilt angle of the upper body related to the global reference frame in the releas phase the average somersault angle of the three types of high-bar movement was 57.7˚ , 38.8˚ , 39.7˚ , the average tilt angle was -1.5˚ , -5.4˚ , -8.4˚ , the average twist angle was 13.4˚ , 10.6˚ , 23.3˚ . This result showed that the somersault with full twist had the largest movement.
Kang Weon Province is a treasure house for tourists. There is not only a ski resort area, but there are resources for tourism year round-Spring, Summer, and antumn. As Korea has developed economically, tourism has also changed. The customary, more "active" and "varied forms of recreation, such as golf, skiing, Swimming, climbing, hiking, camping, and fishing. The is true especially for younger toursits. Since the young peung ski resort area is the only skiing region in Korea, skiers are attracted to the area from all over the country. Ninety Percent of skiers come from Seoul, and 10% from others regions. There are two ways to find out about attractive tourist areas. One way is from residencs which live near tourist sights, and the other way is from tourist resources about the tourist area. The young peung Ski resort area is 160KM from young peung tourist resources. The number of skiers exceeds the present accommodations for them. The tourist pattern in the ski region shows two peaks and two lows. Winter is the first peak and the second is fall. The high in the summer is due to tourists going to the East Sea bathing resorts. The first peak in winter accounts for 30% of all tourists in the country at that time, and 95% of all domestic tourists, including foreginers who live in Korea. There are many other tourist resources near the ski area. There are the famous beaches near Kangreung, and Oa Dea National Park. The youngPeung region is one spot on the tourist route in this Area. Skiing on young peoung has had little effect on regional economics as there are few lodginghouse or other accomodations. Becassuse skiing is popular and is a rapidly growing industry with many amature skiers, it would seem that other areas should be developed for skiing.
Bortezomib is the first clinically available proteasome inhibitor that is clinically effective in the treatment of multiple myeloma. A proteasome inhibitor acts through multiple mechanisms to arrest tumor growth, tumor spread, and angiogenesis. The main adverse effects of bortezomib are gastrointestinal symptoms, cytopenia, fatigue, and peripheral neuropathy. To date, severe paralytic ileus has not been reported as a toxic effect of bortezomib treatment in multiple myeloma. Bortezomib is a novel agent that has only been used clinically for 30 months, so a need exists to further evaluate its toxicity. We report a case of grade Ⅲ (NCI CTCAE v3.0) or grade Ⅳ(SWOG toxicity criteria) paralytic ileus in a 65-year-old man with relapsed multiple myeloma who underwent one cycle of single-agent bortezomib treatment scheduled in a 21-day cycle (1.3 mg/㎥ as a single i.v. bolus on days 1, 4, 8, and 11).
본 연구는 핵심과목 요목의 작성과 난이도별 문제은행의 지도과정, 핵심과목에 대한 자율학습 문제은행을 데이타베이스화하여 상시 활용화 추구, 교수와 학생의 상호 협동시스템에 의한 학습방법론 도출을 시도하였다. 시론적 성격에 한정되어 있긴 하나 본 연구는 협동시스템을 기반으로한 자율학습모형을 구축함으로써 학습과 교육효과 제고, 협동심과 선의의 경쟁을 매개로 하는 생활구현, 취업대비 등의 목표에 기여하는데 의의가 있다. This paper examines that drawing up a syllabus of core courses and an item pool classified by the degree of difficulty, and that inquiring practical use an databased item pool, and that proposing study method by cooperative system between students and professors. The result of this study is expected to contribute to studying, life, and taking up an occupation by constructing autonomous study model founded the cooperative system.
Radiofrequency ablation(RFA), as a form of minimally invasive therapy for hepatocellular carcinoma, has become an important treatment modality. Because of limitation of surgery, RFA has become standard therapy for hepatocellular carcinoma in some situations. But there are some complications of RFA such as bleeding, infection, hematoma, adjacent organ thermal damage including intestinal perforation, needle track seeding, and so on. There are few reports in the literature that systematically evaluate the incidence of needle tract seeding and its associated risk factors. And only 2 cases of needle tract seeding of hepatocellular carcinoma after RFA were reported in Korea. We report a case of needle tract seeding of hepatocellular carcinoma after RFA.
Splenic marginal zone lymphoma is very rare B-cell lymphoma, characterized by an indolent clinical course. Clinical features are moderate-to severe splenomegaly, absolute lymphocytosis, and bone marrow intrasinusoidal infiltration of lymphocyte. We report the case of a 37-year-old male with SMZL. He complained of LUQ pain, who had a massive splenomegaly and moderate lymphocytosis in peripheral blood. Immunophenotyping findings and morphologic findings were consistent with SMZL. He underwent splenectomy and received chemotherapy with cyclophosphamide for eight months. Now, one year later after surgery he has a nearly normal blood count with no treatment.
Purpose : Bone mineral density (BMD) and bone microarchitecture are important determinants for bone strength. Recently micro-CT have provided possibilities for measuring a variety of structural indices to characterize bone microarchitecture. The objective of this study was to compare the BMD and micro-CT parameters with Young's modulus calculated by finite element analysis(FEA) for the evaluation of bone strength. Materials and Methods : Bone specimens were obtained from the 18 female rabbits aged 16 weeks. Of those, 36 samples (right and left femur) were selected for 3D micro-CT analysis (ANT^(TM), SKYSCAN, Belgium) and BMD by PIXImus 2 (GE Lunar Co. USA). Five microstructural parameters of micro-CT, such as trabecular thickness (Tb.Th), bone specific surface (BS/BV), percent bone volume (BV/TV), structure model index (SMI) and degree of anisotropy (DOA) were studied. Young's modulus was obtained by software program (ANSYS 9.0, ANSYS Inc, Canonsburg, PA) based on micro-CT three dimensional images. Results : Young's modulus assessed by FEA correlated significantly with Tb.Th, BV/TV, BS/BV and SMI respectively. Young's modulus showed higher correlation with these microstructural parameters of micro-CT than BMD. Microstructural parameters except DOA showed significant correlations within the examined group. Conclusion : The microarchitectural parameters of micro-CT and BMD represented some informations in the evaluation of bone strength assessed by FEA. (Korean J Oral Maxillofac Radiol 2007; 37: 53-9)
