본 연구는 도시공학 전공 학생의 국가기술자격 취득 및 취업, 진학 등에 필수적으로 요구되는 도시공학 관련 기초지식을 연마하고 전공지식을 심화 교육함으로서 산·학·연 연계체계에 기초하여 도시공학 전공 학생의 취업증진을 도모하기 위한 종합적이고 구체적인 방안을 모색하고자 하는 것이다. 이를 위하여 본 연구에서는 사회수요에 부응하기 위한 기술교육의 강화, 국가기술자격 취득 제고, 현장실습제도 등 3가지 측면에서 취업증진을 위한 추진실적 및 문제점을 점검하고 이에 대한 향후 개선방안을 모색하고자 하였다. The purpose of this study is to search for the comprehensive and concrete methods of increasing the graduates' employment based on both fundamental and advanced knowledge concerned urban engineering major. For this , existing condition, problems and improvement of students employment are searched in 3 view points such as strengthening of technical education to follow the social demands, enhancement of acquisition of the national qualifying examination and making the best of the field training system.

도시공학 핵심과목의 심화교육 프로그램 개발에 관한 연구

본 연구는 핵심과목 요목의 작성과 난이도별 문제은행의 지도과정, 핵심과목에 대한 자율학습 문제은행을 데이타베이스화하여 상시 활용화 추구, 교수와 학생의 상호 협동시스템에 의한 학습방법론 도출을 시도하였다. 시론적 성격에 한정되어 있긴 하나 본 연구는 협동시스템을 기반으로한 자율학습모형을 구축함으로써 학습과 교육효과 제고, 협동심과 선의의 경쟁을 매개로 하는 생활구현, 취업대비 등의 목표에 기여하는데 의의가 있다. This paper examines that drawing up a syllabus of core courses and an item pool classified by the degree of difficulty, and that inquiring practical use an databased item pool, and that proposing study method by cooperative system between students and professors. The result of this study is expected to contribute to studying, life, and taking up an occupation by constructing autonomous study model founded the cooperative system.

야구 팬의 사회공성성, 사회신뢰성, 국가정체성 인식이 야구 국가대표 의미에 미치는 영향

This study was conducted to examine what an effect baseball fans’ perceptions on social fairness, social reliability and national identity on their perceptions on baseball national athletes. It distributed a total of 330 copies of questionnaires to football fans who visited three pro-baseball stadiums at each locality from April to July, 2021 and used a total of 309 copies as the final analysis data. The exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlational analysis and multiple regression were conducted for the sample used in the final analysis. The findings are as follows: first, the impact of baseball fans' social fairness, social reliability, and national identity perception on national values had a positive effect on social fairness, social reliability, and national identity perception. Second, the influence of social fairness, social reliability, and national identity perception on institutional individual value had a positive effect on institutional reliability and national identity perception. Third, the influence of social fairness, social reliability, and national identity perception on the subjective personal value of athletes had a negative effect on institutional reliability perception among social reliability. 본 연구는 야구 팬들의 사회공정성, 사회신뢰성, 국가정체성 인식이 야구 국가대표 인식에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 알아보기 위해 시도된 연구이다. 2021년 4월부터 7월까지 지역별 프로야구장 세 곳을 찾은 야구팬 330명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시했다. 최종 연구를 위해 사용한 표본은 탐색적 요인분석과 신뢰도 분석, 상관관계분석, 그리고 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과에 따르면 첫째, 야구 팬의 사회공정성, 사회신뢰성, 국가정체성 인식이 국가 가치에 미치는 영향은 사회공정성, 사회신뢰성, 국가 정체성 인식이 정(+)적인 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 사회공정성, 사회신뢰성, 국가정체성 인식이 제도적 개인가치에 미치는 영향은 기관신뢰성, 국가 정체성 인식이 정(+)적인 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 사회공정성, 사회신뢰성, 국가정체성 인식이 선수 주관적 개인가치에 미치는 영향은 사회신뢰성 중 기관 신뢰성 인식이 부(-)적인 영향을 미쳤다.

ESS화재 위험반경 고려 실내 체육시설 설치 및 안전 정책 방향에 관한 연구

This study attempted to derive an empirical formula that can measure the distance of the carbon monoxide risk radius and oxygen risk radius to ensure safety in the event of a fire in the ESS device of public indoor sports facilities. The derived empirical formula must consider the flow of the air, and in the case of public indoor sports facilities, it presents the airflow speed of 1m/s. Accordingly, it was substituted to the empirical formula and the findings derived the conclusion with 2.92500562m of carbon monoxide risk radius and 0.589756321m of oxygen risk radius. It was verified that in the case air-conditioner · heater is used in the public indoor sports facilities, the carbon monoxide risk radius will expand by around 1m and the oxygen risk radius will expand by around 0.1~0.2m. Moreover, the state suggests ESS installation in public sports facilities, but it is difficult to find manuals or legislation about fire accidents that could occur from installing ESS. Therefore, it is necessary to devise means of revision and policies that consider the ESS facility installation environment.

산재보험사업에 소요되는 비용은 사업주가 납부하는 보험료로 충당되며 근로자의 비용부담은 없다. 이는 근로자의 업무상 재해보상에 대한 사용자의 무과실책임을 인정하고 그 재해보상책임을 보험화하여 근로자의 보호와 사용자의 위험부담을 분산시키는 것이 산재보험제도의 목적이기 때문이다. 보험요율은 경제활동의 동질성과 재해발생 위험율의 등위성에 따라 업종별로 보험요율이 정하여지나 같은 업종이라 할지라도 개별 사업장별로 재해율이 현격한 차이를 나타내는 경우가 있다. 위험분담이라는 보험원리가 적용되는 것은 당연하나 사업장에 따라서는 보험혜택은 없으나 많은 보험료를 납부하는 경우는 형평의 원리에 맞지 않는다. 따라서 이와 같은 모순을 시정하고 재해예방의 의욕을 북돋우기 위하여 1969년부터 버험요율의 산정의 특례를 정하여 실시하고 있다. The methods of contribution differentiation, based on objective risk factors, are complemented by secondary grading of contributions based on the insured events occurring in each company. The financing and contribution grading system has proven successful. Whilst contributions to all other branches of social insurance in Korea is rising - proportionate to earnings - contributions to statutory accident insurance have sunk in both real and relative terms.

국제도로자전거대회 ‘투르 드 코리아’의 문제점 분석과 발전방안 제언

This study aims to explore measures which enhance the status of major international cycling event, ‘Tour de Korea’ by analyzing its current problems and seeking sustainable development. To achieve this purpose, a literature review and multi-dimensional interviews were conducted. Policy papers and archived materials produced by the South Korean Government and Korea Sports Promotion Foundation(KSPO) were also analyzed. The results indicate that the identity of the competition should be focused on publicness rather than the source of external revenues, which satisfies the vision of the organizer, KSPO. Also, the competition operation system needs to be restructured according to the new identity. To increase effectiveness of the event, the elite and special competition should be operated separately by the Korean Cycling Federation and Cycle racing business division in KSPO respectively. Third, it is important to secure a stable budget for the competition, which needs to be funded by the national sport fund instead of the internal budget of KSPO. Lastly, a strategical and long-term partnership with the local governments should be established, and course designs of competition stages need to be regularized.
