      • 朝鮮時代 安東의 都市空間 構成原理에 關한 硏究 : 安東 邑基의 風水地理思想과 人爲的인 裨補思想을 중심으로

        Andong was selected at topographical divinatory location, which was based on topographical divinatory thought, when its building land, location of government office and foundation for village, etc. were selected in view of whole village. It can be found that pagoda and sweeping victorious objects were accepted, which were intended to expel evil spirit to death for safeguard of village, in order to complement its configuration and topography artificially if there were defects in the selected location. It can be also found that complementary thought with topographic divinatory theory was more popular in Andong than in others. We can't identify from when these thought was applied, but it can be found that it was popular nationally in Chosun Dynasty, when we look over cases such as stone walls with mast, etc. out of Naju-Eup(village), which also has moving ship type.

      • 朝鮮時代 地方都市의 空間構造에 關한 硏究 : 尙州, 慶州, 大邱를 中心으로

        The objective of this research is to clarify the regional structure of the cities of the Chosun Dynasty and the principles of their formation. A comparative study of three cities, namely Sangju. Kyoungju and Taegu has been carried out. The results of the investigation are as follows. 1) Although the formation of the cities of Sangju, Kyoungju and Taegu took place before the occurance of Feng-shui, it is clear that the adoption of Feng-shui and techniques complimentary to the natural topography were highly regarded in the Chosun Dynasty. 2) The political ideas at the time, based on the strict principles and ranking-order of Confucianism also influenced the process of formation; seen particularly well in the structure of the GAMYOUNG. In addition, sacrificial facilities, being an expression of confucianism, were newly established outside these castle cities.

        Allylisothiocyanate 첨가가 Aflatoxin 생성 곰팡이 대사산물의 생합성에 미치는 영향

        The effects of allylisothiocyanate on the biosynthesis of various fungus metabolites such as sterigrnatocystin, lipid, protein, citrate RNA and AMP from the culture of Aspergillius parasiticus R-716 were investigated. The content of sterigmatocystin, the precursor of aflatoxin, was lower in the culture added with 50ppm allylisothiocyanate after 48 hours, however was rather higher after 144 hours compared to that of the control. The addition of allylisothiocyanate resulted in the increase of lipid, protein, RNA in mycelium and the content of citrate in the media, but the amount of AMP was low.

      • 대두박에 대한 extrusion처리 및 formaldehyde처리가 젖소의 반추위내 in situ분해율에 미치는 영향

        This experiment was conducted to investigate the effect of temperature of extrusion processing on ruminal degradation characteristics of soybean meal. Four ruminally cannulated Holstein cows were employed to in situ trial and treatments were composed of soybean meals untreated(Control), extruded at 115, 130 and 155℃, and treated with 0.3% formaldehyde(HCHO). The nylon bags were suspended for 0, 3, 6, 9, 12 and 24 hours in the rumen, respectively. Animals fed the diet of 50 : 50 in concentrate and orchard grass hay at 110% of NRC(1988) requirements, and were freely access to water and mineral block. The regression equations for degradation characteristics and effective degradability(ED) of crude protein of soybean meals in the rumen were obtained as follows. Control P = 26.41 + 69.86(1-e^-0.041t) ; ED(k=0.05) = 57.89% 115℃ extrusion P = 3.39 + 44.76(1-e^-0.013t) ; ED(k=0.05) = 12.63% 130℃ extrusion P = 2.79 + 56.60(1-e^-0.015t) ; ED(k=0.05) = 15.85% 155℃ extrusion P = 1.71 + 31.48(1-e^-0.018t) ; ED(k=0.05) = 0.04% 0.3% HCHO P = 7.23 + 35.14(1-e^-0.015t) ; ED(k=0.05) = 15.34% where, P = Degradability during the time(t) suspended in the rumen, k = Passage rate at the rumen(%/hr/100). Ruminal degradabilities of dry matter, crude protein, organic matter and energy significantly (P<.01) decreased by extrusion or HCHO treatments, but did not affected by the temperature of extrusion processing. The ruminal degradation of soybean meals treated extrusion and formaldehyde, paticularly crude protein, was low beyond expectation.

        가상가치평가법을 이용한 도시재생 정비사업의 가치추정 - 종로구 옥인길 정비사업을 대상으로 -

        본 연구의 목적은 옥인길 활성화 사업의 경제적 가치를 적용하여 방문자의 지불의사(WTP)를 추정하는 데 있다. 이 연구는 방문객의 WTP를 계산하기 위해, 옥인길 활성화 사업의 경제적 가치를 도출하기 위해 조건부 평가 방법(CVM)을 채택한다. CVM을 적용할 때 과장의 편견을 줄이기 위해, 본 연구는 방문객들의 반응을 재확인하고 "예" 또는 "아니오"로만 대답하는 이분법적인 선택을 채택했다. 결과에 따르면 지역주민들과 더 많은 애정을 느낀 방문객들은 옥인길 활성화 사업에 더 높은 WTP를 가지고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또 옥인길 활성화 사업의 경제적 가치는 8만 9천원에서 12만원 사이로 추산된다. 따라서 옥인길 활성화 사업의 발전을 위해서는 방문객 및 지역주민과 긍정적인 관계를 맺을 수 있는 전략이 필요하다. The purpose of this study is to estimate visitors' willingness to pay (WTP) by applying the economic value of the Okin-gil revitalization project. This study adopts a Contingent Valuation Method (CVM) to calculate the WTP of visitors and to derive the economic value of the Okin-gil activation project. To reduce the bias of exaggeration in applying CVM, this study adopted a dichotomous choice of reaffirming visitors' responses and answering only "yes" or "no". Results showed that local residents and more affectionate visitors had higher WTPs for the Okin-gil revitalization project. In addition, the economic value of the Okin-gil revitalization project is estimated to be between 89,000 won and 120,000 won. Therefore, the development of the Okin-gil revitalization project requires a strategy to establish positive relations with visitors and local residents.

      • Single Nucleotide Primer Extension 기법을 이용한 SNP 연구

        Single nucleotide polymorphisms(SNPs) are the most frequent type of DNA sequence variation of individuals. They are defined by the presence of two alternative bases at a particular position in a DNA sequence and occur about one per 500-1000bp in the human genome. The recent completion of the first reference sequence of the human genome has provided a basis for comprehensive analysis of sequence variation in man. The identification and dense mapping of SNPs is of considerable significance for association studies of complex diseases, pharmacogenetics, population genetics and physical mapping. Their use as genetic markers is favored by their high abundance, low mutation rate and the easy automation of typing. With the development of ABI Prism 3100 or 3700 system, single nucleotide primer extension, we car get a straightforward and large-scale method for validation of or comparative genotyping of known SNPs and point mutations. In the mini sequencing primer extension reaction, a DNA polymerase is used specifically to extend a primer that anneals immediately adjacent to the nucleotide position to be analyzed with a single labeled nucleoside triphosphate complementary to the nucleotide at the variant site. The reactor allows highly specific detection of point mutations and single nucleotide polymorphisms(SNPs) without direct sequencing. Because all SNPs can be analyzed with high specificity at the same reaction conditions, mini sequencing is a promising reaction principle for multiplex high-throughput genotyping assays. It is also a useful tool for accurate quantitative PCR-based analysis. This review discusses the advanced biotechnique.

      • 韓國寺刹의 空間構造와 信仰形態에 關한 硏究

        This research takes up DONG HWA(桐華) temple, PA GYE(把溪) temple, UN HEA( 銀海 ) temple, UN BU(雲浮) temple, and the HWAN SUNG(環城) temple, which makes clear the space structure and the belief form of those Buddhist temples. The above-mention temples have been already investigated in other research's. However Now day, The temples are a lot of changes so it is necessary to clarify the current situation. Moreover Each Buddhist temples was not investiaged detaily. So this research's aim is current temple's situation investigation and each temple's detailed reserch 1) The construction of all temples goes back even to the Silla Dynasty. However, the arrange ment structure of then Buddhist temple was completion of the arrangement structure with the courtyard clearly now in a Chosun Dynasty. Especially, the construction time of the grand gate which the component of such an arrangement structure to be assumed the 17th century of which the middle of a Chosun Dynasty. 2) Moreover, it is a building where it was built to be paid objects is deified to these buildings are 山神(SAN SIN), 獨聖(DOK SUNG), and 七星(CHIL SUNG). Especially being paid attention is 山神(SAN SIN) belief. There was a belief to 山神(SAN SIN) from ancient times. However, coming to be deified in the temple is from a furnace in the 17th century. By the way, it was able to be confirmed to have come to be built in the temple which had been investigated by this research in the 20th century in the latter half of the 19th century.

      • 新羅都城의 展開過程에 관한 都市史的 硏究(1)

        The conclusion drawn from this study can be summarized as follows. The origin of the Silla Capital Castle can be found from the Guem Sung (Golden Castle) which was built in 37 Hyuk Gu Sae year after the formation of Sa Ro Kook. But the Guem Sung during Sa Ro Kook era was not enough to be a Capital City in it's form and size. It was only a castle for the King. The first real formation of what we call city today was gradually progressed while the construction of the royal regime which brought the cetralization of power. Especially, before Ja Bi Ma Rip Gan Chinese capital castle system did not influence directly to Silla Dynasty. But, after that, they started to name the districts, specified the market place as an ecomonical district, built Buddhist temples, constucted East Distirict, West Distirict, and South Distirct around Wol Sung which is the Capital Castle. By doing this, the formation of ancient city was possible. Na Sung was not there around the King's City, they built San Sung instead. This kind of spacial allocation made outline of Capital Castle. After the unification of ancient Korea which was then divided into three by Koguryu. Beakjae and Silla, construction of the city was influenced by China. They followed the Chinese city system as a model and gradually adopted the model. During King Sun Duk era, Jong Myo and Sa Jil, which came from Chinese ceremonial space was built inside of Capital Castle. This means the completion of the city at that time.
