Correlations Between Fasciology and Yin Yang Doctrine
Hui Tao,Mei-chun Yu,Hui-ying Yang,Rong-mei Qu,Chun Yang,Xin Zhou,Yu Bai,Jing-peng Wu,Jun Wang,Ou Sha,Lin Yuan 사단법인약침학회 2011 Journal of Acupuncture & Meridian Studies Vol.4 No.2
The aim of this study is to explore the correlations between fasciology and yin yang doctrine. Professor Yuan developed fasciology by three-dimensional reconstruction of connective tissue (fascia) in the trunk and limbs of the human body and tracing back to tissue origins in light of biological evolution and developmental biology. Fasciology states that the human body can be divided into two systems: the supporting-storing system and the functional system. This article elaborates on the roles of the two systems and their mutual relationship. The two systems are used to analyze the yin,the yang, and their relationship. The two systems are promoted but also restricted in different contexts. The supporting-storing system is formed by undifferentiated connective tissue and provides undifferentiated cells and nutrients for differentiated cells of the functional system. Thus, the supporting-storing system could be classified as quiet, similar to yin. The functional system continuously maintains the various functional activities of the human body. Thus, the functional system could be classified as active, similar to yang. In interpreting the yin yang doctrine from the point of view of fasciology, yin can be compared with the supporting-storing system and yang can be compared with the functional system.

Deubiquitinases (DUBs) and noncoding RNAs have been the subjects of recent extensive studies regarding their roles in lung cancer, but the mechanisms involved are largely unknown. In our study, we used The Cancer Genome Atlas data set and bioinformatics analyses and identified USP21, a DUB, as a potential contributor to oncogenesis in nonsmall-cell lung cancer (NSCLC). We further demonstrated that USP21 was highly expressed in NSCLCs. We then conducted a series of in vitro and in vivo assays to explore the effect of USP21 on NSCLC progression and the underlying mechanism involved. USP21 promoted NSCLC cell proliferation, migration, and invasion and in vivo tumor growth by stabilizing a well-known oncogene, Yin Yang-1 (YY1), via mediating its deubiquitination. Furthermore, YY1 transcriptionally regulates the expression of SNHG16. Moreover, StarBase bioinformatics analyses predicted that miR4500 targets SNHG16 and USP21. A series of in vitro experiments indicated that SNHG16 increased the expression of USP21 through miR-4500. In summary, the USP21/YY1/SNHG16 axis plays a role in promoting the progression of NSCLC. Therefore, the USP21/YY1/SNHG16/miR-4500 axis may be a potential therapeutic target in NSCLC treatment.

The aim of this research is to use a conceptual model to experimentally evaluate the mediating impact of government financial and training support on structural social capital and non-financial performance of family farms. Questionnaires were used to collect data from family farms in Guangxi, China, from August 25th to September 8th, 2021. There were 759 valid responses, accounting for 94.99 percent of the total number of respondents. The scales’ reliability and validity, and the research’s mediating effects and hypotheses, are tested using SPSS 22.0 and AMOS 26.0. The findings suggest that the impact of government financial assistance on family farms’ non-financial performance cannot be substantiated. The intermediary chain connection of financial and training support, on the other hand, has a significant mediating effect between structural social capital and family farm non-financial performance. Direct financial assistance could be thought to encourage family farms to rely too much on funding, making them less competitive in market competition, innovation, and long-term operations. According to the conclusions of the study, government assistance to family farms could take a variety of forms, including providing diversified skills training programs in farming practices, managerial skills, and other areas.
Analysis and Modeling for Stray Inductance of Commutation Circuit in Indirect Matrix Converter
Yang Mei,Ziyu Liu,Shiheng Niu,Weichao Huang 전력전자학회 2019 ICPE(ISPE)논문집 Vol.2019 No.5
Due to the complex commutation method and process of IMC, the stray inductances of the commutation circuit cannot be negligible, which induces voltage spikes while the power device operates at high frequency. As a result, the voltage stress of power devices is increased, which even causes over voltage damage of the power device. In order to estimate the stray inductance and select appropriate devices, the equivalent circuit model of the commutation circuit is constructed, and the main factors and the effect mechanism are analyzed based on the analysis of the commutation process and circuit of the IMC. A 3D model of the IMC is established by ANSYS software based on the electromagnetic calculation to extract the stray inductance of commutation circuit. The experimental results show that the accurately stray inductance parameters of the commutation circuit can be obtained by using the model, which demonstrates the validity of the analysis and modeling.
Deconstructing Morphology of Poster Design
Yang Mei,Yang Yong 한국공학안전보건예술학회 2011 한국공학예술학회 논문지 Vol.3 No.-
Deconstruction form is actually the decomposition, restructuring and reengineering of the form and structure to create a new visual form of poster. It is a kind of expression of voice and context transformed from three-dimensional space to two-dimensional space. It tries to represent the appeal of poster by the new shape. Additionally, it gives efforts to give the ontology new connotation and to broaden the viewers’cognition perspective with its unique, visual force, power and universal appeal.

We established a practical method for rapid and large-scale production of Valeriana fauriei var. dasycarpa Hara roots by bioreactor culture and confirmed valerenic acids and valepotriates production. We also compared valerenic acids and valepotriates production patterns according to various media conditions. Among the media tested, B5 medium gave the maximum biomass production of 101 g fresh weight, which was a 5.03-fold multiplication rate obtained 4 weeks after inoculation of 20 g of fresh weight. The best production of total valerenic acids (7.86 mg/l) and valepotriates (8.96 mg/l) was B5 medium.
A review of studies on the growth of Chinese farmers' income
Yang Feng mei 한국유통과학회 2014 한국유통과학회 학술대회 논문집 Vol.2014 No.-
With the fast development of the economy in China, the urban-rural income gap is becoming larger and larger during the reform and open period. Especially after 1990, the farmer income has been increasing slowly, and the urban-rural income gap problem is becoming more and more serious. In this case, many scholars have discussed and studied this problem from many aspects. This paper analyzes these scholars' research and reviews them from four aspects. The four aspects are Resource Endowment, Urban and Rural Difference, the Adjustment of Agricultural Structure, the Lag Development of Urbanization.
Prognostic Role of Nucleophosmin in Colorectal Carcinomas
Yang, Yu-Feng,Zhang, Xi-Ying,Yang, Mei,He, Ze-Hua,Peng, Ning-Fu,Xie, Shu-Rui,Xie, Yan-Fang Asian Pacific Journal of Cancer Prevention 2014 Asian Pacific journal of cancer prevention Vol.15 No.5
Aim: Recent research suggests that nucleophosmin (NPM) may be a prognostic marker in colorectal carcinomas (CRC). We here tested its use to predict the survival of CRC patients. Methods: We investigated NPM expression by immunohistochemistry in histologically normal to malignant colorectal tissues and evaluated its association with clinicopathological variables. Overall and disease-free survival after tumor removal were calculated by the Kaplan-Meier method, and differences in survival curves were analyzed by the log-rank test. The Cox proportional hazards model was used for multivariate analysis of prognostic factors. Results: NPM expression was found significantly upregulated in CRC compared to adjacent colorectal tissue, villous adenoma, tubular adenoma and normal colorectal mucosa (p<0.05 for all). NPM expression was statistically linked to cancer embolus, lymph node metastasis, differentiation grade, and recurrence of CRC. Overall and disease-free survival of NPM-negative CRC patients tended to be better than those for patients with NPM-positive lesions (log-rank statistic, p<0.05 for all). Multivariate analysis indicated NPM expression as an independent prognostic indicator for CRC patients (p<0.05 ). Conclusion: Our results suggest that NPM expression can predict the survival of CRC patients. Prognosis of CRC is determined by not only many known prognostic factors but also by NPM expression.

To decrease both the number and tuning difficulty of weighting factors, an advanced model predictive current control is proposed for an induction motor drive system fed by an indirect matrix converter, where the input and output currents of the indirect matrix converter are designated as control objectives. The reference input currents are established on the basis of the instantaneous power theory and optimized using a low-pass filter. In addition, the reference output currents are determined using a reference flux vector based on the deadbeat theory. As a result, there is only one weighting factor for parameter tuning, and the predictive models are significantly simplified. In addition, both the phase and the quality of the input currents are considered and controlled, which can improve the grid power quality. Simulation and experimental results show that the sinusoidal grid/output currents, a unity power factor, and good steady-state and dynamic performances of the induction motor have been achieved. In addition, the execution time of the entire algorithm was noticeably shortened.
