        중국의 산업집적과 경제성장 간 순환누적 효과에 관한 연구 ― 2007-2018년 현급 패널 데이터를 중심으로

        In this paper, we take the mutual influences between the secondary industry agglomeration and economic growth in China’s county level as the research object. The panel data simultaneous equations models are specified to analyze the existence and change characteristics of the cyclical cumulative effects of industrial agglomeration and economic growth. The results show that industrial agglomeration and economic growth not only have a significant two-way relationship, but also they achieve their own cyclical cumulative effect based on the paths of “industrial agglomeration-economic growth-industrial agglomeration” and “economic growth-industrial agglomeration-economic growth” respectively. In terms of dynamics, compared to 2007~2013, the cumulative effect of agglomeration under the periodic impact of industrial agglomeration in 2014~2018 is weakened. The increasing diffusion effect leads to the decline of the role of industrial agglomeration in the economic growth cycle accumulation. In addition, the cumulative effects of different regions show heterogeneity characteristics. The cyclical cumulative effects of industrial agglomeration and economic growth are more significant in underdeveloped counties. In some economically developed counties, however, the industry isomorphism and the demand for the upgrading of industrial structure make the cumulative effect of industrial agglomeration become weak, and the crowding effect also makes the cumulative effect of economic growth decrease.

        베이징 고궁(자금성)에서의 문화관광객의 인식가치에 대한 텍스트분석

        본 연구에서는 상징적 상호작용 이론을 기반으로 베이징 고궁을 예로 들어 관광객 네트워크 리뷰 데이터를 기반한 TF-IDF 알고리즘을 통해 관광객이 인식하는 키워드를 추출하고 관광객 인식 요소를 요약하였다. 이를 기반으로 LDA 알고리즘을 사용하여 관광객의 인식 범주의 주요 가중치를 분석하고, 관광객의 인식 요소의 내부 요인을 연구하여 그들의 인식가치 생성 메커니즘 모델을 구축하고자 한다. 연구에 따르면 첫째, 관광객 인식 요소로는 주로 관광목적지 랜드마크, 관리 서비스 요소, 감성적 경험 요소, 기능적 인식 요소 및 관광비용 요소 등 5가지 범주로 요약되었다. 둘째, 관광객이 인식하는 시나리오의 가치, 서비스 품질의 가치, 감성적 경험의 가치, 인식적 가치 및 관광비용의 가치로 주로 구성되는 관광객 인식 요소는 상당한 층위성이 있다. 셋째, 관광객 인식 요소와 인식가치 내재적 논리는 관광 인식가치 생성 메커니즘의 모델을 구성하는 중요한 기반이다. 문화와 관광의 통합 혁신과 문화와 관광산업의 고품질 발전을 촉진하는 과정에서 정부는 시민 관광인식 가치 연구, 시민 관광경험, 관광시장 수요의 변화, 스마트 관광 건설을 중시해야 한다. Based on symbolic interaction theory, this study extracted keywords recognized by tourists through the TF-IDF algorithm and summarized tourist recognition elements based on tourist network review data, taking Beijing Palace as an example. Based on this, the LDA algorithm is used to analyze the main weights of the tourist’s perception category, study the internal factors of the tourist’s perception factor, and establish a mechanism model for generating the tourist’s perception value. According to the study, first, tourist recognition factors are mainly summarized into five categories: tourist destination landmarks, management service elements, emotional experience elements, functional recognition elements, and tourism cost factors. Second, tourist recognition elements, which are mainly composed of the value of scenarios, the value of service quality, the value of emotional experiences, the perceived value, and the value of tourism costs perceived by tourists, have a significant hierarchy. Third, the tourist perception factor and the intrinsic logic of perception value are important foundations for constructing a model of the mechanism for generating tourism perception value. In the process of promoting integrated innovation of culture and tourism and high-quality development of culture and tourism industries, the government should value civic tourism, civic tourism experience, changes in tourism market demand, and smart tourism construction.

        The outbreak of coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) caused by the severe acute respiratorysyndrome coronavirus 2 has rapidly spread globally. Cancer patients are at a higher risk ofbeing infected with the coronavirus and are more likely to develop severe complications, ascompared to the general population. The increasing spread of COVID-19 presents challengesfor the clinical care of patients with gynecological malignancies. Concerted efforts should beput into managing gynecological malignancies in an orderly manner by strictly implementingthe measures that are specifically developed for controlling the spread of COVID-19. We havedrafted Recommendations on Management of Gynecological Malignancies during the COVID-19 Pandemicbased on our experience on controlling COVID-19 pandemic in China. We recommendthat patients with gynecological malignancies should be managed in hierarchical andindividualized manners in combination with local conditions related to COVID-19. Medicalcare decision should be balanced between controlling COVID-19 pandemic spread and timelydiagnosis and treatment for gynecologic oncology patients.

        Exploring finger vein based personal authentication for secure IoT

        <P><B>Abstract</B></P> <P>Personal authentication is getting harder and harder in the internet of things (IoT). Existing methods used for personal authentication, such as passwords and the two-factor authentication (2FA), are inadequate and ineffective due to human error and other attacks. To support more secure IoT, this paper proposes a finger vein based personal authentication method by exploring competitive orientations and magnitudes from finger vein images. Finger vein recognition has been proven to be a reliable and promising solution for biometric-based personal authentication. The stable and rich piecewise line features in finger vein images can be used to clearly represent finger vein patterns for personal authentication. In this paper, we propose an efficient local descriptor for finger vein feature extraction, namely the histogram of competitive orientations and magnitudes (HCOM). For a finger vein image, two types of local histograms are extracted and fused together to efficiently and adequately represent the competitive information: the histogram of competitive orientations (HCO) and the local binary pattern histogram generated from the image of competitive magnitudes (named as HCMLBP). The extensive experimental results from the application of the proposed method to the public finger vein database MMCBNU_6000, demonstrate that the proposed method outperforms state-of-the-art orientation coding (OC)-based methods and other commonly used local descriptors.         Research on the relationship and influencing factors between carbon emission and economic growth of industrial sectors in China Under the Background of New Normal

        뉴 노멀 배경 아래, 중국은 녹색 개발 촉진과 세계 기후 변화에 효과적으로 대처한다는 목표를 달성하기 위해 산업 구조의 변혁과 고도화를 추진하고 있다. 경제발전에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석하고 산업부문의 탄소배출량을 줄이는 것이 핵심이다. 이 논문은 뉴 노멀이론, 공공사회학 이론, LMDI 모델에 기초하여 아래와 같은 점을 발견하였다. 첫째, 중국의 산업탄소 배출과 경제성장은 장기적 취약 디커플링 상태에 있다. 둘째, 에너지 집약도와 경제 규모가 산업 디커플링의 주요 촉진 및 억제 요인. 셋째, 뉴 노멀 배경 아래 중국의 주요 산업 부문의 탄소 배출과 산업 경제 성장 사이의 복잡한 관계는 추가적인 조정이 필요하다. Under background of new normal, in order to achieve the goals of promoting green development and effectively coping with global climate change, China is promoting the transformation and upgrading of industrial structure. The key is to analyze the factors affecting economic development and reduce carbon emissions from industrial sectors. Based on the new normal theory, public sociology theory and LMDI model, this paper finds that: first, China"s industrial carbon emissions and economic growth are in a long-term weak decoupling state; second, energy intensity and economic scale are the main promoting and restraining factors of industrial decoupling; third, Under the new normal, the complex relationship between carbon emissions of China"s key industrial sectors and industrial economic growth needs further adjustment.
