        In a case of driving beginnners, it is very difficult to park a car perfectly because driver's knowledge makes more errors than intelligent mechanism when they are performed repeatedly. However skilled drivers be of experienced knowledge are able to park a car quickly. In this paper, we analyzed driving patterns of skilled drivers, designed the fuzzy controller to park based on it, and perform auto-parking simulation of a car using that controller.

        1920년대 申采浩와 梁啓超의 역사연구방법론 비교 : E. 베른하임을 참고하여

        'Introduction' of the book 'Korean ancient history' written by Shin Chae Ho was highly influenced by Liang Qichao's(1873~1929) book 'The methodologies of Chinese history'. Shin Chae Ho borrowed many ideas and most of the organizational framework of his 'Introduction' from Liang Qichao. Shin Chae Ho dealt with the same themes that was found in 'The methodologies of Chinese history' but discussed it in terms of historical documents or events in Korea. Since Liang Qichao referred to 'Introduction to history' written by Ernst Bernheim when he wrote his book, it can be assumed that modern methodologies of western history was adopted by Shin Chae Ho in his 'Introduction'. Shin Chae Ho believed that history is a document of mental activities that develop both spatially and temporally. He emphasized the importance of objective descriptions of historical facts. He also knew the importance of explanations for causal relationship in writing history and of studies of historical records. All these reflect the influences of Liang Qichao and Ernst Bernheim on Shin Chae Ho. However, Shin Chae Ho had his uniqueperspectives as well. For example, he said that history is a struggle between 'me'(or 'us') and 'others'. He also emphasized the importance of specificities and uniqueness of each nation(Minjok). These are indications of his own 'nationalistic history'. In summary, Shin Chae Ho adopted modern methodologies in Western history from Liang Qichao and Ernst Bernheim and developed a new methodology of his own. We now call it methodology of nationalistic history.

      • 중학교 체육과의 정의적 영역 평가 실태 분석

        The purpose of this study is to search the affective contents of physical education presented in the seventh education curriculum, and to provide concrete data for improving the problems in the affective domain assessment by analyzing the reality of that assessment through surveying the teachers' thoughts and assessment criterion schemes. To reach the goal of this study, I searched affective contents presented in the seventh education curriculum after dividing it into two parts, contents and assessment. And I collected fifty-five performance assessment criterion schemes from as many schools in four cities in Kyeonggi Province, and analyzed them after classifying them into ten domains by their contents. The results are as followings ; First, in the seventh education curriculum on middle school physical education, the characteristics of the subject are prescribed and qualitative improvement of this subject is emphasized through teaching and assessing the sociality and development of sentiments, such as cooperative spirit, patience, satisfaction, sincerity and responsibility which are directly related to the physical education classes. Second, the main method of affective domain assessment was the demerit system, and the contents of assessment was about the students' uniform conditions . Many school assessed just preparing condition without assessing attitude. Concrete criterion and frequency for assessment were hardly showed in the assessment criterion schemes, so the tools for affective domain assessment was poor relatively when compared with psychomotor domain assessment. Third, the teachers recognized that affective domain in physical education was important, but they thought other teachers were concerned little about that domain. Assessment was doing not for understanding achievement degree of the class goal and improving teaching-learning method but for causing learning motive. Fourth, the mainly applied contents in affective domain assessment was the students' uniform conditions. And demerit system was widely used because it was easy but many teachers pointed out that this system had some problems from the viewpoint of the educational effect and fairness. As we've seen, the tools for assessment in schools were so poor that they were different from the contents of affective domain which was showed in the seventh education curriculum. And there were inconsistency and differences between the teachers' recognition and reality of affective domain assessment, so teachers' effort and concern are necessary.

      • 파라메터 추정과 슬라이딩 모드를 이용한 상태관측기 구성에 관한 연구

        The observer which is based on sliding mode is robust to uncertainties. It has the error dynamic independent on disturbances or noises. But its dynamics are very coservative because of its dependence of output error. So, in this paper, an observer with a novel sliding mode is proposed. The sliding mode of this observer is designed by defining a extended error state whose dynamic is determined from the output error. In addition to this advantage, the RLS algorithm is made more useful by proposing the data obtaining method from the existing experimental data. The performace of the sliding mode observer can be improved using the parameters from the RLS algorithm.

        뇌경색후 발생한 Cortical Spreading Depression과 뇌경색 범위에 관한 실험적 연구

        Cortical Spreading Depression(CSD) is a transient depression of neuronal activity that spreads across the cortical surface and is associated with profound changes in blood flow, extracellular ion concentration. Direct Current(DC) potentials and cell membrane potentials. One of the electrophysiological disturbance in the periinfarct surrounding is spontaneous occurrence of repeated CSD like DC shifts associated with increased energy demand. Due to restricted blood flow to the periinfarct border zone, elevated metabolic demand is potentially harzardous. So the authors designed this experiment to verify the correlation between periinfarct cortical spreading depression and ischemic volume following permanent middle cerebral artery (MCA) occlusion in rats. Sprague-Dawley rats(n=27) were anesthetized with 0.5∼1% halothane, and artificially ventilated through a tracheal cannula. Arterial pressure, blood gases and body temperature were controlled. The middle cerebral artery(MCA) was occluded distally to the lenticulostriate branches. Measurements of CSD activity were made for 4 hours in each animal. Infarct volume was determined 6 hours later in 2, 3, 5-triphenyl tetrazolium chloride(TTC)-stained sections. For 4 hours after MCA occlusion, the CSDs were found in all experimental animals with a range of 2∼9 times. Those CSDs wer of varying duration, : "small"(<1 min) and "big"(> 1 min) SDs and mean of total duration of SD was 10.5±10.3 min during 4 hours of MCA occlusion. Neuropathological evaluation of brain infarct in the rats, which had been allowed to survive for 6 hours after MCA occlusion showed a mean volume of 89.7±45.3㎣. Serial observation of duration of CSD showed progressive prolongation only in 8 rats. The rest of them(n=19) did not show any prolongation. Neither the prolongation of duration of CSD nor the frequency of CSD in the penumbral zone correlated with the volume of infarct. However total duration of CSD was slightly related with the infarct volume after 6 hours of the permanent MCA occlusion(r=0.414, p=0.0318).

        Pyrimidine계 액정 화학물 합성 과정의 중요한 전구물질인 1-dimethylamino-3-dimethylimino-2-(4-hydroxyphenyl)propene perchlorate와 4-((S)-2-methylbutyl)Phenylamidine hydrochloride를 합성하였다. Amidinium염은 4-((S)-2-methylbutyl)acetophenone으로부터 합성하였다. Amidine염과 perchlorate염의 반응에서 얻은 pyrimidine 유도체는 편광현미경과 DSC를 이용하여 분석한 결과 강유전성을 지니는 액정 화합물임을 알 수 있었다. The two synthetic intermediates for the preparation of pyrimidine type liquid crystals, 1-dimethylamino-3-dimethylimino-2-(4-hydroxyphenyl)propene perchlorate and 4-((S)-2-methylbutyl)phenylamidine hydrochloride, were synthesized. 1-Dimethylamino-3-dimethylimino-2-(4-hydroxyphenyl)propene perchlorate was prepared from the Vilsmeier reaction of 4-hydroxypheylacetic acid, and 4-((S)-2-methylbutyl)phenylamidine hydrochloride was prepared via 4 steps from 4-((S)-2-methylbutyl)acetophenone, respectively. The pyrimidine derivatives prepared from the amidine salt and perchlorate salt showed ferrolelectric mesophases by the DSC and polarized microscopic analysis.

      • H∞제어와 슬라이딩 모드 제어에 대한 통합 제어기 설계

        In this paper, a novel sliding mode control is proposed by using ?? controller. This technique is constructed based on the augmented system with a virtual state and make it has the dynamics of the original system and then ?? controller has robust characteristics of sliding mode control for existing parameter uncertainty. The reaching phase is excluded by setting initial virtual state value appropriately.

      • 필기체 숫자인식의 최적 신경망 구조 설계를 위한 개선된 유전자 알고리즘

        본 논문에서는 필기체 숫자인식의 최적 신경망 구조 설계를 위하여 유전자 알고리즘과 역전파 알고리즘을 병합하는 방법을 이용하였으며, 유전자 알고리즘은 유전인자의 역할에 따라 독립적으로 적응하는 개선된 선택, 교배, 돌연변이 연산자를 제안하였다. 실험결과는 유전인자의 역할에 적응하는 개선된 연산자들의 실행으로 최적의 신경망 구조를 설계하였고, 설계된 신경망 구조에서의 학습이 가장 좋은 성능을 나타내었다. In this study, the method of using both genetic algorithm and back propagation is proposed to design the structure of optimal neural network recognizing handwritten digits. Improved selection, crossover and mutation operator which can control the genetic algorithm independently according to the role of gene are used in the proposed method. Simulation result shows that the neural network of this method can search effectively the optimal hidden node numbers, connection weight, learning rate and the momentum because of above proposed operators.

      • TiO₂광촉매를 이용한 페놀 제거에 관한 연구

        The experimental study on photocatalytic phenol removal was conducted by using TiO_(2) as a photocatalyst and ultraviolet(UV) ray as a light source. The effect of several variables such as the amount of photocatalyst, the wavelength of UV ray and the operation temperature and pH of reaction system on the removal efficiency of phenol was experimentally examined. Up to the concentration of photocatalyst 0.025g/L, the removal efficiency of phenol increased with the concentration of photocatalyst and beyond this concentration the reaction rate was independent of catalyst concentration. The removal of phenol was enhanced as the energy intensity was increased, that is the wavelength became shorter. It seemed that the photocatalytic decomposition of phenol prefers the basic condition and is insensitive to the operation temperature.
