      • Benzoate, m-Toluate, Phenol의 Pseudomonas putida에 의한 생분해

        It this study, basic data were obtained for the treatment of industrial waste water which includes aromatic compounds. Substrate concentrations used were 100ppm, 500ppm, and 1,000pprn and initial pH's were pH6, pH7, and pH8 in order to obtain the optimum conditions for treating benzoate, m-toluate, and phenol by Pseudomonas putida(KCTC 1644). Durations were 20hrs for 100ppm, 40hrs for 500ppm, and 60hrs for 1,000ppm before the static growth of Pseudomonas putida. 100% of 100ppm benzoate(0.31g cell/1) was biodegraded at pH6, pH7, and pH8 before 20hrs, 52.8% of 500ppm at pH8 in 40hrs, and 27.9% of 1,000ppm at pH8 in 60hrs. The best initial pH was pH8 for the biodegradation and the growth of Pseudomonas putida in benzoate medium. For m-toluate, the best initial pH was also pH8. At this pH, 40.6% of 10Dppm(0.31 cell/1), 21.9% of 500ppm, and 14.1% of 1,000ppm m-toluate were biodegraded respectively in limited time. But for phenol, the best initial pH was pH7. At this point, 9.8% of 100ppm(0.218 cell/1), 7.1% of 500ppm, and 4.7% of 1,000ppm phenol were biodegraded respectively. Therefore, the best carbon source in this experiment was benzoate. Pseudomonas putida was also able to biodegrade m-cresol, p-hydroxybenzoic acid, and benzaldehyde.

        내시경적 역행성 담췌관조영술 후 발생한 급성췌장염의 발생인자로 여러 가지 인자들이 관여하지만 특히 담췌관조영술 시행 후 과도한 췌선방 조영화에 의한 중증의 췌장염 증례를 경험하였기에 보고하는 바이다 Endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP) has been considered as a valuable tool for the diagnosis and management of disease of the pancreas and biliary tree. Post-ERCP pancreatitis is the most frequent and clinically significant complication following ERCP. But a few complication associated with this procedure are unforeseeable. Specially, acinarization as a result of a careless cooperation between operator and assistant may be influenced in complications of ERCP. Severe post-ERCP pancreatitis is rare complication, and its prognosis will be poor. Therefore, careful process and good relationship between operator and assistant in ERCP may be prevented this complication, but is not clear. Neglect of acinarization may be resulted in more aggravation of pancreatitis. We have cared for one patient with severe post-ERCP pancreatitis with pseudocyst after water-soluble contrast media spreading into the acini (acinarization) via ERCP in resolving phase idiopathic pancreatitis.

      • 신경인성방광에서 요역동학적 고찰

        Background and objectives : A disparity between clinical and urodynamic findings is commonly found and its application to the clinical management of neurogenic bladder is pratically as well embrassing as it reading. We investigated urodynamic study for the diagnosis and management of neurogenic bladder. Materials and methods : From July 1997 to June 2001, total of 83 patients of neurogenic bladder were evaluated by urodynamic study. Results : urodynamically, there were 20 cases(24%) showing detrusor hyperreflexia with detrusor external sphincter dyssynergia(DESD), 12 cases(15%) detrusor areflexia with low compliance. A disparity between the clinical and urodynamic assessment was noted in 26 cases(31%), clinically severe symptom with complication was particularily common in detrusor hyperreflexia with DESD, detrusor areflexia with low compliance and catheter indwelling patients. Conclusion : In neurogenic bladder, clinically symptom with complication was particularly common in detrusor hyperreflexia with DESD, detrusor areflexia with low compliance and catheter indwelling patients.

        Relationship between Ectomycorrhizal Fruiting Bodies and Climatic and Environmental Factors in Naejangsan National Park

        We collected and identified 5,721 ectomycorrhizal fruiting bodies (EcM) from Naejangsan National Park from June 2004 to 2013, belonging to 1 phylum, 1 class, 6 orders, 19 families, 40 genera, and 196 species. Of these, 2,249 individuals were identified as 89 species belonging to 11 genera in 7 families in the Agaricales; 1,511 were identified as 43 species belonging to 2 genera in 1 family in the Russulales; 1,132 were identified as 50 species belonging to 21 genera in 6 families in the Boletales; 793 were identified as 8 species belonging to 3 genera in 2 families in the Cantharellales; 29 were identified as 3 species belonging to 2 genera in 2 families in the Thelephorales; and 7 were identified as 3 species belonging to 1 genus in 1 family in the Gomphales. Thus, most of the EcMs identified belonged to the following 3 orders: Agaricales, Russulales, and Boletales. Russulaceae were most common (43 species), followed by Boletaceae (39 species), and Amanitaceae (27 species); most individuals were Russulaceae (1,511), followed by Hydnagiaceae (1,071) and Boletaceae (804). The monthly distribution showed that the greatest number of individuals and species of EcM, including the dominant ones, occur around July~September at an elevation of 200~299 m, diminishing markedly above 600 m. The greatest number of individuals and species, including the dominant ones, were collected in the period with average temperatures $25.0{\sim}26.9^{\circ}C$, lows of $21.0{\sim}22.9^{\circ}C$, and highs of $30.0{\sim}31.9^{\circ}C$, relative humidity > 76%, and rainfall > 400 mm.

        Relationship between Climatic Factors and the Distribution of Higher Fungi in Byeonsanbando National Park, Korea

        From April 2009 to October 2011, we surveyed the higher fungi in the Byeonsanbando National Park, Korea. In total, we identified 2 kingdoms, 3 divisions, 7 classes, 22 orders, 63 families, 149 genera, and 313 species(including 6 undocumentedtaxa: 2 families, 2 genera, and 2 species). Seventeen 17 orders, 49 families, 128 genera, and 286 species belonged to Basidiomycota; 7 orders, 9 families, 15 genera, and 21 species were of Ascomycota; and 4 orders, 5 families, 6 genera, and 6species of primordial fungi. Among the Basidiomycota, Agaricomycetes were represented by 47 families, 126 genera, and 282species. The most common fungi were Boletaceae(33 species), followed by Russulaceae(30), Agaricaceae(27), and Amanitaceae(24). Various species of most of the higher fungi occurred during periods with average temperatures of 23~24.9oC, maximum temperatures of 28~31.9oC, minimum temperatures of 22~23.9oC, > 82% relative humidity, and>200 mm precipitation

        변산반도 국립공원 고등균류의 자원이용적 특성

        2009년부터 2011년, 2015년까지 변산반도 국립공원의 고등균류를 조사한 결과, 총 2문 6강 18목 61과 157속 323종이 조사 되었으며, 주름버섯목(Agaricales)이 23과 67속 153종, 그물버섯목(Boletales) 6과 27속 45종, 무당버섯목(Russulales) 3과 4속 40종 및 구멍장이버섯목(Polyporales) 6과 21속 28종으로 4목의 종수가 총 266종으로 전체종수의 82.4%로 대부분을 차지한 것으로 나타났다. 가장 많은 종수가 조사된 균류는 그물버섯과로 37종이었으며, 무당버섯과(36종), 주름버섯과(28종) 및 광대버섯과(25종) 순으로 우점하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 서식환경별에서는 외생균근성 버섯은 15과 38속 130종(40.2%)으로 독성 버섯은 46종, 식·약용 버섯 51종 및 식·독 불명 버섯 26종 등이 조사되었으며 낙엽 및 목재부후균은 33과 72속 114종(35.3%)이었고 이 중 독성 버섯은 10종, 식·약용 버섯 52종 및 식·독 불명 버섯 46종 등이, 지상균은 24과 47속 72종(22.3%)이었고 독성 버섯은 8종, 식·약용 버섯 31종 및 식·독 불명 버섯 29종 등인 것으로 나타났다. 월별 발생에서는 대부분의 독성 버섯, 식·약용 버섯 및 식·독 불명버섯 등은 7월과 8월에 집중적으로 발생하는 것으로 나타났다. 고도별에서는 대부분의 독성 버섯, 식·약용 버섯 및 식·독 불명 버섯 등은 1~199m 지역에서 많이 발생되고 있는 것으로 나타났으며 200m 이상 지역에서는 현저히 낮아지는 것으로 조사되었다. 독성 버섯, 식·약용 버섯 및 식·독 불명 버섯 등은 평균온도에서는 24.0~25.9℃, 최고온도 28.0~29.9℃, 최저온도 20.0~21.9℃, 상대습도 77.0~79.9% 및 강수량 300.0~499.9 mm일 때 발생이 높은 것으로 나타났다. According to the survey on higher fungi from 2009 to 2011 and also in 2015 in Byeonsanbando National Park, a total of 2 division, 6 class, 18 orders, 61 families, 157 genera and 323 species were observed. In case of Agaricales, there were 23 families, 67 genera and 153 species; Boletales, there were 6 families, 27 genera and 45 species; Russulales, there were 3 family, 4 genera and 40 species; Polyporales, there were 6 family, 21 genera, 28 species. Thus, most of them belonged to the following 4 orders: Agaricales, Russulales, Boletales and Polyporales. Dominant species belonged to Boletaceae (37 species), Russulaceae (36 species), Agaricaceae (28 species) and Amamtaceae (25 species). For the habitat environment, the ectomycorrhizal mushrooms were 40.2% (poisonous mushrooms, 46 species; edible & medicinal mushrooms, 51 species; unknown edible &poisonous mushrooms, 26 species), litter decomposing and wood rotting fungi 35.3%(poisonous mushrooms, 10 species; edible & medicinal mushrooms, 52 species; unknown edible & poisonous mushrooms, 46species), grounding Fungi 22.3%(poisonous mushrooms, 8 species; edible & medicinal mushrooms, 31 species; unknown edible & poisonous mushrooms, 29 species). Monthly, most of poisonous mushrooms, edible & medicinal mushrooms and unknown edible & poisonous mushrooms were found in July and August. In terms of altitude, the most species were observed at 1~199m and the populations dropped by a significant level at an altitude of 200m or higher. It seemed that the most diversified poisonous mushrooms, edible & medicinal mushrooms and unknown edible & poisonous mushrooms occurred at climate conditions with a mean air temperature at 24.0~25.9℃, the highest air temperature at 28.0~29.9℃, the lowest air temperature at 20.0~21. 9℃, a relative humidity at 77.0~79.9% and a rainfall of 300.0~499.9mm.

        The result of the survey on higher fungi in the Wolchulsan National Park from April 2009 to October 2011 is as follows. During the survey, total of 1 kingdoms 2 divisions 5 classes 18 orders 56 families 133 genera and 298 species were surveyed, Basidiomycota has 12 orders 47 families 120 genera 278 species, Ascomycota 6 orders 9 families 13 genera 20 species.As for Basidiomycota, Agaricomycetes has 46 families 118 genera 276 species. The most occurred fungi were Russulaceae with 37species, followed by Boletaceae, Amanitaceae, Agaricaceae and Polyporaceae. Various species of most higher fungi occurred during the period with average temperature of 26.0~27.9, max. 32.0~34.9, min. 24.0~25.9, and over 100mm of precipitation.
