Tension Wire 계측을 통한 비탈면의 3차원 거동 분석

비탈면 계측시스템이 예전에 비해 많이 개선되긴 했지만, 주로 하드웨어적인 측면의 개선에 치우쳤다. 실제 비탈면의 거동은 3차원 거동이며, 3차원 거동해석은 많은 변수를 함유하고 있어 비탈면 안정해석을 위한 비탈면 거동분석프로그램은 상대적으로 개발이 부족하였다. 일차원 해석은 방향의 고려 없이 길이의 증감만을 나타내나, 실제 비탈면 현장의 경우 3차원 공간상 변화를 나타낸다. 3차원상의 공간좌표를 확정하기 위하여 결정되어야 하는 값들은 길이, 수평각 및 수직각이다. 그러므로 두 방향 및 길이 변화를 고려한 좌표 시스템을 이용하여 새로운 좌표들을 구할 경우, 3차원의 공간을 분할하여 수평변화 및 수직변화를 구분하여 비탈면의 거동을 해석할 수 있다. 본 해석 모델을 충청북도 DY비탈면의 계측 data에 적용하였다. 현장 계측자료를 3-D 해석한 결과 비탈면은 전반적으로 오른쪽으로 이동하고 있으며, 변위가 도로방향으로 일어남과 동시에 수직변위가 발생하고 있음을 알 수 있다. 현재 비탈면은 계측지점 간 누적변위가 4.3cm 이내인 미소거동을 하며, 계측지점 모두 거동양상이 유사한 변위 방향 및 크기를 보이고 있음을 알 수 있다. Several sensor systems are used to estimate and predict the slope behaviors, however though slope sensing systems are much up-to-dated compared to before, they are mainly focused on the hardware developing. It means the analyzing software is deficient to apply the examining slope behavior for slope stability. In real case, slope behavior shows the 3-dimensional movement and failure; however the modeling methods for 3-D behavior are more difficult and need more variables. 1-D analysis shows only the length variation, however the real slope makes the 3-D behaviors. To fix the 3-D space coordinate, three values should be determined such as length, horizontal angle and vertical angle. Therefore if the 3-D coordinate system were composed by the points considered of two directions and length, the 3-D space could be separated into horizontal plane and vertical plane. The data from DY-slope in Chungbuk province was analyzed to the developed 3-D coordinate system. It is concluded from the results of 3-D analysis, the slope is generally moving to transverse direction, also the displacements are happening to road and vertical direction at the same time. Presently, the accumulated displacement between sensing points shows small value within 4.3 cm, and the displacements of all sensing points show the similar directions and magnitudes.

<P>It is generally assumed that all mature rRNA molecules assembled into ribosomes within a single cell are identical. However, sequence analysis of Streptomyces coelicolor genome revealed that it harbors six copies of divergent rRNA operons that may express and constitute three and five different kinds of small subunit (SSU) and large subunit (LSU) rRNA molecules, respectively, in a single cell. Phylogenetic analyses of the LSU rRNA genes and the internal transcribed spacer between SSU and LSU genes indicated that the LSU gene of rrnA and rrnE operons might be the result of interspecies recombination between rRNA genes in closely related streptomycetes. Profiling of rRNA species using primer extension analysis showed that heterogeneous rRNA transcripts are expressed and assembled into ribosomes in the cell. As the cells developed from germination to sporulation, the relative amount of LSU rRNA molecules derived from three rRNA operons (rrnA, D, and E) gradually decreased from approximately 85% to approximately 60%, whereas the distribution of LSU rRNA molecules from two other operons (rrnB and F) and rrnC operon gradually increased from approximately 10% to approximately 20% of the total LSU rRNA. These findings indicate that heterogeneous rRNA molecules are differentially expressed during the life cycle of this developmentally complex microorganism.</P>

Serotonin dysfunction has been implicated in the pathogenesis of obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD). Neurocognitive dysfunction is considered as the core pathology in the OCD. This study aimed to investigate the association of T102C polymorphism of the 5-HT2A receptor gene with the neurocognitive function in OCD. Fifty four patients with OCD were participated in this study. Neurocognitive function tests were administered to the patients with OCD. T102C of the 5-HT2A gene were analyzed by Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) amplification and Restriction Fragment Length Polymorphism (RFLP). The distribution of genotypic patterns of T102C was grouped into T/T genotype (n=16), T/C genotype (n=28) and T/T genotype (n=10). The group of patients with T/T genotype demonstrated significant delayed response time in immediate recall (p=0.036) and delayed recall (p=0.038) of Rey-Osterrieth Complex Figure test which was used to evaluate visuospatial construction ability and visuospatial memory. These results showed that T/T genotype of T102C has higher performance deficit in neurocognitive function tests such as RCFT than the other types. We suggest that T102C genotype may contribute to neurocognitive function and neurocognitive function may serve as a good candidate phenotype for association or linkage studies on OCD.

This study aimed to investigate the possible associations between candidate single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) in the 5-HTT and 5-HT2A genes and the susceptibility to and clinical features of OCD. We screened the SNPs in the 5-HTT, 5-HT2A and DRD2 genes in one hundred and forty eight healthy volunteers by two dimensional gene scanning (TDGS). We chose candidate SNPs which were newly detected by TDGS or had previously been linked with psychiatric disorders such as schizophrenia or depression. The 5-HTT gene-linked polymorphic region (HTTLPR), 17 bp variable number of tandem repeats in the second intron (VNTR), 878C>T, and 1815A>C SNPs in the 5-HTT gene, and 102T>C SNP in the 5-HT2A gene were analyzed by PCR or PCR-RFLP as appropriate. “One hundred and fifty seven healthy unrelated Korean volunteers were enrolled as a control group.” There were no significant differences in the allele frequencies or genotype distributions between the OCD patients and the control group. However, we found a significant difference in the age of onset according to gender; the males showed an earlier age of onset compared to the females (17.5 6.4 vs. 23.1 11.2 for the males and females, respectively). This investigation failed to produce evidence that the 5-HTT and 5-HT2A polymorphisms influence the risk for OCD in Koreans. The inheritance of OCD is not simple and most likely involves a number of susceptibility genes and environmental influences.

본 논문에서는 SRC-Stat 통계패키지를 이용하여 생존자료를 분석하는 방법을 소개한다. 본 패키지는 단변량 생존 자료 분석을 위한 콕스의 비례위험모형 뿐만아니라, 다변량 생존자료분석을 위한 공통 및 지분 프레일티 모형과 같은 고급 생존분석법을 제공한다. 잘 알려져 있는 실제자료의 사용을 통해 본 패키지의 유용성을 예증한다. In this paper we introduce how to analyze survival data via a SRC-Stat statistical package. This provides classical survival analysis (e.g. Cox's proportional hazards models for univariate survival data) as well as advanced survival analysis such as shared and nested frailty models for multivariate survival data. We illustrate the use of our package with practical data sets.

We introduce how to fit random effects models via a SRC-Stat statistical package. This package has been developed to fit double hierarchical generalized linear models where mean and dispersion parameters for the variance of random effects and residual variance (overdispersion) can be modeled as random-effect models. The estimates of fixed effects, random effects and variances are calculated by a hierarchical likelihood method. We illustrate the use of our package with practical data-sets. 본 논문에서는 SRC-Stat 통계패키지를 이용하여 변량효과를 적합하는 방법에 대해서 소개하고자 한다. 본 패키지를 통하여 단변량 평균 뿐만 아나리 산포 및 분산에도 변량효과를 고려하는 이중 다단계 일반화 선형모형을 적합할 수 있다. 고정효과 및 변량효과의 추정치는 다단계 우도 방법을 이용하고 있으며, 실제 자료 적합을 통해 패키지의 사용법에 대해서 설명하고자 한다.
