        주차원단위 산정 모형 개발에 관한 연구 -광주광역시 공동 주택 아파트를 대상으로-

        도시의 급격한 팽창과 함께 주택부족 현상이 나타나게 되자, 정부는 주택부족 문제 해결을 위해 대규모 택지개발을 통하여 주택보급을 확대시켰다. 이러한 현상으로, 공동주택은 우리나라 전체 주택의 83% 수준을 유지하고 있고, 그 중 아파트가 차지하는 비중은 50%로 꾸준한 증가 추세를 보이고 있다. 이로 인해 아파트의 경우 입주민들의 승용차 보유 증가에 따른 아파트 단지 내 주차공간 부족문제 등 제반 주차 관련 문제가 발생하고 있다. 특히, 주차계획대수 수립 시 교통영향평가의 주차수요예측 중 전용면적을 고려한 주차원단위 산정 방법은 기존 계획보다 세대수는 증가하여도 전용면적이 작아지면 계획주차대수는 감소하는 것으로 나타나, 보다 현실적인 주차원단위 산정이 필요한 실정이다. 이에 본 연구는 공공주택 아파트를 대상으로 현실에 적합한 주차원단위를 산정하고자 한다. 현장조사 및 설문조사를 실시하고, 구득자료에 대한 분석을 수행함으로써, 기존 교통영향평가의 주차원단위 산정 문제점을 도출하였다. 또한, 주차수요예측에 영향을 미치는 요인 선정을 통해 주차원단위 산정모형을 개발하였다. 마지막으로 실제 조사된 아파트 주차원단위 자료를 통해 기존 교통영향평가의 주차원단위 산정과 본 연구에서 제시한 주차원단위 산정모형을 비교 분석하였다. 향후 본 연구에서 개발된 주차원단위 산정모형은 주차장법 기준 정립은 물론 보다 현실적인 주차수요예측 수행에 적극 활용될 수 있을 것으로 판단된다. The rapid expansion of cities led to the shortage of housing in urban areas. The government compensated for this shortage through large scale residential developments that increased the housing supply. The supply of condominium apartments remains above 83% of the entire housing supply, and the proportion of apartments are at a steady increase, at about 50%. Due to the increase, illegally parked cars resulting from the shortage of parking spaces within the apartment complex have become increasingly problematic as they block the transit of emergency vehicles, and heighten the tension among neighboring residents in obtaining a parking space. Especially, the future residents are considered to plan the parking based on the estimated demand for parking. However, the parking unit method utilized to estimate the parking demand accounts for the exclusive use of space, which is believed to be far from the parking demands in reality. The reason for this discrepancy is that, as the number of households decrease, and area of exclusive space is expanded, the planned parking increases. On the other hand, when the number of households increase, and the area of exclusive space is reduced, the planned parking decreases, thus methods to recalculate the parking units based on estimated parking demand is an urgent concern. To estimate the parking units based on condominium apartments, this study first examined the existing research literature, and appointed the field of investigation to collect the necessary data. In addition, field study data and surveys collected and analyzed, in order to identify the problems underlying parking units, and problems regarding the current traffic impact assessment parking unit calculation method were deduced. Through identifying the influential factors on parking demand estimates, and performing a factorial analysis based on the collected data, the variables were selected in relation to the parking demand estimates, to develop the parking unit estimate model. Finally, through comparing and verifying the existing traffic impact assessment parking unit estimate against the newly developed model using collected data, a far more realistic parking unite estimate was suggested, reflecting the characteristics of the residents. The parking unit estimate model developed in this study is anticipated to serve as the guidelines for future parking lot legislature, as wel as the basis to provide a more realistic estimate of parking demands based on the resident characteristics of an apartment complex.

        The urban waterfront well created, could provide mental stability and comfort and also foster personality. In addition it could provide the calmness and rest of mind. Especially, recently the urban waterfronts are restored here and there and are created whenever developing a new town The purpose of this study is to develop a method of calculating the weight of each evaluation criterion for deciding the priority of restoration among for deciding the priority of restoration among the urban waterfronts. The method includes the analytic hierarchy process that can calculate the reasonable weight of each evaluation criterion, because the importance (weights) of evaluation criteria appears to be different among the evaluators; the results of this study can be summarized as that this method can be useful for calculating the weights of evaluation criteria, and also that the superiority of ecological resources is the most important factor (highest weight) in selecting the best waterfront, followed by accessibility, tourism vacation, and proximity to parks. And then the lowest factor in importance is the scale of reservoir.

        공급사슬에서의 리스크 대응이 공급사슬통합과 리스크 관리 성숙도, 기업경영성과에 미치는 영향

        [연구목적] 본 연구는 공급사슬에서 발생할 수 있는 리스크를 규명하고, 리스크에 대응하기 위한 과정에서 공급사슬통합의 필요성과 함께 리스크 관리 성숙도 제고가 기업경영성과 역시 제고할 수 있다는 것을 규명하는 것이다. 이를 위해 리스크 대응과 공급사슬통합, 리스크 관리 성숙도, 기업경영성과 간의 관계구조를 분석하고 시사점을 제공하는 것이다. [연구방법] 본 연구는 공급사슬에서 발생할 수 있는 리스크 유형, 공급사슬통합, 리스크 관리 성숙도, 기업경영성과에 대한 기존 선행연구들과 논의를 충분히 검토하였고 최종적으로 6개의 가설을 도출하였다. 연구목표 달성을 위해 국내 제조업체들을 대상으로 124개의 설문 자료를 수집하였다. 수집된 자료에 대해 신뢰성과 타당성을 검토하였고, Smart PLS 2.0을 활용하여 경로분석 방식으로 연구가설을 검증하였다. [연구결과] 내부리스크대응, 외부리스크대응, 공급사슬리스크대응은 공급사슬통합에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치며, 내부리스크대응과 공급사슬리스크대응은 리스크관리성숙도에 정(+)의 영향을 미친다. 공급사슬통합과 리스크 관리 성숙도는 기업경영성과에 정(+)의 영향을 미친다. 또한 공급사슬통합은 외부리스크대응 및 공급사슬리스크대응과 기업경영성과 사이에서 매개변수의 역할을 하는 것으로 검정되었다. [연구의 시사점] 공급사슬에서의 리스크 대응, 공급사슬통합, 리스크 관리 성숙도, 기업경영성과 간의 전체적인 관계구조에 대하여 연구를 진행하였으며, 우리나라의 기업들에게 리스크 대응과 관련한 이론적, 실무적 시사점을 제공하였다. [Purpose] This study is to identify risks that may occur in the supply chain, and to identify that supply chain integration is necessary in the process of responding to the risks, and that corporate management performance can also be improved by enhancing risk management maturity. The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship structure between risk response, supply chain integration, risk management maturity, and corporate management performance and to provide implications. [Methodology] This study has sufficiently reviewed the previous studies and discussions on the types of risks that can occur in the supply chain, supply chain integration, risk management maturity, and business management performance, and finally derived six hypotheses. For the study, 124 data were collected from domestic manufacturers. The reliability and validity of the collected data were reviewed, and the research hypothesis was verified through a path analysis method using Smart PLS 2.0. [Findings] Internal risk response, external risk response, and supplier chain integration have a significant positive (+) effect on supply chain integration, while internal risk response and supplier chain risk response have a positive (+) effect on risk management maturity. Supply chain integration and risk management maturity have a positive (+) effect on corporate management performance. In addition, it was verified that supply chain integration plays a role as a parameter between external risk response and supplier chain risk response and corporate management performance. [Implications] A study was conducted on the overall relationship structure between risk response in the supply chain, supply chain integration, risk management maturity, and corporate management performance, and provided theoretical and practical implications for risk response to Korean companies.

        The rs196952262 Polymorphism of the AGPAT5 Gene is Associated with Meat Quality in Berkshire Pigs

        High-quality meat is of great economic importance to the pig industry. The 1-acylglycerol-3- phosphate-O-acyltransferase 5 (AGPAT5) enzyme converts lysophosphatidic acid to phosphatidic acid in the mitochondrial membrane. In this study, we found that the porcine AGPAT5 gene was highly expressed in muscle tissue, influencing meat characteristics, and we also identified a non-synonymous single-nucleotide polymorphism (nsSNP) (rs196952262, c.673 A>G) in the gene, associated with a change of isoleucine 225 to valine. The presence of this nsSNP was significantly associated with meat color (lightness), lower cooking loss, and lower carcass temperatures 1, 4, and 12 h after slaughter (items T1, T4, and T12 on the recognized quality scale, respectively), and tended to increase backfat thickness and the waterholding capacity. These results suggest that nsSNP (c.673A>G) of the AGPAT5 gene is a potential genetic marker of high meat quality in pigs.

        보호지역 경계조정을 위한 공간의사결정지원모델 연구 -지리산 국립공원을 사례로-

        The purpose of this study are to develop a SDSS (Spatial Decision Support System) that can incorporate diverse opinions of stakeholders related the designation of protected areas (PA), and to employ the model for the readjustment of the boundary line of the Jirisan National Park of Korea. The SDSS would lead to more rational and less controversial decision-making during the expansion or removal of PA in Korea. Research methods are as follows. Firstly, to select evaluation criteria for SDSS for PA designation by using expert interview and literature survey. Secondly, to measure their preferences on the designation of additional PA or the removal of a part of PA based on the opinions of various stakeholders such as local residents, environmental groups, or public officials. Thirdly, to produce conservation priority maps based on a multi-criteria decision making technique. The SDSS would be used to rational decision making for the expansion of PA or the release of a certain part of PA by reflecting diverse preferences on biodiversity conservation and economic interest of residents. The visualization of conservation priority maps would also increase the efficiency of such decision making processes. The evaluation criteria for the expansion of PA for biodiversity conservation includes vegetation conservation value, wildlife conservation value, and the habitats of key species. The evaluation criteria for the removal of PA includes the proximity to roads and the boundary of PA, land use types, and conservation zoning of the PA. Preference weights are based on data collected from the Jirisan National Park. Both the conservation priority and removal priority maps are based on land parcels so that property rights of all parcels would be correctly represented.

        차종을 고려한 주차 계획단위 산정 및 주차계획 방법 제시

        현재 주차장 내 주차단위구획과 차로너비 규정의 경우 주차장법 시행규칙의'주차장 구조 및 설치기준'에 의거하여 계획설치되고 있다. 그러나 최근 RV차량 및 대형승용차가 급속히 증가하는 추세에서 기존의 주차단위구획의 설치기준으로는 주차 시 발생하는 차량훼손 민원 주차장 이용자의 통행불편 주차장 유지·관리 등의 문제를 해소하기 힘든 실정이다. 이에 본 연구는 현실에 적합한 주차단위구획과 차로너비 규정의 재정비가 필요하다는 판단 하에 최근 증가하는 국내·외 RV차량 및 대형승용차의 차량제원 최소 회전반경 주차시 운전자 주행행태 등을 고려하여 주차단위구획 및 차로너비를 산정하였다. 산정된 주차단위구획 및 차로너비를 국외 사례와 비교·분석한 후 기존보다 확대된 주차단위구획 및 차로너비를 이용하여 주차시 운전자의 편의성 및 비용적 측면을 고려한 최적의 개선방안을 제시하였다. 또한 교통안전을 고려한 주차단위구획과 차로너비의 개선방안 그리고 차종별 주차계획 방법을 제시하였다. 주차장 내 원활한 차량소통과 안전을 도모한 주차계획단위 산정 및 주차계획 방법을 제시함으로써 향후 주차장의 구조 설치기준의 정립과 주차장 교통안전 개선에 이바지할 것으로 판단된다. At the present planning and installation of parking space sections and lane width are implemented in accordance with the installation standard and parking lot structure by the enforcement regulations of the Parking Act. While large and RV (Recreational Vehicle) vehicles have increased in number recently parking is complex with improper installation standards. It causes serious problems including vehicle vandalism increased civil complaints travel inconveniences for parking lot users management and maintenance issues for parking lots and so forth. The study therefore determined that the practical and appropriate realignment of parking unit adjustment and lane width regulations are essential. The study conducted prior review on domestic parking sections and change cases of composition by vehicle types including the component ratio of domestic and foreign vehicles width of vehicle by types in order to examine the parking problems that account for a increasing social issues and provided parking plan methods by types of vehicle as well as reform and reaction plans for parking unit adjustment and lane width considering security and smooth traffic flow After comparing and analyzing between estimated installation of parking space and lane width and internal and external cases the study suggests the improvement that considers expenses and convenience of a driver. Also it shows installation of parking space that considers traffic safety improvement of lane width and parking way depends on vehicle types. By providing estimation for parking planning and parking planning methods that secure safe and smooth traffic flow within a parking lot the study will contribute to the development of improved alternatives for cost-effective traffic safety and set-up structure including installation standards of parking lots.

        카스토퍼 설치위치를 고려한 주차단위구획 산정 및 개선방안 제시

        2011년 6월 기준으로 국내 자동차등록대수는 1,826만 대에 육박할 정도로 비약적인 증가를 보이고 있다. 최근 급속히 증가하고 있는 대형 승용차 및 RV차량이 현재 설치된 주차장에 주차할 경우 차량훼손, 민원 발생 등 주차장 이용자의 통행불편을 겪고 있는 실정이다. 특히, 주자장에 무분별하게 설치된 카스토퍼는 주차사고 유발 및 주차문제를 더욱 더 증가시킴과 동시에 경제적 손실을 초래하고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 현실에 적합한 주차단위구획 및 카스토퍼 설치위치 규정의 재정비가 필요하다고 판단되어, 국내 외 차종별 구성비, 차종별 차폭 및 길이에 대한 현장조사와 카스토퍼가 설치된 주차단위구획 및 차종별 구성비 변화 사례 등을 선행 검토하였다. 또한, 차종별 제원 및 카스토퍼 설치위치를 고려하여 주차단위구획을 산정하였다. 그 결과, 대형 승용차의 여유폭이 기존보다 18 ~ 21mm 정도 감소한 것으로 나타났다. 이는 차량의 앞내민길이가 주차단위구획을 벗어나지 않으므로 주차장 사고를 감소시킬 수 있을 것으로 판단된다. 최종적으로 운전자 측면에서 편의성 및 안전성이 향상된 주차계획 개선안을 제시하였다. 향후 본 연구를 통해 개선된 주차계획을 적용할 경우 주차장의 구조 및 설치기준 정립은 물론 더 나아가 주차장 관련사업의 비용/효율성을 극대화할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. The number of vehicles registered in Korea is rapidly increasing and will reach 18.26 million as of June 2011. The rapid increase of large-size passenger cars and RVs among this number is causing damage to other vehicles when parked in currently installed parking lots, increased civil complaints from the damage, and inconveniences to people trying to pass through parking lots as well. In particular, the car-stoppers indiscriminately installed at the parking lots are also causing accidents and adding to parking problems, causing economic losses. Accordingly, there should be new regulations for the amount of parking space per vehicle and for locations to install the car-stoppers. The research has first reviewed the distribution ratio of vehicle models from home and abroad for the width and length of the vehicles by each model, parking space per vehicle where the car-stoppers are installed and examples of changes in distribution ratio. In addition, the amount of parking space per vehicle was calculated with consideration for various specifications by each car model. As a result, margin width of full sized car is decreased by 18~21mm on the existing width. This is judged decreases accident of parking lot, because length of the front of car is not deviate parking Space Section. In conclusion, presented improvement ideas for parking plans with enhanced convenience and safety from the aspect of the drivers. Parking lot relevant businesses will also be maximized in terms of cost and efficiency when the criteria for the structure of parking lots and their installation is established and the improved parking plan is applied in the future.

      • Antibacterial Effect of Silver and Gold Nanoparticle Coated Modified C-Palatal Plate

        <P>The goal of this study was to investigate antibacterial properties and cell viability of a covalently immobilized gold and silver nanoparticle coated titanium modified C-palatal plate (MCPP) surfaces. Silver and gold nanoparticle-coated titanium (Ti-nAg, Ti-nAu) surfaces were prepared using the silanization method. The amount of deposited nanoparticles (NPs), surface morphology, and chemical component analysis of the surfaces were characterized. The antibacterial qualities of the Ti-nAg and Ti-nAu surfaces were tested on Porphyromonas gingivalis (P. ginginalis) and Aggregatibacter actinomycetemcomitans (A. actinomycetemcomitans). The cytotoxicity of the treated surfaces to NIH3T3 cells was assessed. The Ti-nAg surface had remarkable antibacterial effect compared to the Ti-nAu. However, it showed cell cytotoxicity after 2 days of incubation, whereas Ti-nAu displayed better cell compatibility.</P>
