인터넷을 이용한 전자상거래를 통한 DVD(Digital Video Disk)쇼핑몰로서, DVD는 전 세계적으로 계속적인 성장을 보일 것으로 예상되며, DVD의 지속적인 개발에 따른 서비스는 전자상거래를 통한 전문 DVD쇼핑몰 증가와 고객들의 소비가 폭팔적으로 증가할 것이다. 전문적인DVD쇼핑몰은 인터넷을 통하여 가정이나 사무실에서 편안하게 영화에 관한 정보 검색 및 관람과 DVD판매, 대여 등을 고객들에게 서비스를 제공함과 동시에, 보다나은 고화질, 고음질의 영상매체를 전달 및 실시간으로 서비스를 제공하여 자료를 전송한다. 본 논문에서는 인터넷을 통한 전자상거래 연구와 이러한 서비스를 바탕으로 제공하는 쇼핑몰 시스템을 설계하여 실제적으로 사용할 수 있게 구현하였다. Electronic commerce is possibly the most promising information technology application that enterprises have seen in recent uears. Internet technology offers five to ten times improvement in reaching new customers, increasing the speed at which business is conducted. The DVD shopping malls are needed for our daily life. This paper is meant to show the design and implementation of a DVD shopping mall for internet users. The first part of our paper is that introduces the design of the mall and its databases, and then processes information between web and internet data.

Transmandibular implants are used limitedly such as on remaining symphyseal basal bone of atrophic mandible, on the bony defect of symphyseal area due to trauma or tumor as surgical implants. Among the more recent advances in oral implantology are the Fixed Mandibular Implant (FMI)based on the pioneering studies and clinical applications by Irwin Small of the USA and the development very high success rates for providing attachments and abutments in areas of the oral cavity severely compromised by either atrophy or surgical loss of osseous tissues. We will present a case report of regabilitation of totally edentulous mandible with advanced alveolar atrophy using Fixed Mandibular implant (F.M.I).

<P>A band-offset-based unified-RAM (URAM) cell fabricated on a Si/Si<SUB>1-y</SUB>C<SUB>y</SUB> substrate is presented for the fusion of a nonvolatile memory (NVM) and a capacitorless 1T-DRAM. An oxide/nitride/oxide (O/N/O) gate dielectric and a floating-body are combined in a FinFET structure to perform URAM operation in a single transistor. The O/N/O layer is utilized as a charge trap layer for NVM, and the floating-body is used as an excess hole storage node for capacitorless 1T-DRAM. The introduction of a pseudomorphic SiC-based heteroepitaxial layer into the Si substrate provides band offset in a valence band. The FinFET fabricated on the energy-band-engineered Si<SUB>1-y</SUB>C<SUB>y</SUB> substrate allows hole accumulation in the channel for 1T-DRAM. The band-engineered URAM yields a cost-effective process that is compatible with a conventional body-tied FinFET SONOS. The fabricated URAM shows highly reliable NVM and high-speed 1T-DRAM operations in a single memory cell.</P>

Background and Objectives: Although complete revascularization is known superior to incomplete revascularization in ST elevation myocardial infarction (STEMI) patients with multi-vessel coronary artery disease (MVCD), there are no definite instructions on the optimal timing of non-culprit lesions percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI). We compared 1-year clinical outcomes between 2 different complete multi-vessel revascularization strategies. Methods: From the Korea Acute Myocardial Infarction Registry-National Institute of Health, 606 patients with STEMI and MVCD who underwent complete revascularization were enrolled from November 2011 to December 2015. The patients were assigned to multi-vessel single-staged PCI (SS PCI) group (n=254) or multi-vessel multi-staged PCI (MS PCI) group (n=352). Propensity score matched 1-year clinical outcomes were compared between the groups. Results: At one year, MS PCI showed a significantly lower rate of all-cause mortality (hazard ratio [HR], 0.42; 95% confidential interval [CI], 0.19–0.92; p=0.030) compared with SS PCI. In subgroup analysis, all-cause mortality increased in SS PCI with cardiogenic shock (HR, 4.60; 95% CI, 1.54–13.77; p=0.006), age ≥65 years (HR, 4.00; 95% CI, 1.67–9.58, p=0.002), Killip class III/IV (HR, 7.32; 95% CI, 1.68–31.87; p=0.008), and creatinine clearance ≤60 mL/min (HR, 2.81; 95% CI, 1.10–7.18; p=0.031). After propensity score-matching, MS PCI showed a significantly lower risk of major adverse cardiovascular event than SS PCI. Conclusions: SS PCI was associated with worse clinical outcomes compared with MS PCI. MS PCI for non-infarct-related artery could be a better option for patients with STEMI and MVCD, especially high-risk patients.
