        게스트하우스의 서비스품질이 외래관광객의 긍정적 감정반응과 고객만족에 미치는 영향

        본 연구의 목적은 국내에서 운행하는 게스트하우스의 서비스품질의 요인을 파악하고, 외래관광객이 느끼는 게스트하우스의 서비스품질이 긍정적 감정반응과 고객만족에 미치는 영향관계를 규명하는데 있다. 본 연구는 게스트하우스에 숙박하며 한국관광을 하고 있는 외국인들을 대상으로 부산과 서울에서 약 2주 동안 진행되었다. 총 300부의 설문지를 배포하여, 281부를 회수하였으나, 그중 자료로 활용할 가치가 없는 15부를 제외한 266부를 최종분석에 이용하였다. 수집된 자료의 분석은 SPSS 21.0 통계패키지를 사용하여 빈도분석, 탐색적 요인분석, 신뢰도분석, 상관 관계분석, 단순회귀분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구에서 설정한 연구가설의 실증분석 결과는 다음과 같이 요약할 수 있다. 첫째, 게스 트하우스 서비스품질에 대한 요인분석을 실시한 결과 시설, 인적 서비스, 접근성, 가격 등의총 4개 요인이 도출되었다. 가설 1에서 게스트하우스 서비스품질의 4개요인 중 접근성을 제외한 3개요인(시설, 인적 서비스, 가격)이 모두 긍정적 감정반응에 유의한 직접적인 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 가설 2에서 게스트하우스 서비스품질의 4개요인 중에서 접근성을 제외한 3개요인(시설, 인적 서비스, 가격)이 모두 고객만족에 유의한 직접적인 정(+) 의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 가설 3에서 긍정적 감정반응이 고객만족에 긍정적인 유의한 영향을 미치는데, 이는 고객의 긍정적인 감정반응이이 높아질수록 고객만족이 증가하는 것으로 볼 수 있다. The purpose of this study can be summarized as follows. First of all, figure out the service quality factors of the guesthouses that are being operated inside the country. Secondly, reveal the influence of the guesthouse service quality on the positive emotional response and the customer satisfaction and the relationship between them. The foreigners who are using the guesthouses and travelling in Korea were taken as the sample of this study. The survey was conducted in Busan and Seoul and lasted two weeks. 380 pieces of questionnaire were distributed and 332 pieces were used as the final valid samples in the analysis. The collected materials were processed with the statistics package program SPSS 20.0 for frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and multi-regression analysis. The result of the factor analysis of the guesthouse service quality extracted four service quality factors (facilities, human service, accessibility, price). The empirical analysis result of the hypotheses in this study can be summarized as follows. First of all, among the four guesthouse service quality factors, except accessibility, the rest of the factors (facilities, human service, price) had significant influence on the positive emotional response. Secondly, among the four guesthouse service quality factors, except accessibility, the rest of the factors (facilities, human service, price) had significant influence on the customer satisfaction response. Thirdly, positive emotional response had significant influence on the customer satisfaction.

        Identification and Characterization of EDT1 Conferring Drought Tolerance in Rice

        Basic Leucine Zipper (bZIP) transcription factors(TFs) play important roles in many processes, especially inabiotic stress response in plants. In this study, we characterizeda new gene EHANCED DROUGHT TOLERANCE 1 (EDT1),member of group E of bZIP transcription factor family inrice. The EDT1 protein contains one bZIP domain, oneputative nuclear localization signal (NLS) and six conservedphosphorylation sites. The expression of EDT1 is suppressedby several abiotic stresses, such as cold, droutht, and salt. Corresponding with expression patterns, several stress-associatedcis-acting elements were found in the EDT1 promoter. Theresults of subcellular localization and transactivation abilityanalyses indicated that EDT1 was localized in the nucleusand functioned as a nuclear protein, with its transactivationactivity primarily located in N-terminal. Transgenic riceoverexpressing EDT1 showed drought tolerance that hasbeen significantly improved. Real-time PCR analysis revealedthat some stress-related genes, such as OsbZIP12, SNAC1,OsLEA3, OsbZIP16, OsbZIP10 and OsABI2 were up-regulatedin EDT1 overexpression lines. These results indicate thatEDT1 plays a positive role in drought tolerance and providesvaluable targets for breeding drought-tolerant rice cultivars.

        Effect of Particle Breakage and Interlocking on Strength and Dilatancy Characteristics of Calcareous Sands

        Studies show that the shear strength of angular-shaped calcareous sand is mainly affected by dilatancy, interparticle locking, and particle breakage. In the present study, a series of consolidated-drained triaxial compression tests on calcareous sands are carried out to investigate the strength impacts of dilatancy, interparticle locking, and particle breakage. It is found that as the stress level increases, the friction angle difference reflecting the effect of the particle breakage increases. In contrast, the friction angle difference reflecting the interparticle locking and dilatancy effect decreases gradually. Moreover, the critical stress ratio of the high-angled calcareous sands decreases, which may be attributed to particle breakage. The obtained results demonstrate that when the stress level exceeds a certain value, the critical stress ratio remains constant. Then the correlation between the particle breakage, interparticle locking, and dilatancy effects in the shear strength is studied. Finally, based on the performed analysis on energy dissipation in calcareous sands, a dilatancy model is proposed that covers the particle breakage effect. The performed analyses demonstrate that the proposed model can accurately explain the experimental data.

        Research on Lyapunov-based Predictive Path Following Control of AGV Based on Time Constraint

        Automated Guided Vehicles (AGV) usually takes on the responsibility of material transmission in industrial applications with a wireless computer-controlled differential driving. A Lyapunov-based model predictive control method is proposed for the AGV path following problem with considering the time constraint. The time constraint problem of path following is introduced for industrial scheduling fields, and the reference path is discretized and virtually constructed by the quadratic programming method based on the double integrator technique. The stabilization point control theorem is migrated to solve the path following control, and adopted to track the generated discretized setting reference path points by using the model predictive control method. The predictive following control method is constrained by the Lyapunov function, which ensures the stability of the control of AGV motion. The controller is constrained by Lyapunov stability criteria to demonstrate the local and global convergence of the control system. The comparative results of numerical simulation experiments show that the proven method is effective with better smoothness and stability.

        Hydrothermal synthesis of stable metallic 1T phase WS<sub>2</sub> nanosheets for thermoelectric application

        <P>Two-dimensional materials have gained great attention as a promising thermoelectric (TE) material due to their unique density of state with confined electrons and holes. Here, we synthesized 1T phase tungsten disulfide (WS<SUB>2</SUB>) nanosheets with high TE performance via the hydrothermal method. Flexible WS<SUB>2</SUB> nanosheets restacked thin films were fabricated by employing the vacuum filtration technique. The measured electrical conductivity was 45 S cm<SUP>−1</SUP> with a Seebeck coefficient of +30 <I>μ</I>V K<SUP>–1</SUP> at room temperature, indicating a p-type characteristic. Furthermore, the TE performance could be further improved by thermal annealing treatment. It was found the electrical conductivity could be enhanced 2.7 times without sacrificing the Seebeck coefficient, resulting in the power factor of 9.40 <I>μ</I>W m<SUP>−1</SUP> K<SUP>−2</SUP>. Moreover, such 1T phase WS<SUB>2</SUB> nanosheets possess high phase stability since the TE properties maintained constant at least half one year in the air atmosphere. Notably, other kinds of 1T phase transitional metal dichalcogenides (TMDCs) with excellent TE performance also could be imitated by using the procedure in this work. Finally, we believe a variety of materials based on 1T phase TMDCs nanosheets have great potential as candidate for future TE applications.</P>

        Guerrilla Capitalism: Revolutionary Legacy, Political Cleavage, and the Preservation of the Private Economy in Zhejiang

        In this article, we propose a causal relationship between a region’s communist revolutionary legacy before 1949 and the variation in private sector development after 1949. In the case of Zhejiang, the pre-1949 revolutionary experience led to the power struggle between two elite groups, the guerrilla cadre group and the southbound cadre group, in the province after 1949. As the weak side, guerrilla cadres were willing to protect local economic interests in exchange for local popular support, which improved their odds of political survival. As a result, in contrast with counties where the guerrilla forces were historically weak, counties with strong guerrilla forces before 1949 saw significantly more robust private sector development throughout much of the Mao and post-Mao periods. In this article we provide preliminary historical and statistical evidence to support this hypothesis.

        Telerobotic Spinal Surgery Based on 5G Network: The First 12 Cases

        Objective: The purpose of this study was to determine the efficacy and feasibility of 5th generation wireless systems (5G) telerobotic spinal surgery in our first 12 cases. Methods: A total of 12 patients (5 males, 7 females; age, 23–71 years) with spinal disorders (4 thoracolumbar fractures, 6 lumbar spondylolisthesis, 2 lumbar stenosis) were treated with 5G telerobotic spinal surgery. Sixty-two pedicle screws were implanted. Results: All patients had substantial relief from their symptoms. Screw placements were classified using Gertzbein-Robbins criteria. There were 59 grade A, 3 grade B. Mean operation time was 142.5±46.7 minutes. Mean guiding wire insertion time was 41.3±9.8 minutes. The deviation between the planned and actual positions was 0.76±0.49 mm. No intraoperative adverse event was found. Conclusion: 5G remote robot-assisted spinal surgery is accurate and reliable. We conclude that 5G telerobotic spinal surgery is both efficacious and feasible for the management of spinal diseases with safety.

        Design and Co-simulation of an Antiskid Brake System for a Civil Aircraft

        To accelerate the design phases of the antiskid control system for a turboprop aircraft and to effectively ensure appropriate results, a brake-by-wire antiskid control system for a business aircraft is designed and investigated using a new virtual prototyping technology, which significantly reduces time, effort and cost. In contrast to traditional empirical formula methods, a multidisciplinary modeling co-simulation method has been proposed in this paper. The mathematical modeling process and antiskid control algorithm (Pressure Bias Modulation–Proportional–Integral Derivative) were analyzed and adopted. The co-simulation model was designed based on multi-body dynamic and multidisciplinary approach. The simulation results were compared with measured data sampled from an inertial platform test rig. The simulation results and physical experiment results proved the efficiency of the overall system.
