      • 오패산 마우스에서의 단회투여독성시험

        한의학에서 궤양 치료제로 널리 사용되어지고 있는 오패산 (烏貝散)의 마우스 (ICR mouse) 단회투여독성을 관찰하기 위하여 2000, 1000, 500, 250 및 125 mg/kg의 투여 용량으로 암수 마우스에 단회경구투여하였다. 단회투여 후, 14일 동안 임상증상을 매일 관찰하였으며, 5회 이상 체중의 변화를 관찰하였다. 본 실험의 결과 투여 후 14일 동안 설사 또는 연변을 제외한 이상중상이 관찰되지 않았으며, 체중 역시 정상군과 비교하여 유의한 변화가 관찰되지 않았다. 또한 14일 후 부검 시 중요장기의 이상소견 역시 관찰되지 않아 오패산의 독성이 미약한 것으로 관찰되었으며 LD50은 암수 마우스 모두에서 2000 mg/kg 이상으로 관찰되었다. The single dose toxicity of Opaesan, a herbal drug for duodenal ulcer was evaluated in ICR mice. Opaesan was once administered to both sexes of mice at the dote levels of 2000, 1000, 500, 250 and 125 mg/kg for oral route. After single administration, clinical signs were observed every day for 14 days and body weights were measured 5 times including initial measurement on day 0. When observation period was over, the animals were sacrificed and macroscopic examination of major organs was conducted. Neither significant clinical signs nor death after administration was observed during the observation periods except for soft feces or diarrhea. In addition, no abnormal necropsy findings and changes of body weight were observed at terminal necropsy in both sexes. From these results, it is considered that LD50 of Opasan is over 2000 mg/kg in oral administration in both sexes of mice.

      • 생후 6 개월령 한국재래산양의 위장관에서 chromogranin A 면역반응세포에 대한 분포 및 출현빈도에 관한 연구

        생후 6개월령의 한국재래산양 위장관에서 chromogranin A 면역반응세포의 각 부위별(위저부, 유문부, 십이지장, 공장, 회장, 결장 및 직장의 7부위) 분포와 출현빈도를 면역조직화학적 방법으로 관찰한 결과, chromogranin A 면역반응세포는 위장관 전부위에서 관찰되었다. 위장관 부위별 출현빈도는 위저부(126.0/1㎟)에서 가장 높은 출현빈도를 나타내었고, 유문부(125.0/1㎟), 직장(80.0/1㎟), 결장(70.0/1㎟), 공장(54.0/1㎟), 회장(54.0/1㎟) 및 십이지장(47.0/1㎟)의 순으로 관찰되었다. 이들 chromogranin A 면역반응세포들은 주로 위저부, 유문부, 십이지장, 회장 및 결장부위에서는 점막샘에 다수, 점막 상피에 소수 관찰되었으며, 공장과 결장에서는 점막 전체에 산재되어 관찰되었다. The regional distribution and relative frequency of chromogranin A-immunoreactive cells in the gastrointestinal tract of the Korean native goat at 6-month-old were studied with immunohistochemical methods. The digestive tract was divided into seven portions, fundus, pylorus, duodenum, jejunum, ileum, colon and rectum. Chromogranin A-immunoreactive cells were detected throughout the whole gastrointestinal tract and they were situated to the mucosal glands, which were located in the basal parts of digestive tract, with round, oval and/or spindle shape and surface epithelium with spindle shape. These cells were most predominant in fundus and the relative frequencies of the other portions were observed to be in the following order : fundus > pylorus > rectum > colon >> jejunum = ileum > duodenum.

        장애,비장애인 휠체어 농구선수의 유산소 능력

        The purpose of this study was to analyzed the aerobic capacity of disability· able-bodied wheelchair basketball players. Cardiorespiratory parameters were measured during graded maximal exercise test. Exercise time, HRpeak, oxygen uptake(VO_2, L·min^-1, ml·min^-1·kg^-1), carbon dioxide production(VCO_2, L·min^-1), ventilation(L·min^-1) were examined in disability national elite male wheelchair basketball at letes(DA, N = 10), able-bodied wheelchair basketball athletes(AA, N = 10). All data were expressed in means and standard deviation. Exercise time, HRpeak, oxygen uptake, carbon dioxide production, ventilation were not different between groups. In conclusion, aerobic capacity of disability national elite male wheelchair basketball athletes is the same able-bodied wheelchair basketball athletes. These finding suggest that chronic wheelchair basketball training produce local adaptations in the functional upper body musculature.

      • 주사전자현미경을 이용한 돌거머리(Erpobdella lineata)의 형태

        한국산 돌거머리(E.lineata)의 형태학적인 미세구조를 밝히기 위하여 주사적자현미경을 사용하였다. 그 결과 해부현미경하에서는 관찰되지 않았던 몸통표면의 크고, 작은 피부구멍과 입주위의 감각모 그리고 두부와 몸통, 흡반상에 감각돌기같은 미세구조들이 존재해 있음을 관찰하였으며, 이러한 새로운 형질들은 앞으로의 분류에 있어서 중요한 Key로 이용되리라 사료된다. In order to observe morphological structure of Erpobdella lineata, the Scanning Electron Microscope was used. As the result, finestructures, such as large and small epithelial lacunae at the skin surface, sensilla around the mouth, sensory pappillae on the cephalic portion and the trunk, as well as the suckers were investigated. But under the stereoscopic microscope, those were not visualized in detail.

      • Impact of dopants on 99Tc(IV) Mobility in Novel Waste From ab Inito Molecular Dynamics Simulations

        99Tc is a long-lived radioactive fission product whose mobility in the subsurface is largely governed by its oxidation state. Migration of Tc from a waste repository may be prevented by immobilizing Tc(IV) in durable glass forms. Thus, efficient incorporation and high retention of Tc by glasses is very important for radioactive waste management and environmental remediation. Tc(IV) oxidation to higly volatile Tc(VII) (TcO4 ?) at glass vitrification temperatures results in poor Tc retention in the final waste glass. Retention of Tc in the glass is generally improved by reducing conditions since Tc(IV) is not volatile. However, experiments with Tc-magnetite under high temperature and oxic conditions showed re-oxidation of Tc(IV) to volatile pertechnetate. To understand this phenomenon, we employed ab initio molecular dynamics simulations to study structural and electronic properties of Tc-incorporation in magnetite. The study provides the ramification of high temperature on Tc mobilization and changes of Tc retention in magnetite. Theory predictions also indicated enhanced Tc retention in the presence of 1st row transition metal dopants in Tc-incorporated magnetite that was confirmed by experiments. Furthermore, the overwhelming concentration of Cr(VI) co-mingled with Tc(VII) within the secondary waste form where Cr(VI) is more readily reduced than Tc(VII) by reduction potential metrics. Experiments with Tc-magnetite under high temperature and oxic conditions showed re-oxidation of Tc(IV) to volatile pertechnetate. Experiments also showed that magnetite transforms to maghematite resulting in disproportionation and re-oxidation of Tc. This transformation can be suppressed through incorporation of trace elements such as Co, Ni, Zn into magnetite forming spinel. In this talk, I will present results from ab initio molecular dynamics simulations and experiments on the structural and electronic properties of Tc and/or Cr incorporation in magnetite. I will also discuss the temperature effect on Tc/Cr mobilization and changes of Tc/Cr retention in magnetite. In addition, I will discuss the effect of Tc/Cr concentration and 1st row transition metal dopants on their incorporation in magnetite.

        청소년 뒷담화 척도 타당화

        본 연구는 청소년 뒷담화 척도 2차 연구로 D 광역시 중고등학교에 재학 중인 학생 중에서 뒷담화를 경험한 504명에게 수집하여 교차 분석과 수렴 타당도를 통해 타당화 작업을 진행하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 21.0과 AMOS 27.0으로 분석하였다. 최종 청소년 뒷담화 동기척도는 도출된 ‘수동 공격성’ 5문항, ‘인정 욕구’ 3문항, ‘관계 욕구’ 5문항, ‘경쟁 욕구’ 4문항으로 총 4개 요인 17개 문항의 타당화가 확인되었다. 뒷담화 기능 척도는 도출된 ‘욕구 충족 기능’ 8문항, ‘역기능’ 6문항으로 총 2개 요인 14개 문항의 타당화가 확인되었다. 뒷담화감정 해소척도는 도출된 ‘해소감’ 5문항, ‘불편감’ 4문항으로 총 2개 요인 9개 문항의 타당화가 확인되었다. 내적 일관성을 알아보기 위한 청소년 뒷담화 동기 척도, 기능 척도, 감정 해소 척도 Cronbach's α값은 .70 ~ .84로 신뢰로운 값이 나왔다. 청소년 뒷담화 척도가 관계적 공격성척도와 갈등 대처 방식척도와 유의미한 상관관계가 있는 것을 확인하였다. 마지막으로 연구 결과를 바탕으로 도출된 시사점 및 향후 연구를 위한 제언을 제시하였다. This study is a secondary study on youth backbiting scale, and 504 students who experienced backbiting among students enrolled in middle and high schools in D city were collected and validated through cross-analysis and convergent validity. The collected data were analyzed with SPSS 21.0 and AMOS 27.0. The final backbiting motivation scale was derived from ‘passive aggression’ 5 items, ‘recognition desire’ 3 items, ‘relationship desire’ 5 items, and ‘competition desire’ 4 items, and the validity of 17 items of 4 factors was confirmed. As for the backbiting function scale, the derived 'desire satisfaction function' 8 items' and 'dysfunction function' 6 items confirmed the validity of 14 items with 2 factors. In the scale of backbiting emotion relief, the validity of 9 items with 2 factors was confirmed with 5 items of 'resolving feelings' and 4 items of 'discomfort feelings'. Cronbach's α value for the youth backbiting motivation scale, function scale, and emotion relief scale for examining internal consistency was .70 to .84, which showed reliable values. It was confirmed that the youth backbiting scale had a significant correlation with the relational aggression and the conflict coping method. Finally, the implications derived from the study results and suggestions for future research are presented.
