Research on High-Frequency Isolation Type of Dual-PWM Variable Frequency Speed Regulation

Frequency converters are widely used in power grids, motor speed regulation, and other fields. When the voltage level is above low voltage and the workspace is limited, traditional frequency converters mostly adopt the power frequency transformer to connect to the power grid. But the structure has the problems of bigger volume and complexity. To solve these problems, this paper proposes a three-stage topology structure of high-frequency isolation type of dual-PWM variable frequency speed regulation based on three-phase rectification, single active isolated DC/DC converter, and three-phase inverter, and analyzes its power transmission characteristics in detail. And a new method that combines high-frequency electrical isolation and frequency conversion is discussed. Then, the control strategies of the new method are also described. Lastly, simulation and experiment are constructed to verify the new design method is correct and feasible, and that the steady and dynamic characteristics of the three-stage high-frequency isolated frequency converter are better.

본 연구에서는 정서(걱정, 두려움, 분노), 활동, 사교성의 기질 특성과 과학 학업성적의 관계가 어떠한 경향성을 갖는지를 탐색하는 데에 목적이 있다. 연구의 대상은 M시 Y중학교 1학년과 3학년을 대상으로 하였다. 연구방법에 있어서, SPSS 20의 프로그램은 정서(E), 활동(A), 사교성(S)의 각 기질 특성에 따른 과학교과의 학업성적의 관계를 알기 위하여 회귀분석이 사용되었다. 본 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 각 정서(E)와 활동(A)에 대한 과학교과의 학업성적의 관계들은 제각기 회귀모형인 2차곡선의 모자(cap) 모양을 보였고, 대체적으로 각 그들 기질의 값이 중앙값보다 다소 큰 값을 가질 때에 과학교과의 높은 학업성적을 보였다. 둘째, 사교성에 대한 과학교과의 학업성적은 2차곡선인 컵(cup) 모양의 양쪽 극단 값을 가질 때에 과학교과의 높은 학업성적을 나타냈다. 그러므로 본 연구결과에서 확인할 수 있는 것처럼, 인간의 EAS 기질 특성들과 과학교과의 학업성적 간의 관계는 2차곡선의 관계가 있음을 확인하였다. The purpose of this study is to explore the relationship of academic scores in science, depending on the temperament characteristics of emotion (anxiety, fear, anger: E), activity (A), and sociability (S). The subjects of the study are first and third graders of Y Middle School in M city. In the study method, SPSS 20 program is used to conduct regression analysis to see academic scores of science according to the temperament characteristics of EAS. First, these studies have shown that each emotion (anxiety, fear, anger) and activity has a curve regression model quadratic curve, cap-like shape, on the academic scores of the science, and that overall their academic scores are higher when each values of their temperament characteristics are a little greater than the median. Second, the academic scores of science on sociability have shown that the scores of science are high at both extreme values on the cup-like curve of a quadratic curve. Therefore, as can be seen from the results of this study, it is confirmed that academic scores of science by human psychological temperament characteristics is related with the quadratic curve.
The prognostic significance of tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes in cervical cancer

Objective: To predict the prognosis of cervical cancer, we constructed a novel model with 5specific cell types and identified a potential biomarker. Methods: We employed CIBERSORT and xCell method to evaluate the abundances of 23cells types in tumor microenvironment. Five specific cell types were filtrated to determinedifferent immunotypes by applying least absolute shrinkage and selection operator (LASSO)Cox regression method. The expression of immune checkpoints (ICPs) and effectors werevalidated by immunohistochemistry. Correlation analysis was performed to examine therelevance between PIK3CA mutational status and ICPs. Results: Unsupervised clustering of patients on the basis of tumor infiltrating lymphocytesand fibroblasts identified patients with shorter overall survival (OS) (hazard ratio[HR]=3.0729; 95% confidence interval [CI]=1.5103–6.2522; p=0.0118). An immunoscore(IS) signature consisting of 5 immune cell types infiltrating in tumor core (CD8T, activatedNK cells, neutrophils, activated mast cells, macrophages) was constructed using LASSO Coxregression analysis. Receiver operating characteristic curves confirmed that the area underthe curve of IS was significantly higher to that of International Federation of Gynecology andObstetrics staging alone (0.637 vs. 0.55). Survival analysis revealed patients in high IS groupexhibited a poorer OS (HR=3.0113; 95% CI=1.8746–4.8373; p<0.0001). The multivariateanalysis indicated the IS was an independent prognostic factor. In addition, the lower ISrelated to higher expression of ICPs and neoantigen load. Conclusions: The identification of IS in cervical cancer tissues could facilitate patient riskstratification and selection of immunotherapeutic responses, but more prospective studiesare needed to assess its reliability.
